The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 4/5
Room smelled of cigarettes.
- 3/5
It was a place to lay your head. We were there for a school that was taking place and it was an okay place to lay your head and get a hot shower. That was about the extent of it!
- 4.5/5
Clean and close to restaurants. It advertises breakfast. The breakfast is sachet oat and sachet cinnamon
- 0.5/5
The bed was clean and comfortable The pillows were uncomfortable. The AC was so noisy I got up once to look outside thinking the noise was completely by from outside! The room never cooled down. I got next to no sleep and got up with a migraine. What passed as breakfast was instant oatmeal and stale donuts. Very deceiving.
- 4/5
They offered very little for breakfast.
- 4/5
It was comfortable and nice. Quiet. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The breakfast was pitiful. You sould not even offer it that's the best you can do !!
- 4/5
Property was nice and clean including our room that was well cooled from the May heat. The staff was not helpful and seemed inattentive especially at checkin. The breakfast was terrible with stale packaged pastries and yogurt was clabbered. Coffee was ok but cups held about 4oz. Parking and WiFi were fine.

Not much Room was not comfortable. Sheets were terrible. How can you call that free breakfast!! No juice or warm offerings
- 4/5
Everything Nothing
- 4/5
If you want a grab and go breakfast, this place is for you. I believe it was only instant oatmeal, yogurt, and some sort of pastry from a box.
- 4/5
Everything was clean and the staff was excellent but the breakfast was muffins and things to make in the microwave so we had to go next door to McDonald’s for breakfast every morning.
- 5/5
Had a very pleasant stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I felt very safe, did not try the breakfast so can’t speak to that. The McDonalds is within walking distance, so I went there. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good the employees were friendly
- 5/5
The rooms were a bit dated, but clean, no frills. The check in was a little slow for some reason, the housekeeping staff was top notch. Location was excellent, right near everything in town, we did not eat breakfast there so I can’t speak on that.
- 2/5
Not a tasty breakfast to enjoy
- 5/5
The desk staff left a lot to be desired but the motel was clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff made up for the desk people and the lack of breakfast which was just pre packaged pastry’s
- 4/5
Overall okay for a couple nights stay. Nothing great and nothing bad. Could keep the grounds a little nicer, clean the parking lot a little more.
- 2/5
There was an extreme amount of outside the room noise. Multiple sirens, people talking and laughing outside my room. I felt unsafe there.
- 3.5/5
Good location. Minutes from every attraction. Room was open prior to arrival and left open (multiple rooms were). No smoking policy but folks hotboxed their cigarettes or joint in their cars and can smell it badly. Some tried to hide the smell using the vent and spray in their rooms but can smell it when using the bathroom. I understand staff cannot stop everyone or catch everyone.
- 3/5
Clean Cheap fixtures and interior. No cable tv just over the air digital channels with no channel guide “Breakfast” was a joke. Weak coffee and a couple of trays of crappy sweet rolls.
- 1/5
Staff wasn’t any help and it’s very noisy.
- 5/5
Passing through the area. Reasonably priced and clean. Hotel staff was helpful.
- 5/5
The room had great upgrades! Bright and cheery !
- 4/5
Very noisy traffic from interstate
- 4/5
Close to Cloudland state park. Room was comfortable and updated. Close eating near y. There wasn't much of a breakfast
- 5/5
Everything was clean.Staff was great and helpful.
- 4/5
Easy access, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was sparce.. no waffles or cold cereals.
- 5/5
No elevator
- 3/5
Clean room but very noisy. Trains in middle of night. Minimal breakfast options.
- 3/5
Location, front desk staff, breakfast and coffee was not good.
- 0.5/5
We booked hot tub room … but the hot tub couldn’t be used due to issues with it on VDay I was very upset.
- 4/5
Needed a place to stay before hitting the Chattanooga traffic! Super Clean, right off interstate, cant beat the price! Deff a stop for us on our back and forth to Louisana from now on! breakfast looked good, but didnt have many selections for someone trying to cut sugary sweets…but thats not their fault.
- 3.5/5
Coffee pot to high. Under door seal not sufficient to keep out cold air. Parking lot was noisy.
- 5/5
Very clean, great front desk customer service, and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean cheerful room
- 4/5
Definitely a very clean room- pleasantly unexpected. Receptionist was cordial enough for a graveyard shift. However, the other gentleman sitting there supervising (security maybe) was very rude and just utterly dismissive.
- 5/5
Location - great Food in walking distance Close to freeway come and go easy
- 5/5
Loved staying here! Affordable, clean, nice breakfast, comfortable bed/pillows
- 4/5
Affordable choice for a short stay
- 3/5
The room was good for the price. The staff were very friendly to deal with.
- 5/5
Room was clean and in good shape
- 5/5
We found the room clean and the service was good.

First off, your staff needs training on security and protection. I (a young woman) was traveling alone with my daughter, the worker gave me my room key, holding it in the air, announcing the room number, where to go, out this door, up the stairs, etc. while a single man was standing behind me in line.Any other hotel, the staff member would lay the card on the counter, point to the room number and not announce it for my protection.I then went to Wendy's when the same man from that line, was behind me at Wendy's. Slightly uncomfortable for someone, especially traveling alone. That's not your problem but your staff should learn about security protection. Then the room, oh my. That room smelled awful. Mold....mildew....I'm not quite sure but it was terrible. Our clothes, suitcase and anything else brought into that room, left smelling. I had to wash everything. I wasn't sure what I should do. Being alone, already uncomfortable with the worker, I was too nervous to ask for a new room and we were desperate. We needed a room to stay. We dealt with it but it was rough. The whole night I was waking up, having trouble breathing. Then I got a nose bleed the next morning. I am not one that ever gets nose bleeds but I believe with the mildew it irritated me. We went to our appointment, mentioned staying there and were told that was a bad decision. Trust me I learned that the hard way. Never again. Also light breakfast...glad Mcdonald's was next door. You only had yogurt.
- 4/5
Great place for the price
- 4/5
Friendly staff,easy checkin,quiet place. Great tv,nice room
- 4/5
The room was clean, didn't smell. I appreciate they don't have carpeting in the rooms (at least the room we had) The 'breakfast' was less than, it would've been nice if they had a English muffin or a bagel...no bread
- 5/5
Nice clean room, loved the laminent flooring, beautiful pictures above the bed. Plenty of plug ins for devices. Quiet place off the main road. Comfortable bed! Would stay there again in room 106!
- 1/5
This place is a 1980's motel with a paint job. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more bucks for a hotel closer to Chattanooga. On top of that, I've gotten 22 messages from them through expedia with my receipt. Yep,I know i paid too much for a crappy room. Thank you for reminding me!
- 1/5
The night attendant was very rude and lazy. I complained the first night i arrived that my microwave didn't work and he was like oh well the day we were checking out they finally brought a microwave. The breakfast was horrible they never restocked and the buns were steal and they really didn't care enough about it
- 2/5
This was an extremely basic motel. The lobby smelled like cat pee. Heard banging on doors throughout the night. Breakfast was extremely limited. WiFi wasn’t working. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Very happy with clean and cozy room. And pet friendly. Staff professional and polite. Would absolutely stay on our travels again.
- 4/5
Close to hang gliding at Lookout MT.
- 3/5
The place was very clean. Could not believe how horrible the breakfast was, instant oatmeal, spoiled yogurt, and pastry, that looked like they may have been there a while. Outdoor room entrance, VERY NOISY, you can hear the people above you flush and the traffic.
- 3/5
Everything was fine, you get what you pay for. Would stay again for 1 night.
- 2/5
The night shift were unfriendly. Our microwave didn't work for 3 days i complained the day we were leaving they brought one. Breakfast was horrible not like it was pictured just coffee steal honey buns and oatmeal. They only let your have one towel no extras TG they have a MacDonald MacDonald nextdoor
- 5/5
Al good
- 5/5
Super choice near Lookout Mountain and Cloudlands
- 5/5
We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and convenient to the highway. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
You could tell there was a water leak above us in the bathroom as the ceiling was kind of nasty - the toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall in our bathroom prior to arrival and it was left by our sink. Beds were ok…pillows not comfy bring your own! They did keep our room cleaned up and beds made up when we returned and fresh towels!
- 5/5
Our stay was good and peaceful
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great stay.
- 5/5
Neat, clean, friendly employees, good location.
- 5/5
Overall, the stay was great. Clean hotel room for two days. Fresh towels given the second day. Breakfast could have been better, but there was a McDonald's within walking distance. Staff was super friendly! Air conditioner was okay... It was hot in there the first night and cold the second, despite the setting we put it on. Quiet overall. They were painting the stairs and you could tell a lot of work has been put in the hotel recently. I'd stay again. Price was great, very clean.
- 4/5
Looked newly remodeled. Mattress comfortable. Rooms clean. Few outdoor seating areas would be nice.
- 4/5
Very good value for the money. Just a basic two bed room. No amenities.
- 4/5
The room could have been a lot cleaner
- 5/5
I prefer the pool side as it is quietuer for me and the parking feels better spaced. Rroms are clean, water pressure is strong.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Clean Rooms.
- 4/5
Good value nice people.
- 5/5
Super spot near Cloudlands State Park and quaint town of Trenton
- 3/5
The people in the next room were very loud on a couple of nights. The first night they screamed and yelled past midnight.
- 5/5
All around nice room. Air conditioner was a little loud when it kicked on. Other than that very quiet room where you didn't hear anyone in other rooms.
- 5/5
A clean and well-lighted place.
- 3/5
The staff was nice
- 5/5
Recently updated. Super clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing.
- 4/5
I have stayed here twice in the past 3 months and will continue to reserve a room here when visiting family close by. The ONLY variable i don't like is the faucet on sink is installed too far back making it necessary to have the water turned on fast to avoid touching the back edge of the sink. When trying to be quiet at night and not wake up family members if the faucet is turned on slowly/quietly it trickles out ok but my hands touch the back of the sink. The only way to avoid that is to turn the water on fast. The faucet was simply installed too far away from the sink.
- 2/5
Notice inside said that towels and sheets would be changed every three days. That did not happen. We were there for a week and only two towels for both of us... Has to go to the front desk to get more. Next day, cleaning lady took the additional ones out. Had to ask for more from front desk.
- 1/5
First night was ok, room smelled musty, had to crank a/c down. Room looked clean and they used white sheets and white comforter and didn’t see issues. Second night woke up in an itching and found what looked like bed bug and then also a live cockroach on the floor.
- 4/5
Disappointed that the free breakfast was only two kinds of donuts or oatmeal.
- 2/5
The moisture in the air in the room was disgusting. The floors were filthy. Mexicans blasting Mexican music for hours on end.
- 3/5
Bed comfortable clean bathroom but they rent to workers bunch of Hispanic drinking beer hollering all night...a lot of noise ...
- 4/5
The hotel was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Everything was clean, the shower worked just fine, and the service was decent. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve had, but it did the job. I didn’t have any complaints—it just didn’t stand out in any particular way. If I’m passing through again and they have availability, I might stay there again… or I might not. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing especially memorable either.
- 4/5
Just a quick overnight stay & it was fine. Didn't do the breakfast
- 4/5
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
It was just okay.
- 3/5
Room had damp feel. Things were not wet but had that feel Bed was uncomfortable. The commode was too low to the floor
- 3/5
Hotel was ok
- 5/5
Nice choice
- 3/5
Haven’t stayed in a motel in years, but it was fine. Didn’t have any issues
- 3/5
The overall experience was wonderful. Only a few things made the stay go from a 4.5 to a 3. Shower head was older and couldn't change settings. Some stains on the blanket end. The thing that hurt was the TV never worked until we were going to chwck out. We had to use my husbands hotspot the first night. The second night the internet went completely down around 3pm and didn't come back till about 8pm.
- 5/5
Great stop for us on the way to the beach. Easy and comfortable.
- 5/5
We come every year and enjoy the cleanliness and convenience. It’s great to have a pool to relax in after our conference. The only thing we really think needs improvement is the so called breakfast. The continental breakfast is probably the worst I have seen in my travels. But I guess it’s a non-issue because we walk to McDs. However, if you advertise that you have a free continental breakfast, it should be worth eating not just prepackaged junk. Where is the fruit, toast, or bagels?
- 5/5
Great location great place to stay
- 3/5
Funky smell
- 4/5
Breakfast not as Days Inn used to offer.
- 4/5
An older property. Didn’t read that breakfast was just continental. Ok for price paid and one night stay.

- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly
- 3/5
The smell of bleach slapped me in the face as I crossed the threshold of the room. Did somebody die in here. Then I saw what amounted to a hole in the mattress. I slept to one side of it. I've never been so happy to leave a hotel.
- 5/5
Good place
- 4/5
It was a good stopping place to stay
- 5/5
Staff was super nice and room was very clean.
- 4/5
We stayed here for two nights on our way to Helen, GA. We stopped here to check out Cloudland State Park. The location was ideal for that and it was near the highway. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable even tho the hotel was older. It could use some updating. We did have a man knock on our door at 11pm asking for money claiming he ran our of gas on the highway. We were not too thrilled about that, but overall the hotel was ok.
- 4/5
It wasn't fancy, but it was exactly what we expected. A clean room, bed, and a safe place to sleep :)
- 4/5
Very comfortable bed !!
- 5/5
By far best days inn I've ever stayed in.
- 3/5
Old hotel at reasonable price.
- 5/5
Location
- 4/5
Older motel that has been well maintained. My room and bathroom was spotless. Quiet area with good access to food etc. Breakfast could use a little upgrade but for the reasonable price, who’s complaining. Ill definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Convenient to Cloudland Canyon State Park. Good value. Pet friendly
- 3/5
Not amazing
- 5/5
Our host was very cordial and helpful with the check in and directions for the facilities.
- 5/5
I loved how quiet it was. The bed was amazing. I slept better than in months. I also liked that the bathroom had bars for safety. We spent time with friends visiting in the lobby and it was nice having a place to go. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Very clean hotel. I asked to change from a regular room to a handicapped accessible room for the second night of our stay, and the Saturday morning staff easily arranged this.
- 1/5
Front desk staff were terrible. We called after check in about our reservation and the guy kept saying there was no reservation in our name even though we booked and checked in with that name. He seemed completely confused about how to use his own computer system. Rooms are not nice at all. This is our second experience like this at this hotel. Will not come again.
- 4/5

- 4/5
Basic hotel but nice and clean, friendly desk clerks and staff.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Decent place at a decent price. Staff was very nice, room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
All good …. Convenient
- 4/5
Our 2 night stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and attentive
- 5/5
Nice clean room with comfortable bed. All I need after a day of hiking
- 4/5
As others have commented, breakfast is very sparse. Instant Oatmeal, packaged sugary pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee only. Could use fruits, protein bars, breakfast bars, hot chocolate options. Room was great. Nicely updated and clean. Jacuzzi tub perfect after cold day hiking. Nice staff. Would stay again.
- 2/5
The rate was good. The room had a musty smell and cigarette butns on tub ledge show it was a former smoking room.
- 5/5
Excellent location, room very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
- 5/5
Quiet and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great for families too.
- 5/5
Very clean and the people was so nice.
- 4/5
Front door did not seal all the way. The toilet valve was very industrial.
- 4/5
Walk to food options
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Convenient to our family
- 4/5
Ok for the price. Affordable, clean. Beds were a little rough.
- 1/5
I booked a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds and they only had a room with smoking and king.
- 5/5
Good experience. Bed was very comfortable- slept as good as my bed at home. Accommodations were as advertised.
- 4/5
They were out of extra pillows. Breakfast was subpar at best, we went elsewhere.
- 5/5
Great check in service! Very easy! Employees are very friendly and very polite!
- 4/5
Good clean little hotel!
- 4/5
Limited breakfast
- 4/5
For the price and location this was a good fit for us. The room was clean, water pressure good, no complaints. The only issue we found was that the sheets had a small stain on it, (maybe lipstick, hopefully), but I'm not too picky and didn't care all that much. Check in/out was quick and easy. Overall I would recommend.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, clean and very helpful. We stayed for a wedding and everything was clean and properly done.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
The rooms are very nice. Not much of a breakfast if your hungry in the mornings.
- 5/5
Close to Cloudland Canyon State Park
- 3/5
Overall not bad for a small motel . But the guy at the counter for check in was very strange and unfriendly !
- 1/5
We had no tv or internet for our stay
- 5/5
Clean and well maintained.
- 2/5
Walls were thin. Noise from other rooms were loud. Noise from parking lot was incessant. Breakfast was packaged oatmeal, yogurt and/or packaged muffins. TV was good. Bed and coffee were acceptable. High ratings on Hotels.com not warranted.
- 4/5
Our stay was quiet and enjoyable. For my needs everything was a 5. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The building is not new but is in very good shape and was very clean. For those who want a full buffet breakfast this is not what you get but if you like to get something to grab and go it is perfect. I would stay again. This is not a destination resort but a really nice place to spend the night.
- 5/5
It was clean and service was good!
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel, pretty much the only option in that small town. Free brakfast should say continental breakfast. Literally oatmeal packs, wrapped chocolate muffins and yogurt cups. Coffee was good but there is a mcdonalds a stones throw away so no biggie.
- 3/5
Property is well maintained. No thrills but good for a night or 2. Walls are thin you will hear your neighbors
- 5/5
Everything was awesome 👍👍👍👍👍😎😎 can't wait to come back
- 1/5
The night staff was rude. He acted like he didn’t want us there. He even seemed shocked when we told him we had a reservation. He was not friendly like we usually have when we have hotel accommodations. The room had a funny smell and the sheets had stains.
- 4/5
This was the only property available on our trip down to NOLA right off the highway. I was skeptical about booking a 2 star but we were exhausted. Not sorry at all. It was absolutely immaculate! Staff isn't friendly at all but , whatever. We need a shower and sleep, this fit the bill.
- 5/5
The cottage was, immaculate ! The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Loved the swing and creek outside, and a chicken that came over .
- 3/5
Dated and in need of repair
