Everything was good but had to get a code for the internet because it wouldn't connect.

The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The food was burnt, and when I asked if we could get some fresh breakfast, the staff said ok but never put none out.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the kitchen area had everything we needed during our stay. The property felt safe, relaxing, and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Overall nice. But found the lighting in the room was very dim. The hallway carpet needs stretching-could be a trip hazard

The rooms are nice and spacious. There very and well kept. I one thing I didn't like was your not able to adjust the shower heads. Besides that I love the experience.

Hotel is clean and fantastic. Our only complaint was the mattress as it was really firm and uncomfortable. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and this was the worst sleep I have had. Hopefully they improve this but overall everything else was great

Everything was great in this hotel. Location is also ideal if you want to be close to the Texas Motor Speedway. The only downside is a lot of road noise from the hwy at night.

This hotel is located next to a loud highway so if you're going to stay her ask for an interior room. The front desk attendant was not very friendly in my interactions with her. During both interactions she was on the phone but in an airpod style headphone so I couldn't tell when she was talking to me or whoever was on the other line. I did interact with maintenance guy when he had to change the batteries in our door lock. He was really nice!

The staff was very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. The place is clean, has great amenities. Couldn’t use the pool because it’s winter but it looks so nice. We did use the gym which well equipped and clean. The suite is a little home away from home with nice layout of the suite. I was surprised to see a well stocked mini kitchen!

The room was clean and very big with a very comfortable king size bed and a wonderful large big screen television. I didn’t have breakfast there, but it looked very good. It was also a very good price and had a pretty lobby as I entered the hotel at night. I will definitely stay there when I visit my friend who lives in Keller.

Excellent stay for business travel , & it was very convenient to have a full size refrigerator with a mini kitchenette. The FREE breakfast every morning is a nice option with many protein options. It’s safe a close to many nice neighborhoods including shopping & dining options.

Liked our stay the suite with king bed had plenty space, cleaniness was good, comforters could be better and pillows, and I didn’t like how the mirror was outside the restroom instead of inside of it. Other than that enjoyed my stay.

It was definitely dated. The carpets were rippled so it was hard to roll luggage. The showers have terrible pressure. If you have any amount of hair it will take you 15 minutes to wash the shampoo out. Other than that the staff was amazing and location was great.

Cleaning staff entered our room before 10 am on checkout day disregarding the do not disturb sign we put out. Otherwise, the hotel met our needs, was clean. The front desk associate was kind and helpful.

Facility and rooms were very nice. Suites have all you need. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fan!!! Bed was comfy, shower was great!!! AC worked very well. Great price point and would highly recommend!!!

Everything was absolutely outstanding the front desk clerk was very friendly and highly recommend accommodation and a possible pay raise for her excellent service please have this message forward to the right person for that review for her she deserves it even when the internet was slow she made ways to make sure that my internet was on in my room and I highly appreciate that for my zoom meetings so it was very important that I needed the internet and she assured me that I will have that taken care of and provided me with the necessary code to access I also received an additional text to make sure that my room and my status sufficient which are highly appreciate that from the front desk as well I believe her name is Nikki please recommend her for recognition for excellent service and please look into any pay raise that she hasn't received reviewed I think she needs to be running the building overall thanks in advance

Amazing stay!! Pet friendly! Large room. Very clean, loved the kitchenette! The shower was very clean, products were nice. The lobby smells amazing! Good breakfast - wish they had more gluten free options but other than that amazing stay!

As always this hotel was a positive place to stay. The rooms/beds are always comfy… The shower was a bit of a struggle as it took forever to get warm and the disposal in the kitchen didn’t do its job but overall it was good…. Will stay here again…..

Stayed here for one night with my family and it was overall an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly upon checking in and the hotel was in really clean condition throughout the hotel and the room. We rented a suite to use the kitchen options and were pleased with all of the kitchen options available. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very friendly service. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was great. This is our go-to hotel when traveling to this area. My only regret is that it wasn’t warm enough outside to swim in their awesome pool during our stay!

My only complaint is I called the desk for a late checkout and the lady was very rude. I was only asking for 30 minutes but she did not let me even finish my sentence.

But everyone that works at that location isn't honest. I forgot my curling iron and flat iron in the room. But know one turned it in.

What a fabulous hotel! We had to book last minute, and we were so glad we did. The pool was perfect for the kids—it had a little lazy river and a waterfall. The grill and lounge area was also very nice. And there was a small basketball court right next to pool area that we felt safe letting our two big kids go to while we were sitting by pool. Breakfast was very well done, the room was spacious, and the price was more than agreeable. We will stay here again anytime we are in town!

Love this hotel. I visit often when I’m in the area. The lady at the front during check in was a little rude, she didn’t even greet me when I walked in. She looked annoyed that she had to do her job. Other than that, everyone else was nice.

The room was massive. Way larger than I expected. The sleeper sofa was in a living room type area outside of the bedroom, that had its own tv, which was great for my night owl teen. The bathroom was huge with plenty of room. There was a large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, dishwasher. Lots of plugs and usb ports for phone chargers (again a plus when traveling with teens). The breakfast was vegan friendly (fruit, juice, and oatmeal with fixin's. Front staff was helpful and kind. Made our family vacation trip to Fort Worth a great experience.

Staff dealing with an issue at check in and room type was different than expected but clean and fine for what we ended up needing.

Loved that they had a half court to shoot hoops, even though we didn’t get to use it due to our busy schedule. Also really liked the variety of foods at the continental breakfast. The front desk staff was busy a few times helping other customers when I went up to the front desk, but that’s the worst thing I could say.

The cleaning staff are extremely loud so if you're planning on sleeping in I would recommend a different facility. If that doesn't bother you everything else was wonderful! The front desk staff were all phenomenal and very nice. If you're interested in knowing how the beds are, it is extremely firm.

This hotel is by far the best one I’ve stayed at! Parking was a breeze, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, it’s near so many places, and it has a full kitchen!! Only downside was the outdoor pool not being heated. It was ice cold and we had to get out within 10 minutes because my child’s lips were blue and they were shivering, despite it being 90° outside. The last few years, we have had a very hard time finding a hotel where the AC unit actually cooks the room. Most places it won’t go lower than 68-70 and it’s always so hot in the room. But at Homewood Suites the unit goes down to 66 AND has a ceiling fan! It was nice and cool our entire stay. Staff was friendly and I will be booking Homewood suites for all future stays!

Late night clerk was helpful. Breakfast good. Room spacoious and clean. Only problem was our room 118 was subject to almost constant door slamming noise from the parking access side door and the housekeeping room across the hall. Do not get a room in that area.

Average room. Didn’t care for the pillows. They were flatter than a pancake. Bathroom door was designed poorly to open and close. Should have used a barn or sliding door instead for the tight cramped bathroom. Bed was comfortable, drawers had clothes in them. Room smelled like maple syrup. So I’m not sure how much care was taken into consideration of the room. It looked clean other than that.

Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. Convenient, free parking with easy highway access. Breakfast quality could be improved by switching up the menu and keeping hot breakfast hot. A microwave wasn’t available in breakfast area to reheat items.
