I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. The next day they gave me another room. The second room the blankets were torn and had holes in them. The bathroom door was broken and holes in it. I went back to the office he was rude and said if I didn’t like it I can leave. I told to refund me and I’d be gladly to leave and he said no.

It was ok. The staff person wasn’t a friendly person. Will not stay there again.😡

Service was terrible, construction right outside of the hotel, extremely rude staff, area was downright unsafe, rooms smelled like smoke(both cigarette and weed), cockroaches everywhere…avoid this place like the plague.

Nothing really The room was very dirty the ceiling was missing above the sink the bath tub was nasty like paint in it. The carpet was sticky. The ceiling above the bed looked like there was ketchup or something squirted on it. The bed was very broke down. Overall it was just plain nasty.

This hotel is the nastiness i have ever came across. Burn marks on the tub and sinks. Needs to be repainted and also a few more repairs. I will never pay them $85.00 to stay in a hole inthe wall hotel. Carpet wasn't safe either. Please avoid. Not a great deal either. I really want my money back.

It was late but we ended up going to get cleaning stuff and cleaned ourselves and nothing was ever done! People hanging around all hours of the night! Worst experience ever! Will definitely take our business somewhere different next time

Why the hell is the floor leaning in RM 110? I mean seriously the floor is uneven enough that simply walking across the floor causes the drawers to open on dresser and desk. Desk clerk cold and unfriendly. I mean if having guest check in and out is such a bother then just close the hotel. Bed spreads covered in holes and burn marks, sheets smell funny, and dirty sinks. Readers run away from the money dump. It's bad service, filth, and disrepair you are paying for.

It’s really a run down hotel .. dirty towels and they only give you like 2 small towels. I really feel they are floor towels.

The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient and close to a lot of things ATL has to offer. They keep the rooms clean and there are no bugs so that a huge plus for me!!! I would definitely return

Bad enviorment, noise everywhere, can not sleep. Air condition too loud.

The toilet had a leak, the bed frame stuck out, me and my toddler hit our leg on it causing a wound. I brought these issues to the staffs attention and they immediately tried to fix the issue the best they could by putting a towel on the floor of the bathroom and wrapping towels around the protruding frame. Walls and doors were thin so naturally you could hear everyone who walked by and their conversations. Upon leaving I realized my son left his beloved toy, when we rushed back to the room to get it to my surprised they were straightening out the same linen me and my baby just slept on. I only imagined if it was a long night of sex on it would they have done the same. I hope they don’t do that to every bed’s linen because they seemed very comfortable to do it then.

I would advise that no one stay here. I book for my business and this was the first and last time I will book here for my company. The condition of this place is deployable. Smoke detector hanging off the wall (not sure if it works or not), shower head broken w/water coming out of the hole, pee on the tub. Closet shelf broken along with the phone. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to stay here. Why be in the business if you have no intentions of maintaining your property. This is equivalent to a slum lord property. This place needs to be condemned.

When I open the door for the first time and it smelled real good in the room, I know I had made a good choice

Have absolutely no complaints. The price is spot on and the location with close enough to everything with the highway right next door. Very happy with our stay!

Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was nice and checked to make sure everything was fine. 12 pm check out was the best part since most hotels check out is 11 am.

BEDBUGS!!!!! The floor by the bathroom had a dip in it like it was going to collapse. And the fixture in the tub fell off during my shower. HORRIBLE. They kno about the bugs!

All i can say is it was clean. The bed was lumpy, bathroom door wouldn't close and the towel Nasser was broke. The roof is sagging. Overall i would say they need a complete update

The room was clean. The bed was a king size bed which was nice an comfortable to sleep great.

Too many bad things to write and is not worth my time. I wasted my money and I had very unpleasant stay NOT HAPPY AT ALL I cannot believe Expedia endorse it

Stayed a few hours then went to work.

We saw a giant roach the first night. I made a comment on a review site and they claimed they didn't have bugs. So when we got back late, they changed our room key so we were locked out with all our stuff inside the room. Very inconvenient. Lots of traffic noise because it's right on a main road.

It was great and comfortable. My room faced the highway, so heard trucks and sirens passing by. Mall was down the street too

It was a relaxing stay

Rooms are very clean however the bathroom doors are having a closing issue. The Bedrooms are more welcoming than the outside of the hotel..

My stay was great. I slept comfortably and check out was easy.

It was nice and quiet just wanted to get away for a few hours and I had no issues.

Car alarm went off at 2 am and continued every 5 minutes or so for an hour. Called the front desk to see if they could talk to the owner of the car and got an ambiguous response. Door to the bathroom didn't shut completely. Pool only open 10 am to 7 pm.

The price was cheap there was no bugs in the room of course there was issues with the way the room looked but it's nothing to complain about if you're going to pay for a cheap motel the staff was super nice and friend me and I stayed there with my three girls if you're going to complain about outdated stuff or the way the bathroom or kitchen cabinets look or anything like that it's not nasty it's just outdated then need not look here you need to move on up to the hundred dollar range or so.

I stayed here with my grandbabies and they had my phone. Well i didn't know it was left in the room and the staff called me to let me know. iPhone 8 is back in my possession thanks to staff.

Nice cheap hotel,very quiet and clean just everything is old.

The attendant over the phone wasn't helpful at all and when I arrived, the front desk attendant was a little rude. Yet in retrospect, the room was clean and comfortable. I don't understand the set in policies.....check in by 3pm; check out at 12p the following day, even if you cheked in at 7 or 8pm? That's not the full service that you pay for.....PERIOD!

This place was in a shady neighborhood it had hookers walking across the parking lot when we pulled in. It's not ideal to stay someone's where you're constantly worried that your vehicles going to get broken into during the night. Or worse you're afraid that you're going to get a knock on your door at 3 in the morning and someone trying to try to rob you

Do not ever stay here. Drug dealer hanging out and trying to sell you drugs before you go to check in. I was scared to death. They moved my room to the front loud street, people screamingand fighting in the middle of the night. Awful!

While the hotel is showing it's age, everything was clean and quiet. Not much else you can ask for at this price point. They staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My Chinese food order was missing a fork and the front office got one for me.

Decent room for the price; no problem encountered

There were almost no rooms filled, but they still put us in a room that was directly facing the highway. Room was clean, but obviously the corners hadn't been dusted or swept in a while. Tiny bathtub, very slippery for showering. Weak wifi, but at least they had it.

This is a good priced hotel. It is in a suspect area but overall it's a really decent bargin.

Besides that, we were very happy. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff and quick check in. The room was well equipped and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends.

It was the worst stay and only got even worse. They didn't have my reservation to start. The room was not clean at all. Bugs, bugs, and had to spray and clean the room. Nothing was done until I did a review and was harassed by staff the day before checkout, even when I told the staff I just got in from work and trying to sleep, and even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Then at checkout a staff member was telling me I spoke to no one, but someone told me I could switch rooms the last night there. No argument just got my receipt and left. Never ever to return.

Other reviews almost scared me off, but I'm glad I tried it anyway! My entire stay went seamlessly. I went to check out and there was an employee near me and he offered to check me out right there and I handed him my key and I was off. Will stay there again.

Really good wifi is a must for my son and me. We stayed in many hotels this summer. The best wifi was most often in the crappier hotels. At Knights Inn during our 4 day stay, housekeeping knocked on our door everyday despite the do not disturb sign. On the third day, she came with a young man yelling 'check out time' repeatedly until I was able to inform her we were booked for another day. This was not my first stay here, that was a few years ago. This is the first time, I had such issues with housekeeping. Before there was a pleasant man, and the floor was not an issue. This time my foot stuck to the carpet in one spot. When I saw how dirty the bottoms of my feet got, I went out and bought flip flops to wear inside. On the other hand this is one of my teenage son's favorite's because of the great wifi and the softness of the beds. I like the beds here too!. If they cleaned up the floor and shifted the abrasive attitude of current housekeeping, I would recommend this as a great budget value . .. and they will take cash with no need to present a credit card.

My stay was decent. We heard a lot of noise outside of the window. Like peoples cars were being towed (they weren't), a couple fighting, and an ambulance and police car. It lasted for about 2 hours than got quiet. The inside of the room at first glance was fine. But upon closer inspection the chair had stains on it and the blind had duct tape on it covering a hole.

Staff was friendly and the pool was nice . it was a bit run down but for what we paid and the location was great

Not a five star hotel, but its perfect if your on budget. I did not experience roaches, loud neighbors. 24 hour waffle house right across the street. Bed sheets were clean, room had microwave and refrigerator both clean. Again i have stayed at nicer hotels but for alot more money. You will find some chipped paint on walls, old look and feel, but clean and affordable

Overall it was just a place to stay the night. Staff was not overly friendly. The place was older and not in the best condition. If you're looking for a bed and a locked door for the night at a low price, it's here. Paid $120 for two nights and I feel we still over paid. Should've paid somewhere around $30-$40 a night. We had cable but the shower head was too short, couldn't iron my clothes since the iron had burned residue on it, and the blow dryer was old and in poor condition. Mini fridge available to store food and the bed seemed clean. Place is too close to the street so if you wake easily, not the place for you. Again, this is just a place to get sleep.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was good for my meeting needs.

Better than any other Knights Inn I've stayed at. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly, unintrusive housecleaning. Good price. Convenient to Northlake and Stone Mountain area.
