Not a thing All kinds of hiden fees the owner wants in cash when you check in . It was a absolute nightmare and when I wouldn’t pay them I ended up having to sleep in my car because he refused the refund request though the website

This was an old Tucson style motel from about +/- 1950. It is maintained by a man who doesn't speak English...but was courteous and the place showed work. The location was very unfortunate, as UT is literally above I-19. You have to know which onramp to take...and where the unmarked turn off the onramp pops up. The item is serenaded by freeway noise 24/7. But it is a quaint period hotel of small units with tile roofs. Move the hotel 3-4 blocks away b from I-10.

I liked how the room gave me an authentic Indian cultured aesthetic room was clean. Beds were comfy, and the water was hot in the showers. Also great water pressure. The loved the Hospitality the two couple gave me, made me felt right at home. Asked me if I needed anything and were always warm, happy, & helpful! GREAT PLACE, I would live here ! I couldn’t find ONE thing I disliked about the place, people always want to expect a luxury hotel experience but the same that this is a cultural loving inviting area it’s not a resort so people that speak down on this place I believe or just pampered and ungrateful

Clean and without cock roaches. The bed was the only thing good. The location should be condemned. Not only is it probably the oldest Hotel in Tucson it looks like it. If I had other choices I would have done it. The Uber driver said stay locked in your room and the Manager at the location said LOCK YOUR DOOR.

I wish I could give negative stars! This was the filthiest place I’ve seen in my entire life. I have pictures but unfortunately cannot upload them here. I wiped the floors in all areas with a makeup wipe and they came out literally black. The smell of cigarettes takes your breath throughout the entire windowless room. The blanket on the bed smelled like it had been washed in a dirty ashtray. The ancient air conditioning unit sounded like a plane taking off. I didn’t sleep one minute. The only person who would find this place acceptable is someone who just got released from prison.

I stayed there for 2 nights and the gentleman treated me like a criminal. I didn't cause any damage. It was just me by myself.I cleaned up after myself and they didn't return my deposit. And now the owner is making me return to the inn in order to get my deposit back. The woman who works there is incredibly sweet, however. I was also supplied with 2 bars of hand soap and that is it.

Stayed one night, got an excellent night's sleep. The bed and bedding was comfortable, the heat worked. Internet Wi-Fi was high speed and stayed connected. TV worked and was quick to respond to channel changes which seems rare anymore. Toilet worked fine, good water pressure in the sink with no issues getting hot water. And it appears each room has a covered space for your vehicle which was nice since it was raining when I checked in.

There is nothing to like about this location. Staff was rude as they mentioned a $150.00 fee that was not mentioned on the website anywhere. I enjoyed my stay, however I was treated very poorly after being there 4 days and requested new towels and sheets. The owner was very nice at the beginning, I was paying on a daily and was told that he would give me a cheaper rate, and not extend through the App, After the check out I check my credit card statement and notice that he was charging me $5.00 over the amount he quoted. Its really upsetting to have people like that running a business. So if you happen to check in to this motel, please l make sure you check everything before you touch, sleep or sit. Very disappointed with the way things turned out.

Basically the Indian owner had no clue about cleanliness. Their ways of living is sub standard as the room was smelling of typical Indian dwelling, somewhat gross smell that comes from typical Indian homes. The Front Desk guy was very rude, charged me $194.00 for a one-night stay which totalled $60, roughly. I was not aware that a deposit was required and when I inquired about it, the gentleman rudely said that I will get the deposit back at check out IF I didn't "break anything." The room was cold and dreary, the door did not lock so I was.a little nervous, given the area and the people hanging around that area. Additionally, the wall unit heater did not work so I had to purchase a mini heater to stay warm. There were bath soap, shampoo, etc; no bath towels, rags, etc in the bathroom nor toilet paper...the towels they did have were old, raggedy and stained with what appears to be rust or old blood stains. I could not sleep in the bed and checked out promptly in the morning. I received my deposit back, in cash, but what happened to the $25-$30 that was debited from my account? I did not stick around to inquire, I just wanted to leave that place and never stay there again.

It is very basic however throw on a comforter of your own and bring yourself a towel and its fine. The price alone tells you your not staying at the hilton. The area is ghetto. A homeless mens shelter is located directly behind this property as well if your one who fears the city life. Overall however its clean we felt safe and the price you cant beat.

Older property. Surprisingly clean room, but it smelled like perfume. Cheaper hotels always seem to do that, I don't know why. It's on a one-way street next to the freeway, so a bit of a challenge to find one's way in and out, and lots of traffic noise. The parking lot has more potholes than pavement. Easy drive to the airport, about 7-8 minutes. My biggest complaint was the wifi. There were two routers, the stronger one didn't seem to be connected to the internet. I couldn't connect to the other one unless I carried my laptop to the door or out into the parking lot. Then it had dial-up speed. I don't plan to stay here again.

Between the interstate traffic going right beside our room, a gurgling hot water heater throughout the night, and a toilet got made noises all night, sleep was utterly impossible. I can pee harder than the hotel shower head could give out water. The people at the front desk in the office were very kind, however, their English was not good. They were very personable. What a dump, we’re there less than an hour and decided to find a different hotel because of no wifi, smell, poor cleaning etc. Owners would not refund our money and were rude. Avoid this place like the plague. Our GPS took us close but the sign wasn’t lit up so we drove by a few times before finding it. Spent 10 minutes waiting for them at check in. They had to photocopy our ID’s and we felt we under suspicion for something? This place was awful, hairs in the shower, fridge didn’t work. The saying "don't judge a book by it's cover" speaks well for this hotel. We recently stayed at the Economy Inn in Tucson. Being budget conscious we look for a good deal whenever we travel. When we arrived at the hotel we quickly observed that the hotel is quite dated. After meeting the manager who was very personable and being assured that the location was safe we went directly to our room, unpacked and fell asleep. We found our room clean, well appointed for our needs, quiet during the night and felt safe and secure. We had a reserved parking space directly to the side of our room. I would recommend this hotel because it was conveniently located off Interstate 10, was clean, safe and quiet at night. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and restful.

Rates are not what sign advertises. I got a deal with Orbitz for way more dollars a night 1 full size bed. We arrived at night could not find hotel/motel sign was not lit up went past it a few times. We had to ask for another room; TV counter top broke and cracked; light bulb in bathroom burned out; mgmt. said he would "fix" it but made me wonder why he did not know this; The rooms are ugly and old; cord for lamp taped up with electrical tape; very dirty electric power cord connected to a TV did not work nothing mgmt. could do; white towels are brown and stained, floor towel for shower looked like it had been used to wipe dirty shoes or dry a vehicle after a carwash, might have been washed but not clean was brown and stained; 1 wash cloth for 2 people, 1 hand towel for 2 people; 2 dingy bath towels; my husband asked for extra towels, mngrs' response 2 people 2 towels and did not want to fullfill request and hesitantly did when my husband got upset; no extra roll of toilet paper which was half used thank goodness we had our own in vehicle; mgmt. does not know what works and what doesn't until one arrives I suppose; window in bathroom not securely locked so my husband placed a bar in window for fear someone would break in through that window that did not have a curtain on it though glass was frosted. Mgmt told us to turn off lights and all electricity before leaving room at all times ??? Last but not least motel right next to very noisy I-10.
