Everything was great just the microwave didn’t work

Horrible service. Money was taken and we were refused a room due to not having a credit card that was accepted by the business. Staff did not help, were outside all night and could not get a refund for potentially 20 days .

In the future I will request a room that is not next to the main lobby. I found the noise from people checking in and out and the staff doing laundry in the morning a little annoying, but overall my experience was pretty good.

Had grab and go breakfast snacks, got the room closest to the road and could hear loud cars and sirens when they would pass.
- 3/5
I feel this would be a good place to stay for a work trip or if you need to stay because a loved one is across the street at the hospital. Probably good for adults basically because there is no pool for kids. I didn’t even hear any kids running around now that I think of it. Very quiet stay. Although, for the price I paid I’d expect a coffee maker and smart tv in the room.. There wasn’t. The area was a plus.

Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving.

It was close to the reason I was in town The water pressure in the bathroom was like taking a shower in the rain. The kitchen was infested with ants. The price for using washer/dryer was outrageously expensive. The policy about getting utensils/ coffee maker, etc for the kitchen was not explained during checkout so it was a shock when I found the kitchen completely empty. Also there is no overnight staff which made me feel less secure.

The night staff for late check in was beyond rude and wouldn't check me in even after calling for a late check in all because my Uber driver stayedwith me for over an hour while waiting for her to come to the office and he didn't have his ID although he was not staying with me. I will never ever go there again and I haven't got a refund they checked me in before I checked in. I'm so disgusted
- 3/5
We ended up not even staying the second night even knowing that we would loose the money. My husband is in the hospital across the street and we thought this would be great to be so close. But the beds were SO uncomfortable that there was just no way we could do a second night on them. I really don’t like to give a bad review but with us being so exhausted after such a long day of having my husband flown to the hospital we were sure disappointed that we didn’t get rest.

Staff was super nice, the rooms were OK, would not stay there again though

Booked us in before we even arrived at the location. It took us an hour to get in contact with someone at the property and booked in. Then they booked us in a room that they had marked dont book. The staff member was honest about that and asked if we still wanted to stay. Said that it had a funny smell. She allowed me to check the room and see if i still wanted to stay.

They barged into my room two staff one lady from the office and house keeper and proceeded to look all around at my stuff saying stuff about smoking mind you they looked really incompetent since I don't smoke o vape so the fact that they tried to lie and say something about smoking was crazy then they proceeded to say something about how my husband cussed at me as we were getting into our Uber my room was on perfect condition and I had my camera on for my safety the whole time I was there so we didn't get loud or smoke they were just judging and profiling after I paid 1000 dollars for a week oh and then took 125 out of my account later on and never gave me my deposit. Also my room was in perfect condition have videos and pictures because I knew they were scammers moral of the story this place was trash and it's cold breakfast. Not worth the price we paid for their harassment. And legally I have the right to record and very glad I did because this is what these hotels try to do. They charged crazy prices and then try to lie to keep the money. Do not stay here if you don't fit in their box of how they think you're supposed to look . Profiling at its finest.

My room was clean. The hotel staff were both friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
It was clean and in good shape just devoid of anything one would need. The free breakfast was far below what a holiday inn express or similar hotel would offer.

I never got to stay! You canceled my conformation. And kept my mony!!! Which i intend to fight you for! You ruined a very important visit to see my mom disappointment after spending all my money and went too the ends of the earth to make sure I kept my promise to my mom. Thanks
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Loved full size fridge. Location is good as it’s close to many drivable food options. Bad in that at night they use the streeet in front to drag race. Not hotels fault but if your a light sleeper and have a room facing the street the noise is quite loud. Pillows were also not the greatest and only had three pillows for two people. Water pressure was good shower head not so great as it sprayed in outward circle instead of straight forward. Seems to be pet friendly as it has no carpet which is nice. If you’re looking for a space to stay for cheap with real amenities this will work for a short night stay. There is an iHop right across the street since there is are no food options at the hotel. They did not have a filtered water dispenser but had complimentary water bottles at the front desk.
- 3/5
Room wasn't Adequately cleaned. The floors were dirty, the sheets were not the right size (queen size on a king bed), and the included breakfast consisted of a choice of a couple of small packaged muffins and granola bars.
- 3/5
The floor had not been cleaned, there were women’s boot prints all over it. The blanket and bedspread was more for the summertime rather than winter. We had to run the heat and that takes a lot of electricity. That’s not energy efficient.

I lost my wallet and the staff found it and kept it in safety box and returned to me upon request. I appreciate the honesty of the staff members. there was no kitchen utensils, no plates/bowls, knives upon check-in. We need to go to the front desk to ask for them.

Great stay.

The names of the rooms, the staff, and just the whole vibe altogether!
- 0.5/5
Semi new The property was not very clean, didn’t have enough towels, one soap for everyone, gave us rooms in opposite side of the building (when I had requested them together with my kids), I had also got this place because it said full breakfast and a coffee and a snack bar is NOT breakfast, the receptionist was rude and asked for a everyone’s ID’s like if this was a 5 star hotel. The distance from the freeway was 4 miles, very inconvenient when someone is very tired. I had to come back twice to the reception desk because she only gave me one key room. Then I was forced to come back and get the other key because she didn’t finish checking me the first time and send me off. I was also charged twice for the stay. Now if anyone gets to read this, I would ask you, why would I choose your hotel over somebody else’s if it’s this inconvenient? I do not recommend this place to anyone. You guys have a lot of competition.

- 3/5
We stayed in a doggie room. the floor was stickie and dirty, the chair had a sticky stain, the toilet had a ring around it and the bed looked disheveled and almost used. I would NOT stay there again. The night clerk that checked us in was great however.
- 3/5
There was what seemed to be drug use in the area/parking lot. I could not tell if they were residents/guests or homeless individuals from the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable enough, though it only had two pillows. The sheets seemed clean. There were plenty of towels and soap. The kitchen was adequate, though with old and cosmetically damaged appliances (did not use the stove to see if it worked). The carpet was filthy/stained in many areas. I could not walk on it barefoot. AC worked, blackout curtains adequate. Rooms to outside walkway like a motel. I was on second floor. Grab and go breakfast minimal with no real milk/creamer. IHOP right across the street Very convenient to TMC (two blocks away), which is why I chose this place.

It was filled with cockroaches

Evening receptionist was cordial and helpful Breakfast was miserable at best. No hairdryer!
- 1/5
It was not good said there was a pool but there wasn't. Only had 2 pillows and I'm disabled and needed the accommodations there was none. Not happy at all
- 5/5
The property as usual, was clean and beautiful The rooms were clean and nice comfortable. only thing I think they need to change is update on the TVs and the channels because there’s nothing really to watch you’re flipping through the same channels

In rooms 303 and 304 we had cockroaches, we felt uncomfortable at night due to all the vagrants on the property.

Went for a family emergency this hotel is nothing fancy but was at a good price for us to stay multiple nights. Don’t expect anything great. Just a decent night sleep

Good 💯
- 3/5
The property was very unkempt. There were people hanging around and smoking. The room smelled like old cooking oil. The carpet and walls looked dirty and all the towels smelled like old cooking oil.
- 4/5
was exactly what was needed.

Too nosey. No cooking stuff in kitchen.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was nice, the only issue we had was the bed was not comfortable at all, it was hard.
- 4/5
Nice basic hotel unit. Was fairly roomy inside. Plenty of parking, and in a reasonable neighborhood. Everything worked inside. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was nice, the room was clean and the shower had good pressure. It was nice after a really bad day. Thank you.

Kitchen was nice. Able to cook for myself which is important since I have lots of food allergies and eating take out is tough sometimes. Property was clean. Dishes were provided when asked for, there were none in the room on check in. I was able to park right outside my room which was really nice. No issues overall.
- 3/5
First floor, couldn't open curtains due to people walking by and no privacy. Room was dark and the kitchen had no amenities like dishes or anything. We felt like we were in a dungeon. The office was tiny and not very organized. One thing good, coffee was really good. For what we needed, we won't stay there again.
- 3/5
Overall, it was an ok room for the size. Seemed to be wiped down mostly, but, two things happened: 1) when I woke up, my chin was swollen from a bug bite. And after checking elsewhere, i found a few bites. That usually means one thingbin a hotel... thankfully, i didnt leave any bags on the ground, but i will still be treating them like there is an investation. 2) there was a dead roach in the bathroom. It was clearly squished, but not cleaned up. I did inform the front desk about my swollen chin and said they should probably treat the room. Eill not be staying there ever again, though.
- 4/5
Toilets don't have fans. If you wanted to take out the trash, you had to take it all the way out to the dumpster and throw it over the gates after looking through the crack in gate to see if you would hit the trash bin when you threw it over.
- 2/5
Rough sheets, one pillow missing, very loud air handler, poor sound isolation.
- 5/5
Parking security
- 2/5
Room was ok, slept ok, but my standards are easy. Army vet so anything above a fart sack in the ground is ok. WiFi for something that may stream is 6 bucks, free version well you get what ya pay for. Grab and Go Breakfast total fail - coffee and hot water WTH. You wanna be t chemical I guess that meets grab and go but come on. Don't expect anything and you will not be disappointed or spend a couple extra bucks and go elsewhere, which is what I will be doing.
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpets were wet from just being clean. Cigarette burns all over the sink and bathtub. The smell was almost too much to bare.
- 1/5
There were people who clearly weren’t staying at the hotel walking around the hallways at night, which didn’t feel safe. The air conditioner was so loud that we weren’t able to sleep.
- 3/5
The room had a old smell to it
- 1/5
I was under very poor conditions, uncomfortable and smelled bad.
- 4/5
Breakfast could be better though.
- 2/5
This was our first and last visit to an Extended Stay. Dirty carpet. Constant noise from air conditioners, the wall made noise if you can believe it. A domestic argument at 6:30 in the morning from a couple upstairs. Furniture was beat, broken dresser drawer. No closet, just a wire shelf. No hair dryer. I do believe there was a shootout in this room at some point. There were patched holes on every wall. Uncomfortable bed with crappy sheets. On the positive side, the front desk gal was very friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Safe, quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Quick and cozy stay for myself and the dogs at this hotel. Friendly, prompt service. Close by to mountain driving or Saguaro NP, and a good deal. Actually think the pet fees cost more than the room for myself - my dogs are lucky they’re spoiled rotten.
- 3/5
Convenient location for Tucson Medical Center patients & family
- 2/5
My stay started great but didn’t end great. We talked to the front desk about staying longer because a family member was dying. They agreed to give us the double room for a week. We thought everything was set up that night. We were told in the morning just come to change keys so you can get a new room rate that we negotiated. The next morning when my husband went to change keys the front desk person said we don’t have double rooms available anymore and moved him to a queen room. I was at the hospital when this happened. I told him we had to have double beds. So he checked out and we found another hotel. It was upsetting that we were not given what we were initially promised and it was a traumatic situation with a family member dying and the LAST thing we needed on our plate was hotel problems. Also my husband accidentally left two items a pair of pajamas hanging on the bathroom door and a soap and soap dish box. I went back to retrieve them a day later and they threw them away. I thought hotels kept stuff for at least 72 hours. Needless to say with all these hotels chains Extended Stays will not be our next first choice…
- 3/5
The room had not been cleaned! We were given a room that someone had just vacated. Bed dirty garbage around toes in tub. Besides that the furnishings were old and outdated. We asked for a refund and was given it.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hostel experiences ever. The room smelled . The carpet was filthy. And roaches were everywhere!! So disgusting and disappointed.
- 5/5
EXcellent staff
- 2/5
Water was turned off on 2nd day. No power for several hours on the 3rd day (could not use elevator to access room during power outage and I could not climb the stairs with my dog). Then the room key wouldn't work after the electricity was restored. "Breakfast" is a choice of breakfast bars and oatmeal packs that you have to request from the front desk. Not even a decent grab and go breakfast.
- 5/5
Convenient location, clean room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Location is grest. Near plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable bed and very spacious room
- 1/5
The staff was rude the desk lady was absolutely rude was unwilling to work with me and and I've been a prior customer before for close to months on end
- 4/5
The front clerk was extremely helpful and nice
- 1/5
This hotel was totally unacceptable and therefore we decided to cancel our reservation and not stay at there at all.
- 1/5
It’s been two weeks and I haven’t gone my deposit back. They charge me for it and they say they are still working on it after two weeks.
- 4/5
Beautiful mountain view. Pretty clean and comfortable room. Good value.
- 3/5
This location was simply ok
- 1/5
If you enjoy the constant smell of smoke wafting into your room, then stay here. I could have found nicer room furnishings at goodwill. Everything in the kitchen looked like it was from the 70’s. Linens felt like sandpaper and the mattress was thin and hard. Oh and the continental breakfast is an absolute joke. I was grossly overcharged for my stay and will never return to this property.
- 5/5
Only at tis location for 3 days. No problems. Would use again.
- 2/5
Front desk was polite and helpful. The room didn't have many outlets, no hair dryer, and the shower was dirty..there was still a used bar of soap in it. The beds were firm, but comfortable. No breakfast only coffee, packaged muffins and cereal bars.

Location was convenient, room was clean, price was right. It’s where I stay when I need an extended stay in East Tucson.
- 1/5
We stayed 10 days there were no housekeeping for our room they keep says if we stays 14 days we can have one time room cleaning but because we were less than 14 days we are not eligible for that service, plus almost every night there were homeless, drunk and bad people in the building which was unsafe situation

I was there maybe a little over a week. From the night after check in up until the night I left. (A day early) I was harassed by the man staying in room 208. First time encounter was him telling me I better not be sicking my dog on his cat. I hadn't even had a chance to shut my room door when he said that. I asked him who he was talking to and he says me. I said no your not why would I and walked away. From then on he would say rude things like he's ready to whoop ass. Banging on my door very loudy with some kind of heavy metal tool mimicking housekeeping. Saying come on out a** whole I'm so ready to hurt you. Everyday. 2 3 4 5 times a day. Office has documentation of it. Says they can't do anything about because dude has lived there for such and such amount of time. That he has something they called residential rights. well don't I have the right not to be harassed by that resident. He tried saying my dog went into his room. LIE. MY DOG WAS NEVER OFF HIS LEASH OR LEASH OUTTA OUR HANDS!!!. HE DID TRY TO SNIFF THE WIDE OPEN DOOR. IF he so worried about his cat why did he leave his door wide open everyday??? Point is I was harassed to the point I was afraid to leave my room and ended up leaving a day earlier than booked. And I'm pretty sure they just sent another charge to my debit card for $266.22. A text just came thru saying say so. I will find out come 9 am when my bank opens. I plan to call corporate on this motel. It is located at 5050 E Grant Rd.

Nothing
- 1/5
Front desk told me my reservation was cancelled. That no charges would appear on my card but I was charged over 250.00 for not staying there? Now it’s going to take 10 days for refund to appear back on card very disappointed
- 1/5
Room was dirty the stove, Dusty, found a lot of human hair in different parts of the room. Unsanitary. Need to improve customer service rude staff
- 4/5
Although the property is older, it looks like they’ve been remodeling. There was new carpet, new paint, and it was very clean. The staff was helpful and Friendly. Traveling solo, I felt very safe and comfortable.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. Insect infestation during the night.
- 3/5
At check-in, they tell you that there’s no smoking policy within 100 feet of the building yet as we were walking into the office there were people standing out on the curb in front of the office door smoking. We had to walk past Cigarettes smoke to get into the office. The room was OK But the bed was very springy and very uncomfortable to sleep in. We were in a room with a queen size bed with kitchenette. If you need dishes brought to the room they tell you to contact the front desk. The walls are very thin. and we could hear the people talking at 4 o’clock in the morning next-door to us. It is a three-story building and we were on the third floor, but faced the main road and could hear a lot of traffic. The front desk called us in the evening and left a message, telling us to let them know if we needed anything. I’ve never had an office call later on in the evening asking if there was anything that we needed. The staff was friendly and they do offer coffee in the morning as well as a Continental grab and go packaged breakfast. We only stayed for one night, but that is probably all I would’ve been able to handle of that bed. My suggestion would be for the hotel to upgrade their beds..
- 1/5
The smell of the room is so bad. Cant even sleep at all. Just been there for 5 minutes. And just tild the front desk that we will just leave as its no comfortable
- 5/5

Room not good!! Smoked bad
- 1/5
When i first checked in, the lady was very nice but today when we checked out the other front desk lady was very rude and rushing us out of the hotel. We couldn't even get things situated. I was not very happy. I asked for late check out at 12 and they were knocking on my door at 1115 am telling me to check out. Not a happy camper..
- 1/5
When we opened the door to our room, the mold smell was overpowering. There were bugs on the dirty stained carpet. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. It was awful! We went to the front desk to tell them we were leaving and the clerk said we’d have to call the manager to get a refund. We have not yet received a refund. It was a shady neighborhood. It was a disgusting place and we immediately took our luggage back to the car and left.

Quiet
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 3/5
It did the job, but unfortunately the beds were rock solid and the shower needed some good draino.
- 5/5
The lady at reception was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean too , no complains at all
- 1/5
The carpets where dirty, they had stains that look unpleasant. Found roaches in the shower, kitchen and under the beds, told the staff while checking out and the response was “thanks for letting us know” not even a sorry
- 3/5
The location worked well for my short stay.

The stuff was so nice, the location to since I was there for my friend weeding I choose that hotel because it’s was in the middle of the church et the party location. My room was old, if you see the kitchen faucet you won’t be able to eat and I was about to throw up please change that faucet. Someone hair was in the bathroom. If you are look a nice place maybe find another please or another room because my was horrible. The only thing good at this place is the stuff. Any time I remember that place I want to throw up.

The room was located on the back side of the building. It was very quiet, which I needed more than a view. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Room was clean. Furniture had some wear. No carpet, so no pet smells. I'm disabled and asked for either a first floor room or needed an elevator. They have an elevator. Overall, good value.

Everything was good and no issues. There was and issue with my keycard where it stoped working after being out for the day but they reprogramed the card with no issues quickly and had no other issues.
