The booking price is fantastic, the normal rate is way too high. The bed is comfortable. The normal rate is $200 a night, that is 4 star resort prices, not a motel 6 price. We stayed here one week ago and had horrible water pressure and temperature issues, this time the TV did not work.

The value was great. The bed was comfortable. The Booking.com rate was exceptional. The water pressure was a trickle in the shower. Got 2 minutes of scalding hot water, then only ice cold. The sink in the bathroom only turned on scalding hot, no cold water at all from the sink. The regular rate is $200 a night, which is what I expect from a luxury hotel and not a Motel 6.

I liked the lighting and the abundant space inside of the suite, it exceeded my expectations, but also I was coming back from California, where space is at a premium, so maybe it was to be expected? Unfortunately, the suite I got was by the vending machine. I had a nightmare about vending machines because it was so loud, it woke me up a few times because sometimes it would growl in the middle of the night and there were no sound dampers.

At one time this motel probably was very nice, but now it is under construction. The room I was given had a nice location, but only the front light worked. The bathroom was fine. The lights and electric receptacles by the bed did not work. At night, one needed a flashlight to get around, which I did not bring in to use. At least the bathroom was not far from the bed. I assume they bought cheap mattresses after the remodel, since this mattress was too soft. I woke up with a lower back ache which did not go away until a day later! The air conditioning worked fine making the room comfortable. The furnishings were fine, and the room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Before we moved anything into the room, we discovered the TV didn't work. We told the desk clerk about it and he found a room where the TV did work. I would have liked a refrigerator with a separate door for the freezer compartment. There was no grassy area to walk the dogs. They are not accustomed to going on rocks. Overall the stay was good.

We actually stayed here 3 different days...because we liked our first stay. we were treated very friendly. Even met General Manager John Bush and he was very friendly and helped us out to find a different room with more amenities and set us up in a Studio...loved it!

Good location for my needs. Good price as I only needed a bed. Very helpful staff. Shower head didnt allow any water out. Either clogged or bad valve. Could NOT take a shower in the morning. Bathroon faucet only had hot water. The cold side vavle was turned off and I could not turn it on. Stuck. The light fixture by the bed came on for second then went off. Could not get it to work. Shower= bad. Bathroom faucet= bad. Bed lighting= bad.

The tv was the size of a large computer monitor. Felt and looked like it was built in the early to mid 70s and still looks that way. I didn’t even stay my second night as it was just poor. Desk clerk was professional and that’s the positive

The check in was horrible! We travel a lot and have never had to have our ID's picture taken at check in, and here we did! Every adult had to show there ID. The hotel itself is poorly taken care of. Sketchy people staying here. No iron in room and I had to go request one they once again had to write my full name down and I had to return it at checkout. The room was ok but not great n not very clean. When I wiped down the tables in the room they were all dirty!

The small details: The gentleman that checked me was very pleasant. The first room he gave me and 2 young kids smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I also had other concerns like the window screen being broken, looked like forced entry. The room was very basic (nothing on the walls at all or an ascent wall), had a very small old tv and very very small bathroom. We let the at the counter know and he switched our room right away. This room was a few doors down from the first room, didn’t have a smell, bigger newer tv but the floor was really dirty. I just told the kids to wear their shoes at ALL TIMES, which we kind of do anyways at hotels but this was a mandatory situation. The pool was a plus but a bit too cold to go in at the beginning of March. The night front desk guy was a bit rude. The parking lot was almost full when I got back in the evening and a truck was double parked closer to the entry door of my room. I informed him and he said he would contact them….. he did not even go out and look at which vehicle, all while he seen me walk in through the lobby carrying my sleeping 2 yo. and 8 year old girls from the opposite side of the hotel as room, then I had to walk back out and lug the ice chest back to the room since there was no refrigerator in the room. Beds slid clear off the frame, I have the bruise to prove it. Overall maybe as a last resort I’d stay

We had a studio with king bed. It was very roomy and nice, very clean and comfortabke!

This was okay for a last minute short stay. Motel 6 doesn't have a coffee maker, microwave etc. in rooms (comparable motels do). The gentleman on reception explained that Studio 6 does, so this is the better option. Coffee/tea only available in reception at certain times of the day. large room that was dated but clean. Housekeeping did not visit my room as planned on their schedule which was disappointing, however, extra towels were available from reception.

I work graveyard shift and checked into the hotel with no issues. It wasn't until the second day at 130 pm, that the hotel staff woke me up and knocked on my door and said they had to do a room Wellness check. I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This was a shock to me and completely caught me off-guard. I couldn't believe it. I protested with the maintenence person who knocked on my door and then received a call from the manager stating that I should have been told this upon check in. Well I wasn't, in fact I was told nothing about this. I then allowed the maintenance person to check my room, they said all was good, and they left. I then went to the front desk to get a copy of my folio, and told the manager that I'd be complaining about the hotel in every social media and hotel review site I could, and the manager began puffing his small chest and telling me that now I'm threatening him. And he asked me to leave the property. Well of course that wasn't true, I simply told him I was going to be leaving a bad review everywhere I could. He just didn't like that. Of course I was correct, and have the law on my side, so I went back to my room to continue my sleep. The absolute nerve and lack of human respect and customer service here is awful. I would steer far away from this place if you have any other choice. You will be harassed, fair warning!

What a nice surprise to stay at this motel six and have a lovely experience despite the very low rate for an overnight stay. The facility is well maintained and staff were friendly and on the spot.

My reservation was cancelled while I was driving from CA to the hotel due to not having a credit card on file. I booked the room through the Motel 6 app and there is NO WAY if saving a credit card in my profile/wallet like other apps. Luckily there was an available room but it was not ADA Acceptable so I was not able to utilize a shower. Ridiculous . Fix your app!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was an elevator for those staying on the second floor. There is also a Denny's about 3 minutes away. Very few amenities accompany this room. And there was no refrigerator or microwave. We had to throw out some food.

There was no shampoo in the room and the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. I know you get what you pay for, but this is such a stripped down hotel.

Room was super small but clean. There was no microwave or refrigerator even tho i was told there would be. It was super noisy in the morning wirh doors slaming shut. It did the job for an overnight stay but would not be my first choice again.

I stated on end farthest from freeway but it sounded like the ice maker was unloading 50 lbs of ice every hour. The back door makes a noise like an aluminum ladder being folded that ricochets through the room all night because people must be coming and going. I will pay an extra $50 from now on to get a quiet hotel.

The room was superficially clean but it definitely needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The allergens in the room caused me to have to take benadryl twice. We found the previous guest's used washcloth in the shower. On the bright side, Alexis at the front desk in the morning was very sweet and helpful.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.The price was amazing for a clean room that was located pretty close to good shopping and restaurants. Stayed 4 nights and saved quite a bit here! The desk staff was very friendly. The rooms have minimal amenities, no coffee pot, fridge, microwave, but its pretty easy to work around these things. If you plan on just using it as a place to rest after a ling day of exploring this is a great choice.

It was an experience, in the sense of viewing the room from the level of someone that is confined to a wheelchair. We will never take routine, normal amenities for granted. Thank you!

The only negative things i can say about this location are the wifi didn't work for us. I just kept turning off & buffering. & the water was hot. You couldn't adjust the shower or sink. It was just hot. I would have settled for warm but there was no way to adjust it. The water just stayed hot. Other than that the beds were pretty comfortable & the area was quiet. And the people that work the front desk were great.

There were homeless people loitering on the property the bathroom was tiny we only got 3 towels the pillows were flat. Smelled like a hospital

My reservation was for a King bed. No king left , told 2 double beds is what you get. Room next door had door open with tv blaring and dope smoke coming out into hallway. Many people hanging out on edges of property smoking and didnt look like a safe place. Spend more money and upgrade to a better facility .3 miles away on other side of I- 10.

The room didn't have a refer. In it so we asked for an upgrade they wouldn't let us do it since the room was booked online. Very un accommodating. We have food that now will spoil. You can check out history we have stayed here multiple times. But it will be the last.

While management eventually tried to help, two front desk women, Chris and Mariska, escalated a simple situation into a drawn-out confrontation. Their behavior was combative and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unsafe. In addition, large groups of people were gathering outside the building at night openly using drugs. This created an unsafe and unsettling environment, and it is not a place I would ever stay again. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There was almost no parking available. There were undesirables getting high. The clerks were publically complaining about guests infront of other guests. Blanket was flimsy.

My experience at this hotel was very horrible. I did not enjoy my stay at all whatsoever. It was roaches and bedbugs all over the place and the area was extremely dangerous. Staff did not care. I will sincerely would like to request a full refund for the inconvenience.

We stay here every time we travel from Texas to California for price and convenience. Noted upgrades in rooms since last time with better lighting and charging outlets in console between beds and on desk. Friendly efficient check in.

Staff were very friendly. Accommodations were good. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Left to stay at a different hotel but came back after one night because the stay at this hotel was more peaceful.

The property is fine. We have stayed here many times and we driver for period as always been helphone on till this trip period the weekend staff person try to double charge us in order, i believe, to cover her own incompetence. Again, the facility was fine that one weekend staff person was not.

The property and amenities are older but it provides incredible value. The sign out front advertises free kids and pets. That immediately tells me the property is trying to attract families. The Infinity Cable has more premium channels than many of your 4-5 star hotels. You don’t need to pay $30-40 per person per night for a “free” breakfast at Motel 6. Incredible value for a quiet nice sleep.

I felt like a hooker at a truck stop motel! Room was old, sink dripped all night, no shampoo and room was next to/above front door and office which you could hear the door opening and people talking all hours. Facility is used as housing. Staff was very friendly and kind.

It’s a Motel 6 so I wasn’t expecting anything too nice. The drapes in our room were broken and hanging off the rod and the toilet flushed on its own all through the night, with a high pitched squeal.

Staff support current Maga without staying out of other people's business. People come to the hotel to relax after a long day at work or after a long drive, not looking to hear staff argue with other staff or guests about elections, etc. Near better training for staff about discretion/judgement. Staff carts also routinely block doors or passageways for access (they always seem tohave GCs/people doing construction here)

Constant patrols from local police despite homeless living in other areas nearby. If the parking and nearby businesses are in a cul de sac, why are police present here so far from tge road? Need more police presence near new Amazon facility and construction on highway instead of loafing around and wasting tax payer dollars hiding in empty lots

Wasps found in room. No explanation from property manager for how they got in there or why they had not been discovered by other guests (there was a nest). When I came back from work the next day, the temperature in my room had been reset to really cold even though i had specifically requested no service.Do not stay here, staff will visit your room against your wishes if you make a complaint

Just came from the front office. Third time (have stayed here previously) that staff have issued me a card for my room that does not work. Verified the rm number and extended a stay for improved service. The property manager was the one who issued tha card and wirh whom we have had issues with previously. Do not stay here.
