It was a decent hotel for a fair price. Clean room, decent bed, good shower, common areas a bit old, good place for a night or two.

Clean cordial employees Air-conditioning unit in the wall very very noisy toilet not bolted to the floor exhaust fan. Very very noisy.

The sheets and blankets were still smelling of the previous guest.

I waited till around 9 pm and no pods I was about ready to go to bed without them. My coworker went out to ask when they would be delivered to the room, and she replied it wasn't her job. I was afraid to even ask for anything from her knowing it would be unpleasant. This position may not be the right fit for her?

My room nightstand was cover with maple syrup and coffee!!! The coffee stain was huge, how could it be missed! The clock had caked on dust so thick you couldn’t read the time. The lamp base on this nightstand had many long hairs on it! The bathtub drain didn’t work so you stood in your own dirty water! Who knows when the last time was that the bathroom floor was mopped… many stains. I had to get disinfectant from front desk to clean room and bathroom.

The breakfast bar was satisfactory with multiple choices fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles and egg sandwiches and of course coffee, tea and juices. The staff were attentive to the needs of guests and replenished the breakfast bar as needed.

Overall good and I would stay there again. Bathroom and sink areas were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Upon leaving and checking to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I found a piece of crust under the bed from a previous guest. Not a deal breaker. TV cable channels were confusing and it could have used a "guide." Could have had more outlets to plug in the laptop near the writing desk. Some hotels offer pens and a pad of paper for guests- none here. Had little interaction with staff. Not rude, but not impressive either. Adequate. The breakfast offered was very basic. No elevator. All those having been said, it was a quiet stay, there were no major problems, it was comfortable and generally clean.

This is an older hotel that is conveniently located in Tully, NY.Breakfast is free, self serve. Basic, but good coffee. It could use some zhuzhing but it's fine. Good price. I'd stay there again.

Someone left their dog in their room when the were getting breakfast. The dog was barking and scratching to door preventing me from going back to sleep. I got in late and was hoping to rest.

I was also told my Choice Privileges member number would automatically be added to my reservation, but when I received my final receipt for the $23 for the pet fee, it said that was not enough money spent for my stay to be counted. I assume that since I booked it through Expedia, I will need to go back to manually enter it later. For a one night stay, this property was fine. But since we didn't feel we could be moved since there is a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, we were miserable sleeping in the heat of the room, even though the temperature overnight outside was not that hot, but we couldn't open the windows.

2) 2 stories, stairs only 3) General mildly poor smell in hallway (2nd floor) 4) Desk person couldn’t reach manager to figure out how to change our room from 2nd floor to1st 6) Kitchen juice despensers out of operation 7) price with all of that was reasonable on the other hand. Therefore with certain convincing of wife, we’d stay there again.

We went to this hotel because it was convenient for my husbands high school reunion. We had a great stay and there are several nice restaurants in the area to get breakfast and dinner. Everyone that worked there was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will stay there again.

The only hotel in the area, but Quality has taken a 40 year old build and made it feel clean and fresh. Wonderful staff.

- there were huge cracks in the ceiling above each bed. we weren't comfortable with this, but they wouldn't change our room. Said they were out of rooms, but it didn't seem that crowded. - closest restaurant was Burger King. Others 5 min away all closed at 9, except what appeared to be a biker bar. there's a gas station/food mart next door. - overall, the area wasn't that nice. not unsafe, but just not nice. for a much lower rate, I'd probably stay there again. my wife? not a chance!

This is a 3 star hotel. No elevators, bathroom faucet leaked, ice machine broken, super hot in the breakfast room. It was adequate for 2 nights of just having a place to stay & the staff was very friendly.

However the walls are so thin you can hear people taking in the next room

This is very decent hotel for 3 star rating. The staff is nice and breakfast was good. We felt some smoking smell in the room while entering, so hotel needs to enforce no smoking policy more strictly. Another suggestion is to include non-egg version of items in the breakfast to cater to vegan and people with allergy sensitive. Overall, definitely recommended to stay.

no ice or fridge that works

We have family that live in the area so we have stayed here before. It has slowly been declining over the years. This past weekend will be the last time we stay there. It’s run down and needs a major overhaul. I didn’t want to touch the shower curtain especially. The breakfast wasn’t good so we left and ate somewhere else. Safety was a concern since the back door key card wasn’t working and the door was unlocked the whole time.

Would not stay at this establishment, it smelled musty,staff rude and i didn't relize they had bed bugs a year ago ,so when that was brought to my attention we left right after the concert. When asked why we were leaving i told her because i wasn't staying in a place that might have bed bugs or not i couldn't take that risk .i did not get a refund because i paid on line so that pissed me off even more the night clerk was very rude to me.So do what you want with this review, if it looks iffy trust your gut

I booked a jacuzzi room for the abilty to get back and relax after enjoying a local event however, after wntering the room there is posted sinage stating that the in room jacuzzi can not be operated after 8:00pm and not before 9:00am. Whats the point? This information is not disclosed anywhere in the booking agreement.

Hotel was conveniently located. Quiet, except when walking down the hallway. You can hear everything from the rooms. Cery nice breakfast options. Good for the price.

I was there May 19-22, 2025 the front desk person was very attentive. She asked what would make my stay easier and then did the best she could to follow through with the requests.

We came for a weekend of hiking in the area. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds for a hotel/motel, but I still woke with a sore back. We opted out of the complimentary breakfast as the choices available didn't appeal to us personally. However, other guests seemed to enjoy it :)

got the accessible room.all they did was take out a bed and add a grab bar in bathroom way up high at far end of tub. wheelchair barely fit in bathroom. no room for aide to assist person in wheelchair. no grab bar by toilet toilet low to the ground cant use bathroom and shut door. high edge step-in tub. no way to access if you cant lift your feet over a foot and a half high. not an automatic door in the place. no where outside to call for assistance. breakfast til 10am. no waffle batter left one packet of oatmeal. waffles and instant oatmeal packets only hot options.one spoon, eight mini muffins.. no toaster, bagels or toast. 10 0z "coffee" cups (typical juice size)

VERY good stop over spot. Hotel very clean, very well appointed. Staff very helpful, professional. Multiple very good restaurants within one mile. Walking distance to gas mart. We had a dog, very welcoming, lots of space to walk. Totally recommend. Would return.

This is a basic motel and the only place to stay for some miles around. The staff were excellent, the room about what you expect from a basic motel, and ditto for the breakfast. This is no destination resort, but we'd be happy to stay here again.

Night front desk clerk was extremely rude and charged me 150 in cash on top of my room being already payed for had to go to the bank before I could even check in to my room.

Great place for a one night last minute stay

About what you can expect at this price point. Front desk staff were very friendly, but the rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment. In our room, we found a leather desk chair that literally looked like it had been rescued from the curb. Breakfast is available, but outside of waffles and some cereal and b'fast sandwich items, the options are limited.

The place is run down and needs to be updated.

The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows on king bed. There were plenty of towels. The water pressure was great with lots of hot water. We liked the room arrangement where the shower and toilet are separate from sink area. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. Complaints are the bathroom fan was very loud and the A/C unit didn't keep up. We like to sleep cold. We had it set at 66F and it did not get down to the temperature set. We were in room 117.

It was pretty expensive for an average room in a very small town.

Upon arrival there was a group of men smoking and drinking out front. Not the nicest greeting. Found out later that the group was a work party that are staying there. Very friendly group, but probably shouldn't be allowed to sit there. Have them sit out back. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal, waffles, and packaged egg muffins to be reheated. Ok, but not great.

The hotel was very deceiving. Toilet ran all night. The hot breakfast had one thing. Should be listed as continental breakfast. Definitely stayed in nicer hotels that were cheaper

A clean, basic hotel. Exterior was a bit dated, but the interior common areas were clean & modern. The room itself was also clean, the linens fresh. Breakfast was available, and it too was basic, as one would expect while travelling. We requested a pet-friendly room, and we were pleased to receive one near a side door, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, very helpful and advised us on local dining. Overall, we were very pleased with our overnight stay.

This is just a basic hotel and price is ridiculous for what it is. The breakfast is disappointing to say the least. Even the coffee was not good. This is the third year we have stayed here, we come to an annual event nearby, but the price keeps going up and quality continues to disappoint. We won’t be back here again.

Great place to sleep for the night off the highway. 20 minutes from Syracuse and the dome. Normal make your own waffle breakfast with packaged muffins, cereal, whole fruits etc. Room is clean. Parking is outdoor and free.

Property is very old and needing an update

Room was as basic as it gets. Absolutely no amenities.

Was fine - quiet, clean, ordinary. Like so many hotels post-COVID, they only clean your room every third day or upon request. I stayed here because there is a DC fast charger in Tully, about four miles away. Hotels could draw some significant business by putting destination (Level 2) chargers in their parking lots.

The front desk clerk was great helped work out solution to a problem with my online booking thank you for being there

We were in town for a music festival. I was at Woodstock, and my lady will soon be 86. There is no elevator, and the nice front desk clerk graciously moved us to the first floor. The housekeeping staff were friendly and capable.

It is a decent place that is relatively clean, quite and with good, responsive staff at all times. Of course, it is an old place, but it is well-kept. Many families were staying during our time there. There is a gas station next too it with a large convenience store that has almost everything one needs.

There basically was no breakfast, no eggs, toast, milk for cereal. No utensils. The juice machine was broken.

I stayed for 2 days, it was very quiet and felt very safe. Nice staff; very clean. Very short walk to the gas station convenience store next door.

The free breakfast was okay in terms of variety. I wish they had free water in the rooms. The bed linen did not smell very fresh (or maybe it was the pillows that didn't?). The a/c worked well, and in this current heat, that was much appreciated. The sink was not draining as fast as it should. overall cleanliness is just average; it could be cleaner.

Overall stay was very disappointing. We stayed with our baseball team for a tournament. The staff was very rude. We will never go back to this hotel again. Our team spent well over 6k on rooms and we were treated like garbage. Also there is a truck stop right next to it and many weird characters were walking through the parking lot at all hours.

The toilet seat was actually chipped and did not look very sanitary. I cannot believe this cannot easily be replaced. The quilt on the bed was a plastic like material.

I was disappointed because the bathroom fan was so incredibly loud, we did not have a microwave in our room the drain was very very slow in draining the blow dryer wasn’t hanging on the wall it was just laying on the counter and we stayed 2 nights and they did not replace our towels and or the coffee for the in room maker. I was just disappointed and surprised because being the only hotel in Tully New York I would think you’d try a little harder and maybe it was just room 108 not the other rooms

Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again for an overnight. One BIG negative was we saw a bug in the sink, another was a smell that seems to get stuck in your nostrils (old rugs maybe?), and the bathroom light didn't work. Would recommend, but maybe at a lower price than we paid. Next time, I'll negotiate with the hotel itself because it isn't the best, but certainly not the worst! 3 out of 5.
