Everything was clean & nice. Only thing was the bathroom door didn't close properly, so that was all. No hot breakfast or continental breakfast. Good room at a good value.

The hotel was newly renovated. It was very clean. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We had two rooms and they accommodated us with adjoining rooms. The staff were very polite. The pool was opened and clean as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and clean… make u feel like at home and very comfortable and convenient with everything surrounding the hotel. all the restaurants and Walmart love it. I really enjoy staying there will be back soon… the bed was so comfortable and soft.

Both staff members I meet were very kind and friendly. They were very up front about the renovations and even offered to cancel my booking for free if we would have rather stayed somewhere else. The stay was wonderful though. It was quiet and clean. N/A

The new carpet and paint in the hallways -the bathrooms shower and floors look dingy -there was no breakfast when I reserved the room it stayed breakfast was included -the elevator was not working

The room was clean. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so you could only watch cable, no streaming. The surrounding area did not feel safe but the hotel felt secure. No breakfast, but the coffee was good.

This was a nice hotel. The employee that checked me in said they were newly renovated. The hotel wasn’t busy at all. The only complaint I had is that the room I had didn’t have a fridge or microwave, which is inconvenient when you are traveling.

I was told that this property is newly renovated, so everything in the building are new. But they are missing the breakfast and a lot of people was asking.

I pretty much like everything as this is a repeat visit and I keep returning.

there was a bad smell at the registration desk like burned food. It was strong and was just as strong down in my room 113. I mentioned to the lady at the desk. She looked at me and cooly handed me the registration papers to sign for the room.Not good

NOT IN THE BEST AREA, PEOPLE WERE LOUD AND IT WAS SO MUCH WEIRD ACTIVITY. I CHECKED IN AND EVENTUALLY LEFT TO STAY WITH A FRIEND BECAUSE I WASNT ABLE TO CANCEL AFTER I CHECKED IN.

Sheets had stains, carpet right next to bed looked blood stained. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the sink took forever to drain ….if I wasn’t exhausted from traveling all day I would have requested another room.

Room smelled like an ashtray. I had to sign that I would not smoke in the room, yet it reeked of cigarettes, had burn marks in the chair, the dresser, and several on the bathroom sink. The bathroom door was all beat up and wouldn't close properly. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and mold. My pillowcase was dirty so I slept without one! The place is disgusting.

The place is filthy i never seen nothing likenit in my born days.. The hotel manger was so nasty n rude. The only keep first floor somewhat nice cause people walking in but u go on 2nd n 3rd floor u walking into people hanging in hallway kids running through hallway all night u cant used no plugs they all broke the bed cover is a half of curtain its rouches bad.. its no place for anyone when i ask for refund Mr.Jamil refused i have photos videos that i recorded n took.. im filing formal complaint with police for Mr jamil coming in my room when i told this man I didn't have any clothes on.. however he still proceed to come in room

it is a very clean quiet convenient place what I say I felt safe. I did up until my second night of stay. I come into my room and someone had been in my room and they act as if they were replenishing and cleaning my room however they did replace a towel replace the toilet tree, remove the trash but did not change the sheets or make the bed that is part of cleaning the room so I have to assume they were looking for something and they act as if they cleaned my room but when you're cleaning the room, the bed is made the sheets a change that is everything else in the room was made to appear The energy I was getting that day before I left out last passing the front desk was somebody's went into my room and surely they did into my room. I asked about this and was told that on the third day of your stay is when they do the cleaning it was the second at that point I no longer felt safe at that point I no longer trusted the staff

Towel rack in bathroom hanging by one corner, rust on ceiling vent, etc. Creaking ceiling when guests in room above walked around. “Breakfast” was a joke, may as well have not existed. Beds and linens were very clean and comfortable however, and desk staff were very pleasant.

I had 2 rooms for 3 days . Each day i had to go down to the front desk to request clean towels and tissue . Also i had go and get a large trash bag to empty the trash cans . When i asked about house keeping the attendant said you have to request for house keeping to clean your rooms I will never recommend this property to anyone

We really did have a comfortable stay here for the Renaissance festival. The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing and the staff was helpful. We will definitely stay here again 10/10

A very average to below average Days Inn. It was not what we expected at all based on other reviews. The constantly locked front door and full protective shield around the front desk were very off-putting and made us nervous right from the start. The bed linens and towels are older and thin. The breakfast options were extremely limited. We would not stay here again.

The outside pulling up and seeing the sign destroyed was not comforting. Then having to talk with the attendant through a window until receiving the key lets me know there were issues in the past. Nice location but older hotel. Breakfast had no fruit, nothing hot except coffee and tea. Looks like someone is milking it and cutting the budget

Front desk attendees (one person at evening check-in and two people at morning check-out) were all attentive, efficient, and extremely nice. My room was extremely clean and well-kept. The king-sized bed was vey comfortable and had lots of pillows. This hotel has excellent value for price.

The morning and night shift people that do check in was very pleasant and good. My problem is we stayed Thursday to Sunday and not one time did Housekeeper attend to our room. We had to ask for towels and wash clothes and then Had to go to front to ask for tissue. We have stayed here plenty of times was our favorite place but was very very disappointed this time. We also had a room right by the elevator that was not good also. Not sure if we will stay again.

Things that need repaired or replaced do not get attention in a timely manner. The toilet was not secured to the floor.

I didn't like the fact that I'm never asked for a deposit until now. So now that I had booked and didn't have the incidental money I couldn't stay. So now I had to sleep outside and hopefully they refund my money and don't take it!!

Okay for a quick night sleep but that’s about it.

It already started when we first arrived when we could not even enter the lobby but had to show our ID/reservation at a fully enclosed glass window, before we were buzzed into the lobby. Once you enter the lobby the smell of marihuana was overwhelming, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. Check-in was fairly fast, went to the our room. Now some updates were made to the room, the bed was comfortable, linen and towels were ok, but the room also had that odd smell so that we slept with the window open all night. Unfortunately there was also a lot of noise, door-slamming, arguing throughout the night. We did not feel safe.We unfortunately also saw several small bugs in the bathroom, could not tell in the room due to dark carpeting. We just had a short stay. Our booking came with breakfast, if you want to call it that. Watered-down apple juice, orange juice that tasted spoiled and a couple mini-muffins, that was it. Terrible! Probably one of the worst hotel stays I ever had!

Lobby is nicely decorated, but it is the first hotel I've been to that required ID before you walk through the entrance doors. I immediately deduced there may be safety or security issues.

The bathroom was dated and looked to have water problem in the ceiling because there was a big water spot with peeling/bubbling material. The beds were very comfortable! Continental breakfast was only muffins.

Staff was friendly. Room and hotel were clean. Main door stays locked at all times, you must be buzzed in or use your key to get in making me question our safety in the area.

The advertised “breakfast included” was a day old cold doughnut, coffee, and juice. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work, the foundation under the hard king mattress was loose and made noises whenever we moved, there were trash bags sitting in the hallway in front of two rooms when we arrived and remained the next day. This place was nowhere near a “7.8” maybe a “6”.

The room that we stayed in was clean but the toilet seat was very loose and there was no stopper in the bath tub. They should stop advertising that they do breakfast.

The towels were dirty. The elevator had a trashcan in it. I had to change rooms because the first one had a cup with mold in it, the a/c was making a loud noise, and the bathroom sink was stopped up. I also found a sock under the bed. I you need a place to stay in a pinch sure, but if you're looking for cleanliness this one isn't it.
