El clima bien,las camas bien,la limpieza de la habitacion mala, olia a humedad y cuarto encerrado,hay que pedir que limpien la habitacion y cambio de toallas si no no lo hacen es incomodo hay que darle mantenimiento a los baños y al lavamanos donde esta el espejo.

Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.

This place is horrible. Very dirty and run down room. Walls were dirty, curtains appeared to have blood stains on them. The microwave literally was rusted inside. No one should have to reheat food in that thing. Tub was a death trap. Not sure why but it had a large dip in it almost as if its sinking in from the middle. I was by no means expecting luxury from a Super 8, but cleanliness is something that they really need to work on. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 night stayed one night then left.

This hotel should be more of a motel/trap house. The tv was changing channels on its own the room smelt disgusting. Beds had stains and don’t even get me started on the bathroom. I never in my life left a room as quick as a stepped in.

We have developed a pattern of staying here every month while we visit our family in converse it’s the best location and motel for anyone visiting the San Antonio area. It’s in a quiet location central to everything you could need. Friendly people hosting a very nice motel. Still the best beds we’ve ever slept in!!! Will be returning in June for our next trip

Advertised as having breakfast - it does not. Advertised as having newspapers - it does not. Bedspread is sprinkled with old cigarette burn holes. Room has a frig that works, but has seen it's better days and a blow dryer that does not work.

Internet was very poor, constantly up and down over the course of several days. Caused me to miss some important business last night as it was down completely. I called the front desk, only to hear they were working on it. Other than that, a nice place, but just don't depend on the wi-fi.

Staff was great, room was very nice and clean, bed was the best I’ve slept on in years, very comfortable even if it was so tall I could barely get into it by my self!!! I would give it 5 stars but the bath tub was old and in bad condition. Rest of the room was perfect. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area next month

Bathroom was so old and outdated i couldn't tell if it was clean! one bed was clean and the other bed didnt seem clean , had also 2 blood stains on the top sheet.I have a video to prove it . I turned the sheet over and it looked like the fitted sheet was not ever changed and the pillows were just there.What made it worst is when i went to let them know,the guy at the front said to me theyre dried blood stains ..I was like are you serious? They should have never been there .He never offered to change them or make it better ,we couldn't sleep on a bed with some blood stains even if they claim , they were clean, yuck se we left and I had to find another hotel. What a disgusting and disappointing experience

The bathroom needs an entire makeover. I bring my own streaming device to watch my shows but couldn't use it. There's no access to the TVs HDMI. I probably couldn't use it anyway because the wifi signal is weak.

The room was disgusting stains all over the walls floors, sheets restroom. The picture that showed what the rooms were supposed to look looked nothing like it. Couldn’t even sleep on how dirty the room was checked out as soon as I could the next day

Worst hotel in Texas. The check in process was so awful. The man picked a fight with me, a single woman in the middle of a city at almost midnight. Thee were bugs and stains on the sheets.

It’s was great

The sheets were stained and holes in the bedding, there was hair in the shower, and the grounds were run down. The staff was efficient. It was a quiet night. I did appreciate the inexpensive place to stay when I needed it.

The bed was so high off the floor I had to roll into the bed. Also mattress was super soft which gave me back problems. No coffee pot, no dirty cloths bag. Tub was horrible. Tile coming loose on floor. Just a bad experience all around.

Broke closet mirror, cigarette holes on top cover ( I asked for non smoking room) stain on desk, brown stain in tub & wouldn’t drain while I showered, window curtains stained, towels stained, staples on siding, the entire room looked ghetto. I called front desk they insinuated they could do nothing about changing rooms. Service was okay, hotel maids were helpful, being a Wyndham rewards member I expected better honestly. I recorded video in case any accusations of any damages.

In pictures it looked clean, nice and like a great property for the price, but in reality it was filthy, tub was old, cracked, bedspread had holes, funky smell and someone was smoking pot and the smell was incredibly strong. Both of us got nauseous. Not a safe place for two women.

Affordable property that impress me, I have to rate with a 5, because the bed was so comfy, all was very clean, all working well, convenient location and parking, good service, it was great and I would come back, no hesitation. the toilet had to be flushed twice to go down the bathtub looked to be disintegrating. the sink drained slowly and it was growing something grey in it. and i requested a non smoking room and the room REEKED. it smelled so bad and i complained twice and the only explanation they could give was, well maybe its cause the room next to you is a smoking room...that was it. no offer to move me, no offer to clean, nothing. i bought Febreze and it did not help one bit!

room was not clean, 12 inch scissors was found under the bedding and and a cork screw was found under the pillow. I've to use a chair to be able to climb up to the bed.

I always come to Super 8 for the value. But being a non-smoking room and smelling like a cigarrette buttcan is not fun. Otherwise, a good place to be.

The only thing that would have made it better is if there was coffee and a coffee maker in the room. The only really complaint I have is, I was not told there would be a $40 refundable deposit on top of the room cost, when I made the reservation.

Positives: The staff were kind and helpful! And the living area of the room looked clean and renovated. Bed was very comfy! Negatives: The bathroom looked filthy. Reddish brown smears and splatters on the wall and light switch, and the tub was heavily damaged on the surface which also looked dirty.

The room was slanted for some reason, the tub was peeling, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and had burns on the sheets. They intentionally left a bucket for smoker under the AC unit that kept pumping that stink back into the room as well. The shower was leaking via the spigot and the toilet didn't want to flush.

They lied on their website and said they offered breakfast but didn't offer any breakfast of any kind.They didn't even have juice or water.And they said that they had breakfast standard every day , that was a lie

They did not Change my seat daily and whenever they took my towels to exchange them.They never brought them back to me.They did not take out my trash.Every day after work.I had to come over and clean my whole room.When that is their job and I paid over a hundred and twenty dollars a day for them to do their job but they didn't

The rooms are not your luxury hotels and the appearance and cleaning leave something to be desired as you can see from the pictures. The floor is laminate and was not clean. The bathroom tub is the worst I have ever seen. Definitely doesn't make you want to sit in it and enjoy a bath. I had to not look at it even stepping into it for a shower. The paint on it is falling off, there is a calking around it but the job definitely was not made by expert hands. The door has an extra security adapter but you can tell it was removed and reinstalled higher. Yes, I put it on then then tugged at the door. That security addition is NOT going to stop anyone if they push the door and want to get in. There were no tissues in the room. Had to call and ask for some, they said we had to go to the office to make requests like that. We went over to the office and they did give us one but really? The house keeper told us she didn't have any. The t.v. was not working, had to call someone to come and set it up for us. The hair dryer was not working either, called it in and someone came over to take a look. Space here ran out . . .

The rooms were so bad that we just slept in the car. Old , moldy, the bathrooms were filthy. I asked for a change of room twice and all the bathrooms were the same. I’m also not a fussy person but the disgust was beyond my threshold

didn’t even get to stay here. booked everything online, got all of my information just to be turned away from the property because i am 20, not 21. even though i have stayed here previously.

I never got to stay due to the 40 dollar additional fee that they charge. The woman up front told me to take it up with Expedia, when I got on Expedia too much time had passed and I didn’t get a refund whatsoever.

Don’t stay here rooms have roaches bath tub is nasty and dirty and they also have bed bugs and they won’t give you your money back

Staff was not friendly when we checked in pictures of hotel look nothing like the property. This building was very outdated and not in a good spot. A/C worked mediocre and inside all needs to be upgraded as well. I did reserve this last minute but still very bad.

I went there because of good reviews, total disappointment. Maintenance is needed on paint, old bed covers, old ac unit. Not worth the price.

This is an older property - a nit-picky person can find alot of things wrong (ya get what ya pay!) as it does need some expensive makeover / fixing (i work for a remodeling company!) but the bed is comfy, bathrooms work, has fridge and microwave, so to sleep & shower and maybe have a snack or meal in your room, it is fine! theres also a desk & a chair/coffee table in king rm, so can do some work if needed, tho the internet can be a bit "hit n miss" at times (now i didn't have too much a problem watching a streaming movie this time!). If you want other amenities in your motel (ie breakfast, gym room, or all in 1 building, not have your door open to the outside) this is not for you. All in all, it was a nice stay, i had all i needed at a great, budget-friendly price - thanks again!

Found cockroachs in the bathroom. Door to the outside could not completely shut. I could still see outside. Almost every night it sounded like movers above us moving stuff and dropping it. My mother had a do not disturb sign on her door and yet house cleaning tried to come in almost everyday

The tub was dirty, unfortunately. Room service also accessed my room 3 hours before checkout when I wasn’t there and started closing my room out before my checkout time. When I spoke with customer service they acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

They charged me $40 deposit. The room has bedbugs in it. I had to leave at 10:30 at night Due to being up so bad. I called back the next day to let them know I was treated rudely. Did not Offered anything for the horrible stay. I would advise never To book this motel.

I extended my stay an extra night and cakes the front desk early in the morning to let them know and update the system. I told the attendant i did not want room service as my girlfriend was gonna be alone. The cleaning person was not informed by morning service person and walked in on my girlfriend changing. Very unprofessional!

Bed is Only Pro to list. Room has zero soap , Shampoo, conditioner or bar soap. Nothing to wash your hands with or take a shower with.

First of all it smelled like cigarettes, the mirror was broken, no toilet paper, and floor was dirty. The bed frame was broken with what looked like 2 beds stacked on top of each other as well. Didn’t last long and left.

I know this property is decades old, however all the stairs are cement and some of them are missing pieces. The parking lot needs to repaved.

As far as the price they are within budget. However the place could use an upgrade. The door had previously been kicked open because the safety lock could not do its job due to broken trim. The stair by my room had two individuals outside(same individuals) Friday and Saturday one was on a bike, they looked very suspicious. The hotel has a lot of potential because it is located next to a freeway but I don’t think I want to save money by risking my safety lol
