I liked it there it was nice inside the room

They're so-called continental breakfast is none. They put me in a room, and the TV didn't work, and I tried everything. So they had to take me out of the room and put me in another room where the TV did work. But they were friendly about it

Dirty inside. Sofa had staines. We seen cockroaches inside the bathroom. Terrible gross place.

I didn't stay here because the front desk lady had a terrible attitude and when I went in to look at the room it was disgusting and I immediately left. I would never stay here in the future, that's for sure!

I liked that the hotel offered free parking, which made the stay very convenient. The location was also good because there was a Walmart and a Starbucks nearby, making it easy to buy anything I needed. What I did not like was that there were many drug addicts and homeless drifters around the property, which made the environment feel unsafe. I was constantly approached by people asking me for cigarettes even though I do not smoke, and some individuals even tried to sell me meth, pills, and fentanyl. During the nighttime I heard disturbing screams coming from other rooms and the outside, which made the experience uncomfortable and scary.

Great front desk service. Easy check in and out. Rooms very basic but it worked fine.

Breakfast was just oatmeal and coffee. I had 4 rooms and 1 had a dirty bathroom when i showed up and the other rwo i ended up having roaches.

The mattress was decent however the pillows were horrible. The one window did not operate so I could not enjoy any fresh air. I also wondered how on earth would I escape had there been a fire and the door to the room was not an option? The continental breakfast was a disappointment. 1 pot of coffee, 2 containers of juice in a mini fridge, Kirkland granola bars, packets of oatmeal and prepackaged pastries. As for the oatmeal, I guess you would have to get tap water from your room and heat it up in the room's microwave? A water cooler would have been nice to avoid purchasing bottled water.

I stay at this Super 8 a lot never any hot water and I had to go to a truck stop to get a shower. I have contact the staff and they said they would look into it but never any hot water day or night.

They did offer another room which was a bit better but it’s has seen better days. Will definitely will never stay here!!!

When I first walked into the room, I immediately noticed handprints on the ceiling and dirty floorboards. Not long after, cockroaches started coming out of the bathroom. Thankfully, I always travel with my own bedding, because I didn’t even want to check for bed bugs—I just wanted to get some rest. To make things worse, there was no breakfast, no coffee, and not even basic snacks available. Overall, this stay was unacceptable, and I will never be returning.

Very run down place one of the worst motels I’ve stayed in. The shower-head was totally calcified so I couldn’t have a shower and the bathroom was all stained. Worst of all were the pillows, which I don’t think have been changed since the Clinton Administration. Horrible lumpy pillows I had to balance my head on the edge of, had a sore neck the next day. And every single one of them was like this!

Nice and quiet usually at as y in room 104 and have never had issue! Last 3 night visit due to swollen legs and ankles I stayed in room 109 and had bugs come out when lights were off! They took gcare to if right away!

No the greatest experience stay at super 8 because of their usual great breakfast but this had pretty well an absence of one. I went in at 8am and there was nothing there except some minute oatmeal pack and in the fridge was 2 quart bottles with about a 1/2-3/4 of an inch of look like milk and OJ

This is the only hotel I stay at it's real quick and everyone feels like family

I would like a refund for this stay. The first night we arrived we started to be poured on. Water was leaking through our roof unto our bed. We notified the front desk and they gave us keys to the next two adjoined rooms, which were also flooding. Rather than coming to see what the issue was the front desk lady gave my husband a card key for all the rooms. He went up into the room above us and turned off the water on one of the toilets. Apparently the water pipe broke. So not only did they do nothing to see the water damage as the lady never came out. They moved us to two non adjoining rooms. We were travelling with our three sons and booked adjoining rooms for safety. Then the next day a woman was arrested in the room below us in the middle of the day. Pretty sure she was a sex worker because of her walking around in underwear 24/7. We didn't have the money to just leave and book a room somewhere else. This is a horrible place and you shouldn't be associated with places like this. It really makes me feel like Expedia doesn't care of their travellers. I book on this site because I thought you were a trusted third party. Now I just feel dupped and taken advantage of.

Provide more towels and TP. 4 ppl for 5 days. I asked for towels and was told “no extra towels” so I had to buy some.

Is in a convenient location and parking was always available right out our door. There are restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean and quiet. I did notice a fair amount of wear and tear on the room but for the price point that was OK.

What a dump, nothing like the pictures. Hotel now apparently also a homeless shelter. Shady characters sitting on the stairs and drinking. Breakfast almost non-existent just weak coffee and Costco granola bars. Bathroom only had HOT water, even in toilet, which had no seat cover. Hotel was cheap, but as my mother told me, you get what you pay for.

Stay was great and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Super cool staff. The building is a bit dated but acceptable. The beds were comfortable and we were happy to have an iron in the room! Breakfast was lacking (twinkies and instant oatmeal) but the coffee was good. Will stay again.

This property was disgusting. It smelled horrible and was simply falling apart. My only filter was includes breakfast. There breakfast was literally an individually wrapped hostess cupcake and there a gallon of apple juice to help yourself to.

Property is not well maintained, walls and furniture old and cracked. Lots of repairs needed, it seemed beat up, lock to the door was slammed.

OMG it needs condemned! It's a crack hotel or a rent by the hour place! I can't even describe the pillows because I don't know what the were! The bathtub was chipping paint and flooded the bathroom floor. The shower curtain lol was 20 years old...the sink was cracked in 3 places as was the bathroom mirror. The good things?? The AC worki, it had toilet paper and towels and although the mattress was very old it didn't kill our backs and was clear of bedbugs and the TV worked. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, only a top sheet used as a fitted sheet! We were exhausted and had prepaid....we survived but AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I dont even know why they advertisers free breakfast. The coffee was like water. The apple and orange juices are stocked and old (no guests go there to eat). They have twinkies hostess brand. Its a joke! The room service worker used the same rug used in the bathroom first then to your room floor without changing. It’s gross!!!

There were holes in the curtain, one of them was stuffed with tape to close it up. The walls were also in bad shape. The whole room was just in bad shape. I could hear the traffic, and a fire alarm (or something like it) go off twice. The Wi-Fi was also terrible. I could not access the internet and at one point it kicked me off completely. The front desk person was nice, but I would not sleep here again and couldn't leave fast enough.

I wasn’t in the room often but I was pleased with the lady who allowed me to check in early due to me needing to attend a funeral within the hour and I just landed at the airport. Very considerate.

We paid for the king size deluxe studio suite. This room was disgusting. The walls were filthy, the sink had multiple cracks in it, the tub was badly stained, the window had a large crack in it making the room unsafe, the couch was broken and thus uncomfortable, there were ants in the bathroom, there was no promised dining table with two chairs, which was a main reason we planned to stay there. It was so bad we didn't stay and left to go to another hotel in a city further away. I am attempting to get a refund on my purchase. I was shocked that the quality of this room is associated with Wyndham (Super 8). I would never stay there.

First room was not cleaned after previous guest, but was moved after bringing it to thier attention. Guests next door was loud and noisy but overall good

There was duct tape holding down the floor molding near the bathroom. Also the bathroom had a cockroach. The sheets were scratchy. The blankets were sub-par and should be replaced. It seems that Wyndam properties have declined.

The only thing it had going for it was that the parking lot was well lit and the sheets appeared clean. The rest of the room was gross, tv didn’t work, and was super noisy. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in we would have gone elsewhere.

The room was clean but there was such a strong chemical smell from some kind of cleaning fluid that I literally could not even stay there. I ended up staying at my nieces house on her couch. I had to rush off to an event shortly after arriving so I didn’t have time to change rooms or alert the front desk. Also it was just an overall ‘sad’ looking place. I would have asked for a refund later but there didn’t appear to be a direct line to talk to anyone. Sorry to be so brutal.

This place was not clean with noise and roaches crawling all over. They would not give me a refund when I was leaving!

I booked 2 days. 1st day I saw a roach in the bathroom. For the price and location I shrugged it off. The 2nd day there were so many on the floor, wall, and even on the bed. I wasn't able to sleep there. Had to find a new location. still waiting for management to issue a refund for 1 day.

The bathroom was very dingy. The pillows were terribly lumpy. The motel backs up onto the freeway and it was quite loud.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable hard to sleep with the loud music and party what more can you ask for

Two TVs in the room

When we arrived there was a fight in the parking lot and there were prostitutes walking in the parking lot also. We didnt even get out of our car and stayed somewhere else. So dissappointing this room was non refundable.

Requested ground floor due to a senior citizen guest, they didn't look at the request until we arrived and had no ground floor available.

Roaches and rude staff

Nasty place to stay - broken basin poor carpets etc!! It is a shocker needs $millions spent to recover lost quality.

There were burn holes in the blankets, which we have photo documentation of. Went to the front desk to ask for new blankets and was turned away. They refused to clean the room and we were forced to cancel our stay.

Hotel is located in a rough area lots of random people walking and screaming all night.

The desk clerk that checked me in provided excellent service and professionalism. He made checking in a positive experience.

The property was convenient to where we needed to go. But was run down. Definitely could use some renovations. All in all, not too bad.

It was good, clean. I like that that have a tiny coffee maker w/coffe in the room. Also a microwave, iron and ironing board and mini freg. W/ freezer. Good size room. A small desk and chair. Plus free wifi and breakfast.

LIED AND NEVER ATTEMPTED TO FIX ISSUE

I stay in a lot of motels by far this is the best one I've ever found for the price.

The person at the front desk seemed very uneasy while he was checking me in and kept repeating that pets and smoking were not allowed. It made me feel nervous. After check in, I saw people smoking several places and people with dogs. Confusing.

The motel was sketchy as hell as soon as we got to the property. The water pressure was garbage, the bed was lopsided and the mattress was stained. We were only provided with two crap pillows and the blanket can't even be considered a blanket honestly. The maid service was lazy and untimely. The towels were all gross and had holes and were super old whenever we did manage to even get new towels in our 6 day stay. The area didn't seem safe at all and there was always some kind of yelling going on. The microwave didn't work and the AC barely functioned at all so the heater did nothing.

It was surprisingly a great experience and would definitely recommend this motel to others looking for a relaxing getaway.
