No coffee (there was a maker, but no coffee). TV (Direct Cable) was bad. No wifi. Staff at check in was new, and had virtually no training. I will not go back.

The check in person was very accommodating. Even though it's a smoke free hotel people still smoke. I booked 2 rooms for my sister and her husband and she has asthma we checked in our rooms and they both smelled like smoke. The gentleman was very nice and moved us and checked to make sure everything was OK. The room was very clean

Don’t let the looks of this place fool u. It was very clean!! It smelled amazing. The mattress was clean as was the sheets and bedspread smelled freshly washed. I was highly surprised. The bathroom was also clean. It’s wasn’t the fanciest place on earth. But it will do for a place to sleep. It’s not much around it.

The staff is so amazing here!

Very much not for a traveling sport family. Drug addicts in the parking lot, people appear to be living in the motel. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

they gave me a room with a handicapped shower. the shower curtain was flimsy and there was no way to keep water from flooding the entire bathroom as there was no barrier and poor drainage. probabl;y not meeitng standards

Horrible stay. Loud people partying and blasting music out in front of their rooms till midnight, with no intervention by management… Showed head was broken and stuck at waist level… Towels had little curly hairs all over them… Avoid this place completely.

Walls were thin. Person next door to me alarm went off at 5am --- on vibrate! --- and woke me up. The night before could hear the neighbors conversation clear as day as if they were in the same room as me. I have thicker walls in my house.

This location is close to Show Place Arena making it an easy drive to and from the horse show. Basic, comfortable room.

Very quiet, even saw lots of wildlife on the grounds. A bit shabby, but clean. Lobby is not open 24 hours as advertised, couldn't get help for an unexpected 4am early checkout. Good basic option for non-fussy travelers.

You should get better pillows they're not comfortable at all.

The floor was dirty and sandy. TV had no remote. Front desk didn’t have anyone to deliver remote to the room. White towels looked brown. The shower was not working and the drain wasn’t letting out water. Terrible experience. God forbid

Friendly clean

Location was decent for Six Flags America (which closes in a few months). Less than a half hour from the Metro made it easy to pop into DC for a couple hours. Specific feedback for the owners: - Every bulb in every light should be working - Bulbs in the same light fixture should be the same color temperature, not a mix of warm and cool bulbs - Your little "people like our linens so much, here's the fees if you steal them" sign doesn't speak highly of your linens, it speaks poorly of your clientele - You keep emailing me through this site, but all I get is your contact information, without any actual message

Clean rooms, excellent and accommodating staff met our expectations.

Poor check in staff not kind, nor friendly, seemed angry. Lights above bed not working, Frigerator lacked adeguate cold for my food. The 2 bath towels not folded perfectly not appear well presented. I wanted to rest, relax not complain or seek help. Could have, and should have been better for $100 per night.

This place is pretty terrible. The front desk manager was not very friendly. The room was very outdated. The bed was hard as rocks. Thankfully, my stay was for only one night. If you have options to stay elsewhere, you should probably do so.

Bed was comfortable. Microwave wasn't plugged in. It was in a cabinet with no outlet in reach! One fluffy towel and one thin bathtowel! One cup with the coffee and tea supplies.

This location is a motel. Loud highway noise. Beat up decor. Very hard water and low quality soap, hair products , towels, etc. TV very old with terrible stations that predominantly showed volient movies. Refrigerator on its side not level. Nothing homey or cozy about it.

Room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Hair dryer did not work and a bit of maintenance with bathroom would be good. Registration person was friendly and helpful as were housekeeping personnel. Located near anything you may need to shop for or for dining.

Check-in was easy, price for value is great, and ability to extend my stay was quick.

When to see the two teenagers, they did nothing.Woke up the next day with bed bug bites.Nothing Executive about this motel.Maybe the bugs get executive treatment, Avoid this motel at all costs!

the ice machine was in a door outside the hotel that would be unsafe if it’s night time and you a women by yourself . the rooms was nice me and my fiancé got a room with a jacuzzi but it had spider webs in the corner of the wall .

I appreciated the hard floors in our room - no carpeting. The blackout curtains helped with sleep.

Usually I have an OK stay here but the last stay was a bit uncomfortable. It was extremely hot on the day of check in and I immediately turned the AC on. Had it running for at least an hour and if you wasnt right up on it , you couldn’t feel no cool air. Manager offered to change rooms(from King to 2 doubles) but I felt like the ac was janky in there too. Plus I paid for the king for a reason. Me n my wife left for a few hours and came back, still not that cool. Didn’t get cool till sometime after 3am. We were leaving at 6 so it kinda felt like a waste.

It was good for what we needed it for. Pretty basic and looks sketchy. However it’s well run and clientele are respectful. Pet friendly but never heard anyone’s animals. Guests were quiet and polite. Staff polite and hard working. Rooms could use updates but beds were comfortable and we could sleep well at night.

Beds made me and my twins itchy, bugs all over the floor and wall I definitely need a refund.

The handle for the bathroom sink was partially broken. Every time I turned the handle on, water kept coming out from the base which kept spreading around the counter. Right when I was about to put ice in the bucket, I saw some little eggs that look moth related! Saw a couple of roaches crawling around the bathroom!

This is the place I always stay at whenever I work overtime because it’s down the street from my job and whenever I need some me time.

The room had a heavy cigarette smell and the beds were very uncomfortable. One was sunk in on one side and the other was hard. Both were low to the floor.

Absolutely disgusting. The floors were so sticky we never took our shoes off. The bedspread was covered in semen stains and cigarette burn holes, the TV was broken and it smelled so bad of mold and smoke. We ended up leaving and booking a new hotel. When we told expedia and the hotel, they did nothing. We had 2 rooms and both were disgusting so it wasn't just a mishap. There is NO WAY this place deserves a "good" rating.

I had a blast

We were passing through and needed a place to stay. It was that only. The room was decent but noisy. The sheets had cigarette burns on them and the bed sagged in the middle. The one highlight was the gentleman who checked us in. He wasn't talkative but he smiled.

Room without permission. There was crack on the bed under the top blanket and in the sitting chair. This is not my 1st time staying here. I’ve definitely had better stays.

I really enjoy this property because the management is really nice, they make check in so seamless and are always eager to please the customer and I appreciate that so much.I have also never had a time where they didn’t match the lowest price I could find online,and they always notice when I return and I enjoy the personable nature of the management.I define recommend this as a great stay on the run.

This is the kind of place where you wear shoes in the room. Hot water was not hot and generally the place was just old. Definitely not 5 star hotel, hopefully it dosent have bed bugs. Not the worst, but was expecting better.
