    I was told at check in that the room I booked wasn’t available. The receptionist was helpful in getting me into another room with similar accommodations. The room was nasty. The grounds outside was filthy, with trash everywhere and the grass overgrown. The smoke detector in the room was gone, wires hanging out. The lamp attached to one side of the bed was missing with wires hanging out. The shades wouldn’t completely close. The carpet was nasty. Bathroom, outdated and nasty. The shower curtain fell. Do not trust the pictures online or any review that states otherwise.

    I think this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Upon entering the space, I seen stains and dirt on the walls, chipped paint on the doors and big holes in the blinds. Bathroom sink surface was not cleaned and the sheets were stained. Absolutely ridiculous for almost 200 dollars a night

    Checking out The lobby has dirty chairs and the carpet stinks. The bathroom in the room had cracks on it. The tub look like it is old with permanent stains. There were people in and out like it was a shelter. Staff smoking right out front where it said no smoking on the sign.

    The staff was ok. Things were unorganized. When I first arrived my room was not cleaned and it was still occupied. Me and my mom was moved to another room. The TV did not work in the next room. We were moved to another room where i had to kill roaches and we did not have the proper duvet on both beds. Service was unacceptable. The shade at the window had huge holes and the so called curtain did not fit across the windows. Doors needed repainting and the bathroom tub needed a touch up too. I'm really disappointed. I know this hotel was one of the cheaper hotels in the area but I should not have received cheap service.

    Nothing This place with a rundown rat trap. The room was absolutely awful with mold in the bathroom. The carpet was filthy is stains throughout unit. The breakfast provided was inedible . I literally slept fully clothed in fear that I would be attacked by bedbugs.

    This place was a dump!! I'm so done with ANY Wyndham property in the future. The shades were broken and you couldnt even open or close them. The beds were comfortable but was made up like like the military. The bathroom water screamed three whole time you took a shower. Some people kept lurking in the parking lot all night which made me bypass the broken shade to constantly check on my car. The lobby was so dull and uninviting, I wanted to leave and walk over to the Hilton. Thank goodness I only had to stay 1 night. Believe it or not Breakfast was decent. Will NOT go back still!!!

    Room was adequate, broken usb plugs and broken power strip. The halls and entrance were filthy. The parking lot was dark. The breakfast area was clean and adequately provided for. I waitedin the front lobby for about 15 minutes then saw the corner of a sin between the wall snd front desk computer that I had to pull out that gave a number to call if no one was at the desk. A woman eventually came down and registeted me. She did the job but was somewhat unkept and disgrunteled. This was about 8 pm so wasn't an unusual hour. I won't stay there again!

    Rooms were dirty and needed a bit of repair. Definitely not safe for anyone with young children. Some staff were good but others were not the greatest. Not many breakfast options. Elevators were visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all throughout our stay. Brought up issues with the staff the day of check in and were told there’s nothing they could do and refused a refund.

    Parking was free. Staff was busy when we got there. Place smells like marijuana. Looks like people live there permanently. Kids riding scouters in the parking lot. Kids running up and down halls making loud noises. Not good for someone that wants to sleep early in evening.

Halls was filled with smell of marijuana but it says no smoking. Night staff was no where to be found had a note for us to call someone who was no where on property, took her 10 mins to come to the desk after we made the phone call.

    The room was dirty and outdated. There were no curtains to close the window. There were stains throughout the room ( lamp shade, walls, carpet). The bathroom had peeling paint and mold. The front staff gave me a brown stained wash cloth and I had to request another one.

    When we arrived we were informed elevators didn’t work. The young man did try to accommodate us by giving us a king sized bed however it was on the top floor of hotel. The staircase smelled like urine, and the room itself smelled like urine as well. The blind did not close all the way in the room. And the hotel didn’t even have cable tv that would accommodate regular tv channels. We checkout within 10 minutes of checking in to the hotel. Very disappointed in the hotel.

    This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The room was in disgusting condition — we found roaches crawling around, stains on the sheets, blood on the floor, and filthy debris embedded in the carpet. The sink was completely stopped up, and although we informed maintenance, no one ever came to fix it.We booked this room because the website advertised three queen beds, but when we checked in, there were only two beds, leaving seven people crammed into one room. When we asked to be moved, we were told the hotel was fully booked — and that many of the rooms were taken by long-term residents who live there. This was never disclosed prior to booking.To make matters worse, we were told the hotel had no clean towels or linens, so we had to go out and buy our own. The room was so dirty, we even had to purchase cleaning supplies just to make it livable.The staff made no real attempt to address any of the serious concerns we brought up. Instead, they seemed more interested in socializing with the residents, who were clearly living there full-time. It was extremely unprofessional. We also witnessed residents freely walking behind the front desk and doing as they pleased — with no supervision or boundaries.And just to be clear — we have videos and photos documenting everything: the roaches, the blood, the filthy conditions, and the lack of basic hygiene and service.     Overall, we had an excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The only downside—and the reason for the half-star deduction—was that our room wasn’t cleaned by 3:00 PM, which seemed to be treated as normal without any explanation or apology. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again!

    Hallway leading to room was dark and musty. The room had bugs and apart from that it was connected to another room which is ok except that my room connection door was broken and couldn't lock which I didn't find safe. Move to another room and sheets were stained and room was cleaned properly. Another room had the AC off and leakong as the carpet was wet. Another room had the window opened and could lock because the latch was broken so it kept falling down. Yes you read right, in total we viewed nearly 8 rooms and the safety issues, bugs and cleanliness we couldn't stay so we left immediately after all that to find somewhere else. Pictures online does not give a great depiction as I wouldn't have booked if that was the case!

    The first room that was given to us was dirty and filthy, on request they gave us another one, seemed like these rooms were not used in a while, bathroom was dirty, tub hasn’t been washed in months, bedsheets had stains, there was dust on the bed skirts and on carpet. There was a pungent smell in the room as well. I would not recommend to anyone, only if you like to stay dirty or want to get high on second hand weed then go for it.

    It was a dirty property with homeless people hanging out right outside of the hotel. There were stains all over the walls in my room, I had to kill a spider off of my bed, it smelled like cigarettes even though my room was listed as non smoking, the curtain was broken so I could not black out my room and block outdoor lights. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly and the shower curtain would not stay closed. They denied me a travel crib for my infant despite their website showing they have them on request. They charged an extra $80 to my card unknowingly. 10/10 would not recommend this place.

    I did not feel safe at your property. Staff was great, but a lot of people loitering around the parking lot and the property area. That night coming back from a meeting someone with a bike was on the 3rd floor, waiting at someone's door. Also, the smell of marijuana in the elevator. Our room was clean, but no iron in the room. The refrigerator didn't work and the ironing board was broken. If you wanted a change of towels you had to put them outside your door and they put cleans ones in s bag on your door.     Couldn’t get extra towels, and we weren’t told we had to put the dirty towels outside our door to get fresh ones. Room was humid because the carpet seemed wet… was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

    Upon our arrival, we were alarmed to find approximately thirteen abandoned vehicles in the hotel’s parking lot, which immediately raised safety concerns. One concern was that this hotel was being used as a mixed-use hotel. Upon entering the lobby to check in, there was no one at the front desk. A person eventually greeted me and identified himself as the desk attendant, Ty. He was not in professional attire—wearing a casual athletic shirt, gym shorts, sneakers, and no name tag—further diminishing our confidence in the establishment. The lobby itself was unclean and neglected. As is our custom, due to my wife's medical condition, we conducted our cleaning of the room upon entry. Unfortunately, her cleaning cloth quickly revealed significant amounts of dirt. Among other issues we observed: The ice machine was broken. The mini fridge was damaged. The room’s furniture was worn and in disrepair. The bathroom wall showed visible damage. Several doors had peeling paint and deep scratches. The bed sheets were stained and had a cigarette burn. Electrical cords in the room posed a clear safety hazard. Since I didn't stay at the hotel, I am requesting a refund.

    This hotel let my guest check into my room without my promise, how you give my key to someone not on the hotel registry as a guest. They the room was not so clean I did not stay in the room i went to get a clean hotel room. I will not use Hotel.com again either.

    The staff at the front desk was pleasant. She showed us the room before she charged us. At first glance, the room looked okay. There were, however, broken rings in the room. The pull down blinds had a big slice in it, the cover to the heating/cooling unit was broken, the towel rack was pulling away from the base. There was no iron, but there was an ironing board. No hair dryer in the room. I took pictures of everything in case we were blamed for the damage. Checkout was fine.

    Upon entering the lobby, the hotel appeared to be clean and decent the front desk. Girl was pretty cool except when my guy walked in before me to run and try to use the restroom while I was getting my bag out the car to check that in she told him he had to be a guest to use the restroom, knowing that we were getting ready to check in. However, once I entered the hotel and checked us in Him and I both use the restroom and then headed upstairs to our room as soon as we enter the room, we were greeted by a roach, crawling across the floor as soon as we walk through the door that along us, so we started to look over the room as we were inspecting the room in springing Lysol. I noticed some chewing gum stuck to the headboard of the bed. I went downstairs and spoke to the front desk and told her the conditions of the room she then offered to refund my deposit that is put down for incidentals. I’m glad I was only there for one night, but she did not offer to change our room as she told me the hotel was sold out. I would never stay in this place again.

    The staff was really unhelpful. Our sink clogged and they refused to help. Our sheets were dirty and they said they couldn’t do anything. There were people being very loud in the lobby at 2am and they could not control the situation. Overall, avoid this place

    The carpet down stairs and in my room was stained but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All ice machines and washers were down. If you wanted ice you had to walk across the parking lot to the sister hotel The best part of the stay was the hot water in the shower. It was hot enough to take off you skin but perfect for a relaxed soothing bath. But there were no tub stoppers. SMDH.

    The hotel does not look like the pictures in Expedia, there are marks all over the walls in the room. It smell dirty even after they cleaned it. I need to buy freshener. I saw a bug crawling out the dresser. I would never go back to Wingate. Ohh and when asked about the tv, they said that it’s a full house and WiFi is low. Also check in is at 3 pm but my room was not “cleaned till 3:30, mind you I was traveling from out of state for graduation and had a baby with me and we need to rest before the graduation. It was just horrible. The staff was ok. Never again will I stay there.

    Front desk staff was missing. It took what seemed like an eternity for someone to finally come down after a slouchy dressed manager strolled in and noticed his staff was missing. Staff argued loudly and aggressively with manager in front of guests. I felt so uncomfortable that I requested an immediate cancelation but was not able to cancel due to it being past the cancelation time frame. Room was extremely clean. The roll-up blackout shade was broken. But the room was immaculate. Beds were flawless. Breakfast wasnt worth the effort. Soggy french toast. Disk shaped "scrambled" eggs. Many times when passing front desk other guests were asking others where the desk staff was. Place reeked of marijuana. My room, although very clean, stunk like a cat's litterbox and tuna. I will never recommend this place

    The room that I booked was not available. The lobby had discombobulated furniture thrown around. There were random people standing outside of the hotel when we walked in. They attempted to charge me a $100 deposit for the room. They were unprofessional and just the worse experience I ever had in booking hotels. I give them ZERO STARS!!

    Did not stay at the hotel that I booked. First when I checked in they gave me a room that was already occupied. So I went back down to the front seat and got another room. When I checked into the second room the window in the room was busted out. So ended out losing out on the money I paid for the rood and booked another room at a different hotel. Worst hotel that I ever booked.

    Found a roach in the bathroom on the first night. Noticed spots still embedded on bed linen. I used clean linen from a nearby family members home overtop of the hotels linen for security. Rooms carpet was uncleaned and smelled of mildew. Refrigerator and microwave area had a different type of bug on the ice bucket and cups. Lastly, wifi service was an issue the entire 5 night stay, intermittently shutting down every 10-15 minutes. I used a nearby family members home wifi to get my devices operational to complete projects. Major upgrades to these areas are necessary to be within compliance.

    The first room had a really big yellow stain on the comforter. Which house keeping couldn’t have missed based on the size. I asked for a second room, which the bed had a very large dent in the middle, which housekeeping also couldn’t miss based on size. There were cigarette butts on the floor. Also the shower wasn’t clean and there was hair on the sink. Never again.

    The room was outstanding! However the lights in the first room they put us in did not work, so they quickly put us in a new room that only had one non working light in the bed. We also found out later that the bed was supposed to have lights on top of the headboard that did not work. The pull down curtain was broken and had to manually be raised or lowered. We choose the room with the deluxe suite and jacuzzi tub.

    It was an unexpected need to get down to Maryland and find some place to stay that was close enough to family, but I wished I had picked another place. The parking lot was filled with trash on the ground. Hallway to the room rug was so dirty and no working ice machine in the building at all. Shower curtain was ripped and I kept smelling the smell of weed in my room. Got up early to get something to eat and was so disappointed with what was being served (cold French toast, egg, sausage, cereal in a juice pitcher) This was everyday breakfast. Looked up into the ceiling and it had some black marks. Pillows was so worn out and a thin black and sheet to cover you. Front desk people looked more like they was checking into the hotel. No uniform or name tag. Just found this place to be fit for someone that just needs a one night to rest, before you head back out on the road. Was so disappointed for it is a well brand name and this hotel made it look like crap

    First there is no checking in early unless you pay $50 more. All ice machines are broken have to walk across to another hotle to get ice. The phone in room was broken carpets dirty had trash left in the room. Old coffee bag still in the coffee machine. Walls and floors thin you hear everything. Smell of weed in hallways and elevator mixed with cleaning supplies. Sheets on bed and cigarette burns on them. No stopper in bathtub to take a bath. And some other things. will not be staying there again

    Sheets has stains all over. The blanket was a sheet with a thin cover. The soap bar is tiny. I didn’t get my room cleaned and was there for 4 days. They put a towel and hung on my door. Not sure why they say they have breakfast. Looks like prison food. Place smells like weed and a joint was on the floor second floor.

    The staff in the day were great. Night staff not so much. Said no smoking. You could smell smoke in the hallways. Party going on across the hall really loud till after 2:00 in the morning. Yelling and cops out front. Same on day two. Week nights were better.

    Our stay was comfortable, a few issues. Stained bedding covers, we saw a few crawling around, were big issues for me. But I will go back. Front desk was really nice and said they would address those issues. My husband said breakfast was ok. The bed was was actually my A plus. We slept so good. Walmart, Target, Wawa, every restaurant uou can think of, Golden correll. Spa, grocery stores, 7/11 , ,,banks. Everything thing u need for a successful getaway. I do reccomend

    First off, the property looks nothing like this. It's a grey run down building. I was charged a hundred dollar security deposit once I checked in. I went up to the room to look it over and there were hairs in the sink, urine on the toilet seat and used condoms in the bed. I went back downstairs and demanded my money back. He gave me the security deposit back immediately and would have given me the room fee back, but couldn't as it was booked through hotels.com. I have tried to no avail to get in touch with them but they have no email, phone number, etc. The automated service is a joke. It's ridiculous that you can't talk to a person with this company. I disputed the charges with my cc company which they reversed, but hotels.com turned around and charged me again. I will NEVER use Hotels.com as they rip people off. I had picked up my son from deployment and just wanted somewhere to get some rest because we had been up since 5am and were exhausted. Beware when using this app. The pictures and information is extremely outdated and they are no help.

    There were bed bugs in the room (one we know of for sure, but assuming they were in the other room as well), dirty floors and trash under the beds in both rooms, looks like someone blew snot in the sink and did not clean it up in one room, weird mildew smell in one room and a marijuana smell in the other. There was a weird beeping noise in the wall between the rooms that made it hard to sleep. Other bugs (roaches, water bugs, etc.) in both rooms. I mean it is just horrific. When I asked for a refund for both rooms for the remaining stay so I could send the guys elsewhere, they only wanted to PARTIALLY refund the room where we found the bed bug. Which is wild to think they wouldn't be in the room RIGHT NEXT DOOR. But either way we could not leave one employee there and move the other. Ultimately, both rooms were refunded but it does not change the condition of the rooms. This place needs to shut down and do a deep clean and extermination.

    We ended up not getting the room we reserved (suite with 2 queen beds and separate sitting area with sofa bed) because the only open suite has no curtains, a TV didn’t work, lamp shades were missing…so my family got a regular room with 2 queen beds. The room was fine, but certainly not what we were expecting. And it was very noisy outside our window and in the hall during the night.

    Okay the first thing is I didnt see anything to assist with helping locate the property. Even if you use GPS youll be confused because it is located BEHIND another hotel off in the cut. You have to turn behind LaQuinta a d drive behind the little store to get to the hotel. The parking lot could use some work as it is tight and not enough adequate handicapped parking. The upholstered furnished throughout the hotel could use some deep cleaning. Check in was fast and the lady at the desk was extremely nice. The internet was spotty which in turn also kept the TV going in and out. We.couldn't get super comfortable because of the type.of people checking in. Their behavior in the parking lot did not give an "inviting feeling" nor a safe to park here feeling. Also having to walk through Marijuana smoke to get inside wasn't exciting.
