Had Netflix Everything Got a double bed room when I reserved a king. It was dirty , had a huge gap in the door so cold air came through . Not hot water for a shower, beds rock hard and shady looking people lingering around the building

Not a thing Absolute disaster of a hotel. Claim to be non smoking but cigarette burn holes everywhere, bed, bedding, floor. Carpeting is all dirty and need to be replaced, Owners have no regard for their guests, rude, crude and disrespectful.

I reserved a single room with 2 beds. What i got when I arrived was a single room with 1 bed so it was sleep on the floor, im the truck, or spoon with my step-father-in-law. What would you have done? Everything could have been better.

They messed up my room. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and got a room with a king size bed. I tried to tell the guy at the desk but he insisted that's what I booked. I even pulled up my reservation and he kept telling me i was wrong. There were holes in the walls. The lit sign to find the place was out.
