The breakfast was very good, but I wish that they offered turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Or maybe beef sausage or beef bacon.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Wesley Chapel was slightly below neutral. The hallways were freezing. In my room, the HVAC would start by blowing heat but after about 30 minutes it switched to cold air, which made nights uncomfortable. Housekeeping also did not service the room for the first few days due to my meeting schedule, and even after I gave the front desk a specific window to clean it, the room was still not cleaned when I returned.

The room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4:00PM

Air conditioner/heater was was too loud, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The bed was too hard, pillows too soft and thin and the comforter was also very thin. No extra sheets available to use as additional coverage. This was not one of my best stays. Marriott hotels have always been none for their quality.

I did not stay there. I checked in and I checked out after arriving to my room. The carpet was dirty. The front desk lady lied about giving me accurate instructions on how to go about canceling my reservation at checked out being that I booked through a third party. I end up paying for the reservation that I didn’t stay at. Just horrible.

The area was excellent. Sometimes you get a hotel in a big tourist area and its nasty or dirty. But this was a very nice area clean view was good. Hotel was very clean, hospitable, and rooms were nice.

Stay was amazing the only thing was a stagnant smell in the room when we first got in but quickly disappeared and then the tv remote was not working properly which was quickly resolved. The only thing I recommend is bring your own pillow their pillows are fluffy but offer no head support. This hotel was an awesome and didn’t break my wallet. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of hot and cold choices. I would recommend this hotel to people.

We had an amazing stay for a local tennis tournament. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding.

We stayed due to an event at the Wiregrass Sports Center, just around the corner. This hotel was walkable and just a bit further than another option, making it quiet and convenient. The front desk clerk, Eudy, was exceptionally polite and went out of her way to find us the best room. Our room did wind up having some issues with the air conditioner; I reported this the first morning and they came and fixed it the next afternoon, thus making our next night more pleasant. Would definitely book this hotel again if we are in the area.

I might have bed bug bites. Just me not my husband. Not 100% sure, but the bites are tiny red dots with white middles.

I traveled to Florida for a business trip and chose to stay at this hotel. The property itself is clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, during my 7-day stay, my room was cleaned only once. Towels and sheets were never changed, which is unacceptable for a week-long stay. For the price paid, basic housekeeping, like fresh linens and clean towels should be standard. They definitely need to improve in this area.

My wife and two Grandchildren went for a graduation party and had a wonderful time. The hotel could not have been nicer. it seems new, in great shape, very reasonably priced, and the entire staff could not have been friendlier. The room had a nice view, the breakfast was great (especially the worker there!), nice tv, and all the extras that you need.

The hotel seems pretty new, the rooms and areas are very clean and updated. The staff was also pretty nice. Lots of dinning and shopping options nearby, the mall was a short distance away. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for event at Wiregrass facility, just a few hundred yards away. Fast checkin, nice room, solid breakfast offering. Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely would stay again.

Hot water was not constant.

No sitting chair beyond desk. Bed uncomfortable. Shower went from hot to cold to hot during use. Toilet seat very loose. Why not use a Mitibishi splitter for room AC. The old technology you have has huge temperature swings and when it’s on you’re cold, when it’s off you’re hot.

Absolutely awful. The beds have a plastic cover over the mattress that you can’t remove and makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

A newer Fairfield Inn, the public areas and room were the cleanest I have experienced post-COVID. Comfortable room, well laid out. The staff is friendly and professional. Great breakfast. Felt more like an upscale Marriott rather than just a Fairfield.

We went to our room, used the bathroom to realize there was no water. They said it would be fixed soon. We returned 4 hours later and the water was on , but no hot water in our room. They did move our room to a room with hot water. But they should have alerted us to the concern when we checked in.

Great hotel to stay at in Wesley Chapel. Area is newer and is very close to lots of shopping and eating! Pool is smaller, but clean - same with the gym. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal, muffins, and bagels. All of the front desk receptionists were super friendly amd helpful.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in walking distance to a very nice restaurant. Definitely recommend the hotel.

It was really everything I would have wanted for the location and price, of course, a hot tub would have put it off the charts amazing! We came for the Wiregrass sports complex and it was walking distance which eliminated the need to have to park there.

While Natalia was lovely when checking me in, as soon as I got up to my room it was clear that both TV's were broken. (I am not a person who can just immediately fall asleep). Natalia called someone to come address the TVs. It took nearly an hour (though I do think they called the guy who was offsite at the time). He came and "fixed" the television in the BR. It never seemed to work completely. Now everything -- my shower, etc. is pushed more than an hour behind (there were a couple of initial trips back and forth to concierge to see if it was just a battery issue). When I went to turn the TV off to go to sleep, it *would not turn off!* After struggling awhile with it, I tried unplugging it, but the way they have them installed and mounted to the wall made that impossible. Needless to say, I did not get any sleep and actually considered getting up around 3 am and just getting back on the road. A TOTAL WASTE of money. Very, very disappointed.

Will was awesome!! We had a connection from the moment I called to request a corner top floor room. He was able to accommodate my request and we laughed a bit about our energy being aligned. He then called me after my stay to find out if I was satisfied with my stay. Promote Will yesterday! My room was clean, the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly.

Very clean , nice place

The only down side is the property is beginning to show some early signs of wear on the carpet, walls etc. Had an incident on my last night of a group of kids running up and down the (2nd. floor hall) yelling and screaming. I don't know where their parents were or why they'd allow it, but the night desk staffer took my call of complaint after midnight (this had gone on for several hours) and put a stop to it. I hope this is a rarity with guests and not a new normal. Exceptional stay other than that.

Toilet wouldn’t flush randomly through out the day and night. Room A/C would not reach temperature prior to shutting off. Upon arrival there was skittles on the floor beside the sofa bed. Despite this, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable.
