    This motel (doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel) is an absolute atrocity. The surrounding area is dirty, noisy, and completely run down, making you feel Iike you’ll get robbed at any moment at night. The property itself has to be at least 40 years old, and the photos online are clearly outdated and misleading. The lobby is deceptive because it looks and smells decent only because they drown it in air freshener, but the second you step into the elevator, you’re hit with a musty basement smell that carries throughout the entire building. Everything else is in terrible condition. Walls look like they have 10+ layers of paint with gashes and dents, peeling trim, dirty hallways, etc. Multiple things in the room were broken. The bathroom had an old metal tub painted over with visible corrosion and rusting fixtures. My room had a patched hole in the wall that wasn’t painted, a broken nightstand, door trim falling off, a 1-inch gap in the door letting in noise and light, and carpet lifting off the floor. Amenities are basically nonexistent. There’s a tiny snack stand that doesn’t even have chips. The hot water went out, so I couldn’t even shower before checkout. I paid $814 for two nights, and this place is worth maybe $50. There is no way the reviews for this place are real. No reasonable person would have good things to say about this place. I will NEVER stay at another Delta brand motel. Shame on Marriott and Hotels.com for carrying this misleading brand, I want a refund.

    We arrived on a late flight having travelled all day from the UK and fell into a very comfortable bed. But the outstanding part of our stay was the staff, they were friendly, kind, very accommodating and even let us use the shuttle to the airport and back to retrieve some late luggage even though we had already checked out.     The staff were very friendly, beds comfortable, room very clean, breakfast buffet options better than other hotels in the area. The shuttle buses are in great condition. The fact that I was unable to book the shuttle service before hand. They requested I call when I land, however, being an international visitor, I did not have a USA number and the hotel was unable to provide me with a whatsapp or VoIP number I could use. It would have been useful if there was another way to book the airport shuttle service to accomodate for those traveling from outside the USA.

    Cold. I had trouble with getting my license plate number because the rain was coming down terribly. The girl didn’t care. Then my room was for a handicapped person! Was that because I have grey hair? I try to update my hair with blonde. I’m not that old. I called down to the desk and asked if all rooms were handicapped rooms. I went down the next morning and asked to move to another room because I would be staying for another two nights

    Very nice hotel. All of the staff were lovely! Especially at the Dive Bar/restaurant. However, the location is harsh. The hotel is only accessible by a busy four lane highway with freeways above. So lots of traffic noise. And there are no shops or restaurants close by except for an IHOP a couple blocks away. There is also no place to walk. But, it is convenient to the airport and they have a free shuttle.

    The room was dirty. There were socks under the bed from a previous guest and toenail clippings on the carpet. The front desk staff was not friendly. The airport shuttle driver almost ran my daughter and I over. The shower barely put out any water and the shower head was so dirty. The doors were rusty. The pillows were flat and the a/c was not great. The walls are so thin we had to listen to our neighbors screaming at each other in the middle of the night. I think paid parking should be more obvious.

    Nowhere did I see there was a charge for parking. Which I found out after I checked in that I had to pay $16 not a lot of money, but disappointed in the fact that it wasn’t disclosed to me prior to me checking in. When I book the room, it kept saying this is gonna be your total price well it’s not.

    Nice rooms, spacious, immaculate clean, good location. They have a VERY bogus parking arrangement where you have to go on line, send photos of your car and provide a credit card. $12 per night. I apparently did some wrong as I got billed a parking company $60 per night. This is a nice hotel, but because of this scheme I would avoid staying there again.

    Left an item behind in the room, notified staff about the item first thing when I left my room, hours before check out time. No one ever saw the item and the general manager did not want to review cameras to show that I arrived with item and did not leave with the item. 20 years of experience in the hotel business and it does not show. Never got reached out once I checked out.

    The transportation from the airport was prompt and the driver very helpful. Check in was easy and the desk clerk very kind and helpful especially considering we arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable! Looking forward to the breakfast buffet.

    I checked in on Thursday night close to midnight. When I checked the bed the pillows and comforter had stains on them. The bathtub drain was dirty, the curtains had some white stuff on them. The desk chair was dirty with crumbs and under the bed had crumbs and stuff too. It's clear housekeep needs to bed in clean up the rooms. I didn't get a chance to try out another services cause I wasn't at the hotel much so can't give an opinion on that. For my first experience with Delta hotels by Marriott it was disappointing, i ask for housekeeping to change the sheets Friday morning and was going untill Saturday night around 12 am and was shocked and concerned to see that they burnt my sheet and left an ink stain in my sheet, not sure if it was intentional but I didn't feel safe sleep on it so had to call downstairs for different sheets and didnt sleep well that last night. I was glad to leave in the morning that I checked out early. In my rush to leave I forgot one of my phones and had to go back for it and housekeeping had my phone in a plastic bag under some towels which I didn't appreciate. I don't want accuse anyone but was weird. With that being said this hotel has left a bad taste in my mouth and I worth recommend staying there.

    Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Pool is literally next to I95 and couldn't relax due to traffic noise. Trains right outside room window and AC coming on every 10 minutes sounding like a 747 taking off ruined what is hoped would be a good night's sleep before continuing my travel. I really do not recommend this hotel.

    There is no paid parking. There was no free breakfast in the valley to bring up. My Lakić was nonexistent. I had to do it myself. It was difficult to get into the elevator with all my baggage by myself and when it was time to leave the same thing happened I was unable to get a valet upstairs. My parking expired, and I had to try to communicate with someone that did not speak English to help me carry the stuff down by hand.

    The hotel itself is fantastic — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The amenities are great, and the pool and bar area are especially enjoyable. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a major downside. It’s just a surface lot, yet you’re required to use an inconvenient app to pay, which feels unnecessary and overpriced. Overall, loved the hotel, but the parking arrangement is frustrating and detracts from the experience.

    The main issue lies with the room. It had a really musky smell when we first walked in. Behind the door was a huge frayed area of the rug. The bathroom handle didn’t work from the outside at all so if you accidentally closed the door from the outside guy couldn’t get back in. The door stopper to the bathroom door fell of and had a huge spike exposed. The bathroom shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The water pressure was okay but not great. The bed were comfortable but the room was cramped. Outside of the hotel is all freeways with tons of busy loud roads and a train track. It’s very dirty and not a place that has anything walkable.

    Bathroom definitely needs renovating. The sink is small with no place to put your toiletries except for the top of the toilet or a shelf near the door. No towel bar near the sink. I won’t stay here again mostly because of the $12 parking charge. I arrived after 6 pm and am leaving at 4:30 am. I still had to pay for 24 hours worth of parking. You have to drive to get to the property - parking should be included! Glad I’m here just for the night

    Con: I had to pay to park in their parking lot. In essence, I had to pay to park, then pay them more money to patronize their business. Con: Human body fluid stains on the fitted sheet. I had to sleep in the chair as it was too late and I was too tired to deal with it.

    Great place, good restaurant on promises, clean and well equipped weight room. Downside, had to pay for parking but you they validated/I had to put in a code every night and AC broke last night. I will defiantly go again and I do not have to look for another spot. Big fan

    The bathroom was set up for a handicapped person so the door was huge there was metal railing everywhere in bathroom including inside the shower tub that made it hard to move around for me and the air conditioner unit was loud in the room every time it kicked on the compressor would scare my wife while she was sleeping.i think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay for parking at the hotel your paying $130 a night for.

    Pros: • Excellent customer service. • The room was clean and spacious. • The shuttle service was fast and efficient. (Just make sure to call the hotel when you arrive at the airport.) Cons: • There are no restaurants nearby. • The hotel’s restaurant and bar follow a strict schedule. Unfortunately, both times I tried to eat or drink, they were closed—once at 2:00 PM and again at 11:00 AM.
