    The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back.

    The front desk asked for my name and if I needed the parking pass. Gave us the key and he was done! And did not say anything else no Hi or hello no instructions on where to go and usually staff greeted you and asked if you had any questions! They were not busy I was the only one in line.

    We stay here once a year when we are in town for golf tournament. It is close to everything. They need to fix the sink in room 803 it drains slow and gets stopped up. Great experience and we love how close it is to Dunkin just around the corner like 5 minutes.

    Kadan, Sabrea and Renell were great during my stay. I stayed at this property 3 weeks prior and remembered how helpful they were. Club M people were great as well as dining/bar staff. Housekeeping very helpful. Property is clean, safe and looked after. I will stay again when/if the opportunity presents itself.

    Room was recently remodeled Our toilet was clogged when we first entered our room. Front desk fumbled the handoff to maintenance. So the fix did not occur in a timely manner. Plus, they charge you $12 per night to park your car in their huge parking lot. Who does that???!

    Property was old and rooms were renovated but the AC vent was dirty , bathrooms had mold showing behind the wall paper crack and base boards and room service for refreshing towels was poor. Monroe's were provided by the maid on the 2nd day. Water in the sink for brushing was very low force and extremely cold or hot and sink was very small. Rom was clean though. Pillows sucked. AC made too loud noise. Reception desk was too busy always and line was long .

    Called down to the desk last evening because the room nextdoor was having a party with loud noise after 11:00pm. No one responded after two calls and noise and roudy behavior continued for two hours. No response from anyone. Very disappointed.

    Everything was excellent including the desk person checking us in as well as the one checking us out---you can tell they take pride in their jobs! The only suggestion I have is in the bathroom. The tub has a slight "anti-slip" etched in, but not worth much. They should add a grab bar of some sort. Not sure if all the rooms are like that,, but mine was.

    Most of The staff was not welcoming. The bathroom sink was blocked but they responded quickly and fixed it. The soap dispenser fell off, the shower leaked, there was no complimentary coffee nor tea. Lower tier hotels offered better services to guests. We were not satisfied and would not stay at this hotel again

    Was given a connecting room where the “guests “ next door were drink and noisy up to 2am. Police called and it quotient down until 8am. Disappointed. We went there for my girlfriend’s birthday and the time was ruined by the experience .

    I have stayed a many Marriotts. I don't know what made this one feel so different. It was the VIBE. The hotel is lovely, food really good. Service excellent. The bed!! Down pillows! Not the rubber neck wreckers. Real glassware. All really extra pleasant. Wish I could have stayed longer.

    Second time, first time stay was better. When we came into the room, drawer's were open, trash bins on top of dresser. Water pressure in sink and shower not great. Body soap dispenser empty, thank god my son brought his. Next day gone all day, at 3:00 PM room was not made up, then they show up when we were getting ready to go out for the evening, she kept coming back, we told her we needed about a half hour. Another worker came in without knocking. Check out is at 11:00 we were still sleeping at 9:00 am today they knock on door to clean early. Door handle not working well we told them, never came to fix. We were in town for a family party 2 nights, not terrible but small annoyance for sure. Breakfast was very good a la carte order don’t know about small buffet. The difference may be in the staff now then when we came in May.

    First when you check in they don’t specify that you need to pay 10.00 daily for parking, also they didn’t gave me the room that I reserve, the person who did the check in for me told that the type of room I requested is not guaranteed; so first night was really uncomfortable for my husband and I. Second night air conditioning stop working and we had to wait until they sent someone to fix it. About the parking fee they told me when I did the check out that I saw the invoice I requested.

    While the property itself has potential, my stay was disappointing.     Horrific conditions. The room was infested with small ants; had to endure 2 nights in a room where ants were crawling onto the beds and onto our bodies due to the hotel being 'full' with no available rooms to switch to. Then finally on third day we were moved and we stayed 3 more nights in a new room but would wake up in morning with new bites and bumps around body... Unsure if this is from bedbugs in new room or from ant bites in the previous room.

    degrees which it did not reach that temperature in either of rooms. I started in room 619 and ended in room 830 both required extra blankets because the rooms were really cold.     This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel in my life. The director of operations Andre Desir is an absolute sociopath & a terror to deal with. I had just had surgery for the 4th time following a cancer diagnosis and was visiting my 86 year old father who had been in the hospital 5 times in the past 3 months. Due to my chest muscles being cut during my surgery I need the room to be warm so those muscles don't contract. In a 3 day span, I was changed rooms 4 times. 3 times the heater was BROKEN. The 3rd room, the heat worked but I was itching so intensely that I could not sleep and had to be transferred again after not getting any sleep the first two nights (into the 4th room with a broken heater). I told the woman at the front desk that the 3rd room smelled like wet dog and the cleaner that is used for pet odors. On the 3rd day of a 5 day planned stay, I informed the front desk I would be leaving because they simply couldn't get it right and I couldn't change rooms for a 5th time. What transpired after, as if I needed any MORE GRIEF, was instead of being responsible, the manager LIED to Hotels.com agents TWICE when I reported the issue and requested a refund.He demanded that I email him photos (time & date stamped) of the flea bites (bumps & bloody holes) which I had. & his response was that there was no "evidence" of fleas upon "inspection" & there will be no refund. Every agency imaginable will be contacted about this atrocity.

    I only liked the location to my familiar places. The room was dirty starting with the floors in the room. Dirty with food stains on floor which I had to use a towel to clean with, area rug not vacuumed. You have to ask and request maid service or they won’t come to bring fresh towels or pick up trash and tidy up your room. I never ever experience this with any hotel. This was the 2nd time I stayed here just for the location. Each time there was a plumbing problem. Clogged sink and shower. No repairs. If you request repair they don’t document it and never gets done. The maid service staff on the room floors do t speak any English so you can’t ask them for anything because they don’t understand and will tell you “no English”. I booked an extra night made it over the phone weeks before arrival and they never put us into the schedule and no email. They just yes you on the phone and say we “we got it”. They certainly don’t acknowledge their mistakes.

    Apparently there is no complementary water unless you book on a high floor. Nor is there complimentary cofee in the morning. No bell staff to help unload luggage and the tubes of moisturizer and the shower caps were not replaced once used up.

    Everything went well except one thing. When coming in, I asked for the top floor not to hear people walking above me as I have in the past. I was put on the sixth floor, which I thought was the top floor at the time, but it wasn’t. What I didn’t want to happen happened. We heard people walking up and down in their room above us. It was annoying, but other than that everything was fine.

    The associates at the front desk need training on making the guests’ stay easier. My 18-year old son wasn’t allowed to do anything (getting a new key, using facilities, etc.) without making me come downstairs to approve it in person, and showing my ID at least 6 times over 5 days because they “didn’t remember us”. Won’t stay here again.

    I think maintenance has some work to do. the seating area outdoors could be better maintained as far as cleanliness (stains on the seats) and neatness, the cabanas have ripped cloth over it (needs replacement).

    The room was beautiful and comfy. Very modern. My significant other and I were in a bubble during our stay. The shower was amazing. We want to return and try to get the same room.
