Hotel is a bit of a rundown. Lobby had a smell. We were assigned initially a room that had a strong smoke smell but staff was able to put us in a different room which was better. A bit noisy, heard people shouting in the middle lf the night.

The room was not clean and smelled bad. The kitchenware provided was of bad quality, insufficient and not to the mark. Bedding and linen was of bad quality. Breakfast was not up to the mark, it’s not appropriate for a to-go breakfast. The staffs behavior was rude and disrespectful. They did not care and about the customer and were confrontational. There was no room service provided and unbecoming of an hotel. The overall experience was very unpleasant.

It was okay My boyfriend and his son said that The kitchen in the room should had plates, kitchen utensils, paper towels for the guest to cook . In my personal opinion, if there’s a kitchen like that in a hotel for guest to cook meals , I believe the hotel should supply those kind of kitchen items. Especially, if you are advertising as an extended stay. Also, there was no ice machine which to get fresh ice .

The rooms had a STRONG putrid, moldy smell. The pillows were yellow-looking, and I did not feel comfortable staying here.

As soon as I got to the property the front entry doors were nasty and dirty. When I went in they were cleaning something and the place smelt like a wet dog. Then I go to my room and there are no dishes to be used. You have to go downstairs and they give you a bucket with dishes to take up. They advertise continental breakfast, but there view of a continental breakfast was coffee and a muffin. I was not impressed with that place and I would never go again.

Rooms are decent and clean. Location was by a lot of convenient fast food places (if you eat fast food) and by the freeway. The free breakfast was really just individually packaged muffins and coffee, nothing to write home about.

The hotel feels very safe and is fairly close to the SAC. The main drawback was that our bed was hard. Although it was nice to have a kitchen, it would have been helpful if the hotel had provided the room with a hair dryer.

The room was clean and the area is quiet. There is food and fuel nearby and it is very close to the freeway. The kitchen area is nice to have, especially for longer stays.

The parking lot was very sketchy after dark. The lobby had a strong smoke odor when we walked in. The room had dirty doors and walls. Other than that it was pretty quiet and relaxing. The only switch out towel for towel. You can’t get extra towels.

Jerry at Front Desk was amazing. He went out of his way to help us. Easy check-in.

Had to stay for a week due to house being worked on. Staff was nice and room was decent. The property was somewhat maintained, but a bit dirty. Rooms was somewhat clean. You get coffee, nutrigrain bar or muffin. It’s perfect for a week for travel if you don’t need any amenities. Every staff member was friendly and the property and my stay was quiet.

Cockraoaches scattering around when i turned on the lights in the bathroom caused me to leave at 11PM and find a room at another hotel. The room smelled fine, but the hotel smelled like weed. Basics like soap and shampoo weere not provided.

I booked this hotel only because it was close enough to the appointment I had very early in the morning of the next day and I just wanted to avoid the rush hour morning traffic and be late. Hotel looks, smells, feels delapidated and old. The lights went out during a brief period of time during the night as well. At 3am in the morning there were several loud bangs that seemed to shake the entire structure awakening all of us in the room. Breakfast was also very poor with only packaged oatmeal to be eaten out of paper cups. Small bite size packets of blue berry muffins and protein bars. But there was hot water and coffee in a thermos. I tried to reserve a room in the first floor because we were senior citizens but there was none available on the date I arrived. But we were given a room in the second floor right infront of the elevator. I think I will try to avoid this hotel if I'm in the area again next time.

The property smelled old, rooms where not smoking and all you can smell was weed. By far one of the worst experiences we've ever had.

We could not get into our room with our key card both nights making three trips to the front desk each night. We were on the second floor. There were no coffee cups available at the grab and go breakfast station Saturday morning as they ran out. Sunday morning they ran out of hot coffee. I will never stay here again.

The room was not bad, but you can tell they haven’t updated in a long time. The staff was nice and helpful for the most part, but the noise was terrible. Both nights we could people arguing and kicking each other out of the rooms, the doors slamming all night long. And the halls were not cleaned because when we checked in the hall floors seemed to been vacuum but that night it was full of gold confetti and it stayed there the 3 days we were there.

Below basic accommodations. Front desk not staffed unless you ring bell and/or call on courtesy phone, my key card failed and had to wait until someone came to fix it (8pm) the room had 2towels, 2 washcloths, one bar soap. Nothing else in the room for use. Signs say you must ask at front desk for shampoo, lotion, kitchen utensils…. Room was hot, AC turned off, stained countertop, dirty stove, alarm clock went off 5am, had to unplug it.

Everything we needed was provided with a smile and an offer of continuing service. We have a strict budget and the price, comfort and convenience of this Extended Stay exceeded our expectations. *I was glad to see that the did upgrade their pillows! Lol

Nancy is the best along with Madi and Laura! These three made our stay feel like we were visiting our favourite family members.

We have stayed at rhis location for three weekends while we have open house. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the proximity to food and shopping is excellent. I recommend you stay here. Oh, and by the way, the price is exceptional!

No stove working dirty sheets

The room reeked of roaches. Mirror had splatters, floor made our socks dirty/crusty. I killed one spider in the bathroom in the morning and at night woke up to 2 spider bites. The first floor was not good. The second floor was better. I know there’s nothing they can do about it but there’s a lot of smoking going on, it wouldn’t be that bad if they weren’t near entrances. The smoke smell goes into the halls.

The refrigerator door has yellow stink, there's no shampoo available from the front desk. Outside property is dark and feels unsafe. The AC /heater doesn't work. Small TV.

People were outside smoking weed all hours. Dark parking lot. Dog barking constantly for an about 1 1/2 hours. Need security! Homeless roaming in the parking lot.

The staff was fine. They did their job but this place IS NOT as advertised. It smelled like cigarettes and weed smoke was in the walls and carpets. And the smell was covered by industrial cleaning products. The room smelled of humid wet air. The bed looked nothing like pictured and was very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing more than stale coffee and packaged muffins and cookies. It was a very uncomfortable stay. Was more like a motel 6 than an extended stay.

Room was decent. I did not use the fridge or stove. Breakfast was sparse - packaged muffins, instant oatmeal and coffee.

Stayed for two nights with my family. The hotel location is ideal as there are many food options, shops and highways are nearby but not overwhelmingly close that it bothers yours access/exit to the property. Check in was smooth, parking is free and breakfast is available ( although we didn’t have an opportunity to try ). Cleanliness could be worked on. The room for the most part was cleaned except for some trash we found under the beds that shouldn’t have been missed. And our microwave caught on fire the first time we tried using it. We called for a replacement but unfortunately didn’t happen. Overall, is was a pretty nice stay. Thank you.

No dishes or anything in kitchen. I had to ask for it. Seems new for an extended stay but might be because the area is run down. I had to call the front desk to get someone to come to the front desk. I was standing there for 5 minutes 1 time. Hotel was clean enough. My room was never cleaned the 6 days I was there. Parking was great.

The kitchen was nice but beds were not very comfortable and always had problems with the Key. Parking was n8ce and clise to a shopping center with a Walmart

For a non smoking room it smelled like someone had just smoked in the room the day prior. People were smoking directly outside the doors and the access doors had issues and would not work and the access cards kept not working requiring being reprogrammed repeatedly and the amount of dogs barking in neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep.

Properly was in a good location to shopping and other amenities within walking distance. Room was good and clean would have liked to have dishes at least in room instead of going to ask for them. Laura was great she accommodated for my disability needs. We will book again.

The original staff member was friendly when we checked in - the other staff that assisted during our stay were not as friendly. A blow dryer for the room had to be requested, at the desk there was a sign saying that shampoo could be requested - but none was available. The breakfast didn't really have a lot to offer. Appreciated having the fridge and microwave in the room.

The floors were so dirty!!! We had to go get cleaning supplies and clean certain areas. We showed the front desk and they kept the tag to show the head of housekeeping.

We have stayed here many times, but this was the first time that the property seemed to have gone downhill! Elevator broken and only room available on 3rd floor when we had someone with a bad knee and handicap card. One of the Staff was not very friendly. The parking lot had a lot of sketchy cars and within the first 5 minutes of being in our room 2 police cars show up in parking lot.

People doing drugs around the building, sleeping in cars, long term tenants yelling. Refrigerator exterior beat up.

The room kitchen counter had an hole in the counter top and the chair at the desk has holes in the seat. They do not pickup the daily trash expect guests to take to the trash room. Trash around the outside some of it including KFC from other guests.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life. It smells like a mixture of weed, cigarettes and urinsal cakes. There are drugs deals in the parking lot. Dogs barking all night in the adjacent rooms. Couldn’t even sleep because of all the noise. I will be seeking a refund from this s***hole.

The property has a nice hotel across the way. This property had a motorhome that lived in the parking lot that was really beaten up, homeless wandering around, elevator was broken and they didn’t tell us. The key to the room wouldn’t work and there wasn’t maintenance on the property after 8pm.

We checked in very late due to a flight delay. The front desk person gave us a room on the 3rd floor and then told us the elevator was out of order. She told us to use the side door to get to the stairs closer to our room and the key lock was broken and we couldn’t get in that way and had to walk to the front to get in. We won’t ever stay here again. Also, if two people are staying in a room, the bed should have 4 pillows not 3.

Easy check in. Room was big enough to accommodate two working people. However, elevators were not working. Outside of the property could use some cleaning.

The elevator (single) does not work so you cart all your luggage up stairs. Numerous times during our stay, used and dirty underwear found in the stairwell. Place is just nasty.

Located in an industrial area in West Sac, this is a hotel that is pragmatic and economical. Parking and WiFi are free. Shampoo and wash cloths are not included in the bathrooms and have to be requested at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee is available in the morning in the lobby. The elevator was out of service so I walked up three flights of stairs. Room was clean. Bathroom was fine. Full size refrigerator and microwave are in the room. Good deal.

Gas stations and fast food were great around the area

Michael was helpful to us when we had issues with the key for both the main door and the room door. He explained the doors were having issues and we had to jiggle the card a few times to make it work. While this is not ideal, we were able to get in and out after doing what he said.

IT SUCKED!! Immediately after paying our large bill we were giving our room on the 2nd floor. The guy at the desk informed us the elevator was broken so we would have to use the stairs, got to our room there was no shower curtain! Informed the front desk they said they will get me one 2 hrs later ended up taking shower without one leaving ALOT of water on the floor! We requested a non-smoking room and the entire room and hallway reeked of smoke smell and marijuana smell! As we’re attempting to open the door to our room we discovered our room cards didn’t work! They didn’t work our entire stay! We had to go back to the front desk too many times! Ridiculous customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Extremely... OK. Got exactly what I expected, which was not much. Had to have my key card re-keyed 4 times, which seemed to be no surprise to the nice people who helped me each time.

Beer cans on the floor at the entrance, no signage, confusing check in, broken elevator, and the worse smelling room I’ve ever had. DO NOT stay here.

I will say, you get exactly what you pay for. Overall it was a good hotel if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. The hotel was understaffed, so I won’t complain a lot. However, as soon as I walked into the building it stunk of what I could assume were substances. My room was spacious, it looked just like the photos except it was very dirty. As soon as I walked in I could tell it hadn’t been properly taken care of. It smelled bad, there was dirt not only on the floor but inside the sheets. I haven’t stayed on a hotel where the sheets made me itchy, so this came as a surprise. The breakfast included was not the best but like I said before, for a cheap stay it is exactly what to expect. It felt sketchy at night, I wouldn’t recommend staying alone.

The flat sheet was bunched up at the foot of the bed, instead of tucked in. There were soap bar marks next to the faucet on the sink. Shower was decent, but only a bar of soap is provided.

Front desk agent had NO personality, no greeting. just took my license and credit card, gave me my room key and said the elevator is broken. That was the entire exchange. No mention of wifi, complimentary breakfast or where the breakfast even was. Assumed I could make it up 2 flights of stairs, and no apology for the elevator being down, or when it may be repaired.

Found Bed Bug on self and received several bites which I'm still treating 5 days later. The bathroom sink took over 30 minutes to drain. Full sized refrigerator motor ran all night long and appeared in need of repair or replacement. Carpet was stained in several spots.

It was just OK. Nothing special. Sketchy neighborhood.

It was fine. Not great. Not terrible. The outdoor and the hallways all smell of weed. People are propping the side and back entrances open, which seemed to defeat the purpose of those key cards. Did not feel safe. People loitering in the parking lot. Wasn’t sure if my car would be safe. Food options in the area, though plentiful, all had bad reviews (2 stars), except In-n-Out.

Hotel and rooms are standard. It's nice to have a full fridge and stove if you plan on staying here for a few days. Just an FYI, the room does not come with any pots, pans, or utensils. So bring your own. And don't expect anything from the grab and go breakfast. You will be disappointed to expect anything at all. It was just coffee and a fiber bar. Overall it was a decent place to spend the night.

I don’t know what I expected out of Commifornia. Will not be staying here again. Whole place smelled like marijuana. The place was not well kept, very outdated and no amenities whatsoever. Place sucked don’t go there. Unless you want to also risk your belongings stolen. Signs everywhere due to the thievery that comes with staying in Commifornia.

The hotel wasn't thoroughly clean. Looks like just went over the surface. But corners of the whole place was filthy. And it states a free breakfast. It wasn't even really a continental breakfast, no juice, milk, bread, or fruit

Hotel is just a upgraded Motel 6 with a kitchen. It was ok for a 1 night stay a bit over priced for what you get. Was close to where I had training and had free parking. There isn't even a pool or hot tub.

When I checked in, I expressed to the person checking in that I wanted to take a bath so I wanted to go buy bubble bath products at Walmart. However he failed to tell me that all of your tubs had been disconnected and no one could take a bath there so I ran the bath and all of my oils Went out when I went to speak with the person at the front desk there was a lady there and she told me that there was an incident happened at the facility and that’s why no one could take a bath there anymore so I asked her if it was OK if I checked out and I would like to get a refund and she said OK, however when I came back, she was discussing me with another customer so I felt very disrespected. I don’t understand why she felt the need to laugh and discuss the fact that I was checking out because they did not have a tub. The young man was very respectful. He help me, he checked me out and said that he would do a refund however, I don’t think that that somewhere I would stay again

Negatives: Cleanliness is not the best. The lobby was not only noticeably unclean but also had an unpleasant odor. The stench persisted in the elevator and hallways. The walls are paper thin, you can hear full-blown conversations on the other side. Although they had a dog park the attendant at the desk when I asked did not know the location on the premises- I found it on my own. There was litter across the landscaping and I noticed no trash receptacles outside of the property to help mitigate this. The phone in our room did not work, the curtain was hanging off the track, dusty furniture and a big spider web were across the ceiling. It served its purpose, but I would not stay here again nor recommend it unless dire emergency or the only thing you can afford. I

It was uncomfortable as there was persons stalking me through the wall. They turned off my hot water to my room and I had to complain to get it back on as everyone else around me were taking showers but I could not due to their harassment. There was a cockroach in the room & I was being harassed by the other guests next to my room on both sides & above me.

Had upstairs people that partied till 1:15 Am , went to front desk had complained 3 times. Did not enjoy this stay did not get any sleep. Tried to change rooms at 2:00 am and the key to the new room would not work. Had to be up at 6:00 am, terrible experience!

Housekeeping did miss the microwave as it had liquid spilled inside. The cost cutting of no toiletries was noticeable as rooms only came with small.bar of soap.

This location had no available handicapped parking close to our room & no suitcase trolly to transport luggage & belongings from car to the room & upon checking out. There was no ice machine, no privacy curtains so you couldn't open the main curtains without being seen from the outside. The free breakfast was a joke. It was a grab & go setup right by the lobby entrance, offering the absolute bare minimum. The building looked dated & could use a renovation. To be honest this was the worst location we've ever stayed in Sacramento.

The hotel says it has a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. But if you wanted to use the stove, there’s no pans, dishes or utensils. I certainly would not recommend this hotel.

First room was dirty. Second room not much better. Very dirty kitchen area. We wouldn’t attempt to touch the refrigerator. We wiped down every surface. Carpet throughout the entire hotel extremely dirty. Not sure if they own a vacuum.

Not organized. Front desk made mistake. Lost my belongings.

The refrigerator door was difficult to open.

Stay was short...we had to leave in the morning at 3:30 AM, but our stay was good. It was close enough to dining and was close to the rental car return, which helped us catch our flight easily.

Empty water bottle and trash in the elevator.

No shampoo at hotel or blow dryer. Had to go purchase these at local store.

Chose this location because it was convenient for our visit in the area. The hotel had some wear and tear but for the convenience and price it met our needs. Overall the location was quiet. There were people hanging outside but mainly to smoke. Prefer they do it outdoors than indoors. Stayed one night and had no issues. Morning breakfast was mainly coffee and tea with some packaged muffins and granola bar. Great for people on the go.

The hotel smell really bad. There was a dog barking in the room. The room was dirty, the bed sheets didn’t look clean or it was. It changed. Overall, the hotel didn’t feel safe. It was a terrible experience.

They could let you know before booking that you have to have a deposit and a parking pass.

There needs to be some time spent on maintaining the rooms. The sink was filled with silicone and degrading and had holes where it was separating and in general disrepair. The refrigerator was covered in greasy marks and hadn’t looked like it has been wiped down in a long time. The bed was clean but very springy and the pillows were flat and small. I would not stay here again
