Room was perfect size for three and clean. Would stay again.

Rooms are very tired and carpets need a good cleaning! Pool is closed and has been for quite awhile. Certainly not as advertised. Only great thing was the lady at the front counter!

The property could use some upgrades and the pool was closed and the beds were terrible.

First of all the check in, as first impressions are everything. The room was spacious, the breakfast and the cookies during our visit. The laundry room. For our grandson, the pool was not available for use.

The sheets and pillow cases were 5 star quality. The room was larger than a typical hotel rooms. Room had a slight musty smell. Could be from air conditioner or carpet. A plug in deodorizer would help.

The TV was older model and the remote didn't work properly.

Unfortunately I was disappointed by the living room chair arm rests condition. Completely stained and worn. Am arm rest cloth would have sufficed.

Room was ok. Shower was huge and water pressure was great. Good breakfast. Pool was out of service so that was a big bummer.

Came here for a music show and a night in Buffalo. The gentleman at the front desk answered our questions when we called ahead to confirm theyallowed dogs. Excellent service. Room was very clean, our shower was very spacious, and the hotel very tranquil and calm. Will definitely visit again.

Was spending an overnight for my son’s soccer game in town but appreciated the price and location. Breakfast was a bit below average but still good. Staff was helpful and friendly and the room with two queens were great. No weird noises from the AC and the beds were comfy.

The morning front desk woman is not very friendly. I felt as though she looked down on me. She wasn't helpful. She acted and sounded like she was inconvenienced and annoyed. I was trying to rebook my room or one like it so I wouldn't have to move hotels and she just didn't care. She didn't try to help me. She just kept saying nothing was ready. That was fine I could wait there till check in or the room being ready but non of that was even suggested by her. Also I accidentally left a personal item in my room and apparently housekeeping says it wasn't there.

Staff were friendly upon check in/out. The hotel was quiet. I didn’t eat breakfast, I did have coffee and that was decent. I probably wouldn’t return to this particular hotel. I can understand that it is older, However some updates are needed.

I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast but the preparation and presentation more than made up for it. Parking was accessible from several entrance points. Guest laundry was also much appreciated. The overall cleanliness of the room ranks 3.5 because some cloth furnishings were stained and the paint on the bathroom ceiling was chipping/peeling. And as a side note unfortunaletly a heavy rain contributed to several rooms having to be closed due to flooding.

First, I had to request a new room because the initial room I was put in had a busted ac/heating unit - like it was literally busted in.... The second room I was put in was better in the fact that the unit was intact, but would not respond to the wall thermostat - which I later discovered was not plugged in and the unit only responded to the built in controls. Second, the bed was very, and I mean VERY uncomfortable. It was almost as though they used a box spring, instead of a mattress. I had a difficult time sleeping because of this. Third, the toilet would run every 45 minutes for about 30-45 seconds. The only saving grace was the fact that everyone who works there is very kind. If I ever find myself in the area again though, I will be looking for somewhere else to stay.

When we traveled the wind gusts were intense so the power at the hotel went out for nearly 24 hours. It made getting ready the following day very challenging. The pool was also closed for the length of our stay which was very frustrating for our kids. I wish I would have known that prior to booking this hotel. Despite the power outage, the staff was very kind to our family offering lanterns, playing cards and coffee from a local coffee shop in the morning.

Power was out in the building. I would have appreciated a heads-up beforehand to warn me about the power outage.

The room was lacking lighting, very dingy. The TV remote didn't turn tv on or off, so when your in bed watching tv you had to get up out of the warm bed to shut off. Didn't know there was a shade on the window, so the parking lot light was like a spot light in our face all night. Also, for $200 a night i expected at least to have the garbage emptied and clean towels. Saturday was a sleep in and we went down to eat at 9:50am and it was basically nothing left. Very disappointed and expensive.

Room was spotless, temperature comfortable, maybe too warm at times. Not for my husband though. Staff were awesome. Let us check in early. Just so kind and professional. Continental Breakfast was great. Lots of selections. Area very clean. Overall experience 5 stars.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. This is our go-to hotel when we're in the Buffalo area. The room we were in this time (318) had a few maintenance issues. Very slow sink drain in bathroom. Refrigerator missing a foot made it wobbly, and the freezer box was thick with frost, which made the whole refrigerator not very cold (even at the coldest setting). Cabinet door for microwave had very loose hardware. Nothing major, but each was annoying. We will still stay there again when in the area. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

The man who checked us in at the desk was super helpful and friendly. The room is a bit outdated. Lamps with USB chargers would be efficient. There wasn’t enough outlets for charging things. The sleeper bed was horrific. Many springs sticking out causing a super uncomfortable sleep. Should have some type of mattress cover and more blankets available in the room. The water in the shower and sink was barely lukewarm - no one got even a warm shower.

I know it was free breakfast but the food was so dry we couldn’t eat it. People were friendly, place was clean. Had the sign on the door do not disturb- cleaner came in anyway- likely I had bra and underwear on. Gym was small no wipes to wipe down machines.

Needs an update and better cleaning

We had a relaxing mini vaca at this property. The bed was comfortable. The couch and furniture could use an update since there were no electronic devices charging outlets and the couch was saggy at one end. The staff were friendly, check in a breeze. The rooms were quiet at night. We plan on returning next year.

Things need to be updated—several stains (I hope that’s what they were). Breakfast was lacking—eggs not warm and fresh, but Canadian ham was good! And I slept better than I thought I would in the bed—it was comfortable!

This was by far the cleanest breakfast area I have seen in years, staying in multiple hotels every year. The person running the dining room takes pride in his work and it shows. Spotless and great. Thank you!

We stayed three nights. The staff was very nice. Our room had a big stain on the carpet, the lamp shade had gross stains on it. The room needed a good cleaning! I wiped common areas down because I didn’t trust it to be clean. Breakfast was good. The interstate was noisy and could be heard in our room.

The front desk employee took over 45 minutes to check me in, stating they no longer are contracted with expedia. She had me call Expedia and their customer service/billing department were able to contact the hotel and get things sorted out. However, I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes after driving 9 hours. I've always had such a fast, smooth experience utilizing expedia for reservations

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly! Only complaint I have, but it wasn’t a deal breaker, is that the fridge in our room wasn’t working. Would definitely stay here again though!

We like the facility and it is in a good location. I would have rated it higher but we had no service of our room when we stayed. We've stayed at other places that had a "we only service your room if requested" but we weren't given that information if in fact it is the case. Otherwise the place was very good.

The staff was lovely, but not so much to make up for a property that appears not to have been maintained for a long time. Television didn't work, doors did not close completely, there were unfilled cracks in tile and plaster, and in general, the property was not clean.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend to attend the bills v saints game and everything was great. Friendly staff and they quickly fixed a blocked sink. Also not to be underestimated is that they have CBS, NBC etc… so could watch all the other NFL games including in the lobby where they have a TV with the game on where I watched chiefs v ravens with some other friendly fellow fans. Will absolutely stay here in future if I go to buffalo again, go bills

A very nice hotel. It was clean. The service was excellent.

There was a few hairs in the shower wall and the room definitely needed painting there was a lot of wear showing. But we were just passing through for one night so I cleaned the shower myself so we could use it and get some sleep.

Hotel room was not to par. By that I mean the cleanliness. Under the sofa in the room had a fowl smell like a dead animal. The hot water was not very hot and it made a really loud screeching noise. Breakfast was ok, could be better.

There were a couple small, nitpicky things that keep it from a perfect score, but the hotel was nice, the price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, provided you have a car. Would happily stay there again, and probably will if/when we go to another Bills game.

Not the cleanest hotel and pillows and blanket were the worst for a hotel we have ever had. Pillows were small and flat, especially for a king bed and comforter had the thickness of a sheet.

However, they are clearly experiencing some issues with their housekeeping staff. The first room I was in had a strange, sticky pool of wetness on the bedside table. Moved to a second room, and there were clumps of hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Bedsheets were threadbare and stained. The staff was friendly and nice, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

This is the second time we have stayed there. The lobby is so warm, cozy and welcoming and there has always been someone at the front desk welcoming us each time we go through the lobby. The beds are comfy. Wish there were a few more outlets in the room. It was a pretty large room. Breakfast area is clean and the food was good. LOVED the way they cook the bacon!

Breakfast has very limited options. Juices are like water.

There were some marks on the wall from what appeared to be luggage or something similar being rubbed up against it. I feel like if house keeping had put in the effort to clean it it would have came off. Beds, bathroom and towels were very clean. My biggest complaint was the bed was very firm. Also breakfast wasn’t that great, but it held us over till lunch.

The price–quality ratio is great: clean, fresh, and convenient. The only downside was the dirty dust on the air conditioner. Overall impression — the high rating is well deserved.

I've read another review where the guest believed that this hotel reserves the worst rooms for people who don't book directly with the hotel.

Every time I use Expedia to reserve the room. I get the room close to elevator or maintenance room. So for that reason, I will not use your company again.

The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. The rooms could have been cleaner, especially the beds, but overall it wasn’t an unpleasant stay. The gym is very basic, mainly for cardio, and the pool is quite small. In short, the hotel and its service are good, but they could improve by paying more attention to the cleanliness of the bed sheets and adding more equipment to the gym.

What I liked about this property was that its was conveniently located and the staff was nice. However, the breakfast was poor as there was no options for people who dont eat pork. Please be considerate about non pork eaters

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. The staff seemed uninterested in ensuring guest satisfaction, and the rooms were dirty upon check-in. Furthermore, the room wasn't properly cleaned during my stay, contrary to the hotel's policy. I even found evidence of previous guests' presence. Overall, I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

Room smelled musty. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was food on floor. Room was dark. When went to check out in the early morning, there was no one around at front desk to assist.

Conditioner was out. Staff gave small containers of Conditioner. Clean, nice rooms, beds could be better.

The exit off the interstate is exit only but with GPS getting back on shouldn't be too hard

In a perfect area off the interstate

It was easy to get to, the room was big, staff was friendly. There were random bouncy balls under the couch, the remote didn't work and a battery was on the floor, so I'm guessing the room didn't get cleaned that well. Also, there was no conditioner in the shower dispenser.

I love the 24/7 coffee. Rooms are quiet. Service friendly. It’s like a 2nd home to me. I stay there every couple months. Unfortunately my next trip on October they do not have any vacancies!

This hotel allows animals on the premises andy daughter her father and I were attacked my a dog as we were coming out of ouroom. Due to this we were late checking out and 2 staff members made statements and stood outside our room until we left making snarky comments about how we were late checking out.I pointed out that had my daughter not been so upset and had not been attacked we would've been out on time to which they responded one of our housekeepers got bit and she still managed to keep working. They were just very unprofessional

Room was not clean. Toilet was so old and has yellow stains. Curtains had stains. Microwave was not clean. The room had sofa bed but didn’t have extra blanket for it. Blankets looks like used and not washed. Overall not clean at all. Never stayed at a hotel room this dirty. It was not worth $600.

Excellent!! We travel a lot with our small dog and this was one of the best places we have stayed with her!! It was very clean and was great property! It far exceeded even the very expensive places we have stayed with her!! We would definitely stay there again!

The bathroom light would go on in the middle of the night waking everyone up. A night light would be very helpful!

I would consider the area a little rundown or rough. Bed was really hard but if you like it that hard it will be great. Outside and lobby look really nice but the rooms are a little more rough. We had a hard time opening our door and when we did it would not latch again. Probably would not return to this one.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a strange sort of location. There weren’t many restaurant choices in the immediate area. Breakfast was fine, but offered no fresh fruit which I thought was odd. They do have a very nice covered patio in front with comfy chairs and a fireplace. Unfortunately it looks straight onto the parking lot, so a little privacy landscaping would be a nice addition

Our AC did not work. Our room was 84 degrees! We told the front desk worker....he offered to move us, we declined. The offered room did not have enough beds/ couch for our family of 5.

Breakfast was below average

This was a great 3 day stay. Our room was clean, common areas were clean and we were welcome to use them. The highway was easily accessible. Breakfast was good. The shower had great pressure. But to top it all off...the staff. They all treated us like they were our best friends. So welcoming and accommodating. I have traveled to many countries and this has to be the friendliest staff I've ever met. Thank you.

Besides not having the room type I booked available when I got there and the black mold and water damage everywhere, my biggest problem was the staff stealing from my room. I had my do not disturb sign up and told housekeeping I didn’t need service before I left my room to go out. Came back later to find my beds redone and my air pod pros missing. And my clothes thrown away or stolen as well. Assuming because it wasn’t in the lost and found. They didn’t even refresh the room right. They took the towels n didn’t replace them shampoo and conditioner was out and left trash in the room. And the unprofessionalism of the staff handling my issue is a whole other long story. I’m still in shock. This is not a terrible area and I come to Buffalo 4-5x a year and nothing like this has ever happened.

Their breakfast was excellent and you can tell they take pride in it. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was great. Only things were that there was nothing withing walking distance and the road they are on was super busy and hard to get out of the parking lot due to traffic. There are some sketchy areas and a lot of homeless in the area.

The only downside was the breakfast - was not capable of keeping up with the amount of people on the weekend and couldn’t eat b/c lack of food

They did not clean our room once. They have a sign that says they would clean it every 3rd day, and they didn't even do that. We asked the front desk on the 4th day to make sure it got cleaned so we would have clean towels. They still didn't clean the room. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Breakfast was great

There was mold in the bathroom. Food left in the refrigerator and garbage between the beds and the walls. Two of the lamps did not work. I went to the front desk to complain and they did not have another suite to put us in. They did spray bleach on the black mold in the bathroom and then tile over it later. I have pictures to prove this. I want a refund for my stay as this beyond unacceptable.

Great staff very friendly very open but the hotel is dated and needs updating on furnishings and a paint job which leaves you looking at your room is it really clean or is it just dated and worn down.
