- Noise level from heating units and neighboring rooms
- Maintenance issues such as broken appliances and worn-out furniture

Check-in was great until we got in room and bathrooms where dirty, when we pulled out the sofa sleeper chips and corn kernels where on the mattress and underneath mattress. Worst hotel and filthy.
- 4/5
The complimentary breakfast was typical and included waffles, muffins, cereal, and pre-prepared hot items. It wasn't anything special, but it was sufficient. One disappointment was that the website advertised a hot tub/jacuzzi, but it appears to have been removed. The hotel offers the standard Residence Inn amenities, including outdoor seating, barbecue grills, free parking, room service every other day, an ice machine on the first floor, and reliable Wi-Fi. TV channel selection was somewhat limited but acceptable. The location was a strong point, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, services, and the freeway, while remaining relatively quiet. One concern was our experience after booking through Expedia as part of a prepaid package. It felt as though guests who book through third-party providers may not receive the same level of welcome as those who book directly. While staff were professional, the interaction left that impression. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs and the location was convenient, but updates, maintenance, and more accurate website information would improve the guest experience.

The breakfast was very good and so was the coffee. The area where people took their dogs was pretty bad. A lot of people were not picking up after their dogs! And a lot of cigarette butts all over the ground at that spot.

This was the largest selection/variety breakfast spread of any hotel I've ever stayed in. They stayed on top of keeping everything stocked. Everything was superb!
- 4/5
The location is very easy to find, and there is shopping just up the road which was handy. The room is spacious. The pool is lovely. The rooms are well insulated from road noise. Handy to have a laundry facility. The air conditioning is older and can get quite noisey from time to time.

Excellent breakfast. Kind staff.
- 5/5
Everything was great, clean and ready to use. Beat bang for the buck place for sure!
- 5/5
Old furniture and no outlets by the desk to work on my computer
- 4/5
This was a stay just for the night to be closer to the hospital for surgery the next morning. Checkout was before I could enjoy any amenities outside of the room. The staff member was great, addressed any issues promptly and gave accommodations that were top tier. Again this review is within the extent of my one night stay and I did not experience many of the amenities outside the room that this Residence Inn by Marriott offers.

Loved the front desk customer service from Felix. The indoor pool was great and the morning complimentary breakfast was amazing as well as with the breakfast staff. I will most definitely be staying here again when I travel to visit family.

Front desk was really helpful and the kitchen staff also made the stay welcoming
- 4/5
The room was clean, shows signs of age, but everything worked. The staff was helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was very good.
- 3.5/5
The bathrooms above you are very loud so you can hear everything unless you're a heavy sleeper. I wouldn't stay here again because of that.

Carpets and rooms dated. Exhaust fan needed to be replaced. Great location but facility needs a complete refresh.

Location was convenient, our 2-BR suit perfect for a family of 5, breakfast offered a good selection for everyone’s preferences. Definitely comfortable and spacious. The AC fan was very strong and therefore loud. To avoid having the fan kick on and off all night, I decided to just keep it on, but it would have been better to have the ability to adjust the fan speed. The road traffic noise was sometimes very loud.

First of all Felix at the front desk was absolutely the best. He was very helpful, very attentive, and made sure every time he saw me that everything was great. I was here on business and stayed for two weeks. Room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. AC was loud but the room was cool. Breakfast wasn't the normal hotel breakfast like most hotels. Plenty of selection for any type of breakfast you could want. My only suggestion is add scrambled eggs every morning. Not everyone wants quiche or souffle for breakfast or just a breakfast biscuit. The option of scrambled eggs would have been nice. The staff was very nice, always smiling and greeting everyone. The lemon, cucumber water was absolutely tasty. My other suggestion is when you get your room cleaned in between stays, sweep and mop the bathroom and kitchen. Dirt is on our shoes so my floor was dirty even after housekeeping came in. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town for business again.

Breakfast This hotel needs a serious renovation, we had to change rooms after checking in due to stuff not working. The second room they put us in was even worse. The door handle/lock to enter the room kept jamming making it very hard to open. On one occasion the front desk person had to come and help open it. The room phone didn't work, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, refrigerator looked like it was physically abused and the beds; especially the sofa bed, were very uncomfortable. The thermostat for the hvac didn't work properly and the room would be at an uncomfortable temperature. There is no maintenance on weekends and when they finally came to fix the issues I complained about, they still weren't able to fix the door (room 319). These rooms should be inspected periodically by maintenance staff to make sure everything works properly, since a renovation probably won't happen. On the bright side the room was clean and the front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was good but there was inadequate seating for the amount of people eating breakfast. We had to take our food back to the room and eat. All in all, not impressed and really surprised that this hotel carries the Marriott Hotels brand name. We should have stayed at the Hampton Inn next door.

First of all NOT even a 2 star hotel. On arrival the room smelled heavily of fried corn chips so I told the employee, who agreed but acted like it wasn't a problem. My kid wanted to swim in the pool second night and I figured sure I could hit the hot tub but NO hot tub in sight. the air inside the pool area was humid and hot, but the water freezin and the pool was filthy! Not the water since there was enough chlorine in it to bleach everything it touches but a grimy grey ring of scum built up on the tile around the inside of the pool where the water doesn't chronically sit. I made sure it wasn't just faded tile by scraping some grime off with my finger nail. Then I start to notice the lift for the handicapped is completely destroyed and on that side of the pool there is an area where there WAS a hot tub that is now cheaply tiled over and sagging in the middle. Nope, besides the dirty suite that stank and the disgusting pool, they had awful coffee and sub par breakfast and need an update. Marriot needs to address these issues and renovate these rooms. We had to move the kitchen table to use the sofa bed. We couldn't use the sofa bed and close the bedroom door either. They also have a black washcloth for "makeup" , I thought oh so the white ones don't get destroyed by makeup up but It bled that black dye all over my face and hands once I got it wet. After 4 nights in that room I flew home smelling like corn chips. Ick

My wife didn't care for the fact that you had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool, so we didn't swim.
- 4.5/5
I thought the breakfast was very good. We were there for two mornings and I appreciated that there was some variation in the menu. My wife didn't care for the fact that you had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool, so we didn't swim.

Absolutely recommend.
- 5/5
Stayed a week for a work trip from out of state. Quiet, safe, easy access to shopping, freeways, necessities.
- 5/5
Friendly

El lugar muy cómodo , el personal súper atento , cordial, la comida muy buena
- 4/5
Staff was nice Had to change rooms after the first night (which they did without issue) because the smell from the garbage disposal filled the room. AC was one of those old wall units and very loud, cycled on and off. Location is (for us) bad. near highway and while it wasn't too loud, you couldn't actually get to the highway easily -- like in a conjunction of cloverleafs with no on ramp. Ended up driving 20 mins through the burbs to get to I-70. Just wasn't a pleasant place to stay. Its a now-typical Marriott; the chain has just gotten a little worse each year (IMO) since the founder died. Used to be my go-to for business trips. Now its my avoid-if-possible (Denver was booked up, so while overpriced in my opinion, this was still the most reasonable place at the time)

It's a little hard to get to
- 5/5
Location was ideal for my visit and close to everything. Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Room was well-equipped and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety and I appreciated accommodations for needing to take it to my room. I like that there was easy access for me to load/unload items to/from my car. Have hotel info also available in print or instruct guests where they may access info.
- 4.5/5
The suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nothing that comes to mind.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 5/5
Definitely would stay here again if visiting the Denver area
- 5/5
Staff and service were great. Holly at the front desk super helpful answered all my questions. She went above and beyond
- 2/5
The front desk staff, management, maintenance, and most of the housekeeping staff are excellent. Some of the Housekeeping was extremely poor. The bedsprings were broken. Maintenance did try flipping the mattress which was better for a bit. The door lock was not working right, and the closet door was off the rails. The back entrance sidewalk was broken in places making it hard to unload luggage there.
- 4/5
separate bedroom accommodations with the sofa bed in living area and having a little kitchen
- 4/5
The hotel was quiet and clean but the cement on the sidewalks and walkways need to be repaired and they could use a better variety of their hot breakfast.
- 5/5
Good breakfast included, and coffee was especially good!
- 5/5
Was able to get a room last minute. Very accommodating.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 4.5/5
Grwat location, goid breakfast, great pool hours, decent price
- 1/5
Room 107 is extremely noisy. It is located next to an HVAC/mechanical room, which generates a loud, disturbing noise every 20 minutes lasting 30 seconds; it's recurrent. This room should not be offered as an option to guests. Even while wearing earplugs, the noise woke me up several times throughout the night. It was a very unpleasant experience.
- 4/5
The gym isn't much. If you want to workout while staying.
- 4/5
It was a great place to stay. Construction was inconvenient.
- 5/5
Nice studio. Good breakfast. Quiet. Clean.
- 5/5
This hotel was neatlly kept and the staff that I had encountred was very nice and professional. I was able to get my questions answered and was nto pushed to move on. The staff was well aware of the needs of my stay and they accomidated me well.
- 5/5
Everything was super clean and the staff I interacted with was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, nice staff
- 5/5
Staff was excellent Everything was good
- 2/5
Outdated, broken sink, broken fixtures, horrible water pressure, stinky, etc etc. the staff are top notch and really go the extra mile. It would appear the owner of the establishment is cheap nor cares about any updates in which will give customers an enjoyable experience to come back. Certainly feel my better would be better spent on an Airbnb. Which is what we plan on doing moving forward.
- 5/5
Front desk staff pool room Atmosphere Close to where I need to stay from a nite out with family and friends ❤ Rush of the cleaning staff asking how much longer we b in our room when we had check out time noon. Also the person didn't restock to amount of people staying for Continental breakfast in amount of time frame for allowed food Combinations what was left was left and it was still enough time to restock ~ sounded more worried about cleaning up
- 3/5
Breakfast was great! Room size is comfortable. Manager did try to accommodate us for all the inconveniences. Housekeeper walked in to our room with a 2 second knock at 9am when checkout is at 12. Bathroom was dirty with urine stains all over the back of the toilet seat. TV in bedroom was not working. Beds are rock hard. Pillows are flat. No bottom bed linen on king size bed nor pillow cases for extra pillow. No toothbrushes as well.
- 5/5
convenient location, parking, mountain view, a swimming pool that works, clean, comfortable room
- 4/5
Slow elevators
- 1/5
Room smelled and wasn’t cleaned properly
- 4/5
Nothing fabulous but nothing bad
- 5/5
Affordable, good breakfast, free parking
- 5/5
Nice property
- 5/5
We have stayed here many times and never disappoints. Great location, always clean, free breakfast and excellent staff. Always feel welcomed and appreciated
- 5/5
Staff is super friendly and very professional
- 4/5
The only issue we had was the door to our room had a hard time closing completely. It took a few minutes to get it to close correctly.
- 5/5
The property was outstanding. Great location in the Westminster area. Residential area was outstanding to walk my dog. We will be back.
- 4/5
Ice and snow in the parking lot near the second floor exit was not very well cleared, making for very slippery conditions when walking to/from the car.
- 5/5
The staff is absolutely the best ive ever had delt with.
- 3/5
Overall an alright stay. The mattress appeared old and was not very comfortable. Bathroom door in the room did not close, latch, or lock which was a bit challenging with a family sharing a room. Breakfast was ok. The pool was fun and the kids really enjoyed the half-court for some basketball!
- 5/5
Have stayed here every time I come to Denver area it’s always an amazing stay.
- 5/5
Great staff, and the rooms are spacious.
- 5/5
The stay was great. Clean room and facility. My one complaint would be the strong air freshener. If I'd had my family with me, we couldnt have stayed because the air freshener smell was so strong. I have a family member that has a sensitivity to strong smells and this would have had her incompacitated for the remainder of the stay.
- 5/5
Nothing of note
- 4/5
The quiet was stellar! The maid service was stellar!
- 4/5
The staff was all very helpful & friendly
- 3/5
Entry door broken never fixed
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Clean property. Some shady looking people at the back door parking, but nothing too alarming.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and the area was in a good area from what we could tell, clean, helpful. Breakfast was good. Defiantly would recommend!
- 5/5
Great stay. The hotel was gorgeous, well taken care of and breakfast was amazing!
- 4/5
I liked the room very nice with big fridge and microwave and stove. Only thing I didn’t like was the TV selection not many choices and no pay channels that you could get even to have a choice.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel room and accessible area to beautiful scenery. Convenient restaurants and shops for solo travelers.
- 3/5
The carpet was dirty, by the elevator always dirty. Pool is dirty, you can see the dirt and rust on it.
- 5/5
I did take a super hot shower which apparently made the smoke alarm go off. Super terrifying Front desk said they go by heat and smoke so that was most likely what triggered it but OMG. I've never gotten out of a shower that fast
- 5/5
I stayed here for a week. The room I stayed in was great. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The only thing that I would mention is to bring your own pillows, the pillow are lacking. But everything else was great. I had zero issues and after exploring it was nice to come back to a nice room and relax.
- 5/5
Thanks to all hotel staff that were very helpful and friendly. We definitely will repeat our stay in the future.
- 4/5
Only here for 1 night. Easy check-in/out. Breakfast was typical. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Room had urine pet odor. They did gave us a discount and offered us a different room. Also the air-conditioned made gurgle sounds and the carpet was wet in am in front of air conditioning closet.
- 5/5
This is a clean, well-managed (for the most part) quiet Hotel. The breakfast could have been better. There were no vegan options other than plain bagels. The cereal options were less than ideal. However, the suite was very spacious and ideal for a 5 night stay.
- 5/5
A spacious and comfortable room in a well connected location. but the part that stood out was the front desk staff. Riley is an exceptional employee and all around lovely person to interact with.
- 4/5
👍
- 5/5
The quality of the room
- 5/5
Great hotel for families!
- 5/5
We were in Denver for high school baseball game. Have stayed at this place several times over the years. It never fails us
- 5/5
Very nice! I highly recommend staying here! Awesome! Sauce!
- 5/5
Big rooms Amazing Staff!
- 4/5
I liked our room and it was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet hotel and felt very safe. Family of five and plenty of room for us. Would recommend.
- 4/5
Heating makes loud noise in the room but it wokred well. The carpet was a bit not clean. But I liked the kitchen and a big space in the room.
- 3/5
Staff was unfriendly. Room was not clean. Fireplace in room did not work and staff was unwilling to accommodate. Beds had stains on them.
- 5/5
Sergio (front desk manager) was phenomenal and Michelle (keeper of the kitchen) was absolutely amazing! Both these people should be rewarded for excellent customer service!
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent/ great choices with low carb options!
- 2/5
I liked how everything was here the staff I can't say anything bad about it.
- 5/5
Employees were great and the room was great as well
- 5/5
Clean but pool was closed
- 2/5
The carpet throughout was old and dirty. The hallways were dark and depressing. The beds were uncomfortable and the bed was right next to the bathroom vanity. Heating unit was extremely loud. The blackout curtains didn't block the light from the parking lot. Only good things of note -spaciose living and work area and very large flat screen tv.
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
Spacious rooms
- 4/5
We loved the room layout but we did not like the poor climate control, the rock hard bed and the soft rectangles that were supposed to be pillows but had zero support.
- 5/5
We choose a suite for accessibility for 2 family members with special needs. Amazingly clean. I can honestly say that was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed it.
- 4/5
Coffee maker in room broken. Elevator door call button broken. Several exercise machines broken or needing repair
- 5/5
Great price for the location. Room was clean and in great condition.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Enjoyable stay as always.
- 3/5
The room was spacious (designed for a handicapped person), though the decor was dated, interior lighting uneven, and the view out the window was over mechanical equipment toward a brick wall. The staff were accommodating and helpful. But it was noisy--various mechanical units, not just the A/C for the room, going on and off during the night. Check out the room location first!
- 5/5
Everything was good except for the elevator. The carpet in the elevator was dirty.
- 5/5
Great check in, very friendly and helpful staff !! Nice & clean ! Enjoyed our stay !!
- 1/5
The next day, we had asked for someone to come tidy up our room. It’s complimentary and you have to ask the front desk to send someone to our room to tidy, so we did. When we returned, our bed had not been made, our dirty towels not taken, and trash still in the can. We are a clean family, we just wanted someone to change our towels for us and make the bed. At first I thought that they had forgotten, but on the desk there was a card that said “you room has been serviced by —-“ and a woman signed her name at the bottom. Someone came in, put the card down, and thought we wouldn’t notice. The facilities on the property are nice, and like I said the front desk staff is amazing. I’m not sure if they have in house cleaning staff & nighttime staff, but they definitely ruined our stay here. For over $200 per night with taxes & fees… you would expect MUCH more than what they are giving you. I HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else if you actually want to get your moneys worth. I wish they would refund my stay as it was not worth what I paid.
- 4/5
Worn in need of some tlc.
- 3/5
I needed an immediate place to stay and thought I would be getting a good room from a name like Marriott. My hotel room was not very clean to my standard which I can admit is pretty high. I could easily hear foot steps from the people above me as well as a screaming baby next door. The room felt like I could have just been in a subpar college apartment. Everything was just kind of "meh," not good, not bad. And maybe that's what you're looking for. My room was also overlooking the basketball court and picked up a lot of sound from outside. $200+ a night after tax for a not so clean room with thin walls feels like a bit of a loss. I would have categorized this quality as a 2-star hotel for $99 a night. If $200/night is within your budget I would keep looking, I truly believe you could find better for a similar price, if not less. If you just need someone where to rest your head for the night, I still think you could find something better for less and this place works- just consider bringing some ear plugs. Importantly, it was not my worst hotel experience ever. Front desk attendants were nice and the sheets were not stained or ripped. I'm a little surprised this place has 4.0+ rating on Google. I was only there for 1 night and I was glad for that. Overall, no major red flags but nothing special either.
- 5/5
We stayed here one night, the rooms are nice and spacious love the kitchens and the front desk guy was very nice.
- 5/5
Very clean & fresh smelling. Michelle n the breakfast area was Awesome, had a Great smile every morning, she was always cleaning & refilling the containers with fresh food. Michelle definitely knows how to take care of the guest n this area. If ever there is a promotion r pay raise she deserves it.

Clean quiet, comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Check in front desk staff was very kind. The night shift was less than helpful. We needed bedding for the pull out bed and he said if I wanted it anytime soon, I’d better come down and get it myself. This was at 11:00 PM. I’m not sure how he’s be so busy that he couldn’t run it up. Bedroom was large and clean and comfortable. Some where and tear and general cleaning could be better out in the hallways and busy areas. Walls and carpet were a bit worn. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was good enough. We would stay here again.

Real bad
- 4/5
Pretty decent place to stay.
- 5/5
Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms
- 5/5
Great safe stay
- 5/5
We were there to get married. Once the staff found this out, they treated us like family. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything. They even gave us a gift backet with a card signed by the entire staff! They teally made our vacation!
- 2/5
Nothing unique. Needs to be updated. Basic.
- 3/5
The trash in the hallways wasn’t picked up once, for anyone, during our stay. The trash bins outside were overflowing and never cleaned up.
- 5/5
Clean and great staff
- 4/5
The reason I gave four stars instead of five was because we were four adults in the room and we needed additional towels, toilet paper and sheets, blankets, pillows for the pull out sofa. Our king suite was not prepared for us and we had to request necessary supplies every time. On a positive note most items were delivered quickly to us. We had to wait for towels and the fourth member of our group then went to spa area to get a pool towel as regular towels were in dryer. Note to staff: prepare ahead of time for number of registered guests.
- 1/5
The pool was not working front desk sent us to the hotel next tmm I’m them the Hampton the pool was not very good. Our room was not the cleanest.
- 1/5
Pool, ice machine, washer/dryer all out of service. Advertised games and none available. Basketball hoop was hanging by one screw. Basketballs were all deflated. Room was never cleaned.
- 3/5
Check in person took a long time to check me in even though i already had a reservation. Did not know until after checking in that the pool was closed for maintenance. It was one of the reasons i picked this hotel. Room had dog hair all over in it left by previous guest. All over couch and both beds sheets. Otherwise appeared clean.
