    Breakfast is good, staff is friendly i will say there are alot of elderly folks that stay at this hotel so you definitely want to be considerate. Basketball court was good for my kids and swimming pool was always a plus and clean and empty.

    Staff was friendly, helpful and also bilingual (spanish) which is a bonus. The Rooms were clean and breakfast was always ready on time. There's not a large variety of breakfast items but the essentials are present and the breakfast sandwich changes every day, of course waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, tea, coffee, orange juice etc. The rooms are pretty specious and have all you need to make you feel at home.

    The hotel staff friendly, accomodating, efficient front desk and housekeeping. They have special prices for people visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It has a shuttle to the Clinic, the mall and supermarket. The apt. layout convenient plus 2 TVs! We are pleased to recommend this place for any occasion.

    The hotel website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests.

    Lovely suite We booked this hotel as we liked the hot buffet breakfast but when we arrived (not before) we were told that they were redecorating the breakfast room so we were offered toast and hot drinks only in the corridor with no seating and no refund!

    The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, there were several issues. Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. Additionally, there was ongoing construction, and a notice on the door indicated that the breakfast area would be closed for the weekend but reopen on Monday. However, the breakfast area was not open, and we only received bread and some overripe bananas. This was not the hot breakfast we had been promised. No compensation was provided. It felt like a false advertisement. We specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast. I even called three weeks in advance to confirm the breakfast options and was informed of them. This hotel has a higher price point compared to other hotels in the area. Despite these issues, the hotel was otherwise safe and comfortable.

    Besides that, which isn't really anyone's fault, I get into the second room and the floor was just as dirty as the first room. I thought maybe it was an oversight with dirt and crumbs. I also had to put a towel on the floor in front of the toilet because it looked like dried pee on the floor. Room 115 was just as dirty.

    The staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. We called the front desk to let them know that there was an air freshener in the room that was extremely strong. We couldn't find it so it made out stay very uncomfortable. I had a headache so I couldn't fall asleep. I had to take a Benadryl to get through the night. I don't know if there was some type of smell that was being covered but it was too strong. There are people that have allergies to these things and that's a real thing that should be considered.

    The property has taken a turn for the worse since we were there last year. The property is dirty, the rooms are not cleaned properly. Someone on our floor was smoking marijuana in their room and the smell carried throughout the entire hall way. Staff was aprised of this. On another night we noticed the police had to be called in for some type of situation. We left a day early because of these factors.

    The room was clean. The staff were very friendly everyone, custodial staff, maintenance staff, breakfast staff, the front desk, each time you would walk past them everyone would smile and give you a greeting. My seven year old was happy with his food selection each morning at breakfast. We had a restful and enjoyable week stay.

    As i was at the very far end of the hotel, it took more than 15 minutes literally to get “warm” water. The fan at the bathroom was quite noisy especially at night time while others are sleeping. The new shower make a mess every time you get a bath. The grip of the hairdryer was sticky, there are sockets that doesn’t work as the surface light of the microwave oven. And i don’t know why when i get into the room for the first time it was food smelling… not nice.

    I go twice a year to Weston and i stay here, i never have a problem but this time de matress on the sofa bed wasn't very clean, it had stain, After Covid they dont have someone to help you make the sofa bed or help with any air conditionar anymore because they have only one staff memeber at night that is in the reception area. You need to have and emergency staff to help you with these or any problems.

    The place was nice, unfortunately one of the staff members were rude and passive aggressive. Town online page said that quiet time was 11. and the pool closed at 10. But was told that we had to be inside at 9:40. Besides that hotel is clean rooms are nice.

    The property and staff is not bad. However the bathtub and grout lines are horrible, in both rooms. In one of the rooms the bathtub faucet wouldn’t stay in the hot water position it move to cold by itself, I had to keep an eye on it and move it back. The breakfast buffet not bad at all . However the 2% milk had gone bad, I noticed when I put it in my coffee. They need to pay more attention to it. If I need to come back to Weston I would probably look somewhere else.

    I didn't like the check in experience. We were traveling as a group of three and because one was enroute we were not allowed to check in. It must be understood that many people come to your hotel because of its close proximity to Cleveland Clinic, thus many people are sick. Please be more considerate and empathetic to this.

    While waiting in line, I found out that there were people stuck in their elevator that they were trying to get out. The elevator was broken during my stay, thank goodness we didn’t have that much luggage to go up and down the stairs with.

    But, the hotel sofa beds are horrible, we had to call for the toilette to be fixed, shower curtains are short so the bathroom get very wet, rooms are dark. Breakfast options poor, no fruit some days, not a variety of gluten free options as stated in the hotel page.

    Very nice hotel. Our only issue was the shower water would never warm up...I would have settled for lukewarm but it never even reached lukewarm. A cold shower is a deal breaker and will kill even the best hotel stay.

    Room and property was immaculate. Staff is friendly and professional. Pet policy is too high!! And, there was a very large dog in a ground floor room that barked very loudly. Saw the owner walking it and he could barely control the animal. I felt uncomfortable as I've been bitten by a similar dog.

    Buenos días cuando llegamos no tenían las habitaciones listas, éramos 12 toda mi familia con niños y adultos, nos entregaron las habitaciones cerca de las 5 de la tarde y no servía el ascensor así que esperamos media hora más y nos tocó cambiar las habitaciones a planta baja porque no podíamos subir con maletas , nos entregaron 2 habitaciones y casi en la noche la tercera , llegamos de un crucero a las 11 am y estuvimos esperando todo el día porque tampoco nos recibían las maletas , el hotel muy bien pero si dicen que tienen a las 3:00 pm las habitaciones listas ? Así debe ser, me pareció terrible la espera y más con niños 🙈

    Overall we had a good experience however there were children running up and down the halls for a couple hours. I blame the parents for not supervising their children or respecting other guests staying at the hotel.

    I was at that property from October 31 until November 8 front desk service it was unprofessional. I didn’t like my room. I asked them 3 floor and with the view they gave me 3 floor no view and the room It was smelling very bad when I asked them to change. They told me because I was with turd party (which is Expedia)They can’t do nothing. After 1 hour talking next day, they change me for the first floor. I would like to know why we book with Expedia when we don’t have the service please. Can you explain that to me

    Room not as advertised, I picked a mobility access king studio with a kitchen. It was not as pictured, pictured was a walk in shower, instead was a tub with a bench, it showed a full kitchen but the room had no stove. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The hand held shower kept flopping over and wouldn’t stay up.

    What a dump! 1)Frig was missing a pan to catch ice cubes 2)coffee maker was broken 3) toilet seat was loose on toilet 4) needed to flush toilet several times after each use 5) the only elevator was inoperative the afternoon we arrived. 6) coffee pots were empty in breakfast area in the morning. 6) microwave display screen was broken.

    The rooms were quite clean and spacious, but this stay went downhill quickly. My husband fell in the bathtub. The surface of the tub is quite slippery, a problem made worse by the absence of slip resistant mats. The response from the front desk was, "This hotel does not have them." When pressed, this was followed up with, "I don't know what the solution is." This place definitely needs better staff training. Such an inadequate, nonchalant response only made a bad situation worse. My husband injured his hand and is contending with back pain following this fall. There are countless solutions to this problem. None of them begin with, "I don't know."

    The room was a good size and everything. In the kitchenette and bathroom was in relatively good condition, but the elevator broke during our stay. I also I had a little bit of a problem with the vanity light, but overall, it was a good stay
