There was no shampoo and very little soap. Only 1 tissue left in the box so I had to go ask for more. Despite the above comments, we will stay here again if passing through Medford, OR again.

Loved that I could wash our clothes very inexpensive at this place! Breakfast was good as well and I love making the Belgium waffles

The front counter staff was awesome morning and night shift

I’d describe the experience as subpar. First, they made me pay two pet fees, even though both my pets combined equal under 10 pounds. In addition, even though I booked the room for two adults and three kids, I still had to ask for a bedding set for the pullout. The attendant said that they don’t usually stock the extra bedding because people don’t use it. Well, we booked the room for five people so we were definitely gonna use it, customer service 101. I found the breakfast inedible and they blasted Fox News in the breakfast area. Very unpleasant. Despite these experiences, the hotel was clean and I did appreciate the coffee creamer they had in the lobby.

The front desk staff were very pleasant ! The hotel was overall clean and well maintained. It was a sold out holiday weekend and I feel they could have staffed the kitchen a little better to ensure that food was more readily available. We had to buy food 2 out of 3 mornings we were there due to them running out of most things. Overall a good stay besides the breakfast.

Love the staff but your water pressure sucks. Using an energy saving shower head DOES NOT save money! The shower in the room I had was a mere trickle and I left each day feeling soapy which made me itch!! So for that I give my overall rating as ☹️😡

The property of hotel got everything you need such as plenty of parking, indoor swimming pool, free breakfast, three available belt carts for luggage and personal belongings. The room is spacious and very cleaned. It is just 6 miles exit off from the I-5

Only complaint was the room was wayyyyy to warm and the AC was to loud to keep on, so sleep was not great. I woke up constantly to turn on the AC until it cooled off enough to breath. and the breakfast room was set to 78 degrees as well. save some money turn down the building heat

If there is a way to ask guests to close their room doors quietly, that was be the cherry on top! It's quite jolting to hear the door SLAM at late or early hours!

Room not especially clean, specifically the floor needed mopping. I'm really tired of no housekeeping while at the hotel--no bed being made up, no refresh of coffee or tea pods, no emptying of trash cans. The only staff I saw was the front desk staff, who were excellent. I understand that staff are expensive, but they're also an integral part of a hotel stay. Sad what's happened to the hotel industry.

So let me start from the beginning I booked a room for four days day we got to the room. One of the beds was broken. The boxspring on the toilet was not attached to the floor and there was some type of disgusting film in the bathtub. I called and let them know about it while I was gone they sent maintenance into my room after I asked them not to put in. Let anybody in there while I was not there and it just so happened that the next morning I got an emergency phone call that there was a family emergency at home and I had to leave so I went downstairs and checked out after tonight. The gal at the front desk told me that I had to contact Expedia for my refund for the two nights that I wasn’t there so when I did, Expedia contacted the management at the hotel and the management said no because I lied and my behavior was out of character because I they refused to switch me rooms they would not that is why I left and they would not give me a refund well they tried to say that I was a local and they don’t rent their rooms to locals which I am not. I live in Springfield Oregon but because my drivers license had an address from eight years ago because they don’t give stickers out anymore, they called me a liar. They totally discriminated against me would not refund my money because they said I had an attitude when I did nothing, they said my behavior was out of context, and then I threw a tantrum when they would not give me a room, which is a complete lie, I would not suggest staying

The breakfast was subpar for a Best Western and I've stayed in many as a regular traveler for business/work. When we inquired about a late check out, we were informed it would have a charge. In noting this was unusual, compared with our typical experience, it came up that I'm a Diamond Select member. In noting that, the check in would have been different as well and I'll leave it at that. I could have given a lower score, however the facility itself was good.

The entrance to the hotel is difficult to see because there is no lighting or entrance sign. Our stay was higher than acceptable according to most hotels.

The room was clean and spacious. The issues I had was the bed was too tall, hard to get onto. The mattress cover kept popping off all night. The pillows were just awful. The TV kept timing out all night and with my PTSD, I needed it on to sleep. The shower is outdated. Get rid of the tiny tub. 4 hand holds does not make it accessible. So overall I got very little sleep and an awful shower to help wake me up before my 8 hr drive and 13 hr day. Sorry but will not plan to return unless some of these items get better.

The room was great, the room was very clean, and though we could hear other residents music in the halls, in out room it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again, just more prepared for the breakfast times.

Always enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, the last three weeks we’ve stayed here half of the TV channels were not available. Yesterday from the elevator to our room smelled extremely like smoke. A couple different kinds. The front desk did attempt to deal with it quickly.

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Great shower. Room was clean. Easy location and parking. A/C works great. The walls are rather thin; we could hear the neighbors coughing. We could also hear folks walking around on the floor above us. It’s best to at least keep the A/C fan running all night to drown out those noises.

The front desk lady (on Monday morning) was absolutely amazing. She was short staffed and remained poised and helped all over, from cleaning up spilled jam, to refilling breakfast items, manning the front desk, and answering calls!! She needs a raise!

Angelica was very helpful at check in. Adam had told me previously that our room would be on the third floor but it ended up being on the first floor. There was a lot of noise and commotion in the hallway and my husband checked and it turned out to be the staff

This white city best western is a hidden gym. We found a great value compared to other hotels in the area, but also provided a great breakfast! We will stay here again.

Well, check-in was quite the experience to say the least was not greeted like a normal best western employee greets somebody at check-in, check-in was at three. I checked in at 3:15 and it was an attitude from the front desk personnel that I was burdening her that she had to stop what she was doing to check me in Extremely rude no customer service and will advise not to use the hot tub smell like sweat and campfire smoke not very clean jets did not work
