The room and bathroom doors were old and beat up looking. The shower knob was falling off. Requested more towels and etc. could not get a proper number based on the number of guests in my group

The room was clean and comfortable but the pool was closed and the breakfast only consisted of cereal so we ended up going to pick up breakfast. We did have an issue with our room key having to be reset but the employees were friendly.

The shower in my particular room was not able to be turned on. The door had fairly large gaps all around it so daylight and air were always coming in. The ac was ok but it was fighting 85 degree ish air while being off all day so it didn't cool quickly but was very cool by morning. The staff was friendly, even for it being a later check in.

HVAC did not work. No clothes rod to hang clothes. 1" gap below door to outside. Roaches in room. Dirty and unkempt. No parking near room because of the local bar. I will stay in my truck on side of the road before I'd stay there again.

Property looks nothing like the pictures. Pool and hot tub were both closed. Room was clean, water hot and very quiet. It also had a broken bathroom door, cracks on light plates and shower, was missing second curtain, no phone in the room and the tv didn’t work. So I do not recommend this property until it has a major renovation.

I booked this hotel for the excellent price value and it had many amenities that I require, like a low pet charge rate and free breakfast. Then I read some of the reviews and started to question my choice. But once I'd checked in, I was so glad I'd chosen the Baymont! They not only had decently sized rooms, but they were exceptionally clean, including the sheets! I didn't see a single bug anywhere! The shower was super hot, which I love, and they didn't require me to give them my old dirty towel when requesting a new one, which I appreciate because I travel with a family of 4, so when we all shower and there's only 2 towels provided, it gets difficult, especially if we stay for an extended time. I don't want to use a new towel per guest every time we shower, so that was nice. They also had a big square table in the room with 2 chairs making it possible for 2 of us to sit together. And when I asked for extra pillows, they had some! Breakfast wasn't vast, but they had cold cereal with milk, hot waffles with syrup and coffee, so not a lot of options, but it was enough. My only criticisms: online it says rollaway beds are available free but was told on site they have none, and if it was colder, I'd definitely want more blankets as there was only a thick sheet atop another sheet instead of a comforter. And I was excited about the hot tub, but the pool was still seasonally closed. Awesome staff! So nice, friendly, polite and helpful! An overall excellent experience! I'll be back!

I ended up not staying night because the room had stains and the other tenants were all out drinking and partying when I arrived back from a wedding at 10pm. My puppy who stayed in the room for 6 hours was anxious and scared when I arrived to pick her up.

Hotel managers extremely friendly and approachable. Visible renovation occurring to rooms.That being said, bed was very comfortable…TV worked well. Tons of walkable food nearby. Pet friendly. Cost efficient. Ignored the cosmetics of upgrades and repairs—just needed a bed at the end of the day! Frig in room worked well and microwave in room was handy. VERY SAFE neighborhood as well. Don’t expect the RITZ and you’ll be just fine!! Yes, I would stay there again….

When the office was notified, he checked upstairs, but never checked our room. We left without showers, because there were no towels to be used. The towels were left on the floor soaking wet from the flood dripping from upstairs. It was still dripping. I informed the office of this and told them I would be leaving a bad review.

Got to the room a little before check In, clening crew had just left the room , strong smell of Marihuana in the room. Had to leeve the door open for a while to help get the smell out. After we left for the afternoon the crew came back in a sprayed the room we some type of deorderizer. Got ready to use the Hot tub and it did not have a working water plug. Went to the front desk and they offwered me a extra wash cloth to stuff in the hole. Coffee maker they listed was wraaped up and put on the top shelf no coffee no coffee cups. VERY DISSAPOINTING for a Wyndom Property...

There were roaches everywhere. Mirror broken. No iron. Door didn’t work every day and we had to keep getting new cars. Shower disgusting. The floor was sticky. Gave us used shampoo. I guess that’s what you get when you get a cheap hotel.

The room was smaller than advertised. The bedding was thin and cold. The bathroom was disgusting. The breakfast was not ready and the milk was spoiled.

The room was what we expected. It was clean and in order. The price through Expedia helped us ALOT as we were in a domestic situation and needed a place to stay without extra stress . And to have some peace. We were worried about having all 3 of the boys under 4 yrs old as they are quite a handful and pretty rambunctious at times. However everything worked out for the best. We were thankful we found this place at a short and sudden notice. We missed breakfast but we're still able to get coffee and cereal for the kiddos. I did see we could have made waffles har we wanted to. Again for the price it was great.

I thought I had booked the hotel for 2 nights, so I mentioned I would be picking up a service dog the next day to have 3 service dogs in one room. They REFUSED to check us in and were about to cancel our reservation we had set a couple months in advance. Once we cleared up we would technically only have 2 service dogs in the room, they tried to CHARGE for the service dogs, which is ILLEGAL. We had to argue with this employee who said they would NOT call the owner or manager. IN ADDITION, we SPECIFICALLY booked the hotel room with the jacuzzi bathtub, however, once we actually arrived, that's when they decided to tell us that the bathtub had not been working for 2 WEEKS. They did NOT bother to call us in advance, this was literally the ONLY reason I chose this hotel was for the bathtub. They downgraded us to a regular room with a small bathtub at least, but there was NO STOPPER for the tub so I literally could not take a bath. When going into the room, there was SIGNIFICANT damage from animals obvious in the room. Chewed furniture, pawed at floorboards, a dead cockroach smashed against the wall, a spider in the top right corner of the sink ceiling, USED shampoo bottle on the counter, BABY COCKROACH on the counter, STICKY stuff on the floor in front of the mini fridge, a used food lid on the floor tucked behind the mattress on the floor, only ONE working lamp, the second lamp was broken and the other lamp didn't have a plug connected to it, and a BROKEN AC unit so it was HOT.

There was no breakfast and our door was broken and could not shut properly. The desk guy was courteous but he was not instructed properly how to fix guest issues

Convenient that there's a karaoke place on the property, but that advantage doesn't outweigh the fact that this run-down, dirty place hasn't been updated (or cleaned well) in decades.

Convenient for travelers. Property appears to be getting updates, but they are not complete. This is likely a result of supply-chain disruption. The room was reasonably clean and had a comfortable mattress.

The first room was horrible. The door didn't lock, it reaked of smoke,it was filthy, looked like it was under construction. Walls had placess that had been patched andnot painted, mirror was laying on the floor , no phone, TV didn't work, infested with Roaches and carpet and bathroom were filthy. 2nd room was better, door at least locked, smelt better, carpets and bathroom were filthy, faucet in tub was leaking, plumbing in tub was broken, infested with Roaches, no phone, and 10 to 12 people outside my room drinking and partying with music playing loud. I stayed here 2 yrs ago and was a completely different experience and is why I came back. When I complained to the front desk I was told they were completely booked and had to put me on the back side that was in not good shape. I made reservations a week in advance. I will not be back to this place again and will inform our local reuion committees of my experiences. We usually have 10 to 15 members stay here. I am very disappointed in the decline of the hotel in just 3 years.

Room was covered in dead and live crickets and other bugs. Immediately upon arrival smoke detector was beeping and maintenance was not on property to fix it. Towels had brown stains on them. The jacuzzi tub which was the entire reason for picking the room/hotel didn't work. Staff was polite and understandable when we requested a refund and left.

Bathroom had mold growing on the wall. There was mold and mildew around the tub. The bathroom smelled of urine and the bathroom door was filthy. The entire room also smelled like marijuana.

The pictures on line were very misleading. The AC was poor. The breakfast area had only three chairs for all guests. We were there three days and the trash wasn’t removed once. The cleaning lady was smoking as she cleaned the rooms. It was just very disappointing. We had a total of three rooms. We will be more careful when booking in the future.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms felt nice and cool. The entrance light did not work, the shower was difficult to use and the shower head did not work, the frame of the mirror was broken, the tv did not work and I ended up just unplugging it.

Wow, where to begin. The pictures on the app did not do the property any justice. When we walked into our room we found that they must just have installed a new air freshener with a scent called “prime mold”. Shutting the door was fun too, the “do not disturb” sign looked an awful lot like the battery pack of the key fob just dangling there, nice decorative touch. When I turned on the bathroom light, I thought it was a bit rude of the cockroach to just run off without introducing himself. I thought since he was staying with us that was the least he could do. I think they also tried to paint the little poop emoji on the walls but if you ask me I think you should probably use a quality acrylic paint instead of the real stuff, as acrylic smears less. The refrigerator had one of those stylish buttons that you can’t turn or maybe it was missing, I don’t just want to assume. I also liked the acupuncture infused bed sheets, but I think they got the settings a bit hight, when we woke up, we had clustered red dots all over our body and they kinda itch. I think if a hotel room could scream a word at you when walking in, this one would have shouted “Hepatitis” and having to choose A, B, or C wouldn’t have mattered since they would all be fitting. All in all I would say “run for your life” if you come across this property, spend a couple bucks more and leave a place without having to worry about chlamydia. Cheers

It was billed as having a buffet breakfast. The coffee was completely cold. The mix for waffles was extremely watery. Other than that, there was dry cereal, plus a gallon jug of milk that was refrigerator. I didn't check that out to see if the milk was fresh. The juice machine had not juice in it. There were no utensils out. The attendant had to search to find them. The TV didn't work. Furniture was old and raggedy. The toilet hadn't been completely cleaned(there was excrement on the toilet bowl when we arrived). There were no waste baskets in the room--none. The attendant barely spoke English, making it difficult to communicate what problems were. WORST EVER!

My daughter and i stayed here from march 21st through the 23rd. We got in late Friday night and wanted to crash. Room looked just okay at first but the thermostat on the heater/ac unit wouldnt work, so it kept telling me its controled tlby the wall thermostat but there was no wall therm.thermostat. ao once you turned it on there was no way to comtrol it. You either froze or sweated all night. There was no smoking but someone ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling and stuck it in the night stand drawer along with the room phone. The night stand had cigarette ashes in it. The tub was filthy with dirty towels left in the room. The toilet was dirty and the refrigerator was also rusted on the outside. The office didnt seem to care and wouldn't put us in another room. Breakfast Saturday morning was a gallon of milk with cereal even though they had waffle makers. They did have waffles sunday morning though, but no butter. Oj machine was out of order.

In general I was satisfied with the service at the reception desk and my room: there was no bed bugs, no smell of smoke or cleaning chemicals, I wanted bath tub with hot water -that’s all I needed. Cannot give 5 stars cause the room needs to be repaired (lots of small scratches, patches, holes, cracks around, needs fresh painting) and I had someone’s old dirty towel hanging on the door when I checked in.

The check-in process went fine. Our key didn’t work the first time so we had to go back to the front desk to get that fixed. Once we got in our room, the scent nearly knocked us down. It was so strong, I’m certain my daughter will have a migraine from it. The floor in the bathroom area had some kind of residue on the floor. Despite everything saying this is a no smoking facility, I saw several ashtrays full of cigarette butts and people actively smoking.

The whole place smelled terrible and made it very difficult for my mom to breathe. I was in town for a race so knowing we had to go back to a place that was dirty was also difficult. I opened the microwave to find a moldy old pack of burst ramen, which made me worry about everything else in the room - if they didn't clean that up, what else had they left to sit? Just a gross place.

When i got there the smell of pee filled the whole room, the staff where not very informative about any of the accommodation, probably because they would have barely anything for breakfast, and all the other accommodations were closed. So i will never be staying here again. For breakfast they had no juice no breads. The coffee was like cold motor oil seemed very old, i threw up after one drink and threw it away. The only thing offered was cereal corn flakes, raisin brand, and fruit loops. Nothing, but of couse a sign saying they charge $100 if you eat after 10 am but nothing there would be would $100. I was so very unhappy and displeased. The pee smell never went away so very disgusting.

I was really disappointed with the early morning barking of dogs staying in the rooms with other guest that apparently live there. I will have to thank about staying again, but if I do I will make sure that I'm not near any rooms with barking dogs.

The hotel had a bug issue not roaches or water bugs. Just spiders and other creepy crawlers. The bed was lumpy and pillows were flat.

I didn’t stay there but I’m glad that they gave me a refund without any hassle.

Roaches they are infested , holes in walls , strong smells of moisture dew stale sour odors , i had to change rooms 4 times, floors dirty in all rooms with debris counter tops and surfaces were all dirty with crude . Roach droppings on tables dead crickets everywhere by the beds and the bathrooms were gross , dirty toilet seats, tubs filthy with hair and rust spots , the shower walls need to be redone they appeared to have mold I was afraid to use towels in 1 room the towels appeared to be used. It was soo bad the guy at the desk said he didn’t have any clean towels… he me try get your money back and go somewhere else but HOTELS.COM won’t refund you so I was forced to stay here or sleep in my truck after a long drive from Miami to Texas . I had to take a shower with my shoes and slept with the lights on so I could see where the roaches might be creeping from. I pray no roaches crawl into my bags

We were told to take the stairs on our left after checking in. We checked in and couldn’t even locate our rooms . However what we saw was an eyesore! The windows were all boarded up. The place reeks of urine, there are dried socks laid out on a window sill, there’s a water leak on the ground. Oh and roaches everywhere! We went back right back down for a refund and we were told to just get it from Expedia and they were so apologetic. Fast forward to a week later, after much back and forth, we got a partial refund and they won’t budge. So I’m taking this to my credit card company and then maybe to court because they just cannot be in business with THAT level of unsanitary conditions! Please postpone your trip if this is the last available location for you! GUEST BEWARE!

The front desk had me In and out of the front office in under 3mins. It was amazing.

I ended up not staying here. The pictures appeared that you go inside to get to room but it’s a white building with rooms entrance from outside. Very sketchy. I came for a funeral and was trying not to get this place… but pictures showed a completely different building. I ended up staying with my cousin

We were very disappointed in our stay. Hotel staff was very rude and unwelcoming at check in. The pool was closed the entire weekend. The ac did not work well in our room. There was no remote or hdmi cord for the tv. Staff had very rude attitude when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping never stopped the entire weekend. Breakfast was very very limited. Very rough crowd that was staying there. Constant hollering and fighting.

Hotel was a little run down, pool was more liike a large birdbath and water wasnt clean enough to swim im. It was. It was on the cheaper side so I suppose you get what you pay for. At least the rooms were clean and the air conditioner works very well in the room.

Staff was rude and the room was penetrated with the smell of cigarette. The was holes in the wall. Bathroom was not cleaned before we checked in.

OMG! What a disaster. This property needs a total makeover....nasty, smelly rooms, roaches and flies, telephone not working, Tv not showing, bathroom a mess nasty looking...room not cleaned, we all smells urine like after during and after logging. One of the rooms given wasn't cleaned bed has lots of crumbs, and covered with blanket , bathroom not cleaned. Even if it's a gift don't take it......i read the reviews before going but i thought people were over exaggerating. Management need to do better.

The hotel is outdated and residents who reside there temporarily/permanently have clutter and odor near the room we stayed in. The pool was broken and not reported online. The maintenance guy as well as front desk clerk were extra nice and helped to their ability. No verbal thank you or appreciation when I dropped off the key with the owner .

Tv didnt work, and because it was after midnight maintenance couldnt be called and he wouldnt let us change rooms. Aside from that everything was good.

Very disappointed wyndham has name on this place. Staff asked for cash for dogs deposit..they said thats how they pay lady for deep cleaning..maintenance employee had dog running loose.. not safe when pet friendly hotel. No one seemed to pick up after thier dogs.. dog poop everywhere.. our room was not clean at all.. bathroom vanlty was busted..i took pictures.. tv remotes were falling apart n broken..toilet paper was not filled. Seemed people lived there.. plants by doors..tables..chairs..bbqs..smokers..trash always full or not emptied..landscape poorly maintained..we will not be back. We came in to see family from far away and this was only pet friendly hotel in area or we would have left.

This motel was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. Not only was in not clean and it smelled like urine. It also had a big whole in the bathroom, burn holes in the covers, roaches on the wall, floor wasn't vacuumed, mini fridge had MOLD growing in it. And when requested to be moved the next motel was just as bad as the first one. They don't clean or change the sheets and they tell you to clean it yourself. Staff acted like it was no big deal. The health department would shut that place down.

The bathroom sink had hair in it, the toilet had not been flushed, there was a wet towel in the bathtub. When looking for a plug for phone charger there was dirt and trash behind the head board of the bed. You could see light on 3 sides of the door, one of the locks had been removed. If not for the late hour, the early hour I had to leave and how tired I was, I would have walked off. But the bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was in horrible condition and had roaches but the bed was comfortable.

Heck in was slow but ok. The room was clean but the sheets had cigarette burns and the room didn’t smell good it was almost like gym socks

Hotel room was dingy and had a hole in the cabinet, a/c also did not work in the first room. Second room smelled like it had been smoked in and had a hole in the cabinet as well. Didn't end up staying there, got another hotel.

Dirty. Roaches. Smelled.
