1 bed Queen Suite was roomy and arranged well. Kitchen had all the basics you need. I liked the full size fridge and microwave instead of the typical dorm size appliances many other hotels offer. The room was also very clean.

The breakfast and coffee tasted great. The rooms are very comfortable.

Hotel looked new. The breakfast was above average. They had the traditional items but the small things put it over the top (cheese tray, fresh fruit toppings for the waffles). Shower water pressure was amazing!

An amazing property. Breakfast was great; the space in the room was excellent; laundry, gym, staff a blessing. Only point of criticism was the pool was a tad murky but still was fine to swim in! We will be looking to stay in this chain of hotels going forward if they are available and remain price friendly!

After staying her twice, this hotel will most likely be my go to when traveling to Wilmington for quick trips in the future. I felt like our rate was very reasonable for a room in Wilmington in the summertime. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty good, lots of options, and the staff at breakfast were very attentive and helpful. Loved the kitchenette and spacious room with plenty of counter space. The showers aren't the easiest to figure out, but we managed. It would be nice if the accessible rooms had a walk in instead of a shorter step over shower, but my elderly mother managed.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Particularly Lisa at breakfast was always pleasant and Jasmine was kind at check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and within a short distance of the beach.

Our room was amazing, quiet,everything worked. It was comfortable. The property is very nice and clean. The breakfast looked amazing unfortunately we didnt eat but there was a variety. Definitely will stay again.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was better than expected and the entire place felt very clean. I usually don’t prefer a hotel due to limited space but the living area in our room was a very nice feature. This is where I will stay in the future if in the area.

Home2Suites is always my first choice. Lots of space, always clean, nice staff and amenities.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The shower curtain was missing in our bathroom. On our way out for dinner I stopped by the front desk to let the staff member know, and she handed me a shower curtain to put up myself.

Put the $50 hold for incidentals on my credit card but charged it to my card even after there were no incidental expenses incurred. Tried contacting the hotel and there response is they have no way of reimbursing.

Staff unapologetic for noisy guests. Night clerk did not want to ask guests to hold noise down. Really did not care that other guests were woken after midnight. Will never go back.

We prefer Home2 because the beds are comfortable, the room is clean and stocked with all you need, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff very courteous. This stay was no different and we will visit again!

This is a fantastic hotel! It's conveniently located, immaculately clean, and surrounded by places to eat. It was right between the two places we went to multiple times - downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The staff is lovely, particularly the women in charge of breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, the food was great, and the coffee was among the best hotel coffees I've enjoyed.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. First time 5 stars, second time was still good but not as good as first. Beds not as comfy. This time most of the showers we took no hot water and water pressure low. Had trouble with TV. Beds again not comfy like first time and ran out of breakfast items. Seemed understaffed as well. Was clean though

The room was very clean. The box spring appeared old as it made noise when you moved in the bed. There was no towels in the exercise room.

Checking in was not pleasant as check in time is 3:00 pm and when I go there to check in the room was not ready until an hour 1/2 later. Other than that everything else was good.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. Before getting on the bed make sure to look closely at the sheets as there was small hairs and dust on them.

Everywhere I looked was very clean. Our room, bathroom and everything was very clean. There was two things that we did not like. 1 the guy at the front desk was not friendly 🙄 at all. When we checked in he never welcome us to the hotel and when we checked out 5 days later he never smile or said thank you for your stay. 2 We could hear everything that was going on in the rooms on each side of us. Walls need to be more sound proof. Would we stay there again? Yes. Would we encourage anyone else to stay? Yes, but we would tell them about the two things I mention and let them decided for themselves.

I never experience these types of issues. It was disappointing to say the least. The hotel was in a positive note in a very convenient location with shopping food and a movie theater within steps, convenient to many other sites and things to do!

Very nice clean hotel. Location is perfect close to beaches ans downtown as well as being in the same center as the pointe outdoor mall. The staff was kind expect for the guy that checked us in the first day. He had no peoples skills whatsoever and quite the attitude problem. He was the only guy there and thankfully only saw him that one time. The ladies were are sweethearts. Please fix the side door to go outside that was a pain. Also the bed was very uncomfortable as well as the sofa bed used as a couch. Barely slept to be honest the 6 days we were there due to beinf uncomfortable but honestly that doesnt bother me as much as something else would. But if you need your sleep keep that in mind they really need to change the mattresses so saggy and the queen bed isnt stanard queen they are small. Overall we enjoyed our stay and i would go back despite the negatives.

The amenities were convenient and everything worked as expected. While there’s always room for improvement, nothing stood out as a major drawback during my stay. Overall, it was a lovely visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and well kept. Staff accommodating and pleasant. My stay was nearly two weeks and the staff took a moment to recognize that. My cleaning people left me little notes and that was appreciated. This was my second year lodging there. I'll come back again next year.

The area is under construction for nearby buildings. No problem as I was there over a weekend. I imagine it could be noisy during weekdays.

This is a newer hotel and everything was in great shape and well thought out. The room was spacious and had a lot of unexpected amenities. The bathroom was really well done, with higher quality materials. I've been to quite a few hotels that weren't set up well for my getting ready while my husband showers; this room was well planned with mirrors and outlets perfectly placed in the room to allow two people to simultaneously get ready. The breakfast was a pretty impressive spread to be considered a continental breakfast. Ice makers were conveniently placed on every floor. The location was within walking distance to entertainment and dining. I would definitely recommend and would book with them again, if I visit Wilmington in the future.

We found a plate put away that with food on the side. Bathroom door stain with fingerprints and Dirt, tissue box empty. It’s not a big deal because it’s stuff we really didn’t used but for the next person it could be different. Just leaves room to wonder how clean the room really is

The staff was amazing and the room was clean and well laid out. It is a new hotel that is well taken care of and all the staff we encountered were ready to help with anything and also ready to just talk and let you know about local establishments and general information about the area.

Easy and clean from start to finish!

Great stay, the only hiccup was the animals. Family allergies were on high sue to animals on the second floor. Front desk immediately help us with the issue and moved us to a different floor. Very accommodating staff !!

Our room was on the 4th floor. On our last day, we experienced a power outage. Not the fault of the motel. Had to crate our luggage down the steps. That wasn’t total fun. We will stay here again in the future!! Was a great place….

This was an amazingly nice place to stay in Wilmington. It was close to pretty much everything you might want to do while there - ocean, downtown, restaurants. It was very low key safe. Apart from it being an excellent and comfortable place to stay, the added bonus for me was the EV charging. In addition, the customer service was second to none. We left an item there and the hotel called me right away once they discovered it was in the room. Thanks for the wonderful stay - we will definitely stay there again!

The breakfast wasn’t bad though. The old timer cooking was pretty attentive and kept the place clean and the food coming. The staff in general were friendly enough. But that room made it a less than average stay.

Dry clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only negative was the breakfast area had loud music playing which was a bit much before our first cup of coffee 😀.

I want to make sure to mention that this hotel has a movie theater at walking distance and plenty of places to go eat at walking distance. My family and I stayed at one of the suites with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. This suite was spacious and spotless. It is also advertised with a kitchen but have in mind it has no stove. I needed a stove to be able to fix dinner meals for my kids. Cleanliness was remarkable. It has a walmart 10 minutes away in case you forget anything, the beach at 15 minutes.The "buffet" breakfast I wouldn't call it "buffet". You get more of a continental but they added omelettes. And frozen sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Oranges, green apples and bananas. No berries or different yogurt flavor options. Coffee was very watery all 4 days. Not the best coffee. Bring your own if you like to drink medium or bold roast. Or Circle K has better coffee around 3 miles away. Overral the front desk service was amazing! Shout out to all the girls. They brought my family shower gel that was empty on my arrival day. They were great! Breakfast can do better. Other than that I recommend this hotel stay.

Our check-in was quick and easy! Absolutely enjoyed Samantha and Jesse who were so kind and helpful offering tips on what to do as first timers out here. They were spot on! Breakfast options were great and most importantly was the gentleman that ran that area. He was so friendly and maintained a clean and organized breakfast area that we enjoyed. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We look forward to more trips to this hotel!

This is a great hotel; clean, quiet and comfortable, and I love the suite concept with a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Sam, who checked us in was awesome. I would have rated this hotel as excellent, but the breakfast is subpar, and possibly the most disappointing of any complimentary breakfast offering I have experienced.
