    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean. Looks like someone forgot to vacuum because there were nail clippings on the floor. Everything else was great. Beds comfortable and location perfect. Near everything.

    This is an older hotel that has received a layer of lipstick...and a face list. Perfectly OK for one night or two but this hotel is a bit far if you are going to the beach and not recommended for a longer stay.

    The hotel is a little challenging to pull into off of Carolina Beach Road, but the property itself is clean and comfortable. There is a communal microwave that is not listed in the property description, so don't let that discourage you from getting leftovers to heat up.

    The wash clothes were so old they scratched using them, the couch had (FLUID RESIDUE), the mini fridge sits on the floor so anyone with a handi cap such as mine can not use it period. Every single like was at least 100w so no dim at all dark or interrogation mode. 2 towels 2 hard wash cloths and 1 hand towel. And when we moved our bed out it hasnt been cleaned under there in years and that was the first thing we smelled going into this room.

    The room was exceptional! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, well layed out, and had amazing amenities for the price point! Honestly nothing! The location was great, parking lot was easily accessible and had plenty of space. The breakfast was lovely and had many more options than most places. The staff was supper nice and helpful! The hotel was clean and had everything we needed !

    The indoor pool was nice. The pool lounging area was kept clean and tidy. They offered towels to dry off with. The staff was very rude! There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. They didn't offer microwaves in the rooms. But my biggest complaint was that they were discriminating against my 4 year olds sons disability. We were made to leave the hotel after just being there less than 7 hours. They claimed my child was being too noisy. Said that other guest were complaining. We arrived at the hotel shortly after 3pm (check in time) got into our room with our luggage and settled in. My son was excited but not at all being disruptive or unreasonable loud especially for the time of day. About 2 hours of being there the front desk attendant knocked on the door saying there was a noise complaint. This was around 5pm I apologized although I didn't agree nor understood with what noise they could be complaining about. So we got our swimsuits on and went to the pool. I knew after playing in the pool he would go back to our room and be ready for bed. We stayed at the pool until it closed at 9pm. Not even 20 mins after returning to our room the front desk attendant was knocking again! We literally just came in from the pool changed out of our wet clothes and he laid across the bed with his tablet. While he was watching a movie on his tablet he let out a few laughs nothing obnoxious just a few little kid laughs! But she stated that she had more complaints on the noise and that we had to leave by 10:30pm or she would call the authorities!! I was in shock! Like seriously he wasn't being loud! Just a kid laughing normally. I stated to her that there were other kids on the same floor just a few doors down was she sure the complaints were on our room? She stated yes they were. So I proceeded to ask her since we have to leave would we be receiving a refund for the 2 nights ($260+) I had already paid for along with the $50 damage deposit? She told me NO but I could call the owners I the morning and talk with them about it. So at this point I was very upset.

    All the staff was polite and friendly. It was really great. I could never complain. The only thing I dislike is the pool water was a little itchy. It might need it a little bit more chlorine tablets whatever and I wish you guys would've had a hot tub.

    Yes, the place is very clean, but I have to say Vanessa is the most amazing clerk I have ever come across in any hospitality setting. She’s personable. She bends over backwards to make sure everything is right and comfortable. She is a Gym and this hotel is very lucky to have her. Also Phil is very nice and attentive as well. The hotel rooms are designed so it’s hard for you to leave things behind and I think that is a great idea. I’m definitely coming back to this location.

    Very nice rooms very friendly staff a decent breakfast layout only thing I can nitpick about is the pool was not open on our first stay but it was due to a snowstorm that we had a couple weeks prior was told I could swim at my own risk, but it had not been reheated yet so it would be very cold but overall amazing hotel would stay again

    We had a good stay, however the main reason I booked this hotel to stay at was for the indoor pool and for the four nights we were there the pool was not open. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be coming to Wilmington often now as my son and his family have just moved here so hopefully the pool will open and we will stay again!

    This place has roaches. The carpet is filthy I tried reaching out to go somewhere else they would not accommodate without keeping our money. Not a good experience..I was also told they will refund my $50 after we left. We left a day early. I paid $363 2 nights. Booking dot com held $100 I am still waiting for my return of my funds from both places. $100 from booking dot com. And $50 from the hotel themselves. All we did was sleep Friday night, and left the next afternoon. Please give me my money. The bathroom was extremely small so we're the rooms. There weren't anything in a room, no microwaves, or irons, their dryer was $5 and their washer was $5. Their was roaches. And filthy rugs soiled in filth. It was a bad experience. Me and my family will or be returning. I need to be compensated for not just the $50 owed to my account.

    Room was very nice and everything was very clean. Staff was very nice and polite. What I didn't like was that the jacuzzi is no longer open and that was my main reason for choosing this hotel. Before Hilton took over I stayed there several times always to enjoy the hot jacuzzi.

    I didn't like the limitation they put on the TV sound couldn't go lower in volume. They can be more creative by providing Info about sight seeing around. Glad I enjoyed more at Wrightsville beach.

    The property was ok. The biggest issue is night one the fire alarm went off. Then no hot water. Called the front desk and was told no one else has complained. I explained we were going out and was tons someone would and fix it while we were gone. Got back and still no hot water. As we were checking out an amazing girl was shocked to hear no one had told us that there was no hot water due to a water heater issue. So three days and no hot water. Plus there was a heavy cleaner smell the whole time. Even the tv was odd because it automatically went to a volume of 76 when turned on and wouldn’t go below 13. For the money, I just wish that they had been upfront.

    I had issues with tv and internet not working and the other young lady (Looks Puerto Rican hung up on me and then apologize saying the GM told her to hang up and be rude. She seems to be under horrible manager and once I talked to him, he felt bad that the items weren't functioning in my room then says "You can check out and leave knowing all other hotels were booked elsewhere, then he bragged about owning plenty of other hotels. Hilton should really investigate this guy. I will not deal with disrespect and one day he could pay the ultimate price trying to talk down on someone.

    Low quality property and stay- property is not upkept and staff service is bad. Our room was not cleaned and smelled like dog, when we requested it be cleaned they said they would but never did. One of the beds was broken and the ac system was leaking/ not working properly. Management and staff did not follow through on request. Was very surprised of the low quality for a Hilton.

    The entire hotel smells of mold and there is an attempt to cover it up with fragrance that is pumping out in the lobby. We were given room 319. I’m almost certain that the worst of the odor is coming from the ac unit in the room. I tried to get a new room but they said they were sold out. I decided to sweat with the ac off to make the odor more bearable and fell asleep with my hands over my mouth and nose. They did switch us to 305 the next day and there was an improvement in the odor but it was still pretty gross.

    Very comfortable beds! Looked exactly like the pictures on the site! Very clean & modern. Nice desk area to work at. Wonderful shower with a great showerhead!
