This hotel is convenient to freeway and is clean. The room was spacious. We found one of the washing machines out of order when we tried to do laundry, so we had to wait, but its nice to have laundry in the hotel at all.

There was no one to check me in for a solid 5-10 min. Not sure where he went. He said there were some people stuck in an elevator and that the fire department was coming so he had to rush and check me in and leave again. I took his story and said ok. I went to my room. I went to my car about 15 min later. I did not see any fire department people on premises so yeh. The building is kind of musty, but it was cheap. I just needed a 1 night stay because my house is getting remodeled and the AC is down. The premises is kind of run down with a lot of weeds all around and the building is showing its age. If you are sensitive to musty or moldy smells. I would avoid.

Have been staying at this hotel for a couple years now for business. Clean, comfortable, nice common areas. And I actually appreciate that the gym has dumbbells! Yay!

The room was pretty clean I did find a water bottle lid underneath the table. I did not get to go into the pool due to all the other people that were in there. Staff was awesome the restaurant was super good really enjoyed the food.

I came in with my emotional support kitten on March 28 and they just said something today that they had some sort of problem with that and only allowed dogs. The older lady that works at the front desk is completely and pallet and confused the keys never work. There’s never anybody at the front desk. My personal lives are way too obvious printer doesn’t work. The only thing about this hotel is a bed in the restaurant that’s connected to it that’s it.

Enjoyed the stay overall. Breakfast was delicious but when we tried to go to the bistro for dinner we sat down, got menus and then sat there for 10 minutes. We ended up just going somwehere else. Also wish the pool was heated.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and nice. There was no microwave in our room which it turned out we didn't need anyway.

Most everything was fine. Just a dated property but ok. The morning of 3/5 when I checked out I asked for a printed receipt, and the lady at the desk said she couldn’t and I asked why sand she said well it will take me about ten minutes to log into the computer system. I was like well that’s pretty inconvenient (I prefer paper receipts for historical tracking in a file to easily refer back to) and then she said well I can just email it. I said that fine and then she never emailed my my receipt after all! Another reason why I always get a printed back up. Terrible way to carry herself

I liked the breakfast Buffet it does cost $14, and I love the location right near a shopping center, and I-5. The gas station nearby has amazing staff and is a good area of town. There was a small amount of poop smeared on the wall which was uncomfortable to be around. There was also hair on our ceiling that looked like an odd place to have hair. The beds are comfortable. I also didn't like that the alternative side entrances were unlocked, I prefer inconvenience of having to unlock side entrances just as an extra safety measure. There were also some exposed wires on the 5th floor that was concerning. Overall staff is friendly.

Bed and cleanliness was excellent. Food was great and property was quieter than most places I've stayed at in past 5 years. I would definitely stay again.

Last minute booking and the staff were really friendly even last check in. We came to shop and got tired and decided to stay the night and drove back there next day. But this area is amazing quiet and secluded the place has its own restaurant attached to it. Very serene, stuck to the corner of the town to keep everything secluded from the commotion.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and the Hotel was very receptive to our pets. They have a stand in the lobby that has a variety of free gifts for the pets. This was very unusual.

The air conditioning did not work hot water did not work refrigerator froze our stuff they offered a 15% off my bill but I never got that either

2. there was a soiled bedspread looked like a muddy foot print 3. there was debris behind the bathroom door on the floor 4 after 9:00 there was no coffee available as the coffee pot was not working in the lobby would not recommmed staying there to anyone.

The room was nice, clean and beautiful. We were there 6 nights and had a hard time getting fresh towels and supplies like coffee and toilet paper.

I had multiple bed bug bites after leaving this hotel from a 3 night stay. The management said they examined the room and didn’t find any. However, I have not seen a report and am certain these are bed bug bites. Additionally, I had to repeatedly call management for updates on this.

Comfy bed and pillows. Great lobby coffee machine. Really enjoyed the front desk staff. The restaurant has a terrific happy hour, both food and drinks. Amazing waiter took good care of us and made us laugh.

The carpets have visable stains throughout the hotel. The staff cannot be bothered to offer hospitality. One of them even told me it was against policy to offer any type of evidence of charges for my third-party payment stay (I never encountered that rule before)The property looks rundown. But the bed was comfortable. The cafe worker, Tonya, was the most delightful aspect of the entire stay.

The restaurant staff was kind, helpful, efficient and friendly (shout out to Tania!) The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and is pet friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and hygiene items are provided. Overall a great experience.

Cleanliness and comfort

This was a great place for a post Wedding Reception gathering in the common area. The attached bar is very nice but it is not super clear whether breakfast was included or not so pay attention to that because it looks very similar to other continental breakfast bars that are typically included (at least in other hotels I frequent).

Loved this hotel. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels. This ranks among the best. Wish I would have booked it for one more night.

I don’t like the building looks like motel 6 not holiday inn hotel also AC unit make a lot of noise and I don’t like that breakfast it’s not included they prefer to trow away the food instead of let the customers eat and make them happy or charge a significant amount of money ☹️

Poor service at check in

When we got there, I asked if we could have the IHD points for the hotel and they told us now then when we got up to our room, there was no service throughout our four day. Stay no one clean the room. We never had our do not disturb sign out we never got fresh towels nor did anyone pick up our trash we had to put our trash outside the room every day which led us to not having any trash bags

Quiet and nice rooms

I stayed here for an on-site meeting. It was easy to find and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and older but clean. All of our meeting needs were met but nothing special stood out. The food for our meeting was poor and flavorless and service in the bar was extremely slow. The free breakfast didn't start until 7 AM on the weekend so I had to go without.

Room was clean. Able to adjust heat/ac easily. Mirror and lighting in bathroom was nice. Coffee maker did not work. Fairly quiet from road noise but people need to keep their voices lower, which is not the hotel’s fault. Nice get away and will stay again.

Staying here worked out great! Our two dogs were welcome. It’s next to I-5, but we didn’t hear any road noise in our 1st floor room. Would stay here again.

I asked multiple times to fix my room phone. After a five night stay- still not fixed. I asked for towel service. They dumped towels on the bathroom counter and never took the old towels. Also, they charge $75 per day for incidentals. Yes, it’s just pending but I feel it’s excessive. Just an overall lack of good customer service. I’d NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The hallways and lighting are like dungeons. When we got to the room, there were two empty beer pint glasses right outside the door and when we went in, it looked like someone had slept in one of the beds. The house man was very nice and said he changed the sheets while we went to dinner, but they were still wrinkled. They have tried to update the rooms, but the popcorn ceilings, holes in the black out shades, hairs in the bathroom, on top of the feeling like someone had been in the room - we won't be going back.

Everything was good. Only downfall was the shower in our bedroom did not have warm water. It was either hot or cold. Gym had basic workout equipment but in good condition. The kids enjoyed the pool.

carpet was smelly from the time you come in

Dirty, stains on multiple surfaces. Mold in the shower. Shower water puddled in the middle of bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and they werent actual queens. No cleaning service.

Check-in took almost an hour, the shower in the room was moldy on the perimeter and around the drain so we didn't use it. Charged for two breakfasts even though we had to leave before 6am and never went to the lobby where breakfast didn't start until 7am. Staff we did encounter was polite. Laundry machines and staff stated we could use quarters for laundry but the machines were card only. The QR code for machines didn't work so I had to go back up to my room to get a card to do laundry.

Have been to this location several times and also partnered with them as a group coordinator for several years. This time was very frustrating. Rude customer service from the second I walked in the door to check-in. I tried several times to turn the conversation around but it was the rudest experience with someone in hospitality that I have ever experienced.

Needs to have a warmer pool

We explained this to Expedia and the front desk as we wanted to check out a day early. The front desk told us it was Expedia’s decision to refund us the last night, this is NOT true. The hotel MUST approve the cancellation. They lied to us repeatedly about this being a hotel decision. They also told Expedia I was a no-show (??) and denied even speaking to Expedia. I eventually spoke to Casey who was the MOD and couple times to explain my experience. She was extremely nice and said “no problem, I’ll just check you out”. I obviously believed this entire situation was resolved & left. The next day, I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel did not authorize the refund. I called Casey, she said “I said I would check you out, I never said I would refund you. The GM refused your refund.” What?! ** Please know: This hotel WILL NOT accommodate changes to any bookings made through Expedia or any Other third-party website. ** Book the Hilton Wilsonville. A night and day difference.

Room had an interconnecting door and the family the other side were VERY loud til about 11pm making getting to sleep difficult.

We reserved a regular room but were provided an accessible room in need of renovation/updating. The staff did not follow through on our request for a small discount. The bathroom was borderline acceptable as far as cleanliness. I would not recommend this particular Holiday Inn.

1st night no heat, tried to call the lobby and the phone didn’t work. Strobe lights due to the light bulbs burning out. Maintenance came up and plugged in the wall unit to get heat none of the controls on it worked so fan blew continuously. 2nd night no room service. I won’t stay again

Don't stay here if you have pets or you're from Cali, $75 for a 15 pound dog. Jason, the front desk guy, was good with everything until he noticed my CA DL. Facilities say remodel, but all they did was paint over the crap and put in some new light fixtures.

$75 pet fee was not disclosed! Chose a hotel with restaurant and it did not say it was closed for the day! Never again.

This stay was certainly not pleasant at all, we had a problem and neither Expadia nor the hotel's customer service could resolve the terrible service.
