We absolutely loving coming here. We will be back in a couple months for another date night at the beautiful hotel and lovely shops within walking distance. Always enjoy the bar area and walking along the art.

Super classy place and a great location.

We waited at the café for about 20 minutes for staff to come. We finally found an employee that said she would go get someone. We stepped away for a moment to look in the spa and came back and they were closed. Also, out of the valets, only two really helped us in fact on checkout as I struggled with my bags, I watched them lean on the podium until I came through the door, terrible service and not what I expected.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Clean, fancy and beautiful. Perfect for our family of 4 getaway. Our boys are ages 4 and 6 and loved the pool and sidewalks for walking/riding their bikes. Staff was very helpful and hospitable.

Spotless room, tasteful modern decor, large space with suite extra sitting room. All staff courteous, professional and responsive. (Valet, front desk, in room dining). The spa was outstanding. My wife said her hot stone massage was the best ever.

The facility is superb! Almost everything is ideal- clean and spacious rooms, lovely fitness center, refilling water stations that include sparking water, fantastic toiletries. Our check-in experience was not positive, as the room was not ready for check-in time and the staff failed to call as they said they would. We had to stand in a long line again to request any room instead of the one we were continuing to wait on. Also, the room had a broken remote, and did not have refills on toilet paper or tissues, but housekeeping was lovely and promptly delivered what was needed.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is 10/10, rooms clean and well appointed. Our only compliant is the view from our room was a rooftop (330?). Our last few visits here we were facing the front of the hotel and the view was much better. We kept our blinds shut but would have been nice to have a nice view. Or something could have been done to make the roof more attractive. Otherwise we love it and will be back!

I tried to cancel within minutes because it was booked in error. I blame this on Expedia. I will visit the lovely pace sometime in the future. Their staff was very helpful and patient. Alford, not Expedia.

Winter Park FL is magical at the holidays and more so at the Alfond Inn. Decorated beautifully in a contemporary, artful way to compliment the modern art hung throughout. Nearby Rollins College owns the hotel and uses it as an extension gallery of its museum's art collection. Rooms, food and beverage all exceptional. Will return soon as we can.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was clean and beautiful. With that said, i had to complain about a guest on my floor shouting at her son from 11 to midnight one of the nights. I called the front desk mulriple times and there was no answer. Another guest gad to address the woman.

The Alfond Inn is my go to when visiting Orlando. It is always first rate. Great, clean rooms, excellent turndown service, and really nice valet parking. The lattes in the Cafe are terrific. Rico (concierge) and Michael (front desk) always provide phenomenal care for the guests. I highly recommend The Alfond.

Room beautiful and clean - It is nice to know that proceeds go to the college. One extra was our waiter at breakfast sang Happy Birthday to me in Venezulean. :-) There was nothing that we did not like. One little thing was that the WIFI password was not displayed in the room so we had to call guest services. But that was a minor thing. Everything else top notch!!!

I had the best piña colada, made poolside, at the rooftop pool! The Alfond is a luxury boutique hotel with small town charm in a vibrant village - Winter Park. Loved the art filled halls and bright/light rooms! (Profits go to student scholarship at Rollins College.) We stayed two quiet nights and enjoyed the Grab and Go cafe for quick coffee, cappuccino, croissants, crepes, egg sandwiches, and snacks. Never needed our car - walked to dinner and Rollins College visit. Can’t wait to stay again!

Everything was great except I was over charged by $400 no one reached out after we brought attention to expefia andcecpedoa contacted the hotel. We still have not seen a refund for the excess charges. I kind of thought someone would have reached out to apologize

The hotel itself is stunning - the art from Rollins College is beautiful, and everywhere. It’s a visual feast. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time in the heart of Winter Park. My husband and I strolled to Park Ave each day and grabbed coffee and explored. I had the pleasure of using the pool twice - great experience. Relaxing and calming, which was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were excellent - check-in was a breeze, housekeeping was efficient and talented, and the valet was quick. Nothing but praise for Alfond team! Finally, the room is lovely - the king size is spacious and the bed is super comfy. My only very slight ding is that the shower water pressure was lacking. It wouldn’t keep me from booking in the future!

The Alfond Inn was a lovely place to stay. It has the look of an older building, but the modern features you want. We got a two room suite which was wonderful. There was a sitting area and a separate bedroom with a short hallway between them. Both rooms had large screen TVs. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The lobby was spacious. One great aspect was the interesting artwork throughout the building. The pool was on the 2nd floor roof with a staffed bar. The restaurant was nice, but a bit pricey and there was live entertainment in the bar one night. The staff was very friendly and really helpful. And all of this was a short walk from several museums and many shops and restaurants. Winter Park was a nice town to visit and relatively close to many Orlando attractions. We had a great stay.

We liked everything about our second stay in a 6 months. This hotel has the quintessential boutique ambiance. Rooms are clean and best quality compared to many hotels we have visited between Miami and Orlando.

Retirees with a hopitality and customer service industry lufetime work history. Found the property exceptional particularly the level of training given to the hotel staff and the restaurant employees. The convenience of walking around the college campus and into downtown shopping area of Winter Park and the abolity to arrive by train and walk to the property are especiallly appealing for folks arriving from South Florida into the Orlando area. The only negative we found was the manadtory "resort" fee of $50 per night ( typical in of Florida hotels) because we did not require parking and were off property all day visiting relatives and the pool was closed at 6 pm before we returned for.the evening. Noniterest in the Spa, which is at an additional cost anyway so did not utilize ANY resort amenities. Put a damper on an otherwise perfect property.

It was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. We were surprised at how thin the walls were. We thought that noise from adjacent rooms was a thing of the past. Overall, great hotel. Plus, I am a Rollins college Grad, so we wanted to stay there.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Valets were courteous and friendly. Front desks was helpful. However, the cleaning of the rooms needs to be addressed. We checked in and there were hairs found in the shower, on the shower walls and on the bathroom floor. The front desk was informed and despite mentioning this again and being reassured it would be cleaned, the hairs remained in place the entire 4 days at the hotel. In addition, the sheet were on the wrong side and was itching until they changed them. For such a pretty hotel in a lovely neighborhood, the cleaning was not up to par! Disappointed that the sanitary cleaning just couldn't be addressed even after reporting it twice with pictures!!

What a beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Only issue was the elevator. I have never been in an elevator that shakes like that. Needs to be fixed.

The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located. Staff were friendly and attentive. The art work is amazing! We were supposed to get a free drink as part of our silver reservation package but didn't. The temperature in the room was hard to regulate. It was freezing during the day and warm at night. I tried to adjust the thermostat but didn't have much luck. Otherwise, it was great. We do plan to stay again in the future.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying at the Alfond Inn. It is a beautiful hotel and the perfect location I did feel on this trip. That service was not at its best. The check-in experience should have been a welcome back, but instead, it was a quick check-in with credit cards and keys exchanged and not much else it was very impersonal. It was never anyone at the concierge desk both Friday and Saturday night we had drinks and service not the best we had to wait for drinks and even had to flag the bartenders down to get service. We were never notified if housekeeping was coming or not they never did. He still highly recommend this hotel, but hope that they step up their service.

The Alfond was lovely! My room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well designed. The restaurant what’s a good wine selection and my dinner was yummy! The live music was a nice touch. Staff was helpful and kind without being fake or obsequious. The art collection was such a lovely addition. I highly recommend this place!

The Alfond Inn is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great atmosphere, wonderful rooms. I loved the premier King room with the separate living room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Very clean as well, and the staff are kind.

I had a wonderful stay! I felt SAFE and taken care of! I also come with 2 service dogs which is not an issue! ALWAYS someone to open my door! I did have a concern and it was addressed and eliminated immediately by their front desk employees and onsite Manager, Maria. She is professional and very knowledgable of the hospitality Industry and applies it to every guest like extending my checkout time! I felt like I was home! Room service was fast, delicious, and the food was excellent! Definitely will RETURN as soon as I can!

Check in was great, the room look wonderful but that’s where it stopped. Went to sit by the pool but there were only about eight chairs! Food service at the pool ends at 2pm. It was 1:45pm. I went down to the front desk to ask for chairs. They said they would try to find some. I suggested that we be allowed to use the spa pool as there were chairs there but told that I would have to walk down to the Spa to ask. I told them that I was on vacation. I didn’t east to walk all the way down to the spa. Couldn’t they just call the spa for me? They sad NO!!! I asked for the hotel manager but told he did not work on weekends! I went back up to the pool, hoping they found chairs, but no chairs. The pool music was very loud and kept changing genre, which gave me a headache. I was here to relax! I tried to order my lunch but it was now 2:05pm and was told it was too late! I ordered 2 drinks. Only one bar tender on a very busy weekend! Took forever. Drinks were terrible. No clean towels at the pool. Traffic noise outside the room was high. Odd as my room was in the new deco. You’d think the windows would cut out the noise. A horrible experience

A beautiful property managed with care and consideration for the aesthetics and for the pampering of its guests. For as many times as I will visit Winter Park, I will stay here again and again.

The Alfond has been known to me as an elegant place to stay with the most amazing reception but this was not the case during this stay upon arrival. The hotel itself is amazing, artful and has a wonderful location. This visit was lacking its normal high level of welcome and attention of southern hospitality.

I usually do not rate hotels, but the Alfond Inn, I am making an exception. One of the nicest, clean, great service hotels that I have stayed in. A little pricey but worth the money. Only a couple of blocks from Winter Park shopping area and restaurants. I highly recommend the Alfond Inn.
