It was as described. Nothing stands out as spectacular. It is behind loads of stores and close to places to eat. Easy to get back on highway.

Building was clean and nice. They are doing some renovations but we never heard anything. Room was pretty and clean. We used the pool and laundry facility which were both well kept. Only seems 1 elevator was working but wasn't a problem. Neighborhood felt safe. Food places nearby. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!

I had a very big issue staying at this hotel where I felt like the front desk did not seem to be willing to accommodate anything or go above and beyond other than just standing there and checking someone in and I will be reaching out to corporate as well but on one of the last days of our stay I had a window washer outside of my bedroom window on the sixth floor and was not even notified about the services being done so I came out of my bathroom completely naked to find a man standing outside my window with my curtains open and when I tried to bring the situation up I couldn't even get a simple answer as to who the company was or even speak to a manager who refused to personally call me like they said they would when I was being nothing but polite given the circumstances I had every right to be completely livid and yet I still was trying to handle everything with dignity no matter how embarrassed or exposed I felt but they refused to give me any information due to the privacy of that company, what happened to my privacy I don't expect to be in my room where I'm supposed to have complete trust that nobody's going to be lurking outside my window and although he was just doing a job I am still a woman naked in my window with a man outside of it with no formal warning whatsoever of them doing window washing where I could have prevented this from happening by leaving my curtains closed. Yes I had them open but it's only because the rooms are so dim you need natural light!!!

Nice hotel for the price.Breakfast could start earlier for the people that have to go to work early.

Easy check-in, plentiful parking and courteous staff. My husband, myself and our 2 yr old loved our stay. Room was very clean and clearly well-maintained. We also used the pool which was nice, but would have been nice to have been provided towels poolside. The location is close to several stores, gas stations and fast food places, which was very convenient. The only downside in our opinion was the breakfast buffet - stale breads, cereals, powdered egg etc. Thankfully proximity to other places made up for it. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. Hotel shows its age, but generally clean. Comfy beds. High noise area - loud vehicles in the parking lot and on the street, all night long. And combined with loud hotel guests, which there were many during our stay, made our stay unpleasant. Again, good people, loud guests and location.

Laundry needs maintenance/cleaning. I'm staying for a month and only get 2 times cleaning in my room I have to ask in the front desk for toilet paper and soap

It was a great hotel. However, the pool deck was slippery.

Room was a little dirty, at face value it looked fine but the second you moved anything you could see layers of caked on dirt/dust. Example being, I had to pull forward the night table to reach the outlet and there was a huge difference in the coloring of the carpet between where the nightstand had been sitting and the typically visible section of the floor. Same thing with the couch and the desk in the room, you could tell they hadn’t been moved or cleaned under in years.

Used for a quick stop and go. Everything was fine.

The hotel itself is not bad. I had a beautiful large suite. The breakfast was decent. However, I had an issue with the shower. There was no water pressure and no hot water. I was told I would be compensated half of my stay was then told that they couldn’t take care of it because I had prepaid with Expedia when I contacted Expedia I was then told from Expedia they were only going to take $20 off. Try to accuse me of lying and saying that there was no issue with the shower. Of which my honey also was not able to figure out. I took the worst shower of my life in freezing cold water and I don’t like being told after the fact that I’m going to be compensated for half off the room to then be ridiculed and told I was only going to get $20 off. I tried contacting the manager three days in a row left a message and had no response basically feeling as if they do not care.

Breakfast should start at 5.00am 1 or 2 days out the week for those that have to work.

Great halfway point to stop at on our way North. Easy on and off 95. Good services in the area. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. The best part is it is inexpensive.

I didn’t like that they called me a few days prior to check in to tell me they didn’t have any double and I would be put in a king suite with a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. Had I known they didn’t have double beds I would have booked somewhere else. I am not a person who pay for a hotel room to sleep on a couch bed.

This is a new area. They are still building things at this exit. I booked on Expedia then the desk told me I had to pay an extra $10 a person for breakfast and to use the pool. Explained that we just drove 10 hours and tired we won't be using the pool or eating the next morning bc we had to leave to continue our drive to SC but they didn't care and made us pay.

I stayed here for one night. After having driven from Vermont almost 12 hours this was the perfect place to get some rest. The gentleman at the front desk very professional and had a great attitude. Breakfast was delicious and the lady was also very attentive. The room was immaculate. Clean, and the bed A+. Would definitely stay here again and i recommend it 100% you won't be disapointed!!!

It's a great hotel. Just off the interstate. Only 22 miles north of Kings Dominion. Their are two restaurants in walking distance which are Taco Bell and McDonald's. The hotel is clean and quiet. The prices are pretty decent. The breakfast was good.

Good property for a quick stay. The pool is heated, the breakfast is great. Rooms were decent but could certainty be cleaner as there’s an old smell on higher floors. Hotels should smell like bleach… we found some crumbs behind the bed when we pulled it out from the headboard as well. Normally this would make me angry but the staff was extremely nice and the hotel is quiet. Not many other options in the area.

Lots of road construction in the area so depending on which direction you arrive from it’s not easy to get around the divider.

This was the best stay we experienced. Our trip was for spiritual service as a family. The hotel location is great! The room was nice and clean, very friendly front desk staff and breakfast was good, even though we dont eat pork. It would be helpful if hotels would not assume everyone eats pork or beef but everything else was good. There was plenty of pace and peace. Shopping was very easy and the area is beautiful. We will be returning! Im sorry I didnt get photos but on the next trip, I will !

The hotel's lobby is a bit smaller than expected, but the staff were friendly and the breakfast is a lot more decent than a lot of other same level hotels I've stayed in. I'd recommend it to folks visiting in Fredericksburg area.

Excellent choice for a single night, breaking up our trip. The room was very clean, water pressure in shower was good and breakfast was a nice touch. It’s always hard to decide where to stay, so we all need reviews to help. If I ever needed a hotel again in this area I would book this place.

Room is damp and musty. Smells like onions. Bathtub is backed up so stood in 4 inches of water taking a shower. I had that same experience standing in water when I showered in a trailer in Kuwait.

We stay here every year when we come for the Virginia Renaissance Festival. Never had a problem; service is always great and appreciate all that the staff do to make it a comfortable, quiet stay.

Due to road construction you can only get into the parking lot one way which means you have to go about a mile and do a U-turn to get into the parking lot. Very annoying. Other than this our stay was outstanding.

The desk clerk was good, he explained everything that he thought I needed to know. The breakfast lady Julie was awesome, the juice machine was down, she was walking around offering juice and cinnamon buns, but she was so cheery and pleasant doing the whole thing, she actually made my day.

the breakfast options here were awesome. never saw a pancake machine like this, and they had a cappucino maker! it made my morning brighter. the rooms were sufficient and tidy for our needs. i would stay here again if ever in the area! it was not the most fancy, but it was good.

Horrible experience, I was given a dirty room that obviously hadn’t been cleaned and then I had to deal with lying staff who got belligerent with me. I will never stay here again.

The property was fine. Standard motel set up. The only negative thing, which the motel has no control over, is the county is doing roadwork infront of the property making it difficult to get into.

TV had issues on all channels. Had to hook up my Roku to watch anything. If your room is on the 2nd floor it’s open to the lobby and sound carries.
