Great

We very much enjoyed our stay, but even though we paid for a "Nicer" room, we had more courtyard view expectations than being placed in a room right next to the spa with a very tiny ground floor patio that also looked right into the sauna area of the spa. But, that's what you get when you book via Expedia vs. direct. While we loved the size and comfort of the room we had (the bed was very comfortable), I do have to admit that the see through glass in the shower area and into the toilet area was a very odd design choice. Outside of the odd bathroom, the property is very enjoyable and right next to several winery tasting rooms that you can walk too. I wouldn't consider this property to quite be at the luxury property level, it is very nice and welcoming and next time we are back in Woodinville, it will definitely be a consideration.

Perfect for the romantic gateway

room was nice and spacious but not outstanding. We came back from activities late afternoon our first day and found our room hadn’t been cleaned. On our way back out we stopped at reception to “remind “ them and it was cleaned when we got back. The breakfast was pretty good but pricey. But that’s the kind of place it is. The rest of our stay we provided our own breakfast.

I was charged for a trip I could not make due to a bus driver accident. I was charged!!!

The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the complementary bikes. We love to cycle and the bike paths are excellent. You could also walk into Woodinville, which is only about a mile and a half on the path. Wonderful to have complementary coffee in the morning and even some fruit. We didn’t have time to use the spa, but I’m sure it would’ve been enjoyable. The rain. But we had sunny days as well!

I’m an Expedia platinum member so we were welcomed with an easy to use $15 off meal voucher and a bottle of red blend wine.

Free parking is a huge plus.

The hot tub was peaceful. Barking frog’s food was average and not worth the prices. food was random and had too much going on. Hosts were great and helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evenings. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered though. still great housekeeping and service.

Proximity is great to tasting rooms and restaurants and we loved being able to walk places. Barking Frog is phenomenal and we would highly recommend eating there. They take reservations now - so make sure to secure your spot!

Perfection. Spa was beautiful and peaceful, Barking Frog was incredible, rooms are huge and beds are comfy. Hotels.com VIP status gave us free room upgrade and a bottle of wine ❤️ Love it here!!!

Property is very pet friendly for our dogs. Even has welcoming treats, water, and blankets. Room was really nice. Good size for king bedroom. I also like the location of the room on first floor with patio area that was enclosed by nature (bushes). Friendly and accommodating staff with great food too. Would stay again.

I rank them as a 3 star PURELY because of the surprise resort fee on check in. My Orbtiz reservation did not show this fee. This is a premier property, it is a shame that a nice property nickel and dimes vs simply having clear pricing. I would have happily paid the total price including the fee, it just feels slimy to have a surprise $35 fee on check in for things that are a normal part of a booking (wifi etc.) Just be transparent and include the fee in booking, a resort like this shouldnt have to do slimy gotcha fees

The team working at Willows is superior under the expert leadership of Charles Chan!! Calm, clean natural environment that creates an instant relaxation for a stressed soul. Logan and Collin are 2 employees that make every visit and every person feel special. Barking Frog is a must for meals, especially breakfast. Joey makes perfect eggs and a meal becomes an event with Angie and Mo. THANK YOU to everyone!!!

We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. the staff couldn't have been nicer! We had the king bed room with the in room soaking tub for 2 - loved it. We're an older couple, late 60's, would've appreciated if that soaking tub was easier to get into! For us seniors, it took some navigating to get into and out of that tub. But otherwise, an incredible resort. We had the in room fireplace - loved it!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept quite well. We had breakfast at the Barking frog and it was delicious! We told our waitress we wanted to split a breakfast and she brought it to us already halved on 2 plates! Then, she brought us a small plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with 2 delicious pieces of chocolate! Attention to detail - Love it!! We had a GREAT stay and will certainly recommend!

This was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever encountered. The staff was lovely, food definitely not worth the price, but the relaxation I experienced was incomparable.

Destination lodge for special occasions and celebrations!

Resort restaurant, live music, food and service were great. Room was average. One very small sink in bathroom. We were put in a handicapped room with a very low shower head which was not appreciated given how tall my husband is. Hallways smelled like dirty catering linens. For the price, the hotel is a bit worn and could use a refresh. The grounds are spectacular.

The entire experience was great…until we found out that the shower did not work. The staff informed us that we could use the Spa to take our shower. Since we were on a time crunch for our breakfast reservation, and that entailed more work, we had to decline but it most definitely dampened our stay and experience. For a 4 star hotel, this is an issue you would never expect to see and it was highly disappointing.

10/10 stay! Beautiful property, especially the grounds. Quiet, serene, relaxing; everything we were hoping for. Welcome wine and COZY robes were a nice touch, beds were superbly comfortable.

Great property with easy access to restaurants and wine tasting from 125 Washington wineries. Fidelitas and Delille Cellars are just a quick walk across the parking lot. We stayed at the property for a wedding at the Columbia Collective and it was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved our meal of fresh halibut at the Barking Frog and enjoyed snacks and drinks at the lobby bar. The staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay at the Willows again.

This hotel was great for a girls weekend. The spa, fitness, and sauna was such a treat. They knew we had a massage appt and assigned rooms in that building. The shuttle service was a great perk and was available on demand. Will definitely come back here!

Always top notch. Love the fireplaces and soaking tubs, electronic shower temp, robes and slippers. Wine splash upon check-in and Expedia VIP bottle in the room!

Was nice and quiet. When I was checking in they went the extra mile and walked with me to my car, loaded up my things and took them to my room.

BRAZED SHORT RIB WAS SUPERB.

My wife and I stayed at Willows for her birthday in December and everything about our stay was amazing! Then, a week and a half after our stay, I realized that I had left an expensive fleece jacket that was a Christmas present from my in-laws, in our room. I called to see if it had ended up in the lost and found, and Chaud, their front desk supervisor, took down my info and told me he would search for it. I was almost shocked when Chaud called me to tell me that they HAD found it and he would have it up at the front desk for me to come by and pick up! We already loved everything about Willows to begin with and this exceptional customer service by Chaud and his team took it to even a higher level! Of you want to be treated well, plan a stay at Willow’s Lodge and you won’t be disappointed!

The accommodation was very lovely and we had a restful serene experience. The food was great also and the staff there attentive. We cannot comment on the surroundings since it was just an overnight and we left soon after having brunch as the last meal on the property. Based on those 2 experiences, we cannot imagine surroundings being anything less than tranquil.

This property is in a lovely wooded area and yet is extremely walkable to many wineries and restaurants.

We stayed here on NYE. We planned a dinner at an adjacent winery and didn’t want to drive home. Very nice lodge. On site gardens are beautiful. The lodge has food and drinks and two adjacent restaurants. We had a delicious breakfast at the Barking Frog.

Was too noisy with wedding party or guests partying next door, and the soaking tub I booked room for would not drain and no fixing until next day. I only booked one night. Otherwise gorgeous property and comfortable room. Nice staff.

Willows Lodge delivers exemplary customer service like a lot of businesses used to do - can’t rave enough about how great Chaud Sheedy at the front desk was - friendly, attentive, professional and knowledgable. All traits that seem to have gone away in the hospitality industry these days, but definitely NOT at Willows Lodge. HIGHLY recommend staying here and we already can’t wait to go back!
