Eagle Fire Lodge & Cabins

It was an amazing place to stay, with plenty of amenities, beautiful room, large and very comfortable with a fireplace big TV dining area, large bed, beautiful bathroom, etc. We would stay here again! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff was outstanding. Very professional, helpful and friendly. It’s a rustic type motel, not fancy, but clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The booking site mentioned breakfast from 8-10, but it looked like granola bars and fruit… not a big deal for us, but maybe it should be updated as that could be misleading. We would definitely book a future stay there if we are in town again.

Generally good room was warm and shower has great water pressure. Breakfast and included fruit, coffee, tea, granola bars and other individual packaged items like cookies and muffins. Staff was pleasant.

This is a very comfortable, convenient, and quiet place to stay in Woodland Park. Staff is welcoming and the unit was everything advertized.

Great room! Enjoyed the kitchen layout of the suite and that it came stocked w helpful dishes. There was an odd dripping noise that woke up all up at 3am and no one could go back to sleep despite troubleshooting it. It seemed to be coming from the kitchen faucet

Great little place

The room is really lodge styled. Nice and cozy. We made hot tea and sat by the fireplace. We've stayed before and will stay here again in the future. Super easy check in and personable staff.

The location was ideal for us, close to family we were visiting and Woodland Park's shopping and eating places.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Shops near by was not a big issue. Pet friendly was good. There were a couple of long term folks whose dogs ran free which I thought was against policy but it was what it was.

The perfect place to stay couldnt be happier. Exactly where you would want to stay when in colorado. View of pikes peak from the room truly a great stay can’t say enough good things about the place.

My family and I stayed at the Eagle Fire for 4 nights, and it was a great "base camp" for what we needed to accomplish. The rooms were large, and clean. They had every amenity needed for a family, or if traveling alone. The property was well kept. It is in walking distance to shopping, and eateries in the Woodland Park area. Hands down, its the BEST affordable place in Woodland Park!

Absolutely loved my little cabin. Perfect for me and my pup. Very clean and they have movies to borrow in office which was adorable. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Definitely coming back to stay here again.

Friendly checkin staff. Cute cabin, comfy bed, flat pillows. Dated furniture, loveseat hard to watch a whole movie on but did. The extra blanket was folded so we thought it was clean but so musty we couldn’t use it. Not many hotels to choose from in that area, so it’s good it’s there. For the price point it was just okay.

Cozy room- older decor but clean. No shampoo in bathroom, “breakfast” not good in office- but doesn’t open until 8 am and paid more than $200 for room including taxes and fees. Just not a good deal.

We have stayed at the Eagle cabins for years now. It's our to go to place when we visit Woodland park. The staff is friendly. Check in is easy.We stayed in the cabins and the luxury suites. All are awesome. Thank you.

Loved our stay here.

Door lock batteries died and it was 4th of July and they had not a single person at motel to help so we couldn’t lock our door when we left. We even called emergency number and got no answer or reply. Wouldn’t recommend.

We loved this place! It’s clean, tons of resources in the kitchenette, the layout was perfect for our family. My kids loved that you could borrow games and movies.

Deer just walking around property! And the view of the mountains was gorgeous. The suite we were in was very nice and clean. Little problem with shower but it was all good.

We have put all of our items up high- fingers crossed we don’t bring home any extra unwanted guests.

Was quiet with a rustic vibe. The DVD and VHS collection was epic. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Shower water pressure was great. Full size coffeepot. Plenty of hooks to hang coats and hats. Breakfast was simple. A quick snack to start eh day. Coffee was excellent. The kitchenette in my room was adequate with a full size refrigerator. Ice machine glory! Didn't make it to the hot tub. Overall I shout "bravo" and will visit again. You should check it out. You'll be glad you did.

We were expecting a small log cabin , as shown in the pics with a view of the mountains, and instead ended up in “lodge” and the “view” was a tree outside of our window…. A little disappointing for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly though and the room was clean. The Mexican Restaurant across the street was amazing!!!

Room was comfortable and clean, the bed was comfy. The kitchen was nice. The hot tub was small and far from the room.

We stayed in the lodge which was very roomy and very clean. The staff was nice and check in and check out was very easy and quick. The only thing that could have been better was the beds and pillows. The mattresses seemed very old and sagged in the middle. The pillows were extremely flat. This made for an uncomfortable night of sleep.

We stayed in one of the small cabins. It was the perfect size. My only complaint is they could update the mattress and sofa. Otherwise it was clean and convenient.

It was perfect after a long day of driving. Beds are super comfy. Loved having a kitchen and fireplace. Close to everything. Everything was beautifully done.

Check in and out were both easy. Cabin was comfortable and clean. Nice pet area for the dog. On a side note, the bathroom sink drained slow and the kitchen sink leaked at the handle when on. Overall, excellent stay.

We stayed one night in a cabin plus three nights in a 2-bedroom suite. Both were clean, attractive, spacious and quiet - loaded with unique personal touches in both rooms, and the view is beautiful. The staff were great - very late arrival was easy with no issues and they handled every request with no fuss.

The cabins are cozy & safe. The bed was comfortable & the place clean; it was a fun throwback to browse all the VHS tapes for rent in the lobby and pop one in the player back at the cabin. Highway 24 is pretty close so you'll be hearing traffic from time to time, but overall a good place to stay!

Great staff and accommodating. Hotel is like a step back into the good ol mountain days. Big beautiful rooms and an amazing view of Pikes Peak. Staff can recommend all the cool spots in Woodland Park and rooms have trail guides and things to do. Best place for lodging mountain style.

Hot tub closed at 9pm, kinda dirty. Not a good check out time. 10 am is a little early, after a long day of fishing.

The area was clean and beautiful. Many dinning areas around and shopping too.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Had some trouble with a table lamp not working but it was not an issue.

Easy check in, very friendly....a cute cabin and just the kind of place we like. Helpful staff in every way. Like having all the videos to use. No big chain feel here. Worried about the young Deer near the road.

Comfortable and convenient

The property manager called to let us know the code to get in the cabin because we were checking in after 8pm. Very friendly staff in the office in the morning. Nice detailed book of things to do but no wifi password listed in cabin.The bathroom was not user friendly. Heat worked great once we turned it on.

Decent place to stay, we were in cabin 5. We liked that it was pet friendly for a small fee and the breakfast snacks

The room was tired feeling and the seating uncomfortable. There was some mild street noise, a street light or light in the parking area was shining into our room at night right across our faces. The heating is very drying and room was freezing when we arrived ( around 60 degrees), We had to leave to wait for it to warm. Bathroom is super small and a larger person would have had trouble.

This is a great place! The cabin was spotless and well equipped (except it needed wine glasses). So comfortable….they thought of everything. The hot tub was clean and well maintained as well. Will absolutely stay there again!

The sofa needs upgraded, I worked for a furniture store in the late 1990's and they were selling this back then. Nice place to stay other than that!

And there were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang a robe, PJ's or any type of clothing

Wonderful place to stay!

Such a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, the couches were comfy. 10/10.

I stayed in one of their small cabins. (Cabin 5) It was like a studio apartment but still had the cabin type feel to it. Cozy but quaint, the cabin I stayed in didn't have great water pressure and the tile floors were way too cold for bare feet. Bring slippers in the winter time. The bed was surprisingly cozy and the TV was a bit small but basic cable was included. Overall I'd say 4 out of 5 stars, I will stay here again.

It was wonderful! We had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved playing hide and seek right away! We would recommend a stay to anyone who needs room and privacy for couples traveling together.

This was a fantastic find! It is much better in person than it was in the photos. The staff is beyond amazing. They had great attention to detail which isn’t always found in small places like this. I will definitely be back.

We were only there one night, but it was perfect. Quick and easy check in. Short drive to dining and various attractions. Room itself was perfectly fine - no issues or anything that needed attention. Would stay here again.

Place was great! I’m so glad it was dog friendly and the cabins were super cute. Wish the ac worked better though, it was really stuffy and we had to go buy a fan from Walmart to make the room comfy.
