Great staff!!! Clean room.

The room smelled like it had clearly been smoked in. The breakfast was not great, but adequate.

Breakfast had good options. The place felt tired and musty. The beds were clean amd comfortable.

We stay at Best westerns due to the staff being friendly and rooms being clean. This stay the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no toilet paper, Kleenex box was soaked, spider in the fridge and the room smelled of smoke. The stairs and hallway were dirty and not cleaned and the smoke detector in the hallway had been going off for the whole stay.

Property looks ok on outside but inside was disappointing. Paint splatters on microwave, fridge and trim were my initial observations. When I tried to use the outlet in the lamp, they didn't work, lamp didn't work and upon further inspection the wall outlet was exposed and had black electrical burn marks. The outlet was blown and insane. The toilet didn't have enough water to even flush #1, so I had to adjust the float in the tank. When I tried to use the sink, the faucet wasn't secure and flopped around. When it wasn't properly installed and missed the bottom ring below the faucet that actually tightened it to the counter. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Tv and remotes kept freezing up. On a positive note, the a/c worked well and kept the room cold. Fridge worked as expected. Stayed multiple days, but will not use this location again. Very sub-par compared to other great best western hotel experiences.

Very disappointing stay … one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. But upon check in, we found out they were closed during our stay. That should’ve been clearly indicated online. There was also a stain on our bed, and housekeeping woke us up an hour before check out. We also weren’t told breakfast hours upon check in and missed it. Doubtful we’d book this hotel again.

Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. Our 3 year old had black feet after running around on the carpet for an hour, and the towels in the bathroom didn’t feel like they’d been thoroughly cleaned. Another strange thing was that there were always housekeeping carts and staff in the hallway, not just during the usual check-in hours, which makes me think they were short staffed and everyone was juggling multiple duties. Housekeeping and breakfast serving staff were friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. They were literally always in the back room and you had to ring a bell to get them, and my mother-in-law said she smelled like weed and seemed out of it. Despite all of this, all the guests were pleasant and friendly, so I may just be overly sensitive to these things. Overall, it was an ok place to stay, but we’ve found much better options for the same or lower price in Ridgefield, Vancouver, or even Kelso, so we’ll stay there next time.

Unfortunately we were overlooked, even though we checked at the front desk at 2:30pm after being gone all morning. We were assured they were coming. We left again until 5, but returned to messy beds & dirty towels still. Other than that, it was perfect!

The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in did took a good 20ish minutes because only one person was doing everything.! The room was okay. Good size pool. Breakfast was good not a whole lot but everything was good. They do have side doors open which is kinda creepy because anyone can just walk in without being noticed. Otherwise it was ok. Near by gas station and restaurant 8 minutes away from Ilani casino and 10 minutes away from In-and-Out.

Dryer was out so lack of towels in a timely manner, hot tub not working, front door auto open not operating, required us to open and shut heavy doors manually, the room outlets only worked in the bottom plug, and not all lights in the room worked. Again, staff was phenomenal.

Although you are no longer able to check in early, the staff was wonderful in letting us hang around until we were able to be checked in. The hot tub is not currently working, but they do seem to be working on getting that up and running. The temperature of the pool was perfect for us, and there were plenty of towels available. Our room was spacious and the air worked well. Breakfast wasn't a highlight. They have a brand new ice machine that works great! They sell bottles of water at the front desk. Dog and kid friendly.

The staff here are very nice when I check in with my service dog. I’ve stayed here twice before, and your location next to the bar/restaurant is perfect. I walked over pulling my old Kylie in her wagon. Their food and beer are excellent!

The staff was nice. The building is old and not kept up. I’m not sure whether it’s used as an assisted living also, but our room smelled like a nursing home. It was bad. One room had a sign that oxygen was in use. It didn’t look temporary, but perhaps the customer brings it with them everywhere? Breakfast was nice, plenty of good option and some fresh, hot food. Will not stay again. Couldn’t get past the smell, seemingly coming out of the vent too.

Terrible check in. Expedia confirmation provided, but I wasn’t in the hotel system. I patiently waited while front desk worked to resolve. She never thanked me for being patient or apologized for the inconvenience. Our room was stuffy, outlets in bathroom didn’t work, bedside table lamp didn’t work, old tvs- couldn’t log in to Netflix or anything, and the worse part was that there was no hot water. It wasn’t even lukewarm, so wasn’t able to take a shower.

The building looked remodeled but it was obviously old. Check in took forever. Our friends room didn't have towels, another friends room sprang a leak and they had inches of water on the floor and had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Breakfast was gone when we got down to the lobby but there was only one staff so she couldnt get more food out.

The breakfast ran out on one morning, and was cold the next. The pool was closed the hot tub was closed, the staff e was short it noon existent and the place gave brother vibes

The room had a musty odor and grimy carpet. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was mold in the shower, water never got hot, the towels were worn thin and didn’t look particularly clean, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were very small and half full. Thin walls, could hear neighbor’s TV at high volume late at night. Housekeeping not done every day. Arm chair was faded and had a whole. Electric outlet was loose, plugs wouldn’t stay in.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and quickly checked in at front desk. Was disappointed to hear the pool and hot tub were under maintenance but not noted on website. Was pleased to book a spa tub room though.

The room and hallways were filthy, food was found behind the beds. The hot tub was out of order for our entire stay and we had no water our second night due to a pipe burst. I would like a refund. I expected Best Western quality and was sorely dissapointed.

Desk greeting included computer not working. Staff said this not unusual. Room said to be ready, had not been cleaned or attended to from previous occupant. Sub room was clean, but had several problems that showed uncomfortable lack of maintenance. I would not recommend it at its present state.

This place is the epitome of Asian owned, the floor was absolutely disgusting like it needs to be ripped out and redone. The hot water in the shower and sink both take 10 mins to heat up, never too hot. There is mold in the shower where there should be better caulking. MOLD. The Towels smelled weird who wants to dry off with a smelly towel, not I. The bathroom in the lobby had feces all over the toilet like it’s never been cleaned. The elevator floor was filthy. The Pictures online are deceiving I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owners are obviously greedy.

They were dealing with a system failure and the front desk hostess was extraordinary in the handling of the situation...she made no excuses and dealt with several clients all at once!! Once systems were back on line they placed the electronic room keys under the doors without disturbing the tenants!! Totally Awesome

Not very good wifi. The Lamps by the bed were not plugged in. A plastic sweep on the bottom edge of the bathroom door that makes loud noise when you open it and close it. The breakfast was good. Awesome cookies.

Hot tub and pool area is old, usable but old. Hot tub was super hot which we enjoyed there were no jets.

The hotel itself is very tired. Our bathroom light did not work so a lamp with no shade was brought in. The room was clean enough and the beds comfortable but it is time for a serious refresh (carpets paint etc). We had an overnight. For the sake of the employees Best Western it’s time to get involved

The lobby looks great! They've put a lot of effort into making it nice, and the breakfast food is decent. But...... as soon as you get past the lobby it all goes to hell. The rooms look like they're straight from motel hell in 1983, the walls are patched all over and 3 different colors, half the outlets don't work, the vent in the bathroom doesn't really vent, the hot tub jets don't work, and the room smelled a little musty. I'll be staying somewhere better on my next trip for the same price point.

Just not the best place. Holes in the sheets. Pool was over chlorinated where the kids all had their eyes irritated. Just overall not a clean place

No parking when I returned for the night. When I complained she told me she didn’t have vehicle info for the areas that took 5 spaces, due to a truck and trailer. Told to park anywhere as long as a vehicle can past by. Did not eat breakfast or use the hot tub.

Room was ok. Pillow case was either dirty or stained, couldn't tell. One hand towel was the same. No working fan in bathroom. Sheer curtain had about a 6-7 inch vertical cut through it.

It was clean , could use some TLC with an update fresh paint . Was clean and nostalgic

I was a bit concerned about being near I5 but the hotel is set back a ways and I got a room on the backside, noise was minimal. Except, the heating unit in my room occasional made a LOT of noise during startup. So, not so good.

The room seldom gets cleaned or the towels replaced in spite of being told to put out the “service room “ sign on the door. No coffee replacements either. By the time I get back it’s too late to have anything done as the front desk staff won’t even get fresh towels.

During a 10 day stay, the room was only cleaned twice despite requests for new towels . I was told to put the hanger on the door that requested room service and it still did it work. When I get home at night down a long day, it’s not great to come back to a dirty room

The room is clean and good size. The door to the room is very difficult to open. The bathroom door is also difficult to open. There is a nice indoor swimming poor with Jacuzzi.

The front desk woman acted irritable but did warm up. Found cockroach crawling on carpet. Wall near bed was dirty. No bathroom fan or fragrance. View was a 6’ white vinyl fence 3 feet from window. Stained bed skirt with yuck.

Our overall stay was fine. It was just a stop and stay. The staff was slow, didn’t explain breakfast times or pool hours. Room was dusty and slightly dirty. The whole place was very dated. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but things could have been cleaner and rooms updated.

The property was not what I expected. The room door was broken, the entire hotel smelled terrible, the carpets were dirty, the toilet had mold growing in the bowl…I checked out within an hour because there’s no way I could stay there. The staff was rude when I turned in the key cards.

I actually called EXPEDIA to fix my reservation and they charged me $37.70 and said they fixed it and was not true…I end up calling the hotel and found out it was not…I called EXPEDIA again and the guy even called the hotel to wave the penalty and he said everything was fixed…I even got an email stating that change but it was all a lied.. Very, very disappointed with the service EXPEDIA provided… At the end the lady from the hotel fixed everything My hero EXPEDIA SERVICE DUCKS

Our shower was not working, when we told the front desk attendant she didn’t offer to do anything. 15 hours of driving and no showers made for a terrible stay for our family.

We were given a pet friendly room when we did not request that. We were asked if we had pet 3 times and each time we said no. It smelled like a pet and musty which was not pleasant. The mattress on the pull out couch was an old ripped mattress that should be replaced. Mattress was overused and springs were damaged. The desk chair was ripped on the seat.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. The common areas were especially dirty - chicken on the floor in the hallway - all floors needed serious cleaning. All the vents were covered in dirt and dust and everything felt icky. The breakfast was not great either.

Pool and gym were closed during our stay. It was an average hotel.

Cons - run down and in need of major renovations, service sucked, unprepared Story - They were out of room keys when we checked in so a staff member had to walk us and let us in the room. I almost laughed when the guy explained they had run out and the spares were locked in the safe and he couldn’t get to them. It took an hour to get linens for the pull out couch the night we checked in. My little one was ready for bed and this really sucked. The pull out mattress was so bad that the second night she came in bed with me. The most annoying part of the whole thing was getting my late check out issue (I called and the front desk told me I could check out at 12:00 and they would make a not of this). I came back at 11:00 and they room door was wide open and they had taken my ice cream out of the freezer and left it out and it was all melted. Literally the whole reason why I asked for late check out was so we could come back from my kids game, grab our ice cream from the night before and eat it on the drive home. Those Ben and Jerry’s cartons are not cheap and it was a special treat for the kids. Anyway I go to the front desk person and she says let me check and sees the note but explains that whoever took it down wrote it in the wrong place. She didn’t apologize, ask how she can make it right, or do anything other than make it sound like it was my fault. So I checked out and asked for a $12 credit to cover the cost of the ice cream. They wouldn’t give it.

The place was ok. The bed was not very comfortable as the mattress had a huge dent in it. The breakfast was good.

The front desk service was top-notch, and the hotel rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed. However, the breakfast was a letdown. The egg discs and paper-thin bacon were cold and greasy, and the selection was limited. Despite the breakfast issues, the rest of our stay was fantastic.

The hottub is hot and circulates water, but the air-bubble jets are not working. Was disappointed about that.

I love that its in the same town as my Granddaughters. They love spending time with us . What I dont like is the run down, not inviting area for swimming pool, hot tub, restroom not near pool.. it needs a renovation.

This property was a great place to stay. Clean, Quite, Freindly Staff! The Beds are very hard, matress. Very hard to get comfortable, at night. Woke up several times during the night, with body aches

I've stayed at Best Westerns before and usually don't have any issues. I noticed the the floor had quite a bit of debris when we first arrived. The desk was left unattended with a sign to call for assistance (we stayed three days and the front desk was rarely staffed). When I got to my room I noticed some toenail clippings had been left on the nightstand, they were still there after several days. It did not appear that the room was being cleaned. Also, there wasn't any water--no drinking fountain, no water cooler in the lobby, and the vending machine was out of order. The fitness room had one cable cross over machine for strength equipment. I don't mean to sound picky, I've definitely stayed in worse places, but with a few simple fixes this could be a lot better.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. I had booked a room with 2 queens and a hide-a-bed since there was three of us. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows in the room and the mattress was horrible.

Location was good. There was no where to park with our trailer. The pool area was not ventilated and hard to breathe in. Took forever to get someone for the bedding on the sofa bed.

Yuck. We had an awful stay. Paid for an upgraded room but it was really dirty. Smelled like a pet room, the bathroom door was super dirty of but sides with visual spots and crud, was gross to the touch. Made the mistake of letting my 9yo son(blonde) use the jetted tub in the room and when we drained the water, the tub was lined with tons of black hairs and some sort of disgusting scum. Didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off in the room. Pool area was very dingy and dark and reeked of over chlorinated water. Floor in the breakfast area was very sticky and made audible sounds while walking. All of the breakfast food was cold. Never again.

Bed was worn and sagged to one side. TV did not work properly. Shower pressure very poor. Hot water not very hot. Had to search for staff to check in, assist with problems. Full breakfast decent.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed to relax. Only issue I had was the hotel pre-authorized my credit card and debit card which tied up some of my spending money but it all worked out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

A few things bothered us. The automatic front door entrance was not working and you had to pry the door open to get in and out with your luggage. The wifi was not working. The hot tub was closed. There was a terrible smell in the hallway on the first floor in the evening of our checkin The gas fireplace in the lobby was not turned on which would have made it more inviting.

Rooms & hotel were clean, however some updating on mattresses would be helpful and the noisy heater that comes on every 10 minutes was a little annoying keeping us awake.

I was disappointed with how loud the highway was, the hot tub was broken and the front doors were broken.

Mold on the celing in the bathroom. Room smelled, doesn’t help when there is no fan in the bathroom. Hot water, doesn’t get hot. Ok to take a shower but nothing more. Left it running for 10 min before it even started getting warm. Bed’s are very warm, lots of lumps, bumps and can feel the springs. Walls are thin, can hear conversations and the tv going next door. Perfect stay for our needs. Local amphitheater concert just minutes down the hwy. clean, quiet room for after. Nice breakfast in the am. Quick swim for the boys. Friendly service. Easy access.

Wi-fi down our entire stay. Electric outlet in Bathroom non-functional. Recumbent bike in gym and jacuzzi jets broken. Motion detector lights in exercise room and public bathroom turn off in about 10 seconds. Very inconvenient and unsafe.

Staff was incredibly nice and room was good. We had to use the pull out couch and it was so uncomfortable we put the sofa mattress on the floor, but otherwise it was excellent. Roomy, clean, great staff, super convenient location to shopping and highway. Price was also very good for a room that slept 5.

To get to the location is off the 5 but very confusing in getting to the location....which is hidden behind a business after you've done a turnabout twice and driven thru country road....the breakfast is okay ...other Best Westerns have been better, 50 percent of breakfast is Walmart brand....really.....the beds are hard ...pillows really firm....room large enough and comfortable....lobby great to relax...traffic off the 5 all night....the associates are all friendly and welcoming .....stay again probably not as I'm just traveling north....
