Comfortable bed and pillows.

Loved the location being close to where my dad and family live and not all the way on the other side of town. Staff were prompt with questions and guidance. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was a great temp. LOVED my king size bed and room. Will for sure do a staycation again with them.

The pool is ice cold. Hot tub is lukewarm with missing tiles in it, so be careful with small children. We had pee left over on the surrounding area of the toilet in our room. Curtains don’t close all the way so the light shined in all night from the parking lot. Missing lamp shade with bright white lights. It just looks like no one cares about this property from an ownership standpoint. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t feel like I needed to say anything to them, they did nothing wrong. Won’t stay here again.

Close to food. The only thing I wish they had was a Netflix option on the TV as the channels didn’t really have much available.

THE ELEVATOR!! I thought I was risking my life every time. Took the stairs whenever possible.The BEDS were also very uncomfortable. Workout roo. Smelled really horrible.

Good service and friendly people

This is a very nice place. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. The pool is very nice. The hot tub had a problem with the thermostat and was extremely hot but wasn’t a problem for us. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal,muffins etc. our room was a nice size and very clean. We have stayed here before and will stay there again when we get back to Yakima.

Stayed for the 24hr access to the hot tub for adults but it was Luke warm. Then showers get hotter than the hot tub. Water was pretty murkey on both pool and hot tub. Other than that a fine stay. Great breakfast.

Staff is amazing. Lots of wash clothes and towels. Mattress pretty comfortable. A little dated. Broken drawer on bench seat. Outlet between the beds not working. Shampoo dispenser fell off the shower wall.

I ended up choosing to book a stay at a different hotel. Front desk was kind. Hotel area was much different than online photo. The side door was propped open and weird man hanging around the side of the building. I didn’t feel safe.

This property meets our needs very nicely for our trips to Yakima. The location is great for us accessing west Yakima. We can count on a consistent breakfast. The rooms are fine. Parking is easy, even during busy times. The staff have always been very responsive and helpful.

Good location. Breakfast was good. Definitely an aging property and not what I expected for your brand. It didn’t smell clean, the hallways were VERY dark, the pool flooring is aged and needs replacing. Carpets questionable. (Are they dark, or are they dirty?) Definitely not what is represented in pictures of the property. The price was average for the area but too high for this low level of facilities.

The pancake-style cooked eggs seemed a bit unusual (simply scrambled is better). Stewed prunes or berries would be a nice addition. The fire alarm was triggered at 6:30 AM, 3/14/2026; apparently, some idiot microwaved a dry bag of oatmeal, which then caught on fire. But I'm not sure how that could have been prevented.

The hotel and staff were fine. The breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. There were only two minor things that were not up to par and kept it from getting five stars. The hallways and stairways had a lot of dirt that someone had tracked in. I talked to a member of the staff about it. They said that some construction workers were staying there and tracked it in. The stairways were cleaned up, but the halls still had dirt. The other item was that our bathroom had no place to hang towels except a tiny hook on the back of the door. I visited the room of our friends who were at the same hotel, and they had nice big towel racks. Weird. I would stay here again.

The night crew member was running both the front desk and the back kitchen single-handedly, and she handled it like a pro. Efficient, calm, and doing everything right without a single complaint. Truly impressive. The hotel itself, though, felt a bit dated. The beds could use an upgrade, and the body wash/toiletry options were pretty limited. There was also an odor in the bedroom that our family wasn’t happy about. Big appreciation for the staff — but the property definitely needs some updates to match their level of service.

Our only complaint would be the people above us & beside us had children that ran about all hrs of the day and night which was very loud but that was no reflection on staff or location. Cleanliness of carpet. When we arrived our carpet in the room was still wet from where it was shampooed from prior guests mess.

Would have been great if we didn't attempt to use the hot tub. Besides the hot tub being colder than many pools and the floor in our room having a few large crumbs on it, it was a decent stay. Parking was good over the weekend, but may be difficult during the week. The front-desk staff was pleasant and treated us to warm cookies.

My A/C was bad, did not have another room for me n my 4 kids…

Not as clean as expected. Sticky floors that can be heard as you walk. Receptionist not attentive/present at the front desk, after 15-20 min waiting there with 2 little ones I called the hotel number and asked them to come to the front desk for check-in. The receptionist was not welcoming and went back to his room as soon as he left the rood ken on the counter. Asked him if he could leave a bell to make it easier for guests. His answer was just sorry we do not have it. The next day I saw a bell sitting there which was promising! Unfortunately, an employee who does not care about where their paycheck comes from.

Odor in the room was representative of decades of smoking. Switched to another one, same thing. Cannot open windows more than 1 in to get fresh air. People walking by the window at 4am. Had a truly horrible experience.

The hotel is clean, quiet and close to several restaurants

We had about 10 rooms in our group and they were very helpful with all our needs. I will say they could have just reserved the breakfast area for us for the few hours needed for NO charge with that many rooms. But they did not! I paid. No one was using the room but that is ok i guess! Grand kids used the pool , loved it.

This is a good option for Yakima, maybe the best overall in terms of safety, price and location. The hotel does well with staff friendliness and being helpful. However, it desperately needs to have the carpets and chairs steam cleaned in the public areas. I was afraid to sit on most of the lobby chairs because of how filthy they are, and there were stairways which were never cleaned with pieces of popcorn on them for days. A suggestion for the management is to have cameras in the lobby and hallways. Overall, I would stay again because the rooms were fine and appreciated having the ironing board to deal with wrinkled clothing from the trip, and the breakfast has plenty of choices including hot items. We tried the in-room Keurig beverage maker once, for the green tea, and it was so bad we threw it out (and we don't like to waste but it tasted not ok). It would have been a lot nicer if there were real mugs and glasses in the rooms instead of paper and plastic. I also wondered about what is being done with all the plastic and paper waste from the disposable utensils and plates from all the guests, day after day. This seems incredibly wasteful. Again, don't get me wrong, in the big picture I definitely would stay again but I would hope at least that the carpets and floors and upholstered chairs would be cleaned more purposefully and regularly, as well as put a bit more attention to detail on the floors in general. Bed was quite comfortable. Thank you for a good stay.

Only complaint was the pool was freezing cold! Couldn’t even swim in it…

The accommodations were very comfortable. We did unplug the refrigerator because it made a noise that kept us awake. We really appreciated that the pool & hotub was available 24 hours.

This is a very nice place. The staff are very nice and willing to help with anything. The kids had a great time playing in the pool. It had a very nice breakfast in the morning and yummy fresh baked cookies in the evening.

The staff was super friendly, and accomodating. The only down side was the rooms were not very sound proof and you could hear a lot of activity on a busy weekend. Great waffles!

The hotel did its job. We stayed because we were too tired to drive back to western Washington that night. It wasn’t expensive but appeared dated inside the bedroom. They offered breakfast and it wasn’t awful but not great.”

The rooms were really very nice. The young lady that checked us in was amazingly nice. I needed help Saturday evening and the front desk gal was perfection as well. Breakfast was ok, I’ve had worse but also better. It’s not a complaint though, just the only area there’s room for any improvement, in my opinion.

Breakfast was okay but would have loved different options for two different days. It’s the staff that made it the best.

Was in town for training and chose to stay here. It was affordable and clean. Only issues were the refrigerator which froze everything and could not be adjusted and the breakfast which wasn't very good.

Staff were friendly, but photos of property are out dated. It was not what we expected, based on the photos. The comforter had old stained blood. A lot of wear and tear to the room.

Came to visit family, and had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Not my first time here. Definitely not my last.

I erred in my checkout date. I came back to my room, and all my luggage and possessions had been removed…. No call to alert us. And no significant influx of new guests. I admit my error, but felt abruptly disregarded. I’ll never, ever, stay at a Comfort Suite again.

Friendly check in staff. I love that there was chili available for Sunday night along with fresh baked cookies. We had our kids with us and enjoyed being in the pool and spa until 10pm. The air conditioner/heater in the room was rattling and made a deep vibration sound so we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. The tub was not cleaned as I filled the tub for my kids I could see hairs and skin debris. Otherwise a comfortable sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. We liked the continental breakfast. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfy.

We absolutely loved the staff (their attentive and kind service), the free cookies and soup every evening, and the 24-hour coffee/cocoa station. The facility was very clean and well kept despite being a basic hotel. We'd choose this location over any others in the area in a heartbeat.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was particularly friendly. Country gravy was not great but food selection was good for a hotel breakfast. Room was quiet and pretty clean. Convenient location for me, will stay here again when visiting family in town.

My lil fam stayed during Xmas. The decor and cleanliness was nice. And the service amiable. Unfortunately, contrary to their name, the bed was lacking in comfort causing a couple restless nights of sleep. And there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. But otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Good hotel if you need to stay before a Hospital visit.

However, the room was hot and the air conditioning unit did not work. It made sleeping uncomfortable and I woke up several times during the night for that reason. Also the faucet in the bathroom was not attached and made regulating the water temperature difficult. When brought to attention to the front desk (different person now), the man shrugged his shoulders and said "yeah, some units are not working, sorry".

Pool and hot tub needs work. It's Yakima so don't leave valuables in your vehicle. Excellent breakfast and great service!!

We were in town to visit relatives and this was recommended since it was close by and pet friendly. The room was nice and large for the price, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good. The only issue was the mattress was kind of lumpy but I still had a decent sleep.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent condition in the rooms. The only issue I encountered is that someone had smoked/vaped weed and the elevator reeked of it. So I took the stairs. The carpets in the main hallways are getting old and a little loose, so walk carefully in heels, but otherwise it’s clearly a lovingly maintained building.

Mirror in the room was dirty, remote stopped working halfway through our stay.

Unfortunately, the elevator wasn't working for several days.

When I arrived I was told the elevator was broken and it would not be fixed. Only room available to me was on the 3rd floor. I am 79 and it was a struggle carrying luggage three flights of steps.

It was a great room for the price -- it was clean, comfortable and in a good location for nearby dining, shopping, etc. It is also an easy drive to the Cowiche Canyon hiking trails.

This was just your typical hotel. Nothing special, but the staff was friendly and located near where we were going. They had warm just baked cookies that were tasty.

Poor quality breakfast

Great for an overnight stay. Spacious clean room with a comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and a large recreation complex nearby with a good walking track. Would stay here again! Fresh cookies were a bonus upon check-in.

HVAC was not cooling the room, no tech on Saturday evening. Obvious damage from a room break-in. Several outlets not working, including coffee maker. Staff on duty tried to help.

Its an ok hotel. I wish bathroom and the floors in the bedroom were cleaner otherwise an ok hotel to stay for a night.

The bed was comfy and the staff was decent. I didn't appreciate the dirty room, the area in the hotel isnt very clean, even the outside looks dirty. My bathtub was clogged and the sink in the bathroom started leaking from the bottom. It looks like they need to do a deep clean of the hotel room. I didnt feel clean the whole time I was there. Also very loud due to highway and lots of sirens going on in the area. I have stayed in cheaper hotels in Yakima with higher standards than they provide.
