The price seemed fair. As soon as we arrived the placed looks super sketchy and just very off. I got a bad feeling. As I was checking in, which took 40 min, my husband looked at the reviews and told me we needed to find a different place to stay. So I kindly told the man at reception that I no longer wanted to stay there. He refused to cancel my reservation. Saying I had to stay and there was no option. I did not even want a refund I just did not want to stay. The man spoke broken English and kept telling me I could not leave, that I had to stay the night. I have never been tried to kept hostage by a hotel in my life. It was super creepy and I felt extremely uncomfortable. After 20 min of him telling me I had to stay and ignoring my requests. I finally told him no I am not staying I am leaving. He said fine that he would check me out the following day even if I didn’t stay because he would refuse to check me out that same day. As we arrived at another hotel, the reception lady could not believe the man tried to keep us there against our will. And she confirmed that place is terrible and glad we decided to walk away from it.

It was not hard to get in and out to park is the only nice thing I can say. There are so many. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. The walls, floor, bed, furniture etc were filthy! I don’t know what they wash the paper like sheets but I had a little rash from it. Or could just have been the paper like sheets on the spring only mattress. The ac was so worn you couldn’t read the controls. And the bathroom…gah. I couldn’t even take a bath so opted to just come home and shower. I could go on and on but it was terrible.

Payed my Booking online weeks prior and the man said I didn’t and yelled at me to call booking after I showed him the payment confirmation, than kept telling me to call & than came out yelled at me that he was calling - and he did not call booking AT ALL, he called a friend but he spoke a different language so I was unsure what he had said and tried to scam me for paying it, but I fought it and he eventually said “ he found it” took 45 mins to check into the room. Got to the room, it smelt awful, bathroom reeked of cigarettes, no toilet seat, mold on the floor around the shower, tub was YELLOW, dirt lining the floors, dried blood. The door looked ti be punched, and repatched a different color, the fridge had a really foul Oder, the flooring was broken and the under pad was sticking out. The doors privacy lock was gone, the ac was duck taped around the wall, the bed had stains, the sheets had yellow and black marks all over under the blanket. I could not stay, we immediately took our stuff out and walked into the office to let him know we were not staying and he tried to convince me to see another room and I refused after he kept pushing me to stay.

Old facility not fully fixed up. Towel bar gone, mold on ceiling above shower. Price was very reasonable for area. Had air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. Needed more renovations.

Mattress very old and lumpy, squeaks with any movement at all. Pillows extremely flat and smelly. bathroom shower was old, moldy and needs new caulking and deep cleaning. Toilets also did not flush good. Owner was very hard to understand and wants to charge for everything even if you have a guest with you not staying the night he was like they can be here for 10-30 mins and then it would be $10 per person. Asked who was staying with me and when he saw my daughter asked her for her id and I told him she is a minor and he does not need to talk to my child.

The handle to the door came off in my hand there was mold in the bathroom everywhere. The faucet handle for the shower was loose and it was difficult to get it. Directed to the right setting. My son got bit by bed bugs. The manager scared us by pacing back-and-forth in front of our room. On the phone and behind my truck. I did take photos of the room. They're on my phone I didn't use the flash, because I didn't feel safe enough to go out of my room without my camera on on my phone. And it ran my battery down. The place was grotesque. I would never stay there again. And I would never recommend it to anyone plus there was a twenty dollar non refundable.Whatever for a dog it wasn't a deposit because it was non.Refundable, so why was it called a deposit?It's just thievery

We requested one of the beds to be remade due to the sheets not looking clean, which they immediately did. The door lock was messed up, I couldn’t set the dead bolt unless I adjusted the lock cassette.

It said that they behave breakfast I have to work a 12 hours shift and I book this room because it advertised breakfast and it did not have breakfast the lines smell and I was so tire I use extra clothes to cover the pillows and lay in top of my on clothes since I have to be up early to start my shift

Horrible hotel. Roach crawling in the bathroom, moldy walls, hair balled up on the floor, smoke smelling rooms, blankets had burn holes, pillows dirty brown, chain lock wasnt even bolted on the wall. Ghetto hotel. Barely stayed there for 15 minutes. Went to tell the owner. I barely finished my sentence and he closed the window. Wanted a refund, called expedia. They talked to the owner. He lied saying i didnt talk to him and i stayed a full night. Dont stay here

The guy in the front office was really friendly to us. Too bad that was the only good thing about the place. Even though the room was booked as non smoking, it smelled heavily of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the sheets from other guests. Everything in this room was dirty and we bought clorox wipes to clean off the table, counters, and even the toilet. We bought pillowcases to put on the pillows, as they didnt have any, and a sheet to lay over the bed so we didnt sleep on the burned bedding from previous guests. A dog chew toy was behind the tv stand(which the remote also had no batteries). The microwave was dirty and the fridge smelled like mold. The fridge also had what looked like boxers under it to absorb water leaking from the fridge. The shower had used soap in the corner and plastic bag wrapped around the shower head piping to try and stop a leak. The whole place was pretty dumpy compared to the photos on here. As I laid on the sheets, I asked if my wife wanted to find a different hotel and just eat the non-refundable cost of this room. She said she couldn't help but laugh or she would break down and cry. The final straw was when I found a cockroach in the corner of the room. We checked out 3 hours after checking in. Didn’t want to stay the night.

This place was a dump. Everything was dirty except for the sheets thank goodness. The heater was broken and would not work hence they had it unplugged. I plugged it in and tried to get it to work and it would not. The old East Indian guy at the counter who could barely speak English didn't say anything about it when I checked in but in the morning he walked by and asked me if everything was okay and I told him about the heater and he said oh you should have told me I would have come and turned it on for you. Yeah right turned on a broken heater which I would then not be able to control. Really poor stay really poor place would not recommend it at all

I received a message at 6 saying I had a credit card issue. By the time i called at 645 pm my room was gone. This occurred on a night where every hotel in Yakima was full, there were no rooms available.

The first room we were assigned to had no lights. None of the overhead lights worked nor the lamps. The front desk person did not speak English to trying to explain that to him was a challenge. We got moved to a different room that was very first and the towel rack in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. The overhead lights did not work so we had 2 lamps for the whole room. The sheets were not clean and the bathroom was gross. The bed was so uncomfortable. I hen we went to check out this morning the front desk worker (same as check in) greeted us in his boxers with nothing else on. It was very disturbing.

Basically, the facility is so old, and we found bugs. The heating is so loud and dirty. They said 7 AM breakfast, but the breakfast door is closed until 7:10 AM. We checked out at 7:15 AM.

Very old and outdated hotel. Breakfast is a joke. All they offer is two types of kids cereal and milk. No coffee. Interiors are very bleak and dark. The lighting is terrible in the rooms and you need to have the window curtains open to let sun shine in otherwise you feel like you're in a dark prison cell. On the plus side they do have shampoo and conditioner, a microwave, and a large refrigerator, a small TV but it does have a lot of cable channels. The walls between rooms are so thin I can hear the guy in the room next to me coughing and could also hear their TV. Only reason to stay at this hotel is to save money. The neighborhoods not too bad but I did go walking down the street several times for exercise and there are a lot of but look like homeless / drug addicts. But nobody bothered me so that's good.

There were only one towel when arrived. Asked for a full set next day and only got 2 bath towels dirty soap in tub and bath floor was dirty. Sheets looked a tho they had not been changed beds just made up dirty. I never found breakfast in two days

It's a low budget hotel, the rooms are not pristine and it shows a lot of wear and tear. I did not see an ice machine on the property and there is no coffee makers in the room. Coffee is very vital to my being, so that was very disappointing. Expedia advertises that breakfast is provided. There is no breakfast. I will not come back to this place.

From the desk clerk sporting a "F*ck Haters" tattoo to the bathroom that had not been cleaned to the roaches to the sketchy all-night activity it is simply not safe, clean or comfortable. I've seen worse, but not much.

Pros: Great Bed, Ample Space, Quiet, and AC that actually worked 24/7, and a great laundry mat 1 block from lodge. Also, owner was a friendly man. Cons: Got Cereal 2 out of 21 days there. So forget a Free Breakfast. Maid service does not exist. Plan on taking your dirty towels to the laundry mat and washing them with your regular laundry. Maids not so friendly.

I loved the mexican store infront of it. However it was a horrific experience and you can't complain to management. The bed was gross! The bathroom and the bathtub was horrible. Never again.

I was changed room 3 times, first room bed sheets were disgusting blood stains and other stains on sheets, second room the ac did not work and was told that it was because the wheather outside was in the 90s LMAO third room was ok until I saw dirty/ disgusting papers shoved in the walls. The person checking us in was rude and also called the police on me because I had family come visit me in my room. They were visiting because I was just passing by and wanted to see me. Worst Motel I have ever stayed in. Never again!! I would rather sleep in the car.

The room overall was alright for the price until you got to the bedding. The sheets stunk like they weren’t washed, the pillow cases had red hair on it to confirm that they weren’t washed. When the front desk was asked if we can get a new set of sheets the front desk guy responded very rudely & said that wasn’t his job & said to come back in the morning. It was 4pm in the afternoon. When we explained that the sheets stunk so bad we couldn’t sleep in them & that they were stinking the room up the front desk guy insisted to come in the room & smell the room. He entered & stated he didn’t smell the odor, he proceeded to go get another female to have her smell the room, she stated it stunk musky in the room. They left & the guy came back with air freshener, he tried to enter the room using a master key & just walk in while I female was unclothed getting out of the shower. My husband had to stop him from entering the room. At this point we asked for the manager he stated he was the owner. We left it alone because we can see he was escalating the situation & we had pre paid for two weeks through Expedia. We tried the following day to check out early & be refunded our money back so we can stay somewhere else. When the Expedia agent called he declined the refund. He then followed me & knocked on the car window as I was leaving the hotel to talk about how if I would not prepay my room he would’ve refunded me. We ended up buying our own blankets and cleaning the room ourself.

The initial check in was excellent! Fast and strait to the point, we payed ahead so all they needed was our id and then we got our room key. Me and my husband attended a ball game that day and didn’t get home until 1:00AM. We were so excited to sleep in a bed :) so we walk up stair to our room 114 and to our surprise there were a couple already sleeping in our bed! Startled we shut the door and went straight up to the front Dest and demanded a new room. To which he says “they went to the wrong room” and he gave us their room 115. Why should their key card work for our room? No idea! Just be sure if you stay here to lock the door before bed!

This was an old property with minimal maintenance. While in reasonably clean condition the toilet seat was repaired with duct tape.

We got to the hotel, and there was a homeless person passed out in the parking lot. In the room, the bed covers had stains and cigarette burns. The sheets weren't better with brown stains that looked like blood. The mattresses were discolored. The shower and sinks had hair and the toilet had brown stains in the bowl and the underside of the seat. The wifi didn't work, and the remote for the tv didn't have batteries. We left after sitting there for an hour looking for another hotel.

I had the worst experience at holiday Lodge in Yakima. I paid for my room which was 59.10. i put a deposit of $40. The owner said, next day I will get my deposit as it states in the Holiday Lodge website. the next morning came it wasn't 11:00 yet and he was outside our door telling us to get out he walked in the room everything was super clean. We try to walk away from me and I said wait where's my deposit he said 3 to 5 business days it was appear on my card. I waited a whole month and I still haven't got my deposit back. I gave him one last chance I don't want to go to court but I have to I will I just want my deposit back that you swore and stated on recording that you wouldn't take the money out of my card the card was just to be on hold for the room. It was a bad experience mold everywhere bathroom wasn't even fully bathroom f****** gunshots at night the holiday Lodge is not a safe place to get a room for the night. The owner steals your money okay then he will make up lies so he wouldn't give you a deposit back that's why I started recording him once I step foot in that building. So now today I'm on my way to go get my $40 deposit cuz that is not cool these people Arabians can't feel like they can take your money because you work for that money so if you don't give me my $40 deposit but I'm taking him to court and I got proof stay tuned I do not recommend this hotel.

He was also yelling at one of the female workers while I was standing at his desk in the lobby calling her a lazy women she looked like she was high on meth and were the same clothes for the duration of our stay. We also got a noise complaint from the person below us while we were checking out at 10:45 in the morning on Father's Day.

The owner was extremely rude and combative. Do not ever stay here for any reason. This place should be condemned and demolished.

Just a great all-around hotel with an unbeatable price. The Landlord runs a tight ship, so rules are strictly enforced. Other than that, its one of the better hotels, as far as price goes

Dirty room and lots of repairs needed. I felt like we were in a very unsafe area. Too many people drifting from street into parking lot. Even though our group had paid for rooms, we gave up the money we paid and relocated to a better hotel in a safer part of town.

The chain lock wasn't even starches, came right off in my hand. Thankfully there was a double deadbolt. There were only 2 "travel size" pillows, not even standard size. The towels were either dirty or stained, so we didn't use them. The lobby wasn't open 24 hours like posted, I rang the doorbell, no answer for over 10 minutes. I had to call and they didn't answer that either. Stood there for almost 20 minutes before I could even check in.

Well, for starters, the door to the room had to be kicked open; and then the attendant had to climb up on a table - in his bare feet! - to get the air conditioner started. I have stayed at Holiday Lodge in Wenatchee and it's been fine, but this one is in poor condition.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This place was cheap but not well maintained. There were two well used towels with stains in the bathroom and one stained washcloth, no spares. No garbage can or drinking glasses in the bathroom. Lots of little stuff was wrong, see photos. The area didn’t seem that great either. There were some homeless people around, one started to approach me and the hotel clerk chased him away. We wouldn’t stay there again.

We had no other options for booking. The room was dirty, stinks, and we found raw meat in our refrigerator.

This was horrible! The room wasn’t ready at 6pm! The clerk took me to the room that the girl was still working on with some sort of a drill in the bathroom. I had let them know. I was going to be a late arrival but yet a room still wasn’t ready at 6 PM when their check-in is at 3 PM. I had someplace I had to be so I went into the room While the girl was with the drill in the bathroom. All I had to do was change my clothes and head out to meet some people. I was already late for meeting because I had to wait 20 minutes to even get into the room when I returned a couple hours later The room door was wide open. All of my belongings were sitting on the bed, thankfully. When the lady finished working on the room, she didn’t even shut the door. I’m going to be asking for a refund because this was just totally unacceptable. I’ve taken pictures of things I seen holes in the wall, etc. etc..

As soon as we walked in the room we noticed the bathroom had someone else's hair on the shower wall. The air conditioner smelled like old smelly feet. They have a no cancelation policy. That's the only reason we stayed.

Desk attendant was not friendly at all. Room was not clean. Advertised wifii did not work. Remote for tv wasn't even the right brand and didn't work. Had to operate the tv old school, manually. Toilet wouldnt stop going. Made noise all night. Hotels.com made this nonrefundable, so I was stuck with it.

The experience was great. My wife and I were able to spend our time together without the child and no interruptions.

First off, you had to put your shoulder to the door to close it because it was coming off the top hinge. The floor was nasty and looked as if it had never seen a mop! It was OLD laminate that also looked like it was reused and nmot properly installed, you could see the underlayment all over the place. The walls were dirty! If you used the exhaust fan in the bathroom the smell of CIGARETTE SMOKE WOULD DIRIVE YOU OUT OF THE ROOM!!! Internet was none existant, the manager daid it was down and the repairman could not come for 3 days! The ice machine was broken, again the repairman could not come for 3 days! The displat picture online is FALSE, nowhere could I locate that view! The pictures of the room also do not represent the condition of the rooms. IT IS A FIRST CLASS ROACH MOTEL!!!! I hope Expedia reads this and removes them from their website!!! I wish tExpidia would let you post pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clerk didn't have a clue. First room they gave me the key card didn't work. Finally got in and the air conditioning unit was broken. Demanded another room. Decent but with a lousy chair. Wifi didn't work. The promised breakfast was only two kinds of cereal and frozen cheap muffins. No toast and NO COFFEE. A real dump, badly run.

Went looking for another hotel.

The room was dinge and smelt really bad of old cigarette smoke which permeated my clothes and hair. Was very disappointed that they offered not Breakfast. Would not recommend staying there.

The pictures posted appear to be from the previous hotel tenant. Slept with one eye open all night. Bfast is basically non-existent. I cut my losses and left after one night and found a hotel in a better area of town.

The blankets were dirty

Pictures on website seem older. Website said breakfast in the morning, but there was none. Rooms were on, theres was moldy cheetos on side of the bed mixed with a white powder. Front desk was nice.

Room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, room smells like smoke. Ended up leaving and go to another hotel.

Needed a place to stay for the night, cheap and allowed pets. Moved into first room and there was something brown smeared on sheets, literal popcorn ceiling bulging in places. Front desk switched us to another room qhich was much better. Sink wouldnt drain, toilet was clogged, shower worked but the spicket was on the whole time. Used towels in room. Didnt chevk out the breakfast tho it was advertised

The property was dirty. The front desk was not welcoming, told me to sit down on a dirty couxh while I wait.

The sheets and wallls had stains, dead bug carcasses in the bathroom, the door has 3 locks with reinforced metal plates on 2 of them. It looked like someone had kicked it in a time or two! One set of stairs to the second floor had a pallet fastened to the entrance at the top and the bottom of the staircase because the stairs needed repairs. The man running the place became very belligerent when I told him that I would like to cancel my reservation! He said if I leave I get zero… he said it’s my problem and there was nothing wrong with the room after he had already said he would get me another room after seeing my complaints in person!

The property was very run down, stairs blocked off because they are unsafe. Our room smelled clean but there was something sprayed on all the walls and big black hairs in the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush but they came right away and fixed it. The bathroom has not been upgraded, felt like the 1960s. Do not stay here pay more and go to the Holiday Inn.

Staff was great. Building and room very old and dirty.

Then Expedia would not refund me because this shyster owner "declined". I went down the street to Days Inn ... $3 cheaper and CLEAN! SHAME ON EXPEDIA! If a room is not CLEAN ... then it should not be up to the owner if a refund will be issued! WHO ever expects a DIRTY ROOM? Disgusted and Pissed Off 😤

Heater never worked so it was freezing, toilets never flushed, floor had dust and dirt from previous tenants, fingered my ass with the cheap toilet paper on accident. A whole lotta messed up but worth the couple bucks for the night.

First room wasn't ready it was filthy. 2nd room the same. But there was drug paraphernalia aluminum foil with drugs on it. I bought cleaner because even though she came up to clean it. It still was horribe. , batteries in the remote were bqd.1 towel no wash clothes. Nightmare.

Do not stay here!!! Located in a very shady area with homeless & drug users everywhere. The outdoor stairs to the 2nd floor were cracked and peeling. We didn't even look at the beds!! We used the bathroom (dirty walls), picked up our stuff, left the key in the office & left. Gee, no wonder they have huge No Refund signs posted in the office!! This hotel shouldn't even be listed here.

The room was just dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. Towels were dirty... dirt all over the bathroom floor and cockroaches in the bathroom. Gross. Not worth a penny.

take accident report, refused to give me owners name and phone number. Did watch it on video as manager thought I was lying about falling. Saw I fell said your fault your fault 😩 in too much pain had to go lay down got up early next day and left. No way to report this accident and do not recommend this very unsafe place it’s scary

The room was filthy, thankfully I had a rag in the car and spot mopped the floor and cleaned the bathroom . They advertise free breakfast. No coffee there or in the room. Cereal milk and juice is what was offered. Filthy everything doors walls stairs., I should have left , but wasn’t sure how to get my money back . Saw a cockroach on the bathroom wall during the night. This property isn’t up to Expedia’s standards

If you like dirty walls, broken windows and toilets have have to flush 3 to mes this is the place for you!

We left, we had a group of kids with us and deemed it not safe. There were homeless wandering the lot, it was dirty, rooms smelled strongly of smoke despite advertised as non smoking. None of the room keys worked and had to be re programed numerous times. No breakfast although advertised as having one. When I told the manager/owner we were leaving because of these reasons he said it was safe and they had an armed security guard 24/7 which is a problem in and itself. No hotel should need that. We asked for a refund and of course where turned down which was expected.

I had to leave this hotel and find a different plaxe to spend the night. This is definitely not a family hotel! Clearly people use this hotel for other purposes. It was so dirty, those sheets were disgusting, probably hadn’t been washed in weeks. So much trash under the beds and overall it just felt unsafe. The room smelled like heavy men sweat. I naively booked this to stay with my mom and 2 young children. I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews. My intention was to save some money but I ended up spending more to book a second hotel. So disappointed, it wasn’t even that cheap to begin with, just cheaper than the rest.

I found a bed bug in my pillow after I woke up in the morning…I hope that was the only one in the room . I hope I didn’t carry any with my belongings. Bedsheets are stained. It is not worth the price rate.

Problems with receptionist, poor breakfast

Don’t ever stay here. It’s the worst possible place you could ever stay. Our “queen size” mattress was a full. Black mold everywhere. No soap or shampoo in bathroom even for hands. No clothes hangers. The drawers were dirty. They messed up the late checkout. There was an unexpected pet fee. Also the room looked like a previous and future crime scene.

For $66 my expectations are never a Marriott or a Hilton, however, I expect them to be clean. Well kept have a telephone operational AC. The air conditioner I had to plug-in and controls had no instructions very hard to see and noisy. The bathroom tub area was dark and dingy where all the caulking would be and the room was very badly lit and there was no telephone or any information in the room. I checked out a day early even though I never got a refund. I checked into a super eight just down the road for $55 a night for three nights. The check-in was super easy. The room was very clean nice shower, telephone nice furniture. Everything was perfect for a $55 a night not a Marriott.

The reception was not friendly at all. The room didnt have a working light, there was a straw behind the toilet and only 2 sheets on the bed with no blankets.

I think this was the dirtiest / scariest place I’ve ever been in my life. I walked into the room, saw how gross it was and walked back out. Didn’t even care about the refund, just did not want to be there.

Terrible motel. It’s not like pictures this room. The window in the room was broken, there were dead bug on the bed and blood on the door. The hair of various colors everywhere. And there was junkie's go-around the parking lot. The pillows and sheets were not fresh and dirty, so looks like they are not changed between guests. We left early in the morning because felt unsafe neighborhoods.
