The breakfast was decent, and the location was good, with plenty of fast-food restaurants nearby.

My only comment would be regarding breakfast. Some fresh fruit and pastries would have been appreciated. Sausage gravy was horrible. Staff are really great though and property well maintained and clean.

We stay here because of the location to our family & the nice outdoor pool for our grandkids. They’ve always given me a room location that I’ve requested, quiet, away from the freeway for long stays. The AC is quiet. The breakfasts are quite good with later serving hours. But the bathroom is very small. What I noted too was the beds seem harder than I remember, the common areas are getting worn. Areas in the room needing attention was the very stiff sink faucet & the cleanliness of the floor & both sides of the bathroom door, the microwave, etc. The breakfast area also needed more cleaning. We also saw & then found out the pool was used for a large party Saturday night that were not hotel guests. We wondered if that might be the case in the breakfast room too with several large groups we saw.

The parking lot was clean and lots of open spaces. The lobby was clean and spacious. The room had enough space and was clean and had up to date decor. The bed, pillow and sheets were comfortable, clean & smooth. The toilet water pressure was strong. The water faucet had a good flow and the spout was far enough away from thee sink basin. The shower spray was strong and a great circumference spray. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee espresso machine was awesome. We plan to stay here again when we visit our daughter. There is not much to do here in Yuma, but shopping was good.

We had a rough beginning with no one at the front desk when we first got there and a line began to start, but when she got down to the counter, she was amazing. Everything was clean. The room was great. Breakfast was great. Everyone we interacted with was a really nice and friendly.

The Hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the Freeway and surrounding shops and restaurants. The room we had was great, the staff were friendly and very professional. They serve a nice breakfast every morning. Applebee's is right next door, so we dined there quite a bit as we were there for a week. I highly recommend staying here

I expected a nice, greeted receptionist. The lady gave off this vibe that she hated her job. I didn’t get the room I paid for and the bathroom fan did not work. Some of the outlets were also not working. Please consider improving in certain areas.

Our only complaint is that the a/c compressor fan in room 136 was very loud when it turned on. Waking us up during the night a few times. We'll most likely stay there again when visiting yuma as its close to my daughter's house and its a good price.

The room was not as clean as before. The phone did not work in the room, nor did the exhaust fan in the bathroom. When I called the first night from my cell phone to advise the front desk, I was told the maintenance crew was not available at night. My fault I assumed they would have someone come out the next day to fix both. WRONG! Fortunately, our stay was only for 2 nights, will not return to this hotel.

The room satisfied our needs; seating in the area adjacent to the lobby was very comfortable. The breakfast menu was adequate and the food was well cooked and tasty.

Wonderful place to stay

First room the rug was coming up in ripples but this was corrected and I was moved to another room with no problems. Toilet had some stains left that appeared to be missed but all in all minor detail.

Stayed one night. Room was quiet and comfortable. Decent shower. Bathroom clean, though fresh caulk somehow on the toilet seat. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not - they felt like a thin sack of shredded cardboard. Breakfast was the usual budget fare - tasteless fake powdered eggs and fake "juice", but certainly better than nothing. Overall, pretty much as expected. Nothing to run away from, but nothing special either.

The staff was okay. The beds were beyond uncomfortable with the a/c units being incredibly loud. The bed orientation and sheets made such unbearable way to sleep. The unit being loud and cutting off mid through the night. The breakfast was mediocre with food that was not great. I wouldn’t stay again. There are better options near the Yuma mall.

The bathtub had not been cleaned as there were black flakes on the tub and the plug was laying loose on the bottom. When we picked the plug up we found it covered in hair and a black slimy substance! After rinsing it off it would still not work and stop water from leaving the tub. I have a bad back and a hot tub before bed dramatically improves next day mobilty. Have not heard from manager, will never stay there again and will actively dissuade others from doing so.

Took around 15 minutes before front desk employee showed up to check me in. Outside walkway had blood on it from back door to front door. 3rd Floor Hallway smelled like an Italian Sandwich. AC unit in room wouldn't turn off. Coffee that is offered, I wouldn't give to my worst enemy. No early breakfast option on weekend.

The bathroom walls were filthy and hadn't been wiped down for quite some time. There were visible stains on them. We stayed for 6 nights. We came back to the room 2 evenings and no cleaning had beed done. There isn't a lot of parking. The shampoo and conditioner type items were very limited, unlike other hotels I recently stayed at. The front desk staff ne er greated us as we walked by to the elevator. The photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. The poor quality was a surprise compared to the high cost. I would not stay there again and would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly. There was a great variety of choices for breakfast. They did run out of gravy for the biscuits but we didn't go down for breakfast until 8:45. Rooms were nice and clean and I loved that we had four good pillows on each bed! We use a lot of pillows and sleep half sitting up so we often don't sleep as well because we don't have enough pillows.

I love Bess Western, but I went on Expedia. When I got there and checked in, they were smiling, they gave me a handicap room which wouldn't be that bad. But the shower had no edge. So when I turned the water on and went and got my clothes ready. The whole bathroom had 2 inches of water flooded everywhere. That is the only complaint.Did I look like I needed a wheelchair room???? I had to run outside to the pool area and grab the stack of pool towels to come in. I wasn't gonna leave it like that. It's just god I fell so bad.. What a way to say good morning, I was still make reservations at best.Western, it's one of my top hotel chains, not my fault.

The included breakfast was quite good and included grapefruit and a boiled egg which was a nice touch one of the better ones I've had. Check out was also easy and the staff was very friendly.

I had a beautiful clean room with two queen beds. The pillows and blankets were white, which I love because you can tell right away if they’re clean or have hair on it or anything else. They were spotless and soft and comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned every day and all supplies replenished Which sometimes I find other hotels don’t do every day. The lobby was also clean and cozy looking, but I didn’t spend any time there. I did however, spend every morning at the free buffet which served eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy not to mention, waffles, pastries, muffins, yogurt, boiled eggs, and they even had oatmeal. Four different types of juice in the juice machine and of course, coffee or tea. There was no need to go out because there was plenty to choose from every day. I had my grandsons with me and they enjoyed sharing a waffle and having eggs and a biscuit almost every other morning. The pool outside is heated, but we didn’t partake in that due to there was a chilly little breeze, most mornings and afternoons. Most all of the staff I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. This is my second stay with this best Western and I choose to only stay here when I visit my son in Yuma, Arizona. The location is perfect for all my needs shopping and visiting family nearby. I tipped my maid well due to the fact, she kept my room so clean and she worked on Thanksgiving day. I absolutely love this place.

I come to visit my sister who lives in Yuma from California and I stay at your hotel a lot and of always had friendly customer service and always clean and efficient! I love staying there because it’s close by my sister and the only reason I don’t stay with her is because she does not have her house set up for guest yet

There was a dirty towel left hanging in our room. It was behind the door, so I am sure it was left by accident. The room was clean otherwise. The hallways were not very clean, but the room was all I cared about. The staff was GREAT!! Very helpful and went above and beyond to help us!

Breakfast was lacking. Went at 7:30 to 9:30 to keet checking seems that ran out of things quickly. Room 356. King suite. TINY COUNTERS in bathroom to put anything next to sink to get ready. Bed was like sleeping on a board. Clicking sound from AC unit while it was trying to run. Had to turn off so could sleep kinda.

The reason for the horrible review was that due to certain issues we were unable to get to the hotel. I called to cancel but was told no, that’s our policy. Was not even friendly when talking to the front desk. It cost almost $200 that I am out. The Expedia lady I talked to tried as well to talk to the hotel. Again no leeway. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER stay at this brand of hotel.

Bed was very hard. Room was clean breakfast was terrible. I waited for 20 min for scrambled eggs. The breakfast meat was empty and in 30 min was never filled. They did have some biscuits and gravy but that’s not my thing. Orange juice was coming out clear so I guessed they were out of it. Not a good experience. Won’t stay there agian.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yuma Foothills Hotel very much on 18 October. When we checked in, we discovered that our shower door had jumped it's track. The desk clerk was very helpful, even as she was working alone. She changed our room assignment from a standard room to a suite. This was a great upgrade, and will make us plan to reserve suites in the future! Thanks for the friendly and competent service.

Clean room, bed was a little too hard for my liking. Was driving through and had to sleep and I had my little dog with me. He barked at every noise there was and you can hear everything from the hallway, so I got little rest and woke up super early to leave. Didn't spend much time here but I had a nice shower and slept for a few hours. Comfort level medium. Check in was easy.

This is a super noisy hotel. Also, the premises are very dated. Best Western is my absolute go-to when I travel but this facility was just okay. Breakfast was bleh, too.

Great place to take a break on our way back to Tucson. Dining close by with Applebee and Seasame Kitchen for Chinese food that was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Our. first assigned room had a dead battery in the door lock. They moved us next door. Twice during our 5 day stay we had other people walk into our rooms because they couldn’t keep track of their rooming assignments. Staff was very rude and unapologetic, in fact they blamed us for their incompetence.

Biggest issue was having to pay an early check-in fee. We called earlier asking if we could check-in 1 hour earlier so our toddler could sleep. They never told us there would be a fee. Also room upstairs kept blasting music at 2am

The floors were dirty to the point I had to wears socks in the room. The bedding was terrible - scratchy and super lumpy. The staff break room was wide open and you could see the mess. The coffee packets in the room were used. There were food crumb on the desk. The bathtub had significant stains, along with calcium deposit stains. The water pressure was really bad and it dripped all night long.

Awesome staff, great stay. Only issue was I don’t believe our room was actually cleaned. Upon arrival and seeing the room, there was urine left in the toilet and the floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned well

The hotel itself was nice enough but the toilet was running off and on and it didn’t flush correctly. Noisy kids running around in the hallways and in their room. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all evening. Rooms definitely need to be more soundproof.

Breakfast buffet has great selection. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel had great parking and several entries that made it easy to room access, Waking distance to Applebees”s and store.

It worked for two nights. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Staff made up for any unpleasantness of a not so clean bathroom. Front desk staff was VERY nice. Applebees next door was helpful.

This is the third time to stay at this Best Western Plus with no problems. I am sure i will be back on the next trip.
