Great stay! Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a great location. Close to lots of amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice, was a little disappointed the jets on jacuzzi weren’t working. Same thing last time we stayed, thought the issue would have been addressed. This stay they put us in a very small room.

As always rooms are clean, comfortable, and have the amenities we need.

The troom we had was a handicapped room. It was nice and clean. However there was no closet which I found odd.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired as folded eggs were over done and supposed dark roast coffee was strange tasting. Kielbasa sausage was very greasy and bacon or sausage links would be better. I thought Hampton Inn’s had real breakfast like Embassy Suites and not the cheap hotel breakfast? Nope.

I love me a Hampton the standard is high and the staff is on point! A bit put off that our room had a pretty good leak in the connection between the handle and the connector. You can tell theres been allt of touchups.

yes the stay itself was great - however your company failed to notify Hilton of the revised reservation from 11/23-11/25 to the 11/26 in a timely manner. I had to show the staff the confirmation email from you sent to me on 10/30 as they could not initially find it. When they finally did locate it, they said it had been received on 11/22.

This was one of the best experiences we've had with a hotel in recent days. We had a well-equipped spacious room. But the best part is that Hilton properties have a policy that limits fragrant chemicals being used in the rooms. Most don't realize how unhealthy these things are, particularly with all of the information coming out now in the medical journals about the impact of fragrances on our physiology. Staying at this hotel was, for us, literally a breath of fresh air. We'll always stay at these properties if this policy remains in force.

Good breakfast, but the microwave turntable didn't turn so it did not heat properly and the coffee maker had an uneven base so the water spilled all over unless we stood there and held it steady.

Easy in amd easy out. Pool kinda small, but clean. Breakfast wasn't bad. Dining area was spacious. Coffee was pretty good. Rooms were nice!

We have stayed here exclusively over the past several years when we’re in town. This past stay, our 4th floor room had a few issues. The motorized blind was stuck halfway open. With an east facing window it made for a bright room at 6am and an early/unplanned wake up. The shower drain was clogged, so you were standing in four inches of water by the end of your shower. The main door leading out to the hallway had a gap large enough that you could see through, into the hallway if up close. There was some kind of thick weather strip stuck on the door and frame to try and mitigate the problem, but didn’t work. These are things you might expect to encounter at a lower cost/quality hotel, but not a Hampton. The check in/check out staff were great as usual, but I think I’ll be looking at other places to stay the next time we’re in town. Is this Hampton in a slow state of decline? Maybe it was just my room.

I like the Hampton Inns as they are semi upscale but reasonably priced for the town they are in

So far my stay has been pretty good. The front office person is extremely helpful and very nice. The room is very spacious and clean and modern. I like that the room has a small refrigerator too.

Mediocre. A place to stay on the way to San Diego or on the way to Tucson or Phoenix.

There was pet hair all over our room. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. When we notified the staff of our unclean room, they didn’t offer to clean it or anything. They just said that “all rooms are pet friendly”.

Definitely close to shopping and easy access to the freeway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, had healthy options. Only thing I was not impressed with is the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced as I could feel springs. Cushion worn out & squeaky. Otherwise, it was a good spot to stay overnight.

Stayed in way back to California after a family trip. Staff,was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Pool was perfect for myself and the kids. Several restaurants within walking distance.

It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and is in a relatively safe area. It was a great value, easy parking, ok breakfast, and you get a free cookie and water upon registering. Would happily stay again.

Rude stuff, unhelpful. Dirty room, very uncomfortable beds, no towels by the pool and hot tub. I was told that I couldn’t get a roll away bed even though my bed was extremely uncomfortable. Difficult check in

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Pillows and bed were not comfortable- woke up with headache and backache. I was expecting my room to be cleaned every other day (I stayed 4 nights) just like the sign in the bathroom said, and it didn’t happen. When I asked what time it would get cleaned I was told I need to request it and was shown the policy. I would have needed to ask the day before for it to get cleaned the following day. Stay was ok.

Clean, convenient, courteous staff. We’ve come to have a standard with Hampton and every time with the exception of the last Hampton we were in has always remained steady. It’s nice to know what to expect when you’re staying at a certain hotel.

This was the halfway point of my trip and the perfect place to stay. It was quiet and the breakfast was great.

This is an older Hampton Inn, but it was a nice place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was typical of Hampton Inns we have stayed in, and it was quite adequate. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and we will pick it again for an overnight in Yuma. Only two complaints: 1. our room was next to the elevator landing and the ice machine, and the noise was somewhat annoying. 2. The location is near a large boulevard with more traffic noise than some Interstate-side locations. There seems to be a lot of late-night motorcycles and other loud mufflers in Yuma.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were a nice treat!

Hampton Inns used to have the best beds. Not so in this case. The bed in my room (#325) was lumpy and not very comfortable. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay.

It was a good stay except for shower which did not stay closed. Had to wedge a towel to get it to stop and when we checked out they did not seem interested.

Quiet. Was given complimentary upgrade and the room was huge. Clean pool and jacuzzi. A bit on the cool side but had it all to myself. The breakfast was excellent each day and the cookies at the front were a nice bonus treat. All the staff were cordial and professional. Highly recommend again for short or long stay. Thanks again!!

We couldn’t sleep the people across the hall were so loud, no answer at the front desk. We went home and didn’t stay our second night, the hotel refused to let us change the booking or refund our hotel fee.

Sheets kept on coming off the bed. Bed was hard. Got additional sheets as a work around. Got Starbucks gift cards for our trouble

My room not ready and I never requested a handy cap room. Then when ready my room appeared to be not clean with a bad order. Then had to wait for another room and had to wait for another handy cap room which I never requested to come available.

We got the room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa pullout. Perfect for Mom, Dad, and 2 teenagers. Very clean and everyone nice. Breakfast was good too.

Every time we visit Yuma, we always stay at The Hampton Inn. The Staff is so friendly and helpful, they always receive the clients with a smile and the Hotel is always so clean and beautiful. Their breakfast is the best.

a long drive.

Stayed for one night so the drive to Coronado wouldn’t be so bad. Stopping in Yuma was a nice break because then I only had a 2 1/2 hour drive left to Coronado, CA. Staff was nice upon arrival and room was clean and quiet.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were cheap. Room was musty smell.
