TV didn't work all 3 days. Would give us a towel 2 people one towel for 3 days. Door broke in and didn't lock. Police said last month a girl was found dead in that room.This is a tweaker-drug room. Want refund!

The staff was great. The room was clean, goodsized, pretty quiet. The room was clean but in desperate need of repair. I think whoever owns it needs to either invest in the physical plant or bulldoze it and start over.

The facility had trash thrown all over. There was about six adults all around a vehicle trying to unlock it. It felt like to me, an unsafe place to stay. Picture on line was drastically different. I asked for a refund of my money. The staff was friendly and quickly gave me my money. I stayed somewhere else.

The people that were neighbors, they were yelling and talking loud most of the night. I also had to tighten up the shower knobs in order to get the shower to turn on and off.

Although the other room was not afflicted by the smell the entire hotel complex did not offer the security we would like to offer a restful night. There were numerous individuals just wondering about the parking lot, offering to wash windshields and lent to an environment that made us question our safety, for both person and property. I met the owner who was very nice, however this was during check-in prior to walking into the rooms. By the time we had decided to leave the office was closed. I will be requesting a full refund on this stay.

waited a good 15 minutes....nobody showed up drove around the parking lot....trash everywhere didn't seem like a motel ... but an apartment where people live... Scary....didn't feel safe...left I wouldn't stay there even if it was free.. Beware

I didn't notice your booking was for a day in advance. When I showed up, I had to re book at the hotel and I asked them to cancel the previous booking which they said they did. They didn't and you charged me for the 27th, and I was not there. Please put the charges back .

Filthy place-paid 2 nights left after 1 and no refund. This place was not what your ad shows. There was one facecloth-mud in the shower not a chair in the room-no coffee pot, not even a cup. I took pictures. We’ve stayed in many low budget hotels but this one is the absolute worst one. Just a horrible place inside and out. The next room had a box spring for a door. Unbelievable!!!!!

Got the property, paid for my room then once I got inside the room was nothing like the pictures, the area around my he room was trashy, the windows didn’t lock shut and I ended up seeing roaches so I decided to pack my bag and leave immediately.

This is an old school, run down hotel. Could use some updating. But if you updated it, I'm sure the price would be updated too. Good enough for a rough nights sleep

There was nothing to like at this place. Over grown weeds, parking lot full of potholes, no lighting at least not enough to get out of your car. Horrible!! No lights, no office to check in or staff to check you in, no phone number to contact anyone, thier customer service was part of OYO and they don’t clearly speak English so speaking to them was horrible, then they lied to me about getting me a supervisor. Seriously stay away from this place and any OYO hotel….. their customer service cannot help with anything.

There was no breakfast to my knowledge. I went to the McDonalds across the street. The room was spacious. I was only there for one night so I just needed a bed to sleep on. There were people outside the apartment talking well into the night.

Nothing 1st room I was given had not been cleaned, clogged toilet with somebody's feces in it. 2nd room the box spring and mattress were literally on the floor, no bedframe, very low to the ground for my 72 year old mother to get up from. The television was poor and the movies on Tubi were so far out of sync with the audio. Took forever to load Tubi. And I just saw an email from booking.com that said oyo told them I didn't stay on the day I reserved the room which is a complete lie. Now I have to find out if I was charged twice. I thought it seemed funny that my reservation for the room was $53.57 and the owner said just gimme $50. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A COCKROACH LET ALONE ANY HUMAN BEING. Pay a little extra for a better place. That place should be shut down.

Bathroom door coming off of its hinges (screws coming out of door) toilet flush handle loose ( toilet keeps running after flushing. Have to shake handel to stop water from running) Front door jam missing striker plates and inside and outside front door threshold and sidewalk dirty needed to be swept. Some kind of bed parts leaning against wall, no bath soap. Parking lot and sidewalks dirty. This place is an eye sore.

The carpet was stained 3 different stains of its own the focet was Riddle with calcium buildup ,the bathroom window was news paper ,top of refrigerator had thick layer of dust on it . Holes in lamp shade furniture was literally broken and u can see the glue ,bed had sheet ls with hair on them amd the trash already filled before I got to use them

OYO in my opinion is a good budget option in Yuma. Staff was friendly and accommodated my late check in. Room was averagely clean. A/C worked great-which the s a must in that area. Lot of drywall repairs, etc. that one might expect in this price range. Rooms/suites are private. Property was quiet. A little farther from Airport than I anticipated, but not their fault at all. (I would recommend a cab.) Area seemed safe for being centrally located. Thank you for your hospitality!!?

Pretty relaxing place to stay

This hotel was extremely unprofessional with a dirty lobby that’s full of boxes and tool equipment, when I had the front desk show me the room before I stayed in it the tv was busted there was screws on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting on top of that i demanded a refund because I wasn’t gonna stay in the room and I never signed the no refund slip and they still wouldn’t refund me even tho I didn’t stay their, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The property was closed and a sign on the office door said call this number and I was sent to Coronado Motor Hotel.

Pool was full of matresses. No onsite staff.

Sorry but let’s just say this was not what we expected from this so called OYO Hotel, we couldn’t stay not even overnight. Hopefully management pays attention to fix this place to make it more acceptable. Front desk lady was nice 😊

Front door did not close all the way, had to use a chair to lock it, bugs on the floor.

Just not much in the way of extras. No maid service. I brought my own coffee pot & some quality coffee which was a good idea.

Only complaint would be that TV was not working right due to renovation upgrading. Proprietor offered me another room where TV worked , but, we were to tired to deal with moving.

The drawback was that the room (and property in general) was very shabby. Not a pretty place, but for a traveller looking for a clean-ish place to sleep and shower and go, it was suitable and reasonably priced.

I like that it provide a good TV, has decent Internet, and the staff are friendly too.

The property is in need of major repairs. The staff does not clean the rooms daily and the furniture is in disrepair. They are nice enough that when you ask for things that need done they do it pretty quickly.

The bed was great, clean white cotton sheels and towels. The owners are in process of upgrading but the rugs was dirty we wore our shoes continually. The bedding/ bed was the best part of our stay.

The best description is that this is not a hotel it’s a motel and it looks like a drug hole and the people in front office is dishonest I reserved 3 rooms and eve that I rejected the rooms they still charge my credit card

I didn't like anything about this motel. When the man handed me the key to go look at the room, I opened the door and it was big dark stains on the carpet like it was a dead body in there or something it stunk like cigarettes in a non smoking room... There were people outside drinking and hanging out bums outside shopping carts full of trash it looked like. I would never have booked this motel if I would've known it looked like this. Just horrible and I have kids so no I didn't stay here.

No water to take shower. Broken Microwave, and not clean sheets.

It was really dirty. Back on the 50’s. TV didn’t work. Lighting was poor. Shower so small.

The rooms need an update. We had no internet and the TV had only one channel you could see.

This property had spit in the sink, hair and dirt in the bathtub and a dirty sock left on the window sill. It was unacceptable and gross. I do not recommend this property at all!

Did not like: Noisy, inefficient air conditioner. No drawer space for clothes. No closet or bar to hang clothes. No bedspread. Just sheets on beds. No wall hangings. No one in office upon check in or check out. Overfilled dumpster outside Room 115. Trash everywhere.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were holes in the walls. I would not even use the bathroom. I tried to check out 5 minutes after seeing the room but the manager said he would not return my money. There was Graffiti on the television remote, I got a blanket out of my car because I did not want to touch the sheets. Stains on the chairs.

Extremely dirty, stinky, oily, sewage smelling & a horror nightmare to stay in! At 4 am, I contacted Expedia that the photos & description are irrelevant & it's for a different hotel, please take me out of here & they did and refunded me my money minus that horrible night!

Had to screw in light bulbs to use the bathroom. No smoke detector. Rips in sheets and stains. 30 year old mattress.

All the staff here was so sweet and accommodating. Made me feel safe and at home.

First the television only had one channel and it was a Spanish channel for the two days i was there and nothing was done, i never had to experience a hotel stay with no TV, second when I would turn on the A/C unit it would blow out air smelling like urine so we couldn’t even use the A/C in which we had to sleep in a hot room, third the mattress that i was sleeping on was missing the middle bar on the frame so i had to sleep sideways in which the mattress had an indentation in the middle. My stay was very unpleasant i will never ever rent a hotel from OYO hotels ever.

Owner was super nice & friendly. The room was big & had some nice amminites. The only thing that was a disappointment, was no tv the two days we were there. Didn't offer to switch us to a different room either. Just making phone calls to Spectrum that yielded no results.

There are bed bugs here. I was bitten multiple times during my stay and upon presenting the evidence to management, they instead of offering me a refund, as they as they should have, they instead try to place the blame on me saying that the bugs were ticks that had come off my service dog. This is totally unacceptable I'm still seeking full refund and this is made my life a living hell. I'm now stuck in Yuma as my car broke down upon arrival and I no longer have the money to fix it because I had to come out of pocket to pay for a new hotel. I now have added stress of having to decontaminate all my items to make sure that I do not bring any bed bugs back with me. Once again this is totally unacceptable on both cheap tickets behalf and the hotel.

Our stay was ok but the room left much to be desired. The AC took way to long to cool down the room, the carpet was disgusting had too too many stain all over the floor I was scared to walk on it my kids did not want to step on it either. Would not stayed if I had seen room before hand.

The place is a dump. Waited outside in 111 degrees for the front desk clerk. And the front desk/ housekeeping wanted me to see the room first. They did let us cancel, but I would not recommend this place. Not sure how they would pass a health inspection.

They need to clean and change the rugs and the smell of the room is not good they need a lots of work to be done to be costumers got there satisfaction to stay.

Low budget hotel ready for complete renovation. Furniture and carpet were really dirty (sheets clean, thank goodness). Bath OK (but broken window).

Our room was clean, the carpet was less desirable but it’s under new ownership and they are working on it. Our stay was comfortable, I would stay again. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly!

The place need some work and it wasn’t clean when we arrived. We found personal belongings that didn’t belong to us. Bed was comfortable and AC worked really well.

The owner of the establishment was very rude and very judgemental. Couldnt use the pool, the carpet was extremely gross. I wouldn't go back, and im trying to tell others to NOT SPEND THERE MONEY AT THIS MOTEL!! Rude and very unprofessional!!

When i showed up to sign in the customer service was very rude and kept giving me dirty looks it smelled like body odor in the office the room only had two plugins and they had crappy power cords that were fulled up no place to plug anything in no phone and the person next me was blasting the music really loud

Old, run down. My bathroom sink stopper wouldn't open and when I reported it to the office, I was given a screwdriver and told to try prying it up.

Outside, very cute and well maintained. Close restaurants, shopping etc. Inside bed is comfy and you have a fridge, microwave, and a t.v. BUt it is tired looking inside I gotta say. Very thin towels, tiney soap,old chairs, rug etc, but it's pretty clean.

We didn't like our room we had. The lamp next to bed didn't work, they didn't have any ice. The holes on walls need to be repaired & repainted.

Weak wi fi, out of date property with smaller rooms. It’s OK for overnighting and we were looking for a longer term stay so it wasn’t for us.

It was old or a bit run down. However, the main problem was Wi-Fi in a swimming pool were advertised but the Wi-Fi did not work in our room and we were close to the office plus the pool was not cleaned or heated so unserviceable.

Close to restaurants, etc. Property in poor condition-plaster falling off walls, a (knife?) slit in screen in bathroom. No insulation in walls, sounds like cars are driving by next to your bed. Ledges haven't been dusted in centuries.

Good location. You can walk to several places to eat. Price is right. Single story. Park right infront of your room. Easy to unload and load up your car. The staff was nice and friendly. The not so good: when I arrived the guy at the front desk was new. He didn't know how to make a card that lets you into the room. He asked the cleaning lady to let me into my room. He told me to come back in an hour when the owner would be there to get a room card. Not a deal breaker, but kind of irritating. I dropped some stuff off and came back later and got my card. The room smelled like disenfectant. Not Pinesol, but something like that. The carpet had wrinkels in it. The decor was really tired. Refrigerator was noisy when it would switch on and off. There was also some kind of mechanical noise coming from the roof that made for some tough sleeping.

The motel, is centered, perfectly around shopping and restaurants.. also very well maintained.

I have pictures of this hotel that I took. The staff was very friendly, but the Hotel itself is NOT up to Hotels.com standards. I would even go as far to say that the pictures on the your sight are not at all representative on the hotel's condition. There were holes in the walls, no lamps in the room, carpet is warn and exposed wires. I will not stay at this hotel again.

It is located off the main road but is situated where the rooms are not. It a quiet setting with sitting areas and an outdoor pool with patio that are in good condition. All units are one story with separate entrances and parking spaces in front of each unit and additional spaces. Living, eating, sleeping and bathroom spaces all in good condition.

Besides being dirty, that is far from the main issue. The manager or possibly he is the owner goes above and beyond anyone’s expectations to be rude, defiant, he USA horrible inhospitable man with an attitude of a Buffoon. Once again we were locked out of our room for non payment (Hotels MasterCard declined) through hotels .com. In actuality he was trying to be paid double, from us and through Hotels. Beware, he’s a scammer. We are not hard to please, although when we leave here we shall never return, kindness & respect with patience doesn’t soften this Troll whatsoever. If your looking for an expensive place, that is poorly owned and operated stay here. Or head down the main road here, we checked out many places certainly not 5 star locals but clean and the front reception was pleasant, welcoming. Last year was bad, he did the same thing but just before we left he was somewhat more kind, therefore giving it another go. Now we will Go Elsewhere

Had to stay at last minute for more dental work in Mexico. I didn't want to spend much. I was happily surprised. Desk clerk was very friendly, and nice. Room was clean, though outdated. Cable TV and internet were great.

The rooms were very spacious, and I loved the kitchen area. The bed was also comfortable. The biggest recommendation I have is that the carpet was very stained. The pool also needed some upkeep. So disappointed. Got into the room after a long day of driving only to find it was nowhere near what was advertised. There were holes punched in the walls the carpets and bathroom were dirty. tried to use the phone in room to tell the front desk the room was unacceptable,and the phone didn't work. My girlfriend was injured walking to the office as the property not well lit or kept. the door jamb was broken as well as the security bar on the door was broken off. Called Expedia to try and get refund while my girlfriend was up at office,No success. put our stuff back in the car and drove up to the office, told by the staff behind the counter to get the F@#$ off the property. Found a room elsewhere in town. if you are concidering this property RUN AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

Bed was a king and room had fridge & microwave, we used gas grill a few times. Some nights we had excessive noise but they only stayed 1 night. We would stay again!

Needs a totally new update. Very weird looking rooms. Small shower.
