Easy check in/check out, friendly welcoming staff. Loved the treat bags for our dogs. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Amenities include a pool and workout room. For breakfast there was quite a variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed made to order eggs for breakfast with waffles! There was a nice greenbelt for our dogs potty breaks.

Front desk and reservation staff - Mgr. Heather and her team couldn't make you happier to be there if you were family visiting from out of town. Everything was exactly as requested and confirmed when we booked our stay. Facility and grounds - This location was immaculate. The parking lot was well tended and large sized (and felt safe and secure.) And parking IS FREE. Room - The one-king bed room would pass an Army drill sergeant's white-glove inspection. It was spacious and well-appointed. The fridge and microwave worked as well as everything else on site. Hot breakfast - Are you kidding me? This was no ordinary morning motel breakfast (think of those nasty oatmeal spills and over-filled waffle makers.) No way! We're talking custom-made omelettes and breakfast burritos made fresh from scratch while you wait! But wait, there's more! Cappucino and latté machine, hot chocolate, juices, fruit, all the other classic favorites, too! And, yes, it came free with the room. Ease of access - You're in line of sight from the freeway, not a quarter mile away, but without any of that highway noise. Bottom Line Last? - YES, DO BOOK your stay here! Heather and her team definitely will make you feel welcome and valued. This is our new go-to choice for when we visit the area!

If I had not had a good experience with the other staff I would rate the hotel very low. Our Ac did not work correctly but I think they are in process of switching out their ac system. Pillows were uncomfortable.if these things were corrected I would have given a 5star

The room was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Coffee & breakfast was perfect before getting on our way. Staff was friendly & helpful, even during the late hours.

Love the menu for breakfast and egg dishes cooked to our liking. Rooms were clean, plenty of parking and a nice hotel in general.

Check in was fast, room was clean on arrival, only downfall is one of the morning cooks had an attitude and she was rude not only with us but with others as well when we were getting breakfast.

Clean, good breakfast for the price. The elevator service record showed it was due 3 months ago for an inspection and did not receive one. Also very heavily religious in the decoration.

The only thing I would change is the pillows. They were too firm for comfortable sleeping. It was not a problem for us as we always take our own pillows.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at the hotel. There were some hiccups when they came to service such as the person completing onwards and that was not nice or not.

I am positive I had booked the room with the jacuzzi. Somehow I got a different suite. So I wanted to pay the difference and switch. They said no then I wanted to down grade to a regular room since what I wanted was the hot tub. They also said no

No parking available when hotel is close to fully booked. Hotel expects you to stay anyway and park off site or something and leave you vehicle in unsafe situation. Hotel will not offer refund when they are unable to provide a safe parking place. Expedia is not able to help make the situation right and issue a refund due to not staying due to inadequate parking. The Hotel and Expedia were cometely lacking of any level of good customer service.

The place was great. Very clean very friendly great breakfast. We had a great day and slept great. Highly recommend this place especially if you have pets. They even treated our dogs well by giving them a dog treat and a toy

We were traveling and tired. We booked this place by chance. this place exceeded our expectations. Welcoming staff late at night and checked us in quick. Rooms were nice, clean, roomy, bathroom had great water pressure. The continental breakfast was wonderful. They cooked omelettes to order.

Cool place

We needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. Even with 2 dogs, the extra charges was only $30 total for the night we were there. Some places have charged up to $50 for each dog per night. Not only was that, they had little treat bags for each of them with a small toy, a treat and extra bags to pick up after them. (They even have a fire hydrant in the area where you can walk them!) Super clean, quiet and a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Very convenient to the highway for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and awesome breakfast - made to order omelette was a nice break from those nasty reheated egg patties you get everywhere else.

So comfy and cozy in our suite, first off i would like to say this hotel always has friendly staff on site who are eager to help out with any questions or concerns, always professional too. We’ve stayed here multiple times and never once had a problem or issue. The breakfast is totally worth it ( i would recommend the fresh made omelet) they have great coffee you can make yourself or even hot chocolate for a cold day, remember if you want a nice peaceful stay look no further than this hotel you will definitely not be disappointed.

Beds were hard, breakfast was amazing. The omelette lady was awesome. The mini waffles, perfect. Walls a bit thin, someone’s baby woke me up at 0500. Other than that, clean, well kept facilities.

Always feel safe, clean rooms, pleasant staff. The breakfast is made right there in front of you and is always good, and options to choose from.

Stayed during travel. The property was experiencing pool checmical issues so it was closed. Our room was right above the pool so the smell was intense. Staff was gracious and kind- this wasnt within their control. Laundry facilities were clean and affordable. On long travel with kids counting on a pool for stops can be disappointing for everyone. I would give this stop another shot in the future and would hope to leave a rad review!

Front area and dining were nice, staff was so friendly. The carpets were filthy and the pool had chemicals sprinkled all around it. The non smoking room smelt like it use to be a smoking room it had an old smell to it.

This is good value. The best breakfast I have ever had on a hotel that includes breakfast.

We have been here a couple of times now. We will look here first when we come back to the are too. Rooms are furnished as expected for a hotel. Beds are good enough so they don't hurt our backs. The breakfast is great, made to order omelets cooked by the staff. Hot and cold choices are out for self serve. This is one of the better places to stay if your in the area for wine tasting or whatever.

No bars in the area. Only a mexican restaurant to eat at unless maccas or subway. I’d go to union gap if I was coming back

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms super clean. Wonderful breakfast omelets. Toiletries available if you forgot something. Decor had inspirational Christian Bible quotes that were very comforting and appropriate. Very reasonably priced.

It was a very quiet night and we got the first room on the right beyond the front desk, so easy access to breakfast, etc. The breakfast was exceptional with made to order omelets, waffles, etc. The hotel was right off the freeway and great access getting back on the freeway. Nice muted colors in the room made for a relaxed atmosphere.

On the downside, it rained and there was a leak in our room but we didn’t get wet from it - just some of our clothes did. Love the blessing they offer to all travelers 🙏

This was a nice, clean little hotel, and very quiet at night (as far as road noise). Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioning unit and refrigerator could stand to be updated, both a bit noisy. Fantastic breakfast. Parking is a bit too tight, but they accommodated the issue by allowing us to park next door.

I would have given it a rating of Excellent, but someone kept slamming their door in the middle of the night just as I drifted back off to sleep. Therefore, I got no sleep at all. I realize this wasn't their doing, but it was close enough to the main desk where they should have heard it and said something to the offenders after the second time. That being said, the breakfast they offered was the best ever. I'm not kidding. Best omelet I've EVER had.

We've stayed in BW many times and this one deserves 10/10. We were greeted with a friendly smile and the gal who checked us in noticed my mom didn't walk well and asked if she could change our room so she didn't have to walk down a long hallway. We were so grateful! The hotel was quiet and very clean. Complimentary breakfast included a variety of options including made to order omelets. We have family in Zillah and plan to return on our next visit.

Definitely would give 5+ stars as an option Only drawback was we went to a concert at legends casino so came back late to a full hotel and had no parking, parked in the business next door , all the time worrying about getting towed or a ticket. Would have like to have known about any other parking options aside from on the street or have designated parking spots for paid rooms

My suite was not suitable when I got in the room. I let the front desk know and they moved me to a different room right away. All staff were very nice and helpful.
