The easy check in by the lady that was working that night. Warm and friendly yet professional in her job. Toilet flapper leaks which is needlessly running up their water bill. Sink water flow is nothing more than a trickle in that particular room. It may be better in other rooms. Mirrors are old and deteriorating and no hair dryer. Was unable to connect to their WIFI but no big deal for me since I arrived late and needed to hit the sack. It wouldn't take much for this location to be rated higher.

Stayed for an overnight stay, and checked out early. The room was not in the best conditions. There was blood stains on the comforter of one of the beds, and random stains on the other bed. The bathroom was nasty. My daughter was in the room next to me and she said that her room had roaches. I’ll never stay there again.

Was in the right location We were in a non smoking room it smelled like stale cigarette smoke very strong the toilet you had to hold the handle down to flush it it would not go down otherwise the TV would be on it shut off it wouldn't stay on the DirecTV at all it finally after three or four tries of getting the people up here and going down to talk to them it finally stayed on for the rest of the night the hallways when you come into the building smell like marijuana and very stale cigarette smoke

Didn't do any shopping, the room was clean and nice , just had some noisy ppl about but the staff handle the situation and we got rest.

The condition of the room is poor. Unkept carpet- holes. Poor quality furniture. Fridge- dirty, needed defrosting. Tv and remote - dirty.

It was very clean. The linen was clean and fresh. Even the room itself was clean and fresh and my room was a smoking one.

The staff was very nice! Unfortunately, the amenities were not what they said they were on this app. The shower and bathtub had mold really bad. I had to scrub the bathtub myself to take a shower. The towels and washcloths were gray, so I used my own.

Property is just a place to lay your head. No coffee in room, real accommodation, no breakfast, no indoor cameras, homeless down, smells like smoke and others, the list goes on. Staff did there job no compaints but they can make a area and building the hilton.

Booked a room with double beds, for 2 adults and 2 children, get there and they inform us they only have 1 room available and it's for a queen bed. That was not a queen bed, it was tiny. It was late so we just took the room to get the kids in bed so they offered no accommodations since we took it. We had no choice, no their hotel around had vacancies. We did talk to the manager the next morning and he apologized and said if he had been in he would have given us a king room instead, so apparently there were other rooms, they just couldn't give it to us without him. So who knows.

You get what you pay for, overall a decent stay.

The entire hotel is in need of updating. The bathroom sink needed replastering, the bed linens had cigarette burns in them. The refrigerator in one of the rooms that my family was staying in didn't close at all.

We had a great time it was by most of the restaurants we liked and in a safe neighborhood.

I was afraid when i arrived because there were people hanging out in the parking lot and my impression didn't change once i entered. I felt like I had stepped in a pay by the hour establishment. It was after 2 am when i arrived and I slept in my clothes i covered the bed with my sweater and a jacket so i didn't have to touch them.

Nice for the night (if you close your eyes). Gross if you’re expecting too much. Loose hair everywhere, stains on the table. The trash can still had trash in there… like that’s crazy, not even change the trash lol. Sink is hanging off the wall with its pinky finger lol. Blankets have burn holes when I had a no smoking room. It’s was ok and I’m happy it was convenient.

The AC didn’t work in the first room they gave me and the AC in the second room kept going off so l had to keep unplugging it to make it come on and cool the room off 😔

I was there for work. Internet service was fast. Room was nice & cool which was real nice considering how blistering hot it was outside. No elevator, but I was on the 2nd floor so it wasn't a real big deal.

The room smelled like mold and mildew , when I walked bearfoot dirt stuck to my feet . In front of the hotel there was trash everywhere the next morning when I got up. There was NO coffee made at all in the lobby. There were people walking up and down the hallway all night long a guy tried to jiggle our door knob and knocked on our door trying to get into our room there was sirens going by all night long and people walking back and forth by our window all night. The beds were hard the pillows were not comfortable at all and ever since I stayed there all next day and the following day I was itching all over my body! This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at!

Considering the price they charge, the service provided is quite fair. I spent $59 for a night, so it would be unrealistic to anticipate a luxurious experience. The hotel was clean, and all things considered, I believe the service was satisfactory compared to the costs involved.

I was there for a one-day visit to meet an old friend. The room was clean and the staff were very sweet to me, very professional and the room that all of my needs!

There were bugs, I killed them. There were black something on sheets, I slept on a blanket I brought myself

You pay for what you get! I will no longer spend my money this way again. No ice machine that works, no-one at the desk when it was time to check-out. Mirror was placed to where the curtains would allow light in the room coming directly at the bed. I felt like someone could look in through the mirror. Room 201.

The room was very out dated and reeked of cigarettes. Pillows were flat. You get what you pay for.

I couldn’t stay any length of time in the room before I just had to go! Clearly they do not clean the rooms at all because there are used syringes everywhere.. I had to get out of there because I felt disgusted

We have dtayed at thos motel on 2 other business trips and had no real issues. This trip we had 3 rooms and all three were over run with roaches. I was thankful i only booked for one night.

It is a hotel that allows smoking, so the hallways were very smokey. My non smoking room was fine. Great customer service.

Having a McDonald's directly next door was pretty convenient.

The best thing that the Knight's Inn has going for it is the price. Knight's Inn seems to be of higher quality than other hotels in it's price range.

Room was fine - clean & comfortable. Desk clerk was nice. Next door neighbor was a bit noisy. Only one entrance to their parking lot, which was a bit difficult to maneuver.

The property does not have Continental breakfast, also the room was somewhat clean. But they need to add more towels to rooms , make sure restrooms are really clean .Hotels needs a upgrade

The hotel served it’s purpose. Checked in at two in the morning and the front Dess lady was very nice. The room was clean however the hallway was very smoky and everything was very outdated. But for the price you pay I was very happy would recommend

Overall the room was good. Minor repairs are being looked after. Minor problems need to be addressed. No outlets where visible. Found an outlet behind the nightstand. Nothing near the desk for my laptop. Housekeeping is good. My tv ended up needing 2 remotes to operate. Management was prompt in handling problems. Will use again, next time I'm in town.

I had a decent experience with the exception of not being able to control the water and I also found some towels hanging around my shower head when I checked into my room didn't really complain about it just continue my stay The hotel should really look into changing out the shower manifold in that room myself and my maintenance supervisor in the Atlanta area and I just about know that that's what the issue is That's why you can't keep up consistent temperature coming out of the shower and if they were to use some tape around the joints when they put the shower heads and attach to shower necks then you wouldn't get the leaks and the water shooting back.

The stay was awful. The neighborhood was terrible and we had elderly and handicapped family members and we had to climb three flights of stairs. The hotel smelled like smoke and it was dirty. There were insects in the room. The bathroom was nasty and dingy and the toilet paper was old. The room smelled like mold and the air didn’t work. This is the worst experience we have ever had while traveling. I would not recommend this hotel or area to anyone. My son we scared to go to sleep and he would not take his clothes off to lay down. We were there for somber occasions and staying in this room made it much worse. The room looked nothing like the picture on the site.

Overall in a job location for what i was in Albany for...great shower but room did have roaches.

Never stayed in such a place. Smelly and dirty. Advertised breakfast and there wasn’t any. Never again!

The whole place smelled of cigarettes it was gross. The worker who checked us in was on her phone the whole time hardly even looked at us. The room was tiny and the bed was as hard as a rock. I will never ever be going back there again

The room was very clean, it was fresh and neat. The WiFi worked great, tv had great reception. My stay was very cozy, quiet and comfy.

I have never stayed in a more filthy, run down hotel in my life. I was forced to stay here because there were no other vacancies in the city. I requested a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. I complained and was given spray to use because it was the last non-smoking room. If you have luggage, be aware there is no elevator. Never again. I will drive to another city no matter how inconvenient.

Not a great hotel. The woman at the desk when I tried to check in was on her cell phone with headphones and continued her conversation while checking me in - which I don't really care about except that she was getting snippy with me when she'd ask a question and I didn't respond because I was ignoring her phone call. Another worker came in while she was helping me as well and she just passed me a key and continued conversation. I had no idea it was all good and she got mad when I had the audacity to ask what room number I was in. The room smelled awful and honestly I felt like we'd checked into a drug den. I could smell a half a dozen different substances just in the hallway. On check out no one was even at the front. I had to stand there for awhile and when she did show up she curtly asked what I wanted, when I mentioned check out she snatched the key from my hand and said that was it and walked away. I would never stay at ANY Knights Inn again. We only stayed this time because it was one of the only pet friendly hotels on our way. I do not recommend this for anyone.

Smelly rooms, extremly poor customer service. Was only there for 4-5 hours as couldnt even sleep

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but was supplied with ash trays. There were nails sticking up through the carpet at the bathroom threshhold. When I got there I was given a third floor room, with no elevator, and was told that was the only room available even though the parking lot was virtually empty. When I got to my room it was about a hundred degrees inside and took a couple hours before it got comfortable.

It was worth the money for a one night stay. And I had my kids

It was okay besides the Flies that were in the room lots of flies and the spiders in the bathtub and they're huge space between the door. Just not what I thought it would be but I guess you get what you pay for huh.... And the lady at the front desk very rude. If you're going to run a business and have someone at the face of your business please make sure that the attitude matches. But I guess in this case her attitude did match the hotel so no harm no foul but I won't be back........

Not the best part of town. Motel needs better care. Beds were fine. Towels were small, thin, and scratchy. But it was inexpensive, so it's ok.

The towels were OLD, scratchy and very thin. I would not use the bath towels to wash my car.

Good bed. Good pillows. Clean room. Nothing fancy. Breakfast disappointing consisted of cereal, milk, caffeine coffee, white bread toast, fake butter. If you just need a good night's sleep, good place to stay.

The hotel can use an upgrade. The toilet wouldn't flush, bathroom had mildrew and the shower was covered in scum. Overall the hotel was close to all local businesses and the stay was worth the $60.

Nothing great about this hotel. Not the best part of town and this hotel is definitely old. The breakfast bar was nothing but two types of cereal and orange juice. Price was a little high for this hotel. Get what you pay for here.
