Our weekend stay at the Ramada Inn was pretty good. The staff was quite friendly. We arrive in the evening and were greeted by the LaShonda. The first room that we were assigned to the TV didn’t work and the door latch would lock from the inside out so it was hard for us to get back into our room. Lashonda was very nice and quickly gave us a new room, which was better. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was not ready. The breakfast was not really that good and also,I will let everyone know please have your $100 deposit ready ..if you have cash that is better because you actually get that back before you leave if you use your debit card, they said it takes 7 to 10 days to hit your bank account, so I suggest bringing that $100 cash for the deposit. also our room was facing a person‘s home so they could easily see into the room, we slept in room 227 so, if you’d like to have sunlight come through your room window try to avoid that room, because you will be looking into someone’s backyard and they will be looking directly into your room. Other than that it was a great stay. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. It was clean and I will definitely be visiting again. I give this hotel a four out of five. Also, I can’t forget about Miss Robin. She is the lady who checked us out, super nice as well thank you Ramada Inn for a wonderful weekend stay in Albany, Georgia.

Staff was courteous, ground floor was under construction. Ended up with a different room, which was recently remodeled making it seem like a much more upscale motel. Was hit with a $100 security deposit, which I really wasn't expecting.

They’re currently in the process of renovating therefore the place was a bit dusty, but the room was extremely clean.

I got cheated out of $53 because this hotel has a hidden deposit charge thats not clarified in the policy and its $100 which you wont know until you get to the hotel. Then the desk clerk escalated a confrontation between me and the manager and had me trespassed

I wasn't aware WIFI was available. The bed was dirty when we arrived. Housekeeping didn't change the sheets, only made the bed. The same sheets were left on the bed. The toilet was broken. No iron in the room. No cups for ice. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Stayed for 2 nights. I was not able to sleep at all. I felt unsecure with rigged door latches and property under renovations.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel, they were helpful, kind, informative and professional. The hotel was undergoing remodel and i had a room needing remodel. There were issues with the hotel appearing clean, no breakfast other than yogurt and cereal. If it were not for the staff i would give 1 star but they have 5 star staff

The only thing that was a positive is the free wifi and working tv. Everything else was a disaster. The room was filthy. Stains and dust everywhere from the pillows to the floor to the ceilings, not to mention mold in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for me being on a budget I would have immediately got another hotel. Never again. Please staff make sure your rooms are actually clean if you are reading this or maybe you just don’t care because it caters to a certain audience which I was unaware of till I actually saw it in person

we were there 2 nights and the last night we wanted the pool and they didn't find the key till 1 hour before the pool closed. Others came in drinking and stayed for a party so we have children and left.

The staff was very friendly and polite. My room was comfortable but internet connection was unstable.

I only want a good, clean place to stay. I'm a no-frills kind of customer. Econo lodge worked for me.

The front desk clerk was very helpful upon check in. Actually all the staff we interacted with were polite. The hotel really needs updating. The rooms weren't filthy but they needed a detailed cleaning and airing out. The carpets really need to be cleaned because it smelled weird the whole time. Also, the hotel seemed to be a trap house of sorts because people were coming and going all hours of the night and it wreaked of weed.

Dirty, Ghetto, Wi-Fi doesn't work

The young man at check-in was very polite and it went well. Because this is business a lot of time I pullout my computer and work for a few hours. I noticed my bedding was obviously stained so I pulled the bedding off to the floor and slept with a blanket I travel with to keep from walk to the office. The next morning I stopped by front desk to tell them to have housekeeping put new/clean linen on the bed. Well, the staff took the linen off the floor and put it back on the bed. So at the end of my day, I went to front desk and got clean linen and made the bed my self. For the next two days, I had to go to the office and get new towels. I began to think, this was a trick of some sort and I had been singled out even though I was not a willing participant. I did choose this hotel based on price with pay in advance discount.

Motel was generally okay. No shuttle turned out to be very expensive for cabs to and from the airport. Also there wasn't anything resembling fruit at the Continental breakfast, I hadn't ran into this before

Pleasant check-in and stay. I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast menu needs to be looked at, other than that. I'd give this place my money again.

The room and beds were only okay, not very spacious but they did the job. The staff was amazing though, from check in to check out everyone was delightful!

There was mold and a cockroach in my room. I was transferred to another room with more mold. The carpeting in the rooms, hallways and elevator were disgustingly dirty. There was food and beverage on the walls, carpeting and office chair. I left a message that I would like to talk with the manager and asked if the manager would please call me; no one contacted me.

My stay was for a funeral, the room was ok for sleeping. I would not have eaten in there. It was overall outdated and looked dirty, stained carpet through out the entire hotel. It is dire need of renovation.

BREAKFAST IS A JOKE: The regular person apparently did not show up. Sunday morning he/she was not there ... trash had not been taken out since the previous day. At nearly NINE A.M. someone brought out the coffemaker to PLUG IN. Dry cereal available. Waffle mix available, but it became apparent AFTER the batter was poured .... THE WAFFLE MACHINE WAS NOT PLUGGED IN. NOT ONE APOLOGY ... JUST ATTITUDE. BREAKFAST IS PART OF WHAT SLEEP INN OFFERS FOR THE PRICE OF THE ROOM. What a JOKE. There was NO BREAKFAST STAFF ... There was NO SERVICE.

The hotel was very good for the price. Close to our venue (Albany Marathon) and good roads.

Basic but clean. Staff very friendly. Initially got a room near the lobby and knew it would be noisier. Desk clerk gave me one upstairs and at the end of the hall. Very helpful. I was there for the Marathon and they allowed me late checkout.

Walls are thin - I could hear the guy in next room on his phone. That said I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past year and completely predictable and I've had no significant issue. Its clean.

The room was saturated with smoke. The comforter had 20+ cigarette burns and it everything wreaked of smoke afterwords. It was so bad that we slept with the window open on a 30° night.

Jxxx has several lights out, tv does not work except for 4 channels, dirty carpeting and as mentioned before the ac emitted a foul odor. A breakast buffet that was non existent. We tried to eat at 7:00 but there was no food on the buffet. Everything was not working or empty.

The hotel was basic and rooms were a little small but clean. Bed were ok. No phone in rooms and cable was out on some stations on second day of stay.

for the price I really was not expecting much however the sheets on the bed in the first room were not clean. I was switched to another room and the sink was clogged and the ac would freeze up at night.

Hotel was somewhat shabby. Room wasn't clean. Hairs in the sink and sink wouldn't drain properly. Beds were comfortable and everything worked though. Front desk a little sullen. Breakfast mediocre. this is okay if you are putting up a bunch of blue collar workers that just need a place to shower and sleep. Otherwise, bump up a notch in price and have a clean room. This one is pretty bare bones but not terrible for the price.

The hotel staff was helpful and courteous, and the room was comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and some great walking paths in the local parks.

This was my second time staying at the Sleep Inn. On both occasions, my room was excellent, the staff were really friendly, and the free breakfast was very nice. During my first stay a year ago, I had problems with the free wifi, but this time it worked great.

Unfortunately, they ran out of Non smoking rooms, so I had to stay in a stinky room. I didn't even know there were smoking rooms anymore outside of Vegas... The side door was broken a couple times, and the overall hotel needs some major upgrades.

The room was a little bit smaller than what I am used to but comfortable. The bathroom had a slidding door that didnt lock and was also small. the shower only part of it was large though.

Great place for the cost. Everything else in this price range does not look appeal from the outside.

First off, I'm glad I booked for only one night. It wasn't all bad, but just not what I expected, for the price I paid. Upon entering the room, it was very small. The beds appeared clean, just some small burn holes on the comforter. The room DID NOT have a refrigerator nor microwave as stated on their site. Once I noticed this, I called the clerk and she stated that the deluxe rooms have those and they must be requested. Since I had NO service on my phone(boost) in the room, I couldn't go to the site at that time to be sure; I had looked at many hotel descriptions and thought i may have remembered wrong, but that was not the case. I was cheated of items that were advertised. I will not stay there again. One more thing, I showered in my flip flops cause the shower didn't seem clean enough.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant. Computer in lobby worked great and was available when I needed it. I can not ask for much more. Also a great value. I will stay there again.

Hotel did not have a clean room. Bad smell and gave me a smoking room even thoug a requested a non smoking. All my cloths had smoking smell, they said no room was available..Same night had a shooting in that area, stay away!!!!!I

Hotel was a bit higher priced than several others in the area, but rooms were clean, smelled fresh, and had some extras (new tv, microwave, fridge, coffee maker). Breakfast was a decent spread of pancakes, fruits, yogurt, cereals, pastries. Morning staff gal was super friendly. I didn't notice any food or convenience stores within walking distance, but there are several within a short drive.

It was what i expected.it was fairly quite, clean and the amenities were as outlined.

I asked for a non smoking room and notice a cigarette odor in the entire hallway leading to my room. The room was musty smelling and I had to purchase Febreeze so I could stand the smell.

Room was comfortable. I had booked and paid for three rooms. Two of the rooms did not have a refrigerator and microwave...only one room had that... my room did not have this. Overall, the breakfast was a REAL Breakfast (I enjoyed it.) Everything worked well in the room, only the air conditioner was set on low speed... even when you turned it up ... the hotel set it low.. never got cold... barely cool... Very uncomfortable when trying to sleep at night... other than that... Great hotel ...

My hotel experience was very relaxing and good! The smoking room with the king size bed was very comfortable. It was a very pleasant room in terms of being very cool because of the good air conditioning unit that was operating in the room. The television was very nice in the room. I was able to watch NBA playoff basketball games in my room. The microwave was a very good convenience for warming up dishes of food. The bed in which I slept on was soft and comfortable. I had no problems sleeping on the bed. My overall experience in this room was good and pleasing.

My wife & I both agree that the room, the bed and the aminities were all very comfortable. although the room was a tad small it accomodated my wife & I very well. The room, hotel and grounds seem to be kept very clean. And the staff was very helpfull and courteous. For the money we spent we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

What an excellent Hotel!!! We were very pleased with the Sleep In!! The room was spotless!! The bed was very comfortable and we will definitely pick Sleep In every time we visit Albany!!
