Bed was uncomfortable. Frame extended beyond mattress making it hard to get out of bed. Needed more accessible outlets near bed had to pull mattress out to plug CPAP in so my husband and I both use CPAP. Lamp was plugged in through connecting room.

The bed was very comfy! The place is a little run down. The receptionist was talking to aanother woman in a hindu dialect when we arrived and barely noticed us. We had to wait for them to finish their chat for her to attend us. Not necessarily the best way to make an impression a new customer.

Floor was slick and sticky. There was mold behind the toliet. There was a big wet stain on the bed spread.

There were several different stores within driving distance and lots of restaurants near by to choose from. We were put by the pool area, making it very well lit and safe to get in and out of our vehicle.

The staff was polite both day and night, The cleaning though?? You can tell the person who cleans has never been taught. The bathroom toilet has a ring, corners are not cleaned, floor in shower wasn't cleaned just sprayed, mildew, poop bugs flying around after shower water hits drain. The rooms need a makeover both cleaning and repair. A frog, snake or something could crawl through door. If it had not been for an emergency I'd left.

They need to do a deep clean of the room. Door handles were dirty and sticky shower floor was far from clean. Bed was good though.

Room was dirty the shower had mold in the corners, the air conditioner was leaking had water coming up through the floor.

I stayed there three days and never had housekeeping come in, they do not provide soap or shampoo and the toilet got stopped up twice. Will not be back!

I had an infestation of roaches in my room and I had to pay for a new room at a different hotel.

Nothing unique about the property but I like that the pool shut down at 9pm some rather swim when its not 100 degrees outside

Terrible!! 2/5 stars. My fiancé’s luggage bags were stolen on the property. We went to the front desk and asked them to check the cameras. We were informed that they were no cameras by the stairs or our hotel room. Which is crazy. No one saw anything management was of no help they told us to calm down. No help.The only reason we found his luggage is because we were knocking on every hotel door. My fiancé was suspicious of the neighbors in the room next to us. We knocked twice no one answered third time they answered and said they had the bags. They were crack heads. Our hotel room had a smell to it. By the microwave and refrigerator it smelled awful. The only reason why we stayed is because it was only for 4 nights. In the middle of the night I saw roaches in the bathroom. I made sure to wash my clothes before putting everything in my car and shake/check my belongings. Only reason for 2 stars is because I like how there was no deposit needed and the hotel was in a convenient area.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. I could tell they didn’t have much staff available to help maintain the facility. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom looked like it was half cleaned or a rush job or like there had been some remodeling done and it wasn’t fully cleaned afterwards. I must say though that when I voiced my concerns about the bathroom they came and recleaned the bathroom. My only other concern is they didn’t have anything for breakfast but dry cereal pan biscuits and gravy and this was at 7:00 am. Otherwise it was ok.

The bed was uncomfortable, some lights didn't work, mold in shower, floors in handicap room was very slick, bugs in one ro. om, insulation around doors was missing allowing bugs in room and heat and noise in. We had 2 rooms and handicapped bathroom was unsafe with limited space and bathing facilities. Personnel was very kind but facilty left a lit to be desired.

However, when we came in for breakfast at 8:30 am, although the end of service was scheduled for 9:am. Not much food was left, no waffle making mix, nor apples or oranges only one slice of bread left and no staff to replenish missing food items. We noticed that a large group of workers were staying at the hotel and might have helped themselves for take out?! Next day of our stay I realized that I had forgotten my 2 jackets in our room closet and called the front desk and was told that they were not found! I know for a fact that I did leave them there. and didn't receive a call back as promised!

The room was decent and beds were comfortable. No one was at the counter in the morning. There was a sign that said be back in 5 min. Another guest was waiting, and he said he was waiting for 25 min already. There was no waffle mix, oatmeal, fruit, milk, and we were trying to eat and leave. Finally, after 25 min, 4 employees came down. My husband asked 1 of them if she could refill the breakfast items. After 20 more min there was milk and oatmeal packets. We gave up.

Our stay at the quality inn was excellent! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and had decent options. Bed and bathroom were clean but housekeeping could be more thorough, our microwave was dirty. Will definitely be returning, overall it was a very good value!

The hotel was decent. I would have liked more for breakfast but is was ok. The pool was closed and there was no hot tub.

I stayed here a week and had no problems. They cleaned the room daily, which does not happen in every hotel, so extra points for that! Right by the mall and other stores and lots of food so it’s worth it.

My family and I like to stay here even though we’re local. This is one of the properties that we stay in the most during severe weather. The location is convenient and their shopping and food in the area along with it being in walking distance of shopping in the mall. It’s not in one building like some other properties, meaning that if there is severe weather, you cannot go to the lobby and get breakfast without going outside. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room so for the price we are always satisfied.

Nice place with nice staff. The rooms are decent size, and not difficult to get things you need from staff. Not too noisy and in a convenient area. A little pricey for me, but fine place to stay.

The room was lacking in cleanliness. Bathroom floor was not clean, dust and trash were behind the bed. The curtains were nasty and dirty with big stains. I expected better. I will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone. Hope the other Quality Inns are not like this one. If we could get our money back, I would. Horrible,Horrible stay.

Roach is crawling up the wall bed, uncomfortable

This was the worst Quality inn I have ever stayed in. It was extremely filthy. I believe the bed might’ve had bedbugs. The phone did not work. Most of the plug outlets did not work. The shower was filthy. The toilet seat was filthy with pubic hair on the toilet seat and it looked as if all they did was come in and maybe change the sheets. I felt disgusting after staying here and I have rashes on my legs .I will not be coming back.

I've stayed here several times, and this last time was it. No pool, no hot tub! There is a pool, never opened. Staff wasn't any help. Advertisement said hot tub, not one. Breakfast was the same every day. Found mold on a piece of bread. Not much to say about here, won't be back.

The room was outdated and had rusty lamps and stained walls. We kill two spiders inside the room. The TV remote control was held together by black electrical tape. The room was overpriced for the condition of the room. Breakfast was poor. White paper towels were used as napkins in the breakfast area. This will be my last stay at this hotel and any other Quality Inn.

DON’T STAY HERE! Nasty, mildewed mess. Came for ASU homecoming weekend. Only stayed here because everywhere else was full. It was disgusting. Black mold in the shower. Brown stains that looked like poop on the window curtains, just awful. And the overall smell will make you gag. Then they had the nerve to make the room key unusable an hour and half BEFORE check out time. We were leaving anyway at 10:00, check out is at 11:00. But the key stopped working around 9:30, had to have housekeeping let us back on the room to make sure we had everything out. Ridiculous! Save yourself, don’t stay. Ugggh. Gross, just gross. If I could give negative score numbers, it would be -10.

So I liked the location. It was close to restaurants and shopping that was walking distance. I did not care for some of the people in the parking lot that was soliciting. I did not care for the TV that was in my room that would turn off on its own every 10 to 30 mins. I did see bugs. The caulk in the showers also had mildew

We were in Florida for one week due to the military when the hurricane resulted in evacuations, we were not from the area and the closest place that we could find was in Albany Georgia. We traveled several hours, A 4 1/2 hour drive turned into over 12 hours and the traffic was bumper-to-bumper. They called us and said if we were not there before midnight that we cannot have a room which was out of our control. They ended up letting us come in after midnight however, they told us that we may not have the room that we requested for the next two nights only one night we went to the room and there was garbage in the room. There was food, bottles, dip, cans, in a drawer, like no one had ever cleaned the room. There were hairs on the shower. It had a smell of urine in the room , and the linens had a odor so we just decided to not stay the complete night stay. Initially, the staff was rude, but then they weren’t as bad however, the conditions of the hotel is terrible. All this result of us have to drive all the way to Atlanta to find a room we were displaced from our home as well as many others, but it was a terrible place to stay.

The room is very dirty. There was garbage inside of drawer in the room to include food and hair in the bathtub. It smelled like urine the sheets had an odor.

This hotel is not what it use to be. The first night was awful and I had my 5yr old who was under the weather. We were in town for a family gathering. The people in the room next to us had a party, stayed up all night and they were very extremely noisy . I made the property manager Patrick Patel aware. He is a condescending prick! Instead of offering accommodations, he engage in antagonistic behavior with his patron. He assured me if I stayed my 2nd night he would make sure my room was clean . The maid did not change the sheets, they had stains on them and hair was in the bed. I felt like something was biting me. I ended up sleeping in a chair me and my baby . The property manager tells me. I could have checked out! There were no available rooms left in the city. I will not ever Grace that hotel again with my presence and I will tell anyone contemplating staying there , NoT!!

The room was musty upon entering and smelled bad. We came only to sleep close to 11:30pm. Upon waking and going to turn on the lights I noticed a spider web on the wall lamp. The floor was wet and slippery while walking to the restroom. Everything felt damp and in the bathroom I noticed black mold spots on the walls and ceiling. I was coughing all day and evening after my stay in that moldy moist room that was alleviated after being away for a couple of days. I told the front desk of my issues about the room but he only said thanks and I’m not confident that anything will be resolved nor did he offer and kind of discount for our bad experience. I said I’d be giving a bad review as we were quite disappointed after spending nearly $100 to have such a horrible unclean room.

Well it wasn't that's get there was a sik in our mattress and the TV didn't work. I think we should get a discount for that.

The breakfast was very basic and the juice machine was out of order. The price was cheap at $110 total but I’d rather pay more for an updated hotel.
