Great stay at Hilton Old Town Alexandria!! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the Metro and food spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice room.

I would recommend it to friends and family especially if you are going to visit old town Alexandria . You xan just oak your car at hotel and take the free king st trolley to explore old town I think the hotel rooms could use a little uograde . Also for the price you pay parking should be included . Had to pay extra for that and also had to pay for Wi-Fi unless you were a Hilton member
- 5/5
Great hotel and location.
- 3.5/5
The location to the metro station was great plus the nearness to downtown old Alexandria. That was a nice surprise to find that section of town to explore. The beds were not comfortable for my boys and husband. The trash can in the main part of the room was the most ridiculous little odd shaped trash can I have ever seen. Impossible for a family of four. I don't even know how one person could really use it. I missed not having on site laundry for guest use. The exit on the parking garage at the road (after exiting the gate) is not made for anything bigger than a compact car (ie our full size truck). Clearly, we made it but it's a bit stressful to navigate. Also, better signage for exiting garage on the levels would be great. You can somewhat see sometimes but it is definitely hidden in multiple spots when it shouldn't be.

I not only like a clean bathroom, but I like having two towels per person - one for my shower and one for my wet hair. THANKS for making sure we had plenty of towels!

Excellent hotel in the heart of old Alexandria. It felt clean and safe, perfect for a business trip.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient, a walking distance to the Old Town and very close to the Metro station to and from DC. We loved the overall experience in the hotel, we have to mention Sammy, the waiter at the restaurant, always kind and attentive. Perhaps parking price per day was a little bit high.
- 5/5
Very clean and well maintained. Nice welcoming smelling lobby.
- 5/5
I love everything about this hotel except that they don’t have a microwave and Starbucks closes so early. Location is perfect, near trolley and metro station. They allow us to checked in early which is really awesome.

I had a good stay, room is very nice and comfortable.

Great hotel in a safe, interesting neighborhood. Great location. Parking was pricy, but very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Limited choice breakfast was extremely expensive and cold. Room had no open view. Recommend you check with Booking about description of room sold through their site. It was misleading.

Great hotel , with great location , right on King St in the heart of Old Town. Room was large and clean. There was a restaurant and a quick stop eatery.
- 4/5
Room was very nice and location was near activities. High parking fee. Will search next time for a location that does not tag on large parking fees.

Cons: rooms facing the train station are very noisy- I had to request a room change to the back of the building. Furniture in room looked old & dated & in need of repair. I expected more from Hilton.

Location in Old Town Alexandria was nice. The hotel was well organized and clean. The breakfast was plain but good with very good service staff. Public transportation was great to downtown and Reagan airport! The hotel is older and you could feel the age. I got my nose running after the first night, so some stuff in the air there.

My stay was very good. The restaurant was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Hilton Alexandria Old Town.
- 5/5
This is my go to spot in Alexandria. We walked right out the Amtrak station, crossed the street and we were there. The location on King street is excellent and centrally located. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great location within walking distance of many good restaurants, shopping with metro across the street and self parking garage.
- 2/5
Room smell like smoke or mold. Beds were smaller than queen size (full size), and were not confortable. Not recommended
- 1/5
The room was not Hilton quality at $250usd a night. It was very dusty and there water stains on the bathroom floor. The additional parking fee, $37 per night, was ridiculous. I've never paid to park at a Hilton. Lastly, I requested a pull-out bed, asked the gentleman who delivered it to lay it down as it was heavy for me. He said that the room service would do it once they came. Low and behold the room service did nothing - left it exactly where it was and didn't even put the sheets on it. By far, the worst stay at a Hilton ever. I highly recommend a thorough review and inspection of this Hilton.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for taking the metro into DC. It was also convenient to the trolly for King St and all the attractions there.

- 3/5
Attended an event there and they did not explain how the parking worked. I told them I was going to be there through Sunday evening and paid the parking fee and when I checked out I doubled checked it was okay my car was still there. When I went to leave I was told I had to pay an extra day fee, but there wasn't even a parking attendant there. Had to pay an extra $25 when I could have just parked on the street for free. Will not be staying here and instead will choose the Hyatt down the street going forward for future events at this location.
- 5/5
Great location next to the metro, bus, and trolley. Clean, well-kept rooms. Good restaurant on the property, along with a Starbucks. Highly recommended.
- 3/5
Over all staff are friendly. Starbucks staff are very rude. The hotel room was cleaned and very nice.
- 5/5
This is an older hotel but they have done a great job with maintenance and it is a very clean place to stay.
- 2/5
Prepare for the extra charge per day for parking. Also, they charges me an extra $25 in parking fees because we checked out of our room but left our car in the garage till 3:30 on the day of check out. Slick move to make more money.
- 5/5
Excellent location! Very good hotel!
- 5/5
Room was clean, lobby as lovely. Hotel has a great location! Would stay here again!
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and staff was so helpful. I love that the hotel is just a block from a Metro station. The room was comfortable and quiet.
- 3/5
I’m a clean freak and was dissatisfied with the house keeping
- 4/5
Comfortable room, great location -- near tons of restaurants, shopping, and the metro. If you're a light sleeper you may need to request a room on the side that doesn't border the Metro. It didn't bother us too much but you can hear it, mostly early in the morning.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, nice welcome, helpful w early check in & luggage storage.
- 5/5
Great customer service throughout the stay.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!
- 3/5
Garage barriers would not release . 5-6 cars were there for an extremely long time .. running in and out of hotel to try to get someone to help .. no one ever came :(
- 3/5
Overall housekeeping was fine but little things (overlooked) surprised me like not refilling the kleenex box, leaving a used towel on the bathtub.
- 4/5
Great location and staff, clean rooms
- 5/5

- 4/5
Hotel is nice and in a great location. Staff is not considerate of activities in the area. I checked in and was warned the water would be off from 2-5AM. I said thats fine Id be sleeping. Turns out the work was being done right next to my room…. I had to ask to be moved. One would think they’d be more considerate with placement of guests to work being done. Be advised if you stay there to think ahead fir yourself.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious, clean and extremely welcoming! I loved the welcome sign on my television. The view was over looking the hotels back courtyard. The bathroom was amazing with the large soak tub and shower amenities. If I am in Old Town again I will definitely visit the hotel again. The staff was very welcoming during my arrival. 10/10 would recommend again!!
- 5/5
Outstanding staff. Very attentive. Great service.
- 5/5
We stayed here for our anniversary as a quick getaway and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very nice, our room was clean and beds were comfortable! All the staff we encountered were great! Great location. The only negative was that the kitchen closed between 8-9, which was strange for a Saturday night. Otherwise, a great stay! I highly recommend and will stay here again when in Old Town Alexandria!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room
- 4/5
BUT, lost water overnight so hard to wash. The two water bottles provided in the room helped me make tea. The concierge called to update me and indeed the water was restored by morning so I could shower and get ready no problem. Loved the hotel and would like to go back.
- 4/5
to others in the area.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and our dinner the restaurant was excellent.
- 5/5
Best place to stay outside DC so you don’t have to drive in DC. King Street Metro is right across the street. Alexandria has great dining and shopping and is very safe.
- 2/5
Cleaning was non-existent--Inexcusable at this price point. When I checked in, linens on one bed were dirty and trash was left behind from previous guest. I stayed three nights and housecleaning never came to clean the room, refresh towels, empty trash. I never had a 'do not disturb' sign either that might have caused them to skip my room. When I told the front desk this, this said basically that they couldn't do anything to make things right because I booked through a third party (Expedia). Even after saying I was a Hilton Gold member, management did nothing. I visit the area often for business and won't stay here again and if you value cleanliness, I'd encourage you to select a different hotel. It's clear management is a mess here. Very disappointing. I regret not reading reviews more thoroughly before reserving--it's clear the cleaning issue is a long-standing problem that they apparently don't care about fixing.

The room was cleaned. The front desk was just ok
- 5/5
Great location, super professional staff. A very nice place to stay in the Washington area.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and great location!
- 3/5
Parking in the garage was a nightmare.. tried to get into an available space that was clearly too small and scraped side of car..directions in garage should be better..otherwise,,stay was fine. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Lovely room
- 5/5
It was really great
- 4/5
All of above
- 5/5
The hotel was very close to the DC metro which was a 10 minute ride to the airport. Since the stay was very quick, I didn’t have a chance to check out any hotel amenities. The area along King street was very pedestrian friendly with plenty of food options. I’d definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean. Our one night stay was marred by our inability to figure out the HVAC controls leading to room that was too hot for comfortable sleeping. If we were staying more than one night, we would need a tutorial.
- 4/5
Great location, amazing staff, room can get a better cleaning.
- 5/5
Great location with walkable cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping with a train station across the street that can whisk you to DC in 20 minutes. Rooms are large, recently updated, and cozy. Second time staying here in a year and consider it our home base.
- 2/5
Staff at desk were not friendly. They did their job but not very friendly or customer oriented. They also would not assist in the return of a lost wallet that belonged to my friend.
- 5/5
Unfortunately, we did not use the bar, or, the restaurant.
- 2/5
Our room did not have any cold water in the sink or shower and the water was scorching hot. The manager unlocked another room so we could take showers. The problem didn’t get fixed all day so we called the front desk again. They moved us to another room where the water worked fine. The staff was helpful but it was a really strange situation and hassle to pack up all our stuff and change rooms.
- 5/5
Clean room, hot shower, friendly staff. Bartender is great when the bar is open.
- 1/5
The line was too long trying to check in I couldn't find a parking spot in the garage late for my reservation for dinner New Year's I will not be coming back to this property the other property down the road is wonderful
- 5/5
Rooms at hilton Alexandria are big, spacious, clean, staff is kind and helpful. Location in old town is perfect.
- 5/5
Great choice to stay overnight. Staff was friendly and some good amenities
- 5/5
Perfect for family vacation
- 4/5
Huge room and hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
good service, clean room, pillows too soft
- 3/5
Overly room and speedy check in. Knew we were going to be late so called 3x and each time we waited after “hold on please” without waiting for a response. Waited on hold 15 minutes the first time before we hung up. If you want someone to hold, give them a second to agree before putting them on hold.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel! Dark-out curtains were my favorite thing; I got great sleep. The only thing I disliked was the parking lot. It’s shared with other hotels and offices in the area. Parking spots are very tight, too! Besides that, everything is awesome!
- 5/5
It was a very pleasant experience!
- 4/5
They have no water or even a glass in the rooms, the cold weather means you wake up parched. Wasn't expecting this and had to go to the desk at 3am. Not a premium hotel Hilton experience.
- 5/5
The most convenient hotel in Old Town. Very comfortable, large rooms, friendly staff, great bar!
- 5/5
Very nice room! Front desk staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here as it's a great location if traveling by train.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel with close proximity to the Metro station and all the fun shopping experiences of Old Town Alexandria! Will definitely come back!
- 5/5
Courteous staff clean room comfortable bed
- 5/5
Lovely location and always a pleasant stay. Friendly staff clean rooms
- 4/5
Everything was really good, except I did have a lot of trouble with the parking garage. I feel like the exit pathway isn’t clearly marked. I also sometimes had difficulty with my room key not working to open the garage door. The staff was quick to fix the problem each time and very courteous, but it was still a bit of a hassle.
- 5/5
The whole facility was very clean. Room was very comfortable, with nice amenities. Area was very walkable with nice shops and restaurants nearby. Only 1 criticism, the baseboards and rug edges were neglected, particularly behind the chairs and bedside tables.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great location to metro and amtrak
- 3/5
The plug outlets in the room didn’t work. Also, there is a hidden “room rush fee” if you want to check in early, for $40, even if the room is already ready. They informed me this is not a Hilton policy, but just this location that has the fee. Would rather stay somewhere else in the area.
- 5/5
Great room. Had slight issue with the bathroom sink (resolved in a reasonable time). Great service all around.
- 4/5
housekeeping was non-existent even after requesting it twice.
- 2/5
The room as old and the view awful.
- 4/5
Cleaners did not come into room for last 2 days. We asked for cleaning service. We were told they would come. All we received the last day was a set of towels. Very disappointed
- 5/5
Extremely great hotel! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Spacious, clean room.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel and love Old own Alexandria! Beautiful!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Great location.
- 4/5
Staff was curtious and acomidating. Professional hotel.
- 5/5
Nice clean parking was underground parking garage but was safe and clean.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location - close to metro for DC and close to downtown Alexandria
- 4/5
Ideally located on Kings Street - a short walk to quaint little resturants and ideally located just 15mins from the airport and 30mins into DC
- 2/5
I appreciated the location and room layout but hot water took roughly 10 minutes to reach the 5th floor, morning and night. Also, the room actually lacked ports to plug usb cables to charge phones, which is unbelievable in 2025. Finally, the hall light flickered, giving a strobe-like show. All of this for 3 nights at over $600.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Could t ask for a better hotel to stay!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was nice, staff was incredible
- 4/5
We flew in from new york and arrived at 2:30. We had to wait till 4 on the dot to be given a room. This has never happened to me before at this hotel. I come here every september and always get my room right away.
- 5/5
I love the location which is directly across the street from Amtrak. Also the King Street shuttle is free which makes exploring easy and fun.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was professional.
- 5/5
The location to the Metro makes this perfect
- 4/5
The property was well maintained and easy to get around within. I had an issue with the parking. As there are several levels to the garage and areas that are rented out to other tenants, the parking area that is specified for Hilton guests is not clearly marked and the garage facility is quite large and somewhat confusing. Better instructions should be given when entering and parking.
- 5/5
Our stay was great! The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and it is conveniently located right on King Street near bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Family Friendly, friendly staff
- 5/5
Great breakfast!
- 5/5
This was literally steps from the Metro station coming from the airport.
- 5/5
Uneven sidewalks very dangerous! Hotel and staff were very accommodating!
- 5/5
Uneven sidewalks caused a traumatic injury to my son , surgery and extended rehab probably won’t be back. But hotel and staff great
- 4/5
I like this place very much. Particularly, I liked the location on top of its neat rooms.
- 2/5
I have stayed in your hotel several times in the past & it was much cleaner. My room had sticky surfaces, one side of the sheer curtains was missing, the desk chair had crumbles on it & the staff didn't leave me a liner for the ice bucket until the last day of my stay.
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel located on King St. in heart of Alexandria. Great bar on the premises and a Starbucks. Easily in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Couldn't have picked a more perfect place.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful The parking facility was awful
- 5/5
Not easy parking! Front desk amazing!!
- 5/5
Memberships, room service was done one day. I Know I Had several reservations due to a family emergency but just frustrating! However, desk staff, day night was wonderful, I was very stressed and a 2 day weekend turned into a7 day stay, but the hospitality and understanding of your reception desk people was beyond compare! Thank you!
- 4/5
Parking not that safe.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area of Alexandria.
- 5/5
Next to metro station for convenience to DC
- 5/5
The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. The Starbucks is convenient and there is a decent hotel store. The bar isn't all that interesting and the biggest drawback. The hotel is also well located right at the end of King St.
- 5/5
Found it odd that the room had no mirrors (except in the bathroom). Room could use a little attention to details for tweaks and cleaning. Overall great stay, and good value. The old school 24Hour diner next door was good too!
- 5/5
Confortable Bed
- 5/5
Only negative was that we had to pay $45 per night for parking which was not clearly stated in the information provided on Expedia. But really nice lobby and bar at first floor, great stay.
- 5/5
Nice stay, had a little issue in the beginning but the GM Adam did a fantastic job to make it good experience. Thanks again Adam
- 5/5
Parking is 45 dollars a night BUT this property is a three minute walk to the nearest metro that takes you to connections to D.C and goes even further out if you need.
- 3/5
Online is advertised as free breakfast for all room when you book but when you check in they tell you no free breakfast and charge over 20 per person and the food is not even good
- 5/5
My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed while we visited DC for a week. Great location, right across the street from the metro station. Hotel was very clean, staff was great. Lots of eating options within walking distance.
- 4/5
Great service and having an EV charger on site was great! Easy walk to King St. Ideal location for families
- 4/5
Hotel was pretty clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
This is a must stay for both the price and location. Located just across the road from the Metro, you have easy access to DC without the need to drive or use a ride share. The area outside the hotel is very nice, and the inside of the hotel is very clean as well. Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone wanting to go to DC without staying in DC.
- 5/5
Old Town has so much charm and so many things to do. The Hilton is in a perfect location, being right across the street from the King Street Metro. There is also a free trolley that takes you up and down King Street if you didn’t want to walk. The area is safe, with so many dining and shopping options. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Hilton in Old Town again!
- 4/5
The property was convenient for me
- 5/5
Great trip! Really nice hotel. Great location.
- 4/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
It was close to the Metro and near shopping
- 5/5
The air conditioner in the room said that it was 60, but it felt warmer. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for the weekend. Would definitely recommend
- 4/5
It was convenient to the train station. Also in walking distance to several stores and the diner which has good food.
- 5/5
All
- 4/5
Excellent location. Stunning area and close to major tourist sites. Highly recommended as an affordable but high end option.
- 4/5
However, being right next to the metro did make it difficult to sleep at times due to the noise. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the opposite side of the building or bring earplugs. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I’d consider staying here again—just with a quieter room if possible.
- 3/5
The hotel sufficed for the 48 hours I was in Alexandria. It was a great location to all things King Street. The hotel did not have any complimentary guest amenities that I have experienced and enjoyed at other hotels like fruit infused water, evening cookies or snacks, and coffee/tea accessible in the lobby. If the parking rate was slightly lower, there may be even more guests who stay because of the hotel's central location.
- 4/5
Beautiful great hotel. Plenty of underground parking. Very clean and very tidy. Staff for the most part is friendly. The cleaning room staff when I opened door did not speak English, or did not appear to understand when I was speaking to her, so her colleague came over to assist which was great. Still great customer service. The location is excellent. You will find many food options with a walk up / down the street. It's a very safe area and very family friendly. When I went to check out there was no one attending the desk, however, a gentleman came running from outside when he saw me, earbuds in, shirt untucked, and he hopped over the desk to assist me. I personally was not offended but I could see that someone may. Still great customer service. I signed up as a new Hilton member online, after sending several emails with copies of my receipts they still will not honor the visit, so keep in mind that. Otherwise not a bad trip.
- 2/5
Overall, the place was an overpriced hospitality experience & it could have been much better.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, very walkable location!
- 4/5
Nice hotel in a great location. Disappointed with breakfast buffet. Minimum options for a steep price. Otherwise good option in Old Town.
- 5/5
I really liked everything about this hotel. I liked the automatic sensors in the bathroom so that I didn’t have to worry about turning the lights on and off, I love the fixtures in the bathroom the sink and the shower and the hot water was hot instantly I didn’t have to wait for it to heat up. The bed was comfortable the pillows were comfortable. I had a great view of the city and it was so convenient to the transportation center that it was very easy to get anywhere that I wanted to go. The staff were very nice. The restaurant had a good selection of options. I actually had the chocolate mousse Cake that was so decadent and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this property. I know that if I need to travel to Alexandria again, I will look at staying there again. I just wish they had a pool.
- 5/5
Have a bar
- 4/5
Works with Expedia. Quiet.
- 5/5
This hotel is close enough to shops and a main street that you can get anywhere being next to a diner is great also.
- 3/5
Thought the hotel for being a Hilton was avg at best. Carpets and wallpaper seemed old and dirty to me as well as the furniture in the room. Did not like the way the thermostat worked. Would not stay here again nor recommend.
- 4/5
The toilet wasn’t clean it had old urian
- 4/5
Close to the metro and bus. The bartender/server on Sunday night was somewhat cold and unfriendly. Not sure if this person works for the hotel but he closed almost 45 minutes before the time the concierge stated.
- 5/5
Very kind receptionists.
- 3/5
Room was not well maintained. Garage was in the scary sub basement. Carpet in the room was buckled.
- 3/5
The major positive of this hotel is its location—very close to the train and metro. However, the beds were not comfortable (very lumpy) and the thermostat did not seem to work. We like to sleep cool and at 64 degrees it was still so warm in the room. Also, they offer only 2 bottles of water for the entire 3 day stay. Really? You can’t do 2 a day? The room needed a deep cleaning. There was lots of dust and grime. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant.
- 4/5
My fiancée and i checked in on Friday May 9th at around 4pm. After receiving the room keys and going up to the 2nd floor. We noticed a very unpleasant odor in the hallway as we were walking to our room, that only got stronger and more foul smelling the closer we got to our room. When opening the door the putrid smell of sewage engulfed us. I looked in the bathroom expecting the toilet to be over flowing but the room was clean and unremarkable. We quickly turned around and stated to one another that we can't possibly stay in this room or this floor with this horrible smell. And agreed we need to be moved to another room on a different floor. We passed a housekeeper on our way back to the elevator and she said the smell has been going on for a while and every guest complains and asks to be switched to another room. We went back to front desk and told them about the odor and that we would not be staying in that room on that floor. The receptionist kindly switched us to a room on the 7th floor. I asked if he new about the odor and he said he was aware.

Rooms are very old. Shower head is permanently fixed to wall and neither height nor spray can be adjusted. The lobby stinks of sewage throughout the entire 6 days stay. No basic toiletries like toothbrush. Only 2 bottles of water given on day one and thereafter, you will need to buy your own. Not close to amenities. Near the Metro and some F&B down the street and that's all, no convenience stores nearby.

Nice hotel along King Street - very convenient for going out

I liked the hotel overall, was big and loved the Starbucks.
- 5/5
Well located safe and pleasant stay. Understaffed which can happen but had to wander the hallway to get towels for the room. There were none there and front desk never answered the phone

Great spot, nice rooms.

Hotel is close to Metro Station, restaurants and shopping

There was a constant smell of raw sewage throughout the parking garage and the lobby. The staff made no effort to try to fix it. The room fan was very weak and poor for cooling the room. The shower did not have cold water so needed to take hot shower.

Hotel public areas and our room were modern and well maintained. Room was very spacious.

Loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, quiet and conveniently located!

We were given a large room with a beautiful view and comfortable bed. Excellent!!

Everything was great! The convenience of this hotel is what brought us here. However if you’re traveling with a car the parking fee is expensive at $45!

Elevator was nearby and noisy through the night.

Nice room and great location

For a 4 star hotel, it lacked basic amenities such as toothbrush. It was so short-staffed that when you request minor house-keeping item, the guest has to go down to the front desk since there's only a single staff to manage the entire building overnight. What if there's an emergency? There's no concierge staff to help with your luggage. The guest has to haul the cart all the way to the room and reverse the process to check out. The overall atmosphere was so down that it was not much better than a 3 star or a 2 star hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Starbucks in the hotel lobby, provided a convenient option for breakfast.
- 3/5
The room was fine. The service was average. It took 45 minutes and multiple calls to replace a broken lamp in my room. The fitness center has two outdated treadmills. No pool. The breakfast buffet costs $27and has nothing special. I expect more from a four start hotel. I paid $95 for two days parking.

Main reason to stay at that hotel is that the metro is right across the street. Old town is in walking distance, no car needed. Good food in walking distance. Starbucks in the building

The property is in a convenient location.

Nice place
- 5/5
Very convenient to metro. Wish more amenities like a hook on back of door to hang towels. Bathrobe would be nice.
- 5/5
Kind enough to let us check in early.

Water pressure non existent at sink, shower pressure ok, but could get hot- scalding, or barely lukewarm with nothing in-between. Happened at different times to both my husband and me. No micro in room. Don't eat there, lots of restaurants on King St!!

I stayed at this property for a little weekend getaway and for the location I would say it's prime. It's literally right next to the train station so you are able to travel to D.C., DCA, lots of places. So using Uber/Lyft is not necessary which saves you some money on transportation. Beyond that the room is your basic hotel room nothing extravagant. I used it to sleep and that's about it.

The proximity to DC was great but the town of Alexandria was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel was clean and updated.

Lovely long weekend- in the heart of old Alexandria, with a Starbucks in the lobby and a nice breakfast place...easy walk down King street to shops and eating.

Loved it

They wanted to charge me $40 for early check-in. Early check-in is any time before 4 PM and I was trying to check-in at 3:30. RIDICULOUS!!! Also, they charge almost $50 a night to park your car!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! This is not New York City!!

Very unaccommodating

Stephanie at the front desk was awesome, as was the lovely lady the night before (checked in around 11pm Monday night). They took care of my every need. Such kind people. Please pass along this review to the hotel! And to Hilton!

Bed was comfortable. Place was clean and it was very convenient for transportation (with many options).
- 4/5
I didn’t like it when at check-in I had to pay $50 in case I ordered something to the room ( which I didn’t plan to do). Supposedly, the hotel will return the $50 to me.
- 3/5
Nothing special about this Hilton, from the rooms to the layout of the hotel to the desk staff. Adequate, nothing more.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms! Friendly staff!
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and welcoming . The room was clean , it was quiet, it was comfortable and convenient. We had dinner at Thiesmans across the street which was amazing and check out was seamless!

Great stay, perfect location.

Wonderful
- 5/5
Ideally located for access to sites in Alexandria as well as nearby suburbs and downtown DC. Room was clean and spacious. Self-parking can be a bit perplexing since the hotel shares a parking garage with others, but definitely not a deal-breaker.

Love the proximity to the metro and parking was a breeze!
