We had a lovely stay on 5/8 and appreciated so much the wonderful room they gave my wife and I. It was our 2nd time going away for the night with no kids in a year and the hotel and staff were just perfect!

Clean, inviting, & helpful staff. The breakfast all three nights was served at room temperature, even the breakfast sausage. Every morning, the coffee was not hot. They would bring out a new pot of coffee and it still would not be hot… I don’t know if they let it sit in the kitchen before they brought it out??

The property was clean, mattresses need replaced. Breakfast was disappointing the food was never hot or the coffee.

They do not do house keeping everyday. Additionally, they do not stock up supplies. There was no sponge for washing the dishes and we noticed some insects in bathroom and pillows

Breakfast was a bonus, staff were kind and helpful, but we had issues with some things in our room. Refrigerator was loud throughout the night, the bed pillows were completely flat, a small light was on throughout the night we had to try and cover up. However the area was nice, and the fitness center was also an added perk which has acceptable equipment.

The food was poor. Hilton should step up its game. I think this was the worst breakfast I've had with Hilton. Everything tasted like paper and plastic. The fruit was not flavorful, the pancakes were worse than public school breakfast the comes in a plastic bag. The hotel lobby was slightly dirty. The staff was super polite. The room was clean enough. I worked for Hilton and am an honors member. I have only stayed at Hilton's since 2016 (when booking my own travel) and I was slightly bummed by the breakfast.

Location Rooms not checked by housekeeping and moved 3 times after a 15 hour flight.Ended up missing dinner as too late. Threatened parking ticket although staff on check in said she had seen to it. Confused by parking. Waived price in the end. Didn’t see notices outside as arrived in dark. Staff could have explained better.

Most everything was great. Only complaint is hearing noise upstairs (running) late at night as we were on the 1st floor. Not the hotel’s fault— just annoying. It was crowded this trip as it was Easter weekend. More kids so more noise.

Great for our quick stay in the area. Clean, convenient, perfect room for family of 4 with the sofa bed as well.

Loved the suites as we had a longer stay than planned and it was nice having the additional space. Loved how this property was pet friendly, even though I was not traveling with mine.

Tv remote barely worked,bathroom sink drain was clugged ,piece of glass found in the corner by the fridge in the kitchen,crumbs of bred on the floor in the corners ,hair on the countertops,fake nail in the night stand drawer etc..would not stay there again. Breakfast was poor.

Clean room and overall very clean hotel. Visited the fitness center and it was very clean and organized. It's located in a very quite area which is nice. It's about a 20 minute walk from a shopping Plaza which is convenient.

My stay was perfect, just wasn’t happy with the fee to park in the premises and no water bottles in the rooms.

Fantastic gym for a well rounded workout. Cable machines, pull up bar, dumbbells, yoga balls, exercise mats, adjustable bench and cardio equipment. Solid!

Shouldn’t have to pay for parking, but other than that everything was wonderful! The welcome reception with free flowing wine and beer and appetizers was great. The breakfast was great. The room was beautiful. The service was wonderful. I will stay here again.

The check in: We checked in late, maybe around 9pm. It took forever because the attendant was helping a hotel guest find her Amazon package(s). It is a resident style inn so people appears to stay there and the do get their mail there. This was very inconvenient considering it was already late.

We really wanted to like this hotel, the proximity to the beach is ideal and the rooms can hold larger families. However, we were disappointed from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with the smell of marijuana when we stepped out of the car, and once in the room, we realized it wasn’t going to get much better. The toilet seat was completely broken, and the towels and amenities had not be restocked. The front desk eventually dealt with these issues but it would have taken very little oversight to ensure a smoother stay from the start. The included buffet breakfast was terrible and empty by 8:30 so we ended up leaving to find something else to eat. I realize we should have limited expectations for a 3* hotel, however this property was a huge disappointment. We will not return.

There was a problem with our original room assignment. No "Sorry that happened" or "Let me help you with that." I had to be the one to suggest a room reassignment. Clueless in customer care. $16/day parking was annoying & an unnecessary upsell. Aside from staff & parking, our stay was pleasant. Would I come back? Probably not. That says something if anyone is listening.

Room was clean, breakfast area was large, lots of natural light plus excellent breakfast. The staff were responsive to our questions and concerns.

I was thankful for the amenities on site (like the bar) so I didn't have to travel on an unknown area. I also liked that we could have our dog (family) with us. This is the MAIN CRITERIA for any hotel we select The only downside was the parking. I would much rather deal with minimal other costs. Rolling this into the stay is preferable. An annoyance, but acceptable. Having said this, I appreciate that all the costs were transparent. Overall, we had a great stay

The smell in the hallways was bad, it only intensified in the rooms. Could not stay, moved to another hotel.

Room very clean, well laid out with full kitchen amenities, including dish washer. We enjoyed breakfast items as well. The hotel overall was very nice! Great staff assistance!

The lobby was great and the staff were very nice.

The room is starting to show some wear. Carpet is shredding and didn’t seem really clean. Kitchen floor needed a deep cleaning as well. The Tv would freeze and would have to change the channel to get it to work again. Otherwise over all still a nice room.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this place was amazing, the only drawback was paying for parking, but that’s California and why I don’t like to go back. However, friendly staff and great room and area for restaurants and whatever you want or need.

Stayed for a few weeks due to a leak in our home. It was a nice stay. Breakfast wasn’t great but I’m sure it is for someone staying a day or two. Staff was great and attentive. Housekeeping was an issue but not a reason not to stay here. Wednesday evening reception was actually nice hot food, salad, and sat with other hotel guests drank a beer and relaxed and had dinner and light appetizer's. We did BBQ a few times and that was fun they provide cooking utensils and we enjoyed it poolside.

We checked in just in time for social hour where they had wine, cheese and other snacks for guests. The gym was nice and clean. And we enjoyed breakfast which had plenty of healthy options. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back!

The hotel itself was great. The room clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that they did not clean the room once while we were there.

The hotel is located within walking distance of grocery stores and eateries. It was a quiet location that felt safe.

Nice property, very friendly staff. My main issue is the mattresses and pillows. Both need to be replaced. Both beds in our room needed to be upgraded and all of the pillows were flat and bumpy. It made it very difficult for us to sleep, we actually had to buy pillows at Costco. I asked for new pillows but they were all super flat and bumpy too. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.

A beautiful facility in a very nice location and onsite amenities, the room was spacious, clean and nicely fitted, I just wish room service was like done as promised, had to ask for a refresh after 3 days of no service at all, staff were super nice and supportive though, Parking is expensive and not included in the booking fee.

The room was not ready for 4 clock check in. Had to pay for parking which was $18 and difficult process to do. Breakfast was not served well, had to ask for forks, etc . Breakfast was not well serviced and several empty containers.

My wife and I feel there could have been additional assistance at the registration counter. There was only one employee and the check in took a while and we were tired.

Bed was very uncomfortable and floor smelled like pee.

Amazing property if you want safe and Quiet. The drive to the beach is approximately 15min. The hotel charges $16 per day for parking which is a great price compared to some other Hotels. Rooms are clean, no issues there. The pool is small but who needs a pool when you have an Ocean. I like it and definitely will consider it next time if in the area.

My wife and 2 kids stayed here for my daughters soccer tournament. Good sized room that was very clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was pretty bad but whatever it was free. I'd stay there again.

Loved everything, except breakfast. All the meats, pastries, and egg dishes were processed. Even just freshly made scrambled eggs would’ve been a joy but it was clearly something out of a box.

The hotel is in a nice area and the hotel is in good shape, but it lacks adequate parking. I was told to park up the street a block away and then was charged for that parking! I protested, saying I didn't believe I should have to pay for parking that wasn't even on sight, the desk was not the least sympathetic.

The room smelt like piss and was not properly cleaned. There was two shirts left from the previous day in the room.

We had originally planned on staying two nights here but had to check out early and got a different hotel due to the dirtiness of the room. My family and I couldn’t sleep well all night from getting itchy sleeping in the bed.

Meh. Meh free breakfast. Meh rooms. Meh check-in experience. One front desk afent did not give keys to my wife and son cause their names were not on the reservation. Did not bother to ask for IDs or help in anyway. One of the most "meh" Hilton's I ever visited in my life.

Everything about the hotel was great, but I didn’t like that parking was an extra charge that wasn’t listed at this suburban hotel. And also the parking charge has a service fee added on top that isn’t displayed until after you leave on the final receipt which feels kinda scummy.

Average hotel with less than helpful staff. The front office manager was great but the rest, not so much.

Charged 16 a day for parking but thought it was supposed to be free. Asked for new towels and beds to be made & garbage taken out. We were gon from 8am until 4 pm and came back to room and they did not do anything.

This was the first time staying at the hotel and we really enjoy it. Being very close to our family was nice too.

Great Hotel in a great area. Super safe and quiet. They don’t have a waffle maker anymore so just FYI. Those have all been taken away. Picture on website reflected one and we were sad to see they didn’t have one. Still very clean and nice hotel. Pretty good breakfast too even without the waffles.

Everything was great upon arrival. The facility is well maintained. The pool & hot tub were nice. The only negative was the sink in our bathroom was clogged.

Great size room! Loved the kitchenette and fridge to store our snacks, drinks, etc. Very comfy beds. Excellent blackout curtains!! Would definitely stay again.
