Clean comfortable room with a bed that was ok, sqeek some when laying down or getting up .... I'd stay there again...with the old fashioned southern restaurant connected to the hotel eating was made convenient...The hotel value was well worth the cost.

This hotel was the worst. They charged me for an extra day and won't refund me. Even tho it was there fault. The woman on the phone was very rude! I will never stay there again. I would not recommend staying there.

This is our go -to place to stay when we come to see kinfolks around Alma area. I highly recommend this place versus any other accommodations in the area as the price is very good and the motel staff are exceptional.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Typical Motel 6. Two story, enter from outside. I requested a room on the ground floor. No Problem. Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, plenty of hot water. There was a restaurant connected to the building. Great food there with great service. Nothing missing, broken or not working. I'd stay there again.

Bed was uncomfortable hurt my back the shower wasn't draining stood in 3 inches of water and when we told the person at counter they just laughed about it wont be staying there again

You can tell that they try to maintain the property but I did find a bedbug in my bed. And the coffee was weak and watery.

This place was just what we needed for a quick overnight stop. Very convenient parking outside of the room door. Room and bathroom were very clean and smelled fresh. No carpet, the floors were clean. Shower pressure was fantastic, but the drain was super slow. The bed was ok. Wish there would have been a hairdryer. Attached diner was convenient and had good coffee.

I do not know how the ratings were so good for this property. The room had a strong chemical smell and was not very clean or nice. The people that stay long term there were sketchy and partied late making a lot of noise. I’m pretty sure there was a drug dealer visiting them in the parking lot. I would not recommend!!! The cafe attached to the motel was pretty good.

I really liked this Motel 6. Very convenient, safe, comfortable, good clientele. I was hoping to get to enjoy the lake and walking trail just across the street but the weather didn't allow it. I did wait out the storm having breakfast in the nice little diner next door. I would definitely stay here again if passing through.

No hair dryers in room. No sign to let house keepers know not to enter room. Dirty floors and walls. Sheets and mattress were stained. Staff was very nice. Ok for last minute stay,. Outlets for phone chargers didn’t work at all. You could yell they were broke.

I love the little restaurant attached to the hotel. Great pies. Hotel is older, but clean rooms.

The reservation was easy with the app. I found the motel with semi truck parking across the street well light and in good conditions. Restaurants in walking distance. There is also some restaurants like kfc and taco bell with semi truck parking also this is a drivers dream come true able to do my reset with everything i need close also doordash delivers if its not close just put your room number . Thank you for making my stay in Arkansas so nice

It was the second time we stayed at the motel. It has a refrigerator which is a must when we travel. The room is clean We can park in front of our motel room door. It feels safe. It is near a walking trail. Also there is a mom and pop type restaurant attached to the motel building. It is a convenient location off of I 40

We were pulling a 24' enclosed trailer so we couldn't go to most hotels, but we had plenty of room to park. The room was clean, tv worked, plenty of ice and places to eat that could be walked too. Can't get any better then that

Hotel room is comfortable and clean. Outside is well maintained. We were traveling with a fifth wheel trailer and had no problem parking it in the lot. We have stayed here multiple times in our travels south.

We were so pleased when we opened the door and the room was clean, layout made sense, all the faucets and showers worked perfectly. Outlets by each bedside table. Parking was easy and the grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and professional. Would stay here again!

Just a gross room. Cigarette burns on comforters. My clothes smelled like cigarettes after a 1 night stay. Room was noisy, i could hear every whisper outside the door and the highway sounded like it was right outside my door. I felt like i was duped by the reviews and photos. Room was cheap sure, but was possibly the worst hotel room Ive ever stayed in. No country for old men vibes

The motel was a good budget motel. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. I got a good night's sleep. There was a restaurant but we had already eaten before we arrived and wanted something just for breakfast.

The bathroom smelled badly like urine and the room smelled so strong of perfume or deodorizer. I wonder if it was meant to mask the urine smell. It was so bad that it made me feel ill and I ended up sleeping in my car overnight. I was excited to find a place rated so high for only $70, but would have rather paid more for a lower rated room that I would have likely been able to get a good rest in.

Heater looked and functioned like new. All repairs unusually well done. Modern sink/counter/mirror/toilet/etc well installed. Very clean, pleasant light fresh smell when we walked in. Comfortable bed/pillows. Modern, new and thoughtfully positioned electric receptacles make a huge difference. Great value, very pleased. Internet access very easily accessible with good WiFi signal, but slow. No breakfast.

Very clean. Bed was a bit stiff, but doable. Quiet at night. Great for a pitstop while traveling. Worth saving $40 or $50 compared to what’s around.

The next morning I told management we did not need room service, but they went in anyway. I have never experienced this at any other motel I have stayed at. They do not provide “No Disturb” door hangers. I guess this is so they can go in whether you want them to or not. The fact that it was management that went in after being told not to was very unprofessional.

O only stayed for one night and was called back to Houston. I was told a refund of the outstanding nights was not available

Hire is clean and safe. Staff is friendly. Walls are thin so it can be noisy. Rooms need updating.

Dirty mattress evidence of bed bugs. When brought to attention of office they were not helpful. Had to leave in the middle of the night after traveling all day find and pay for another hotel.

Shower/bath had brown water. I ran it for a minutes and still brown. Shower never reached a warm level. I didn’t bother washing my hair after shaking with a November cold front. Very disappointed, Motel 6 is supposed to hold the standard of good beds and hot showers. Received brown water and a cold shower.

Selected motel based on high ratings. Room and facility are ok, but the “air freshener” used by the facility was so strong in the room, it was inhabitable. Husband and I both had burning eyes, throat and sinus, Was told to talk w/Expedia/no refund. Either way, we left to find another hotel. Very disappointed, in strong odor in the room, no other option offered.

every thing good, but coffee maker in room wou d, be appreciated. Coffee was in office area, but it's nice to have a lst cup to get moving towards the office. days Inn provides them in each room. You need to be competitive as their prices were less than yours and had way more. :) good stay tho :)

Room was clean, excellent water pressure. Beds were fair, no coffee in the room, very basic, fine if you are tired and need sleep. Did not try connected restaurant, but a lot of local people were there for breakfast.

The room we stayed in smelled horrible. Do not know if all rooms do or not. Also, there was no coffee pot in room, first motel I have ever stayed in that did not have coffee pot.

Checkin was very smooth and the rooms were spotless. Rooms were convenient to access and we had a peaceful stay. Bed was comfy.

This place is nothing more than a polished turd. Place looks dirty no matter how much paint they put on it. Door seal has 1 inch gap letting the lovely heat, cold, and sunlight come in your room all hours of the day. Staff shows up every 3 days to take your dirty towels out. Ppl fighting in the parking lot. Management is useless.

Nostalgic motor lodge near to the lake park, hiking trails and dining. We enjoyed the catfish hole, the food and architecture. Alma was a bit of a surprise

This Motel 6 in Alma is my go-to while traveling on I-40 to and from New Mexico. It is always clean and quiet, and the staff is so kind.

Clean room. Couldn't drive around the motel and it would have been nice instead of backing up and turning around to enter or exit room parking.

The front desk staff is very helpful, quick, and friendly. Their service is outstanding. My room was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

I was on a cross country move from Tennessee to Arizona and stayed here. I slept for maybe four hours and woke up to a bedbug crawling on me. Went to tell the front office, and the woman at the desk was zero help. She proceeded to ask me where the bedbug was like I was gonna carry it with me or something. I asked to change rooms (it was midnight and I was still tired). She proceeded to tell me she can’t do that and offered no resolution. Terrible service.

I didn't need much and that's what I got.

The room was not the cleanest nor the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. One of the beds sounded like it was about to break. Overall, I personally would never stay at this hotel again and that is just because of the lack of comfortable bed and not being as clean as I would like. Definitely the pictures were misleading to what we actually ended up getting

I always use this Motel 6 when visiting my sister. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice convienient location.

The only thing wrong was water to take a shower was warm at best. Very uncomfortable !!

This is close to I40 and I49. There are several dining options available. Affordable and quiet.

Never have I stayed in a motel that did not have some place to hang our clothes. We were told to fold our dress clothes and put them in the drawers. Not acceptable! Will not stay here again.

I don’t usually do this, but the trip was good till the last night! Around 5 pm, my gf asked if they could please quite their dog down, all we got was attitude, so we let it go, till about 7:30 i asked him again if he could turn the radio down, she said fine, 10 mins later i could gear him mouthing off, ivwent back out and there was a confrontation, mind yiu, im a stroke patient! Anyway i convinced him it was in his best interests to turn it down, then he waited till about 9:30 and snuck some homeless in! Front office doesn’t seem to upset, so i won’t be returning!

This was the best motel we stayed at during our drive from Florida back home to Canada . Breakfast was actually a real breakfast. So many other motel chains stated that they offered a breakfast, but really only offered toast . Thank you for a great stay .

Room was upgraded and very clean and comfortable. Haven't Motel 6ed it for a long time but took a chance on this one. Just needed a bed and it was great. Liked parking right outside our door.

I booked the room in my way to Oklahoma City and it was kind of late and I was very tired from a long day, the lady behind the counter was very nice and when I enter the room I was very impressed with the room I go. The room was clean and everything looks new or in very good condition the bed was comfortable and I was very Pleiades with room condition. The hotel does not offer breakfast but they had fresh coffee early in the morning when I checked out.

I’m normally skeptical of staying at “cheap motels” but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. There was hard plank floors so no need to worry about nasty carpet stains! Everything was clean and looked great, would def stay here again!

This is an old property that has been updated. The room itself was very clean with a comfortable bed. The price was excellent and I would certainly stay there again. The diner that is next to the property was very convenient and tasty.

The room smelled like fabuloso but the floors were just barely attempted. Caked up hair and lint in corners and around edges. Shower was hot but had mold. There was only two bars of soap and no shampoo, no hair dryer.

We’ve been traveling with our dog for the past couple of weeks and this was the first hotel that had bags to scoop the poop. Also, it’s the first one to have ice in their ice machine! Very clean and nice front desk help. The fact that they didn’t charge an exorbitant pet fee was great!! Some other places charged more than the room rate. My only complaint was there were no tissues—I used a lot of tp with my allergies.

Good place to crash for a night or a quick stop. Lock on door was broken, which was a little concerning considering the constant parking lot activity, but we had no issues. Very convenient location for a quick stop during travel - nearby many restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel was fairly clean, no major complaints, but could definitely use a good deep cleaning more often.
