I liked that it was right off the highway. And that’s all. I have an AKC Grand Champion Silver and very well trained dog and was placed in a dog room that was previously used as a dog potty. They do not clean the carpet in the room and expect because you own a dog that you sleep in urine smelling rooms. I was completely offended and appalled to be expected to sleep in that room.

Great location for a night stop on a drive across the country. Complementary breakfast, check in was easy, and there was ample parking. It was a great price for the area as well. When we booked the location, we said we are traveling with a pet, but when we arrived the person at the counter seemed offended that we had a pet. We were then given a room in the back “motel” looking building separate from the hotel. It was definitely more of a squalor compared to the main hotel.
- 2/5
Room was not clean as far as carpet and walls. Beds seemed clean. Bathroom was outdated. Only a half roll of toilet paper. The door to the unit had about 1/4 to 1/2 inch clearance across threshold. The whole room was in need of a major renivation. The worst experience in a hotel in a lot of years. explained above

The breakfast was nice. The hotel was close to most of the restaurants and shopping in Alma. Plenty of parking. Room was spacious. Pillows were not the best. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. The handle on the faucet for the sink was loose and it was difficult to control the temperature of the water. The room was not very quiet, could hear lots of road noise from the nearby interstate. The freezer section of the fridge/freezer combo was full of frost so it really couldn't be used. There were no vending machines at this location and the fitness room had been repurposed.

Great staff. Walking distance to fast food. Nice room
- 4/5
The Hotel was very clean.Beds very comfortable!
- 5/5
Very well-managed property. We were there on the last day of Mardi Gras. So great to have a room within walking distance to Bourbon Street and the WWII museum. Lines at the popular restaurants were a block long, so we were glad to be able to eat supper at our free happy hour buffet. Friendly staff at every encounter!
- 2/5
As soon as I told them I had a pet, I was scolded for not giving that info when I booked. i was immediately downgraded to a room on the outside of the hotel with 2 queen beds (they felt more like fulls). The room was extremely dated compared to the pictures on the webside.
- 1/5
The lady that was working in the front desk this morning on Saturday morning was absolutely horrible and rude. She belittled me and I will never ever stay at another quality Inn. As a matter of fact, I intend on calling the manager.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience
- 4/5
Older hotel but clean and well kept.
- 5/5
The staff was great. I rented two rooms. My son said the interior room of the hotel was fine. I was at the outside (dog rooms). Very dated! Still have ( old & dirty) carpet, need updated flooring.
- 2/5
We did not have a pleasant stay. The room was clean, but ugly. No draperies, torn lamp shades, cracked and scraped walls. No working ice machine, run down parking lot. Very Poor “Quality Inn”. We won’t be back.
- 4/5
Really nice! Great staff. Easy to get to and located very close to nice eating places. Will definitely stay here if in the area!
- 5/5
The room was cozy and clean. And the breakfast was okay, minimal options but we did come within the last hour.
- 5/5
We've got a good night sleep. Super comfortable and great breakfast.
- 5/5
Room was warm upon entry but AC system cooled it down quickly. Breakfast was ok
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely come back.
- 4/5
Nice water pressure. Relaxing!
- 3/5
I was disappointed that the gym was not open and seems to be a storage room, and our key cards stopped working at the beginning of each day which was a hassle.
- 2/5
Positives were: nice staff, clean comfortable bed, AC works fine. Negatives: were the room itself is very outdated. The old carpet hade waves in it. No curtains which makes it look prisonish. Just a roll up (black out) blind on a roller chain that worked well, but again curtains would look much better. Refrigerator not plugged in and the outlet behind the unit was coming out of the wall and didn't leave much room to plug it in. Furniture is like 1980's Motel 6. Serviceable, but outdated. Worst was the bathroom. Outdated fixtures in sink and shower. I turned the hot water on at the sink and waited and waited and waited. I've stayed in many hotels and some water tank locations cause a delay. I understand that. This however never gets hot. With the sink and the shower both on full hot, I was forced to take a quick luke warm shower. Two things you want when your renting a room. Nice clean bed and a decent shower. This room failed and also needed painting and ceiling stains treated. Sorry, but you asked!
- 3/5
The bed had cigarette burns in the bed spread. The maid was probably smoking when the bed was being made
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean comfortable room. No elevator. Lol
- 4/5
A nice hotel overall, friendly staff, clean and a very spacious room. The only annoyance was its proximity to the highway so it was noisy because of the traffic. Recommend, maybe , booking the extension.
- 1/5
The pet rooms are in a back single story. Carpet dirty and torn. Walls desperately need painting. Sink was cracked. Entry door hasn’t been painted in years. Bathroom was dirty. Mattresses hard and lumpy. Furnishings old and tired. Curtains torn and falling apart. This place was a total dump. Yo make matters worse, with the pet fee this room cost more than the regular rooms. Quality - I don’t think so!
- 5/5
Lady at front desk was amazingly helpful and accommodating.
- 4/5
This site is easy to get to and quiet at night. There's a Starbuck very close and several dining options across the road. The staff was friendly and pleasant.
- 5/5
We had a nice and peaceful stay.
- 3/5
We chose this location based on price and the location (easy access to the highway as a quick stopover on a road trip). Property was a little dingy and dated, but staff was friendly and the price was right.
- 5/5
Have stayed here before. Staff is always nice, room is clean. Wonderful breakfast. Next door is a Cracker Barrel restaurant you can walk to. Very convenient.
- 4/5
Two flights of steep stairs. Properties need to disclose this prior to booking.
- 3/5
Very convenient location right off main highway. Lots of walkable restraunts and gas stations around. Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the loudness inside of the building from others staying, (slamming doors, loud talking, ect.)
- 5/5
Room was clean. Has toiletries. Staff very friendly. Could it use an update? Yes.. but still a nice place to stay. Great breakfast. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Great service
- 3/5
The room needed a thorough vacuuming, particularly around the baseboards. Some simple repair/repainting work also needed done in our room.
- 5/5
Well staffed hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast.
- 1/5
It was pet friendly but only in the old back motel part. People partying in parking lot. The room was dirty and smelly. Pillow case smelled like perfume…..probably rented by the hour… Not at all like the pictures on line.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. However, the rooms themselves were a bit outdated.
- 1/5
They say pet friendly and you will see decent rooms available, but that will not be what you get. If w/pet, they will stick you in the most awful room behind the hotel which is filthy and feels very unsafe. I was woke up many times thru the night due to noises that made me feel like my vehicle was being broken into. QUALITY INN, ALMA AK, should be insepected. The audacity to charge a pet fee. Ha! I pray yall heed ....dirty, unsafe, stinks, uncomfortable, noisy. SAVE YOUR $$$ AND TIME, GO ELSEWHERE.
- 3/5
It needs remodeling
- 3/5
This property was very conveniently located to the interchange from I-40 to I-49. On our way back from New Orleans to Kansas it was golden. However, for the price, I was expecting a little bit more than an outdated motel room. The hotel seemed to have more upscale rooms on the front but since we had our pet, we were put in the outdated part of the place (the ground level rooms on the rear). Beds were good, bathroom had old stains, towels are very thin (old) but clean. I had added a pet on my reservation but the hotel front desk clerk didn’t see it on the booking (Expedia issue?). Breakfast hot items were gone by checkout time (8:00am for us), I expected replenished.
- 2/5
Blow Dryer sounded like it was going to blow up, had to unplug it. No service at rm, no service at front desk one time when we went to get some items , loud noise outside rm, air under door
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good overall a great place to stay friendly sraff, and comfortable beds.
- 3/5

Overnight stay. Love Broken Arrow OK
- 5/5
The rooms at this hotel were nice and clean with comfy beds. There are dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was also very nice
- 3/5
When coming in later in the evening after a long trip the guy in the front was not very friendly. I had to use the app while in the building due to us being offered the only more expensive room. There was clearly a room for cheaper on the app. After this he was very impatient and kind of rude. We wont be back to this location in our travels. We were charged $100 fee we were told before we could get the room and it would be reimbursed. 2 days and it still is not reimbursed. So we will be calling about that to. Overall the customer service there was just aweful.
- 5/5
Very well run, clean and staff were nice 😊
- 5/5
I will be demanding a refund.
- 4/5
Will not stay here again!
- 4/5
This is a good place for a quick to a few days stay. Breakfast leaves you unfulfilled but the rooms are clean and are in good condition. Staff is always nice.
- 1/5
This hotel says it's pet friendly. So when you pay for it and you get here they say oh, we don't allow pets inside. They have to go in the outside smoking hotel and it has not been remodeled it. Stinks, it's dirty, it's nasty.
- 5/5
The people from New Jersey are there and cleaning the hotel up. Making improvements and very friendly
- 4/5
The beds and pillows were great!
- 5/5
It was great for us.
- 4/5
Close to highway. Convenient to business i was doung in the area
- 4/5
No comment it was a good stay
- 5/5
Friendly, comfortable beds enough outlet's breakfast was similar to others. Easy back on highway 40.
- 4/5
The outside grounds and hotel lobby were clean and well maintained. My room needed a deep cleaning. The walls, doors and curtains needed washing. Carpet could use a shampooing and the heater/air conditioner could use a vacuuming. The bed was comfortable, lots of mirrors, the furniture was in good condition. Good coffee in the room. The variety of items to choose from for breakfast was much better than most other hotels.
- 5/5
I booked a room for my daughter & her dog. I looked for Pet Friendly. I paid & sent her the confirmation. Her father told her it was all paid for because we didn't know there was an extra fee for a pet bc it didn't say there was. She didn't understand the question asked at checkin, it was 12:30 - 01:00 am. She was accused of sneaking her dog in. She thought they asked if she had more than 1 dog. She was tired & confused. She knows now she should have asked for clarification. She did not sneak her dog in, she thought they knew bc we made the reservation. I don't even care about the extra fee. I care that they think she was dishonest. The fee was not an issue. Make charges for pets clearer please at booking. There was no need for a rude text message. They also could have emailed me but they only text her. She apologized to me for not understanding but I don't think an apology is necessary, it was a misunderstanding. Respectfully Gina Wright

The dirtiest and nosiest hotel I've ever stayed in. They put guests that have booked the king "suite" facing a freeway 50 feet away with parking directly outside the window. Mold and mildew all over the shower.
- 5/5
It was a good place for the price, clean, comfy beds.
- 4/5
Clean, close to dinning.
- 4/5
I'm gonna be brutally honest. The staff is great, the location is convenient. The hotel is clean but dated. There is no ADA elevator to the second floor. Only stairs. The rooms are spacious and the shower nice and hot. Good for a quick stay but only a 4 star.
- 1/5
The lady sheri behind the front desk is an absolute terrible people person. One of the worst check in experiences ive had travelling all across the country. 👎
- 4/5
ants were on the table beside beds
- 4/5
It was easy to find and easy parking.
- 4/5
Not too bad!
- 4/5
GPS could not find it, had to rely on our phone. Room was good a little outdated, but clean and ok
- 5/5
Great management, nice spacious clean room, plenty of surface space for our belongings, good breakfast. I left an item in the room and the next day, I called. The front desk had it and was waiting for someone to claim it. Went back the following day and got it. SO NICE! Just an overall well maintained and well managed property.
- 4/5
Hotel room was confortable. Freeway noise is a bit too much. Food was ok.
- 2/5
I have medical service dog. Was asked to provide paperwork showing service provided. That is against ADA law. Big no no. We were put in a filthy room. The carpet and walls looked filthy. I don't know how they get decent reviews. The front desk people need to be trained for what the law actually entails.
- 5/5
Clean efficient, good breakfast bar
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Clean comfortable and friendly staff. Good breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone
- 5/5
Room was clean, beds comfy, noise was minimal from the hall and from outside. Counter people were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was nice . No cable TV service in the morning.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
The gal who checked us in was friendly and very helpful.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean! Breakfast could have had a little more variety.
- 4/5
Accessible to Interstate
- 4/5
The pillows were small and very uncomfortable. I had difficulty getting comfortable and sleeping.
- 5/5
Staff very kind and efficient. If we needed anything we got it right away. Very helpful with local directions. Beds were super comfortable. The overall cleanliness was great. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
- 1/5
Front desk clerk was extremely rude.
- 4/5
Our stay was good but, didn't find the bed comfortable mattress was too hard for my taste.
- 4/5
I was on the second floor and NO elevator! A real challenge for a 70 yr old pulling luggage up and down the stairs!!😳👵
- 2/5
We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a free hot breakfast. If they were not having breakfast because of covid, they should have disclosed that so we could make other arrangements. We could have chosen a cheaper hotel since we had to eat out anyway.
- 5/5
everything was in order except breakfast not as usually
- 2/5
Not as nice as the pictures. Broken window. Gaps around the door. Thin walls. Very loud. Worn toilet and tub. Stinks. Furniture falling apart.
- 4/5
Nice place, however not pet friendly! They would not allow me to bring my cat inside and the poor thing had to sleep in the car.
- 4/5
Everything was ok. The only thing we didn't like was the really noisy heater!!! It kept going on and off all night long and very often. Could hardly sleep!! Finally ended up turning it off completely!!!
- 4/5
Our room was very clean and the property is right off the interstate near restaurants and shopping.
- 4/5
It was quiet and easy to find next to the highway.Plenty places to choose from to eat in Alma.
- 1/5
Expedia is a scam. I will never use it again.
- 4/5
Walking distance to a few restaurants. Some rooms are pretty noisy.
- 4/5
Room was clean and there was a Cracker Barrel next door. No breakfast due to COVID
- 1/5
The room is small and has just one chair. Requested a quite room but still got a room facing the highway (very noisy) although there were only a few cars on the parking lot. This hotel is way overvalued (it is worth only $50 but I paid about $100).
- 2/5
The door had to be slammed to close it, not that it did much good because you could see light from outside all the way around it. Used bars of soap were left in the shower by housekeeping from previous guests. We could hear people outside most of the night and housekeeping either banging on doors or rolling their carts by at 8am. Considering the rest of our stay, the neon green wall wasn't so bad, I don't suppose.
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever. Booked because it is pet friendly and we have a service dog. Got to the hotel and they said they did not have a room for us. I said it let me book a pet friendly room and I paid already and this is a sevice animal. They asked me what kind disability the animal was for and then told me we don’t have a room for you and please leave. Now they won’t even give me my money back and I didn’t even get to stay there. Was humiliated and exhausted. Disputing it and very upset.
- 3/5
Older property. Clean, but definitely older. Probably the worst place we stayed on our trip. Not horrible, but my teenage daughter did not feel safe.
- 3/5
Rooms are supposed to be non smoking, but smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean but bathrooms need some cosmetic repairs to walls and doors. Water damage in bathroom.
- 4/5
Close to where i was doing business in Alma. We have a box truck and there is good parking around this facility. Also has a sit down and a couple of fast food restaurants next door within walking distance so i dont have to get the truck out to get food
- 4/5
Overall ok. Due to COVID a lot of things weren’t available
- 5/5
This hotel was very very nice and clean, extremely convenient and an awesome price. I would stay here again for any reason at all.
- 4/5
Good location after football game in Fayeteville back to Hot springs
- 5/5
The trip was good. The facility is once and easy to check-in. With Covid-19, most fo the amenities were closed. No-fault of the hotel.
