It was close to the amphitheater, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Three big positives. The balcony door was off track which was frustrating. I let the front desk know and she was very apologetic. It was disappointing that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast or even coffee. You had to order everything and there was a long line with one lady at the counter. Some free coffee would have been nice.

Not charge $10 a day for parking and $5:00 for a Gatorade . And other high prices for beverages , snacks and necessities

Negatives: Dingy altogether, dirty carpet, stained exterior, breakfast offered was too expensive ($14 bacon and eggs), so I ate around the corner. Staff weren't particularly friendly and staff could be heard bickering. Sort of a depressing place. I will not be coming back.

Everything was clean. Room looked great and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was good, the carpet in the room was gross, I could tell it was vacuumed but it seemed really old and has forever dirt in it, my toddler crawled on the floor for a second and he had dirt all over his knees and toes so we felt like we had to wear shoes in the room, everything else was great!

We did not eat breakfast. The location was great, it was quiet and comfortable. The TV started blinking in and out all day Sunday. We thought it was the weather but it rained Friday evening and Saturday but tv was fine. Water in the sink went out really slow as well.

Great stay! Only 5 days but had no problems and the stay was relaxing!

All the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating, from Marsha at the front desk to everyone you passed in the hallways. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place - nothing fancy. The breakfast idea is terrible. Poorly set up, and not inviting for the customer to even come up and ask.

No breakfast, paid parking, and no complimentary body lotion in the room (if you’re from the Northeast, you might be accustomed to receiving complimentary body lotion). Bring your own :-)

Was under the impression that breakfast was included they only had a overpriced Starbucks , no free coffee in lobby as usual. Showers in room was moldy rooms needed a bit of TLC.

The lemon water in the lobby Air conditioner was leaking into the carpet inside the room, bed felt like sleeping on rocks, some not cleaned parts of the rooms, the entire 3rd floor hallway had no air-conditioning which causes the rooms to work harder to cool

Enjoyed the balcony No breakfast and the gentleman that checked me in didn’t seem to enjoy his job. I made my reservation through affirm and he didn’t know how to charge it properly and affirm canceled my reservation so I had to pay another way that I was not planning and he charged me more. The gentleman at the front desk had no people skills at all

I was looking for a very nice value friendly place to stay for a two-day conference. This was so perfect. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel decor was modern and nice. Even a little sofa in my room for a nice touch. I wish it had an indoor pool. Can't find anything that I didn't like.

Walking distance to good food options.

We stayed here for two days visiting a friend on our way to Helen, GA. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. They have a diner on the premises, but the menu is very limited, however if you don't feel like leaving the hotel it is convenient. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and shops basically in the same lot or within a block or two. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area.

I was disappointed in some aspects of the room. The lighting is very poor. Not enough. Also the toilet seat was one I believe you would find in a public restroom or urinal. The seat was a horseshoe shape and very uncomfortable. It is something I have never seen in a hotel of Marriott caliber. Very surprised and below my expectation.

My room was quiet. The room darkening curtains were excellent and effective. The pillow top bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the water was hot. There was no microwave but there was a refrigerator.

This place has it all down to a T. Good service, eautiful clean surroundgins, clean rooms, friendly staff AND a bottle of water! Only down side is no complimentry breakfast.

The property was very dingy and old. Walls were thin. Loud music playing.. people were walking so hard above us. Took forever to check in. Too many teenagers. Will not stay at property again.

Their friendly demeanor helped me to decide to book a room for the second time this month.. And since I will be travelling to Alpharetta two or three more times in 2025, I will again stay at the Courtyard by Marriott.

Not the best experience. They gave us the wrong room and we ended up in the wrong half of an adjoining suite in the room next-door was very loud. They did correct us and give us another room and gave us breakfast. They said they have a restaurant and bar. The restaurant was only open from 7 to 10 for breakfast. The bar was not open on the weekend. Very disappointing.

No hot water in the shower, elevators did not work. Overall not a great place to stay.

The downstairs is new a new and clean. Once in the hallway the carpet was dirty, and the elevator was squeaky and eventually didn't work for a while. The room was fine. I did like the market that they had downstairs it had everything! Overall the stay was good.

Needed to cancel and would not allow me to even though I paid the extra money for the insurance

We were put in the wrong room and the room was dirty with hair in the shower, bed, and on the bathroom floor. When it was brought to the staff's attention she had an attitude. I will never stay here again. We paid for one room and got a completely different room. Not happy at all!

They gave my suite to someone else after having it reserved for over a month. I was given a dual queen room. I specifically reserved a king suite. No refund was offered on the price difference. I was guven a bottle of water fir the inconvenience. I will never stay at this location again.

I didn`t like be charged a $20.00 POTENTIAL damage fee before I was allowed to be given a room key!!!! Nothing was communicated about that FEE during initial reservation process!!! My wife & I neither SMOKES anything nor drinks any ALCHOLOL. I feel like I was stolen from just to stay at this particular hotel!
