I really enjoyed my stay at this location! Breakfast was great every morning, place was very clean & the staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone I really can't think of anything. They truly exceeded my expectations at Sonesta ES North Point

Dirty! The “linen” aka garbage room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years! Every door’s security system was broken! Anyone had access to that hotel at any time. Each exit/entrance door was covered in filth! No room cleaning available. That’s only when you check out. You’re on your own to request towels and it’s your responsibility to take the garbage out. To top it off, they charge for parking! Huh? I should have taken photos. Complaining is not my thing but charging for parking rattled my cage after already experiencing the poor conditions. Go there and see for yourself. You’ll see I’m not over reacting.

Check in was 1 minute .. paper work was already printed and I just had to initial a few things .. rooms nice and comfy and cold . Even the free breakfast wasn’t half bad
- 2/5
Room needs some maintenance, including the bathroom shower handle not connected well. Staff turned us away from checking in, 45 mins before check in even though they said our room was ready but we had to come back or pay $15. Silly to make us walk around with luggage when our 2 bd room reservation was free.

The room was clean, the staff was great, parking was great, and breakfast was great. Only complaint, no inside bar/restaurant, or shuttle service.

I really enjoyed my day at Sonesta suites , the only thing I will say though is that you’re unable to turn the tv up or down so it was a bit confusing on how to use the tv it was just extremely loud we just had to watch something off of my iPad, the staff is nice…the place is great and they are pretty clean…I really recommend staying here.

Horrible! First off, get there to check in, the staff that greeted us was rude. Not a good way to start! We check in and they tell us they charge for parking! Then they proceeded to tell us that they don’t do housekeeping in rooms unless we stay over 7 days! Ridiculous! Then they tell us that if we need towels and linens we have to bring them to the front and swap them out before housekeeping leaves at 4p! We finally get to the room and they had no spoons, no cups, so of course we had to wait on some to get brought up. The room was spacious and somewhat clean. But we did find long hair in the corner of there first room and had to kill a bee, when we opened up the curtain in the second bedroom. So, after a day we needed for towels, mind you there was 3 of us in the room. So we go bring towels expecting to get some in return. Wrong! We had to wait on housekeeping to bring them, after they wash our used towels!!! So 2 days before we left, I spilled on the bed and we had to obviously get new sheets! Waited hours to get them back because they needed to be washed and dried, we could’ve even relax cuz we were waiting on the sheets! It was a bad experience and we will definitely be not coming back to we travel back to Georgia! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
- 1.5/5
Location The room was dirty, the shower was dirty, and there is no housekeeping service unless you stay for at least 7 days. I had to go to the lobby to ask for towels because they couldn't bring them to me. I saw little critters in the room.
- 1/5
The smell of wet dog covered by such string fragrance chemicals made the stay unbearable. Our room was coverage in animal hair to the point my daughter couldn’t breathe properly and eyes were red and swollen. The door was broken. We had to leave mid stay

Nice and friendly staff
- 3/5
Easy parking and breakfast was good.
- 1/5
Amenities didn’t work — no microwave, elevator, nor fireplace I paid for. Owner Gwen refused a partial refund for the inconvenience. This was on Mother’s Day Weekend and my senior dog was on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. We couldn’t even cook as planned due to the microwave not enjoying the fireplace. Would not recommend this place at all since you do NOT get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Poor property management
- 5/5
Loved the two bedroom, two bath suite.
- 2/5
Will not stay again. Hotel had a moldy smell. Also in order to get more towels or wash clothes you had to take the dirty one over to a different building. Only cleaned room every 7 days, we stayed 4 nights so had no room service at all.
- 3/5
Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds, hallways, and elevator for the actual building the room was in need some attention. The room was nice and mostly clean but walking in and up to the room wasn’t great. Pictures make the property look nicer than it actually was.
- 5/5
Very good visit! We would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Overrall I'd stay again but wouldnt be my 1st choice.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy.
- 5/5
Excellent Stay! 😉 💯
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious enough for all 5 of us. The elevator in our building was in working condition. Breakfast hours were manageable 7am-9am. Laundry room was coin operated. Their were 2 washers and 2 dryers. Didn't encounter much staff during our stay but to get trash bags and toilet paper once. Breakfast had the same thing daily but it was good. Breakfast tacos, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast and pancakes. The door on the outside required keycard access but the back door to the pool and office area wasn't closing all the way for keycard access. Pool was closed for the season(spring) and the basketball court didn't have hoops but more of a volleyball court with a net. Parking was fair. $6 per night deducted from $100 security deposit. Cannot smoke within 25 feet of any entrance and room was smoke free. If you don't mind the walk thru the parking lot the mall was in walking distance. Overall had a pleasant experience. Would stay here again

I would’ve given 5 stars but the customer service was horrible but the stay was nice and clean and I would book again !

Everything wA awesome except with check in and renewal of check in ..THE LADY UP FRONT REALKY THREATEN TO CALL POLICE IF MY INFANT SON 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND FIANCE DID NOT VACATE ROOM TILL I CAME AND CHECKED IN PERSONALLY .I tried calling as a courtesy way early that am but she did not want to work with anyone and they CHARGE INCIDENTALS PER BOOKING AND BEEN TWO WEEKS STILL AINT GOT IT BACK
- 2/5
They have the nerve to charge for daily parking. There’s a strong Oder in the halls. Only one small elevator and extremely outdated. Needs better cleaning.
- 2/5
The elevator was broken, the internet was spotty at best, the TVs were not working right due to terrible satellite reception and the property as a whole was not very clean.

- 3/5
Rooms are dirty
- 3/5
Unfortunately, some of the equipment in the room was in need of repair and/or replacement. Of the 2 remote controls provided for 3 working tvs, only 1 remote was in working order. Neither phone was in working order. A number of the outlets didn't work, including USB ports. There is no dresser in the second bedroom. There were NO linens for the pull out sofa and the mattress was badly stained and should have been replaced. Sadly, there were crumbs beneath the cushions and debris beneath the pull out sofa that were left from the previous guest. The hallways needed to be refreshed. Many of the doors to the guest rooms were showed signs of wear and in need of a face lift. Many guest room doors displayed post it notes with messages for the staff, which made the hotel feel cheap. The doors which are intended to secure the building were often found ajar. The air was "stale" and was in serious need of circulation. Some of these things are easily fixed. Prior to any guest room being occupied, someone from management should go through a check list to make sure everything is clean and in working order.

Great stay for a great price.
- 5/5
Clean room. Included everything needed.
- 1/5
Terrible smell, the facility doors don’t work. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
- 3/5
The room was very clean. The hallways smell nice, but needed to be clean. It was trash in the hallways I guess from other guest. Also spiders by the doorways to enter the building
- 4/5
The breakfast could be better
- 4/5
Property is in good condition with minor issues. Dishwasher in room was filled with dirty dishes and did not work. Couch was not comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 3/5
Fully equipped kitchen, no oven though, but there was a dishwasher! Everything looked very nice and clean, until we did have an unwanted guest in the kitchen(a baby roach). We only stayed one night and pretty much were just there to sleep on a road-trip. The beds were clean and comfy. There was a pull out sofa bed, but it appeared broken due to it sagging in the middle.

Very good option for Lodging with pets, its location is excellent, very quiet.
- 5/5
Incredible space for the cost. Very clean. It was really nice to feel like I was coming "home" for the night each night I came back. I was there for 7 nights, and I will be going back any time I'm in that area for work
- 4/5
Hosts many pets and little kids in same area, makes it difficult for guests who desire a quieter stay. The staff is very attentive. The laundry room was clean and efficient. Location is super convenient. Overall this property is clean, good and safe place to stay.
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
The staff was absolutely amazing. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There were a few little things here and there that weren’t working or that needed repair so that’s the only reason I gave four stars on that. For the price though, I would stay again for sure.
- 3/5
Our lock was a little loose on the door , the toilet kept getting clogged
- 5/5
We liked everything, except the fact that we had to go around the outside and enter through the reception area to get to the kitchen every time, but that was just a minor detail. It doesn't take away from the good atmosphere and good service.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 5/5

- 2/5
The kitchen dinnerware was dirty and the shirts were stain with dirt. The breakfast food was terrible and not replenished. The worker on Sat was too busy getting her own food to eat. Staff was fine, checking in she was very friendly but told me wrong room and how the internet worked. Trash room filled with trash and so dirty Will never go back
- 4/5
everything was good!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay in a quiet safe area, friendly staff, great restaurants near by, will come back again here definitely
- 5/5
Good experience. Would go back. Did not have pets. Went to concert and stayed the night. Wasn’t there long. Close to the concert venue and had so many restaurants and places to go and shopping very close . Could walk. Would recommend and would stay again!
- 5/5
Comfortable and quiet!
- 5/5
Great location, great rooms!
- 3/5
Floors/carpets were dirty when we entered the hallway from outside. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.
- 5/5
Natosha at the front desk was friendly and helpful from the beginning, and when checking out she even asked if the dogs enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, and the kitchenette was great for making meals.
- 4/5
We stayed here because of the 2 bedroom accommodations. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Room smelled a little weedy. Not as nice as pictures. We needed a few things for the room and they were brought right away. Pool was nice. Breakfast was just ok. Property dated, you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
The cleaniness, especially in my room, was excellent. I never got the lights above the bed to work. I reported it to the front desk, and they were to check on it, and never did. The only thing needing an update was the hallway. It seemed rundown, and very scuffed up on the walls, and dark. Overall, it was a good stay, with the staff very friendly, and I liked the room.
- 4/5
I stayed from August 28th -September 01, 2025. An incidental deposit of $100.00 USD was charged to my credit card and I was informed that I will receive a refund withing 7-10 business days after check out. I still have not received my refund till this date and it is difficult getting in contact with a representative via the phone. Apart from that, the place is ok.
- 4/5
Our flight was changed so we got in at 7am instead of noon. The person at the front desk was really nice and let us check in as soon as we arrived. The pool was clean and the hotel was overall really quiet. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Good location and nice welcoming
- 1/5
Management’s unwilling to make a change requested by my booking agent. Management chose profit over customer loyalty.
- 4/5
My room was great and very clean. The breakfast was good and had more diverse offerings than I’ve seen at some other hotels. One thing that annoyed me was the smell of my building. It smelled like skunk when you walked in on the first floor. I wasn’t on the first floor and room didn’t smell except one time it came through the ventilation. Also, the elevator did not work in my building for my entire stay but I’m okay with stairs. Might be difficult for someone older carrying luggage. They never labeled that it was broken. Some wear and tear on the walls of the hallways makes the property look a little dingy - it’s from the cleaning carts hitting the wall. One night I was awakened at 2pm by people outside in the courtyard area. They weren’t yelling, just talking loud but the walls seem to be pretty thin. Overall a good stay though. Quiet for the most part except when people were in the pool or courtyard area.
- 5/5
Really great service, stag was friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Not the best I’ve stayed at as there were a lot of strange people coming in and out of the hotel. Power went out 5 minutes after we got there which was scary and weird. Neighbor had a dog that barked all day and people were constantly slamming doors. Our pull out couch had no sheets. Did like the big fridge and stove
- 5/5
Loved it
- 1/5
I was absolutely shocked by how filthy this place was. I’ve never checked into a dirtier hotel in my life. The hallways reeked, and the room had an overwhelming moldy odor. The couch was stained and disgusting. I checked out within minutes—there was no way I could stay here.
- 4/5
My favorite aspect was the affordability of our stay. It was a very simple, very nice suite for the price. The staff was nice and efficient. The only thing I noticed about our suite was there was a small hole in one of the doors. It looked like the door was to a food storage or coat rack. Never opened so I’m not sure. And the light by our sink seemed like it had a short in it and would occasionally go out after turning the light on. Other than that, our stay was great!
- 5/5
Didn’t catch the clerk’s name when we checked in but he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and made the process seamless. Property was clean and in a great area. Next to a malll and plenty of restaurants.
- 2/5
Dirty, unclean, dingy,
- 5/5
Great stay, clean, good amenities, nice breakfast
- 1/5
When we lost our keys and we asked for replacement ones, the lady who I’m going to assume is the manager got kind of puffy and said we don’t really have keys to spare - but that isn’t really a me problem? We will never stay here again. Almost $400 for a Friday check in and Monday check out
- 1/5
Please look elsewhere in Alpharetta for stay. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and that was one of the worst stay that we ever had. firstly - very poor customer service, secondly - very limited breakfast options & the person arranging the breakfast so rude and rough as if we were doing her a service (and not the other way round), thirdly - they wouldnt change the towels in your and you end up doing multiple follow ups. Alpharetta has many other hotels and we regret booking this hotel.
- 4/5
This property is great and it’s close to everything in Alpharetta!
- 5/5
We got there late after a road trip and the concierge was helpful and polite. She already had our papers ready to fill out upon entry and equipped us with everything we need quickly. The breakfast was good and the hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great hotel!
- 5/5
There weren't able to accomodate early check-in. I arrived at 1:30 but still got my room at 4:00 even when I agreed to pay extra fee. Apart from that, the property is the best I've seen
- 3/5
The bathroom door was squeaky, the toilet needed fixing, the water constantly ran, and the other guests were very loud.
- 3/5
They only have a breakfast option which is too simple but they don't have any other options for food, although another point is that they have many restaurants somewhat close, the one at the front desk is not so friendly, somewhat hateful but after that everything is very good and the rooms are very comfortable
- 2/5
The facility is in desperate need of a make over! The elevators were broken in our building. The ice machine is in the lobby which is an entirely different building. The kitchen utensils were clearly not clean. There was nothing to clean them with either. The pull matress had rust and mildew on it and no sheets! We requested 2 sets of sheets and blankets, sprayed the couch with disinfectant, covered it with all of the additional bedding and just slept on the couch itself. The cushions were so worn down that you sat on the actual pull out frame. The bed is ok. But the pillows are completely worn down and flat. I was so grateful that we brought some bedding. We still went by Walmart and bought a few blanlets. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter when running. The smoke detectors blinked a super bright green light all night. The shower had a bit of mildew on the curtain as well as the grout. There is ZERO ROOM SERVICE! No turn down, no cleaning, no emptying the tiny trash cans. Breakfast is a TWO HOUR WINDOW and my entire family got sick a few hours after eating it.
- 5/5
The gentleman that worked there is very nice. I think his name is Jermey!!
- 3/5
Sonesta properties are generally a good deal and this one was a great deal compared to other hotels in Alpharetta. First time staying at this particular location. That being said, I was first given Room 124. It was a TERRIBLE room. Really run down, smelled musty and moldy like a damp basement, the air was like a cool dank basement, the couch cushions were all out of shape and didn't fit anymore, carpet was filthy (I threw away my white socks)... Frankly nobody should ever be given this room! Normally, I would have immediately asked to change rooms, but I got in very late and needed to get some sleep before starting off for an early morning meeting. I called the front desk from my office the next morning to explain the situation. The associate was very nice about it and offered to put me in a different room when I returned. So night #1, one of the worst rooms I've EVER stayed in. Second room was so much better. No musty smells, clean carpet, and generally a clean room. Couch was still a little beat up, but better. Still, I did not sit on the couch at all during my stay. Kitchen while not modern was clean. The bathroom was the room most updated, and was very nice. Three nights in a good room. Breakfasts are a complimentary and a little better than average for similar hotels.
- 3/5
Check in was easy. Location was good and seemed to be a good neighborhood. Hallway to rooms smelled and was outdated. Along with elevator. There was some stains on the bed sheets. Room was nice. For price it wasn’t bad and to be expected. Breakfast was a joke
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Breakfast bar was very nice and staff from check-in to attendants were all very helpful. Thank You for a wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Spacious room with full kitchen.
- 5/5
Great location for shopping, concerts at Amerisbank Amphitheater,, etc.
- 1/5
Was greeted with bugs in the cushion of the couch, a dead roach in the kitchen, crumbs and dirt all over the floor, dirty bathrooms with no soaps. The window was broken to the room so the staff blamed it on homeless people coming in and out of the room. We were given a new room that smelled of pee with awful beds and a terrible couch. If we wouldn’t have driven an hour for a concert we would have taken our money and left this place!
- 4/5
they charge $6/day/per parking spot which is BS
- 4/5
I would say everything went pretty well there. The only thing that stops this from being a five star was the six dollar a day parking fee.
- 5/5
I’d give this place a 10/10! Amazing breakfast, fantastic room, STAFF WERE GREAT, the pool area was top notch. Safe and clean location- we walked all over after dark. Parking lot was easy, clean and safe.
- 5/5
Decent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.
- 2/5
The hotel seems very old, needs some renovation, better cleanliness.
- 3/5
The staff was wonderful and professional.
- 5/5
The property was great. Comes with a full kitchen and decent living space. Great and helpful staff. Definitely would stay again.
- 5/5
Breakfast and staff awesome.
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff were nice. It’s sad that if you check in early there is a fee even if it’s only an hour early.
- 5/5
Incredible.
- 2/5
I personally would pass. It smelled. It was clean but dirty - cracks, paint, elevator, etc. my other friend didn’t last 10 minutes and went to another hotel. The staff was nice but I will not be staying here again. Even if it was free.
- 3/5
The property is quite run down. Only maid services once per week including trash. AC would not stay on and the toilet was leaking and the pump running intermittently. Probably would not stay here again. The Allft is just down the street and is similar in pricing. Would recommend that by far over this property.
- 4/5
Very nice staff! Good location for shopping and proximity to concert venue.
- 4/5
Very quiet

Everything was amazing
- 2/5
It was not a great experience. I had to ask several time for towels and refills of body wash and shampoo. They didn’t take trash out of offer a change of sheets and we were there for four nights. The place smelled, walls were dirty, outside doors didn’t shut, there was mold on the tiles, halls were dirty.
- 5/5
Perfect layout for extended stay. Good condition - beautiful location!
- 4/5
Bardo przyjemny hotel i miejsce do spędzenia czasu.
- 3/5
The check-in process was wonderful. Our room was great! The outside doors, hallways and elevator need some
- 3/5
Homeless people outside as well.
- 5/5
Very great stay. I am grateful
- 5/5
Doing great
- 1/5
The Bathroom wasn’t clean, they gave us used dirty dry towels. There was no bodywash etc in the bathroom in one of our suite. For the price and location I wasn’t pleased. The clerk said if we need anything call the front desk. There was no phone in the room to call .
- 5/5
It was great!
- 3/5
Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Some additional detail to cleaning would be a good idea, air registers were really dirty.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Enjoy the stay.
- 5/5
I was impressed at how clean the inside of the room was. The room is a nice size and has a full-size refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. However, the outside of the hotel needs some work. Overall, I would stay at this property again.
- 4/5
Walking distance to North Point mall. Beautiful area.
- 5/5
Went to this hotel because it was located near the concert we were going to see. It’s really nice and rooms are huge
- 5/5
Good review
- 4/5
Clean, safe, and great area!
- 1/5
This place should be 0 stars, highly don’t recommend. We booked this stay a month ago, once we got there they didn’t have any rooms for us. Julius at the front desk was very rude. Once they found us a room, of course it was with no AC. When notifying the front desk, Julius rolled his eyes as well as giving attitude when we had to get our room changed. We asked for more towels, we have yet to get those. Traveling from NJ to Alpharetta the customer service sucks!
- 4/5
I really liked the suite layout of the room. It was comfortable for my 3 night stay. I would definitely choose Sonesta again.
- 5/5
It was relaxing and peaceful. I love the rooms, the quality pillows and mattress is the reason Sonesta is my favorite getaway spot.
- 5/5
Bigger than expected room very clean and extremely convenient to the amphitheater will definitely book again
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Quiet area, easy access to food court & mall
- 4/5
I chose this property because it advertised it offered a tub as I really wanted to take a soak. However i found that there was not a tub in my room. When i spoke with the host at the front desk instead of trying to accommodate me she was rude. I followed uo with Expedia with my situation. She hung up on the Expedia representative. I had to wait until the next day to speak with the manager about my situation. He quickly accommodate me with a room with a tub. That host needs customer service training.
- 5/5
I enjoy staying at this establishment every time I travel to Alpharetta, the staff and manager are always kind and friendly. The morning breakfast are always wonderful. I recommend staying here with your family and pets.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the ample room and office desk accommodations and small kitchen with sink and sitting area. It was comfortable and clean.
- 3/5

After checking in on the way to my room i noticed handicap accessibility, the doors open automatically. The elevator work great and when I to my room and open the door, I felt like I was in someone's studio apartment. Fully equipped kitchen...Refrigerator/Microwave/Dishwasher/Coffee Maker/Dishes/Pots and Pans, etc...I loved that they had premium channels, I had a variety of shows to choose from. The bathroom was very nice, I especially loved the led lighting on the bathroom room mirror. It felt like home away from home!

Room was unkept… apparent a deep clean hadn’t happened before my arrival. Noisy air conditioner, call front was informed maintenance had taken the day off, no other rooms… wasn’t informing anything had been checked… 4 nights of partial sleep because of noisy AC… no offer to rectify. Disappointing.

The grounds are lovely and plenty of parking. They definitely have to improve their room cleanliness and room maintenance.
