The room had bugs roaches and gnats rust was around the doors other guests were noisy no drapes lights were shinning in windows no coffee only bagels apples for breakfast toaster wasn't working properly vanity kept holding water wasn't draining shower dripped all night I was so disappointed on my stay I will never stay at Opal again very disheartening.

This hotel has a good location. The price is very good for the area. People were friendly at front desk. The pool area and sports bar seemed nice for the property. A/C, water and bed overall in the room were good. There was also a working mini fridge. This properly is struggling. I'd recommend spending a little more and stay across the HWY at Ramada or Marriott. There is a very loud nightclub in the lobby. If you are checking in late, you'll have to heal with that crowd. The rooms are old, poorly maintained and smell like mildew. The lights barely worked in the room and the micro was broke. The breakfast is very basic and ALL the soda machines at the entire property were empty.

Yes, the air conditioner didn't work properly. There were roaches in the room. I have pictures to prove it, and I'm very disappointed with that.

Over very sketchy never staying again and I had to be moved 3 times from nasty rooms and locks that do not work after traveling from North Carolina

Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. The door would not close and the wood was corroded and shed wood dust all over the wet floor. The vanity area was unkept also. The closet had no hangers and there was no hair dryer. There were 2 old towels and a towel mat that were skimpy and smelled poorly. The hotel itself requires maintenance. Altogether the entire hotel needs to be demolished. It is highly unkept.

The front desk employee was not kind. Outside and the halls of the hotel were very dirty too. Everywhere you could smell Marijuana. I don't know if this rooms are in that condition because they are cheaper, the ones in front of the pool looked in a very good condition. It was a terrible experience and definitely I don't want to say there anymore, at least at that side of the hotel (road side).

Absolutely disgusting. The stench of mold in the room was absolutely horrendous. The staff were beyond rude and it was actually quite scary. The pool was nice but the rooms were just dreadful.

This is a hotel that rents by the week so people live there. Room was not clean. I stayed multiple nights the cleaning people only emptied the trash and changed my towels. Did not change the beds or clean anything. The pool area was the only enjoyable part of the stay.

the place was ok but not family desirable, elevator is off the whole time i was there for 2 weeks, said that they will fix it but nothing happened, wifi is off too for the same reason, i requested a new bulb from one of the lampstand there but none happened, people can come from the back entrance and you smell smoking cigarette in the vicinity, not too strong but you can tell the difference. breakfast was not much options. the staff tried to be nice and polite but there is something need to be done in this location. Place is beautiful but I might agree with the rest of the reviews online. peace!

The man at the front desk was really really nice when I checked in Friday. The only thing is is that they put us in room 219 when we got up to 219 after they told us that the elevator did not work did we realize that somebody was already enrolled 219 then I put us in room 357 they come to find out they don’t clean up rooms every day if you stay there more than three days they’re not gonna clean your room every day they’re not gonna even bring you any clean towels unless you ask them so and there’s a bar downstairs so on Friday it sound like it was a club. It was a very nice hotel may come back may Not.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was nice, but there were a lot of random people just walking about the property that made me and my family felt uncomfortable. They waited for us to use our card key to get inside the property and just walked in after us. One of the elevator wasn’t working - the front desk told us to use it (down the hall through those doors to the right). Which another guest told us that elevator has been broken all week and not been fixed. We didn’t know there was a second elevator, but only to find out after I checked out (same day). We were on the third floor. I had bad knees and a bad hip and wasn’t going to climb 3 floors up everyday (booked for a week stay). The stairs were dirty and broken and falling apart. The overall front desk rep was nice but it felt like the property was falling apart and felt unsafe.

Terrible customer service! On a personal phone call and ignoring customers. Several staff members behind counter but not willing to assist customers. Told to stand in line. No curtains only blinds so room never got dark! Out of coffee, no bowls for cereal. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Housekeeping never once came to our room during three nights. When we asked for fresh towels, they handed us pool towels. That says it all. The “breakfast included” turned out to be a snack bar with coffee, bread, and yogurt — nothing more. To top it off, we were denied entry at check-in due to a reservation error on their end and nearly got stranded outside the hotel. The AC was noisy, the TV ancient, and the overall feel of the place is long overdue for a refresh. There is potential here, but until cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic guest services are taken seriously, I cannot recommend this property.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Pull out couch in the room was broken so we couldn’t sleep on it the first night but they did replace it the next day. Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for so I won’t complain there. Where I have an issue is when somehow i accidentally got checked out of my 3 night stay after one night and the gm called me yelling at me like it was my fault. Ruined a whole day of our vacation because we had t come all the way back to get it sorted out. The man who helped me was very nice and helpful. The gm could take a lesson from his customer service skills because the issue was completely on their end.

Believe it or not the temp and room condition wasn't bad. AC system got the room to ideal temperature in an hour. Shower------while crude in appearance, was comfy. Bed was VERY comfortable

Bed Cozy and clean but so much odd and could hear through the door like it was paper and could see light coming in the windows incredibly broad there was no actual curtain, so there was lots of gaps. You could see right into the room. My bagel was nice, but my key card locked me out and other people definitely understaffed, which is sad but people were doing their best.

This is a last resort hotel. People partying all night,drunk and high.They appear to live there. Tv and internet don't work. Elevator doesn't work. Door not secure. Just pay more and go elsewhere.

Too many long stay customers here. Not ideal for someone looking for short comfortable stay with family. I had to change my room 2 times, 1st time leak from ceiling and had water all over my bed, second room they transferred me to had problem with AC not working and water from the tap in tub was constantly running. Breakfast was very poor quality just bread slices and bagels. No omelette, eggs, waffles, bananas or juice.

I will start off by saying, I gave this hotel 2 stars based off the inconvenience of the hotel and the lack of notifying customer before booking that the hotel did not have an elevator in use. I have a bad hip and getting the 4th floor with no elevator was not ideal. Also, the room door barely closed and when it did it was so hard to open because it was getting jammed. The room itself was okay. It wasn’t the best looking but it smelled good when we walked in. The AC was on high and on the lowest setting and it only got cold during the early morning but not throughout the day. I did only see 1 small baby roach in the shower but I never saw another one the whole time.

Room smelled musty water drained slowly out of sink and faucet wouldn’t turn off in the shower so heard dripping water all night. If you like to party then this is your hotel people were outside by the pool to 4am talking and kids running up and down the hallway screaming. No quiet time rules. The pool itself was nice. The staff was friendly this is a kinda you pay for what you get so don’t expect much.

The only thing nice about this place was the waterfall going into the pool. When I checked in. My shower did not even work. This place needs to be renovated. And brought up-to-date. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel's pictures did not accurately depict its rundown condition. We were informed that rooms with a pool view had been renovated and were in optimal condition, which raises concerns about the state of the other rooms. We found it necessary to purchase Lysol wipes from Walgreens to sanitize the room. The floors were in such poor condition that we had to wear shoes at all times to prevent our feet from becoming dirty. While the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, no bugs in our room, no ice machine, breakfast was bagels or toast (free & better than nothing) I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Predatory non refundable bookings, if services are not rendered then fees are not required. It cost them nothing for an unintentional booking, or change of plans. To make it a business policy of taking money without providing anything should be illegal.

Shady people hanging around in parking lot. Staff looked like I was from outer space when I immediately went back to front desk asking for a refund! The dresser was missing drawers which I have photos of plus the room was supposed to be pool view which was down the hall from the pool. What topped the whole experience a complete horrific ordeal my husband had bites in his left leg likely from the bed. We made reservations for two rooms and they canceled one room with notifying us. We originally reserved 3 nights and stayed on night checking out early. When I complained they would not give me any information on ownership and the manager refused to speak with me.

Our prepaid booking was denied due to the hotel being "overbooked', as the front desk agent claimed. I feel this is grossly false because the parking lot was empty and it was a Tuesday night. Horrible experience.

When I arrived, they were canceling people’s reservations because they overbooked. They didn’t even notify guests. Guests were calling and showing up and being informed they didn’t have a room. Luckily we had secured a room as we drove 9 hours to get there. Multiple exposed portions of the wall were in the room. The breakfast bar was messy and beyond unkempt. We tried for two nights to get towels and couldn’t get any. The staff was rude to some of the guests and it seemed like every time we came to the lobby there was a guest there complaining or asking for a refund. It was a chaotic, stressful, and rarely pleasant stay.

first impression not good. 1 guy doing it all by himself, looked overwhelmed and another guy showed up. attire was not professional at all, the property was very out dated and smelled. But the opal suite was nice. Although it wasn't cleaned very well, I had my own cleaning supplies. The kitchen had nothing at all, no soap, sponge, dishes, silverware or cups. The door in the kitchen area did not have a lock luckily I used the bar to lock it otherwise it would of just been open. the handle looked as if the lock had been tampered with or broken. and did not take the keycard to open. Carpets need a good cleaning throughout the building.

My stay was cancelled about four hours after booking “due to an unforeseen overbooking situation.” Unfortunately, this left me without accommodations as everything in the area was sold out.

Phone is not working, main elevator not working, 1 plug for lamp not working, dirty floor, receptionist unprofessional. Keep chatting while we are waiting for a check-in and check-out took time, so slow!

We checked out early because of roaches in the room, a woman screaming outside at 3:13am, for 45 minutes and pounding on the door next to us to Let her in, the room was not clean, nor were the sheets. The check in and checkout staff were not attentive or helpful. At checkout, she didn’t tell the manager that she called as to the reason for checking out early nor did she apologize for the roaches or seem to be surprised. Don't be deceived, only part of this hotel has actually been renovated. The elevator didn't work, the steps on the stairwell were falling apart, the fitness center looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the room was disgusting. There were gnats in the bathroom sink, dirty walls, rusting lamps, cigarette burns and cracks in the bathtub, the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the blinds didn't cover the windows completely (no curtains).

Staff, amenities, no ice machines working. Moved room 3 times because of no heat. Faucets dripping in all 3 rooms. No luggage rack to move luggage. Probably the absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life.

There were absolutely no bugs, housekeeping came around daily, and I could tell the floors were clean, bathroom was stocked, as it ahould be, but many others in this price range fall short. The only thing I would make better is the shower head pressure, and the shower itself has not been updated/could use some love, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness is terrible, the building needs a lot of repairs, but the bed was ok and comfortable, and we had some food for breakfast so it worth the price.

1st we got the wrong room (1 bed for 2 adults and 2 kids) not what I reserved. Requested to switch room 2nd the key didn’t work for that other one. Went to front desk (the person attending us was great tho) got a 2 bed room with beds unmade, dirty towels everywhere, used soaps in bath tub, etc… then we got a 1 bed and pull out sofa (finally) after walking from one side of the building to the other one, with kids, bags and it was very cold that night, going to front desk 3 times. Never again! They do have very nice people working there (thanks to you guys for doing your best for us)

Staff was rude and unattentive. The hotel was filthy. Offered breakfast but all they had was 2 cereals and no milk. The floors made our feet black. Our first room only had dangerous hot water had to be moved and the second the TV didn't work. We felt stressed and trapped away from home 8 hrs and no other options.

Our room was infested with roaches. We saw at least four roaches in different areas of the bedroom. I even took a video of it and showed it to the person in the lobby. We were only there for 10 hours. Breakfast. All they had was bread that was out in a plastic bin, two small cartridges of milk, and cereal that was left out in a plastic container. The coffee was good though that I have to say. When I complain about the roaches, they didn't even offer to give us a complimentary stay or at least a discount. The place has potential, but it has poor administration, the place needs lots of maintenance. The beds mattresses were very old. The type that has springs, you can tell they were very old, because all three of us were aching in the morning. The maintenance in the rooms was poor. The TV was full of dust and most of all the blinds on the windows were broken and people can look in our room. The swimming pool area is beautiful. Very nice but we never got to go in the water. In the lobby area look nice. Overall, for the price that they're charging it's not worth the stay.

For the area the Hotel is located don’t fit the description. What I saw in Expedia was not what I expected. The property needs to be upgraded to fit the surrounding.

To start the hotel said they did not have my reservation. The staff are very nice but the place needs work lots of it. The room was clean but the property was a mess. No ice machine working, breakfast was a joke. The band in the bar made the walls shake till well into the morning. I would never stay there again. We would have left but my husband was not felling well at the time to try and find another place.

The room was disgusting. When we opened the door, the smell of weed was overpowering. The bottom of the tub was almost black. The microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. It was dirty & rusted. There were roaches in the fridge. The sofa bed had huge black spots all over. The linens did appear to be clean, but literally everything else in the room was filthy. The baseboards & doors had dirt caked on them. We canceled our 2nd night because there was no way we could stay there another night. My daughter's room was just as bad. The blinds were open on several unoccupied rooms & they didn't look any better. I definitely would not recommend to anyone. One of the elevators was out of order.

Second of all, the laundry room was labeled as being broken, the main elevator was broken, and the door to get into the main lobby was broken so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to the lobby. And Lastly, there are cockroaches in the rooms and when we went to tell the front desk, the person said “I don’t care”. I was appalled. If we ever go back to Orlando I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable and bug free. EVERYTHING else was horrid and filthy.

It is advertised as Breakfast included, but the Staff said that sorry, there is no breakfast provided. Once checked in, we found the SMELL almost unbearable, but since we checked in very late, almost midnight, and were very tired. We tried to bear with it, but when I woke up after a couple of hours, I saw so many little ROACHES crawling in the bathroom. We did not realize that roaches are actually everywhere in the morning light. We have to leave to find another hotel for the next nights.

I did not stay ... the linen in my room was dirty, I let the front desk know and they gave me sheets to make my own bed!!!! The fire alarn needed batteries and chirped every few minutes... also the non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray

I cancelled the reservation 4 days before my scheduled arrival date. It was booked through expedia and was non refundable. I called both the Hotel and Expedia 4 days in advance. Expedia said they would send correspondence to the hotel, which they did not do snd the person to whom i was supposed to speak with was not available for 5 days. I was lied to by both Expedia and the Hotel. I will never use Expedia again.

The room was ok. The toilet was running, but a little giggle it stopped and the tub clogged up during showers. The staff was nice. On Fridays and Saturdays they have people playing really loud music around the pool area. I don't recommend staying there if you go to bed early at least not the back side. I do recommend paying the 100. deposit in cash because you get it back. I haven not received my deposit back.

The night we stayed they put us next to a room where people were fighting, screaming and slamming doors all night, then they for sure had a lot of room available

Unfortunately I have this place a shot and had to be moved three times during my stay as there was alottt of issues with the room one starting with a room that the door couldn’t close or would get stuck and wouldn’t open and had to go to the office everytime I left the room. The keys would not work every single time you left the room so they had to be reprogrammed each time as well. The mattress was horrendous. And had no sheets and soooo many stains . The second room was missed by house keeping and the room smelled of feces so we had to be moved again. I also had two children with me. It was a very big inconvenience as we missed our event and had to wait over 2 hours to get a room that was even just decent for the evening

Clean room

Too may cockroaches little ones during the day.. They need to work with and implement a good pest control and eradication program. Sink in room clogged up . They need to provide maintenance to there drainages system.

Commode and shower had mildew in room 127.

Not much to say here other than it was booked on hotels.com. I requested a handicap accessible room for my family of four. We got there and we're given a one bed king size bed. That was switched to to queen size beds so I thought that was great, upon entering the room only to be disappointed. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling dripping lots of water, the faucet broke when I turned it on, there was black mold in the bathroom and on the floor of the bathroom. I requested additional pillows, the housekeeping had left for the day and so they could not help me with that. When I called hotels.com to complain, they did their best but ultimately handed it over to the management at opal hotels and suites. Very very unprofessional and unkind. They would not grant me a refund. Oh I forgot to mention the fact that while we were there there were guests on either side of us at the hotel that were very noisy and up late partying until 2:30 or 3:00 in the morning. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said well if you would have given us that this information at 2:30 in the morning we would have happily refunded your money. Horrible!

Its an avarage stay. Rooms at first look is clean but has low maintnace. The door knob for the bathroom was broken and had a sticker of another person cloth in the door. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but the headboard was dirty and broken. Has potential but need more love.

The room wall was cracked, shower water faucet was leaking, shower walls were black. The elevator was not working.

Hotels.com booked the wrong night and upon arriving I tried for several hours to correct it only to be told by the hotel that I had to go back to hotels.com I rebooked and paid for the correct night with full refund for the error. After another hour on the phone with Hotels,com they said the hotel had to approve the cancellation and refund, I thought no problem as they said they would, only to have them say nope! So I paid for a night that I didnt use and paid for it. Never again will I use or reccomend this crappy hotel or Hotels,com! this is after over two decades of being a premium customer withe them and referring my daughter to them, who has cancelled any further bookings with them! BIG loss for Hotels,com! Big Big loss all for 80.00!

I only gave it a one star because zero is not an option! The photos are completely false advertising. Our room looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was all broken and old. There were rusted metal bars sticking out from under the beds which was extremely dangerous with our toddler. The shower faucet did not fully close so it was just always running water and there were no working outlets so we could not charge our phones. The smell in the room was horrible as well. There are beer boxes, glasses and cans all over the property. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The doors, walls, and floor was filthy, I don’t think the property has been cleaned in months or even years. There are also no curtains on the windows so the lights from the hallway were shining in our eyes the entire night, not to mention the people doing donuts with their cars outside. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Staff was nice but the hotel needs to be cleaned up and fixed. Toilet was broken and shower rack came off. Rooms were not kept. Doors and walls need a deep cleaning. The lobby was the only thing that looked nice.

The first night my grandson got stuck in the bathroom because the door handle fell off we told them on the 2nd night. They collected our dirty towels but did not give us new towels. The coffee in the room was not replaced after the first night so we had no coffee in the room after that. We had to deal with roaches in the bathroom and sink area by the front area and between the beds. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast need a lot to be desired. They were apologetic and wanted to comp our room but because we went thru you they were not able to do that. Our keys did not work because they only gave us one night each so when we got back they would have to issue us another key. Turns out they were to put the day we were leaving but not each day.

This hotel is incredible and the staff is the Best I have come across in all my years of travel!

Pool out of service , rude staff

The pool area is lovely and staff was exceptional. We were not informed that they were closing the pool for a private party and we had no access from 1pm until after 9 pm. The party was exceptionally loud with a DJ and loud music. We paid $10 @ night "resort fees" and had no access to the pool for one night. No hair dryer and the shower leaked. Not enough towels were available.TV had to be replaced and the maintenance man was exceptional.

If I could give this property negative stars I would! My room was FILTHY. It smelled like weed, cigarettes, bleach and mold. There were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. I walked in. Asked for a new room, they refused, so I left and did not come back. They got full pay for the room that I refused to stay in. STAY AWAY

This was an ok stay for a short weekend. The front desk was super friendly, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay again, but it was good for the quick weekend.

They have changed the rules of the hotel

The pictures look wayy better than it is there is stains all over i switched rooms because the room was to dirty. The next room smelled clean but was def not.

Sketchy area, roach was found in room, door barely locked. Luckily we switched rooms. The other room was a bit better. Indeed not what was advertised. The lobby is COMPLETELY way off from what rooms look like.

Besides the fact that it fell homie it's got everything you need they should have more places like this around I for one would love to work for the opal hotel and suites I would be honored

The walls were dirty and scratched. The pool that looks so nice online wasn't that great. The people are the front were friendly. I hope I get my $100 deposit back and can't imagine what it was needed for. Wouldn't return there.

The toilet leaked water on the floor of the bathroom after being flushed even after being moved the toilet still leaked in the other room

The rooms were dirty! My son walked around the room for 10 minutes and his feet were black. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Luckily we only stayed one night but were too tired to try to find another hotel.

Not for children at all. There were people walking around drinking some drunk. The bar was loud. The whole place smelled of marijuana. Our door didn't want to shut , when you did get it to shut then you had to work at getting it open. We didn't even stay after seeing all that and that was within 15 minutes tops

I thought I’d love this place. They spent a lot of money on the lobby. The rooms are old. The manager Debra doesn’t care about guests. I woke up to my room being flooded. Got no compensation. The night person Shanice I think was a horrible person. I needed help and she screamed at me go back to your room! They’ve had quite a lot of complaints about her, and keep her!!??

Very dirty, not all maintained the premesis. Bugs everywhere crawling. Continental breakfast was miserable. There is nothing to eat. Very limited and restricted. No hot water for drinking. As soon as you enter, look wise very attractive. If you walk out of the reception, every thing is dirty

Overall I think it was a decent hotel for only being in town on business for two days and the price- beds were nice, spacious room but I will say the shower not having hot water, was a bit rough. Bathroom could’ve had an update and maybe a tune up here and there but overall it was okay. A good stay for a night or two but definitely not much longer.

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. While I appreciate the front desk staff's efforts, they were clearly overworked and the hotel's condition was unacceptable. My stay began badly. Upon arrival, the TV and phone in my assigned room were non-functional, and the toilet barely flushed. After a late-night room change, facilitated by the apologetic desk staff, I discovered the TV in the second room also didn't work, with a vague explanation that the cable "goes out." More concerning was the cleanliness. The room was visibly dirty, with dirt and hair found on the sheets. A late-night bathroom visit revealed a significant roach infestation. While I understand this is a budget hotel, basic cleanliness and pest control should be non-negotiable. Furthermore, the advertised "continental breakfast" was a complete misrepresentation. I specifically confirmed the breakfast offerings before booking and was told it included cereal, breakfast bars, fruit, yogurt, etc. At 8:30 AM, only milk, juice, and fruit were available. Ultimately, we slept fully clothed on top of the questionable sheets. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options. Management needs to address these serious issues immediately.

Pool was great! Beautiful waterfall, plenty of comfortable seating and shade. Our room smelt like a musty basement. Had to buy an air freshener. Our remote didn’t work but maintenance came and switched tvs and everything was fine. The location was awesome. Next to everything u need without a car. Walking distance to McDonald’s, Walgreens, chick-fil- A, and crane roost park. Overall a great wknd.

There were roaches in the bathroom and bed area. Prostitution in the parking lot. Rusty lamp in the bedroom area, and terrible caulking and rust in the bathroom, and something splattered on the ceiling, couldn’t tell if it was rusty water dripping from the roof or if was actually something on the ceiling, but it was mushy looking and really brown. Multiple other guests were smoking pot outside and walking past a few of the rooms you could smell it very strongly. The woman at the front seat, while friendly, was very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this facility again.

The nicest thing about the property is the pool. Other than that everything ugly and old.

Customer service was rude and dismissive upon arrival, and when we had an issue. Relief customer service, Chris, was more helpful. Outlets behind bed loose and unsafe. We were not happy with the room or the experience.

Service was terrible. The receptionist was not polite at checkout. What blew my mind before they can give me back my security deposit, They had to go check the room. I told her I had a flight to catch and she never came back I assume she called the front desk, 20 minutes later.

Dirty rooms. Had water leak in our room and were not notified until we got back. Had to move to a different room without a pool view and we paid for a pool view. Asked for extra towels and blankets cuz they only gave us 2 for 4 people. Came in our room everyday and took our towels without asking. After waiting 9 hours we went down to get towels and blanket and person was rude and we did get mad. He made rude comment when he walked away. My husband found a bloody needle by the trash can and the guy at the desk didn’t care even tho there were kids around. Only 1 computer to check people in and there was always a line. I wouldn’t stay here again!! You shouldn’t have to ask multiple times for things. Also asked for a wake up call so we could catch out plane and the lady said ok. Set my alarm on my phone and no wake up call. When I called the front desk and said we didn’t get a wake up call she said so and hung up. Stay away from here unless you want a drug infested place. The only good thing was the pool and that isn’t enough for me to stay again. Whoever owns it needs to be aware of how it is being ran u less they just don’t care. We seen the reviews but decided to give it a try and get our own opinion and we should have went with the reviews said and stay away!!

Property looks like nobody cares about it.

The property and pool were ok. Around the pool needed cleaned. White cement around the pool was very dirty looking, needed a good scrub. Trash was piled up in the hallways, the room wasnt very clean (floors, mold shower) could have been done better. Staff was pleasant, location was 20 mins to airport and price was good. Couldn't see paying almost $300 for a one night stay and checking out at 430am. Could be better but served its purpose. More younger people staying there probably for the bar and comedy club and the price

Beautiful and comfortable room. Bed linens are very soft and bathroom towels are bigger than average. Onsite bar with music is fantastic. Front desk is caring and polite.

I dont recommend this place to anyone at least until they have completed the renovations and have the place running smooth. Once completed im sure it wl be nice as the they are making the rooms look good, but for now stay elswhere if you want a stress free stay.

The walls were cracked, roaches were coming in from the people next to us. There roaches in the bathroom. The maids refused to change the bed linen or make the bed or bring us an extra blanket. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. I will never stay here again.

The room itself was okay but the grounds were not good at all it had a strange smell and was very run down, the tv remote did not work for our tv, the bathroom had rusted fixtures(towel rack and curtain rod) and our bedding had small stains on it. Leaving at night was strange because there were people just in the road starting at you while going anywhere and just unwelcoming.

I feel that Hotels.com misled me by claiming it was a $170 hotel with a special 50% discount. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel, and I have never stayed for only half an hour. I had to leave and book another hotel, losing my reservation.

When I checked in the young man at the desk told me my room was on the fourth floor and the elevator was down the hall I went to my car gathered all my stuff carried it back past him to discover the door to that hallway locked I walked back to him he points to a sign that say out of order I had to carry everything past my car again to walk up 4 flights of stairs and it didn’t feel safe

My bed was comfortable. Only basic cable TV. The bathroom look like it was 50 years old. The front desk staff was very nice.

I saw roaches running on the wall and one of the night stand. I left.

Heat didn’t work, each night was cold. Took two nights to get an extra blanket, roaches are pretty bad.

They are trying to remodel. The bathroom is nasty and the furniture is dirty.

oh my! What can I say TRAUMATIZING...when you park your car next to a homeless persons car as you check in ...I should of know ..this is not a safe and nice place to stay the night. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and where exhausted from traveling ...we booked the hotel through a 3-rd party (the pics looked AMAZING) and was not refundable so we decided how bad can it be ...we are only staying one night ...well needless to say we did not sleep a wink and barricaded ourselves in the room using the nightstands as there was all kinds of questionable people coming out of the rooms all hours of the night ...we experienced loud arguments ..swearing and slamming of doors. IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY!!

The property was great for the price point. The staff was extremely courteous and nice. The property was also acceptant of alternative lifestyles.

I just wasent impressed with the cleanliness. Didnt provide a blanket for pull out couch. Floors are nasty. Over all, i would not come here again

Nice and quiet

My key don’t worked, I went to reception and the person in front try me very bad, I asked for her name and her don’t gave me. She laughed and never fix me the problem. I called the police to got inside my room. I made a complaint at the reception but never received response.

The bed was comfortable the television worked it was a good place to sleep however I do not appreciate sleeping with roaches in my room the reason why I chose this hotel is because the last time I used it I did not encounter any roaches however this time the bathroom was loaded with them I think that is absolutely disgusting and like I said the reason why I didn't go to Altamonte Springs Inn Suites because they're loaded with them as well. So I guess I will pay a little bit more for a clean roach-free room and the reason why I didn't say anything was because I didn't see them until the middle of the night when I got up to go to the bathroom. However I did mention it to the desk clerk as I was checking out.

This is obviously an older property but you can tell the management and staff work hard to make it as good as it can be. Beautiful pool and waterfall.

Friendly easy check in

This place is like home to my brother and I. From bottom to top everyone involved in with the hotel is genuine good hard working people. I notice a lot of rooms not vacant. Just a suggestion maybe lowering the rates for local homeless people that can provide ID and deposit. Maybe lowering the deposit for regulars. But either way this place has helped me in my recovery from alcohol and I'm so grateful this place and easy check in and check out. House keeping is top notch front desk as well. Love you all!
