    The room smelled like mold and when asked to please wave the 2nd night, due to each person staying in the room having respiratory problems, "Partel" told us to call wherever we booked our hotel. We asked if she could give us the number, she looked at me straight in my eyes and said google it. We did so, got in touch with who we needed to get in touch with, they said they had to ask the hotel to waive our 2nd night, Partel told them no. She mad us call all around just for her to say no. Also, I booked the room for 4 people. They had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 rags. When I asked Partel for extra towels, she took her time to call for more towels for me. She was very rude and inconsiderate about everything.

    The front desk lady was nice. There is plenty of parking and its free. There are no nonsmoking rooms on the property. I requested a nonsmoking room, yet my room smelled like an ashtray anyway. The furniture is very old and outdated the fridge was rusted inside and out the blankets had burnt marks on them.

    Rooms were the cleanest. The AC wasn’t working and the pictures are outdated. I even had to ask for a fan because the AC wasn’t working at all. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. I wouldn’t go there again.

    When you book on Expedia you book a pet friendly hotel it does not give you an option to express that you have a pet when you get there they're not asking you about a pet and I put up a deposit down of $50 they threaten to take my deposit because I was going to take a waffle from the continental breakfast that says online it's called breakfast on the go free breakfast on the go number one I'm legally blind and I was bringing waffle back to the room for my husband I couldn't read any sign that they had in there and the man who came in and said you can't go out that door with that waffle I said I was taking it to my husband cuz he wasn't feeling well and he said if you take it out that door you lose your deposit I said I thought he was kidding so I was just kind of like going out the door anyway joking around with him at the same time and he started getting loud with me and then he started you know he was really yelling and so in turn I said how are you talking to customers this way do you have a manager and he said no and I said you own this place and he goes my family owns this place and if you don't like it you can leave and you can leave now and he was very rude to me it is a family-owned Hotel they do everything from maid service in the morning to he shows up because he sees on camera what's going on we stayed four days and at the end of our four days he took our deposit because we had brought our pet it said pet friendly when I reserved it and that was it no other questio

    This was not as advertised at all. In our room the bedding was stained, roof falling in, the ac was not attached to the wall correctly(we could see outside), the flooring coming up, and much more. If we didn’t arrive at 11:30pm I would have stayed elsewhere. It was also hard to check in, all doors were locked. There was a sign saying to ring doorbell he bell which was also broke it was just the electrical part which I don’t think worked because I hit it multiple times and then had to knock on the window.

    Cheap place to stay. You get what you pay for. This place looks worse on the outside than the inside. My room was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good size TV and shows to watch, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Just old but worked.

    When I first check in , I asked for early check in which was a 20 dollar extra fee that I didn't mind. Get to my room and half of the lights worked .called down he had to fix a breaker ...then food left in refrigerator, TV upstairs didn't work nor did the microwave.towels had stains but I bring my own just cause of that .

    The set up was cute.However, the air conditioning did not cool off the top unit where the bed is, the ceiling fan did not work, and all they offered was a small little table top fan. There was food left in the refrigerator and garbage between the wall and the mini fridge and stains on the top blanket. It worked for the night, but I would not stay again

    If I could give them a negative five stars i would! Super dirty, found 3 roaches 2 were dead and 1 alive! The building on the outside is super old and run down. I would never stay here again even if they paid me! So disappointed, i've stayed in quality inn before but never like this!

    Man roaming around the parking lot without shoes, very creepy. Many windows were boarded up from the inside. No lobby, had to interact with staff through a small window. Light switch didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, big holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread. Bedbugs crawling on the sheets, door between our room and another said not to open the door, peephole in the door was plugged with toilet paper, room smelled awful, crumbs on the desk. We were there approximately 20 minutes and went to the shady window to return our keycard. Man said we could not have a refund. Btw, the room looks nothing like this picture.

    The “only” thing I liked about the property was the “concept” of the room. The fact that the bedroom was a loft, had a bathroom, and downstairs had the sofa bed with the main bathroom. Upon my arrival, I asked if there was early check-in. I was told yes but for a $40 fee despite having just completed a 16-hour drive from New York. While I agreed to the fee, the staff member assisting me was visibly unwell and had and unpleasant demeanor on top of that. No hello how are you etc. it was almost as if I irritated him. The first room I was given was completely trash. The bedding appeared unwashed, blankets had visible stains, the room had a strong odor, and the upstairs toilet seat was literally cracked in half. ? I told the gentleman who checked me in and he didn’t seem phased about it. So he moved us to another room, only to find the same cleanliness issues with the bedding, odor, etc. At this point, we cleaned the room ourselves and purchased our own bedding and towels. This is disappointing on so many levels especially for a hotel that charges guests and promotes itself under the name “Quality Inn.” Theeeeeen…. When I requested assistance with the television, a staff member entered without greeting, had loud Indian music playing from her phone, and was no way near professional. She even rested her body against bed we had just cleaned ourselves. I went to acknowledge her and she looked at me as if I did her wrong. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, and the level of cleanliness is far below basic hospitality standards. Staff professionalism does not exist, and the appearance of the employees reflects the same lack of care seen throughout the property. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially given that we were in town for a funeral and already dealing with a difficult time. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

    Room had a smell, sheets had burnt holes on them, towels were cheap. Floor was filty. Front desk service was horrible except for the overnight ladie who was the only good thing about my stay. Very helpful with the breakfast on how to use the waffle machine. Besides the hotel was not to my expectation. What you saw online was not reality.

    The A/C did not blow very hard took a long time to cool the room off. The foot was water damaged in several places. The pool sign said hours were 9 am to 10 pm the staff closed the pool at 8:50pm.

    Upon check-in i was told to pay $6 extra for my room because I booked online on expedia. I booked for a non smoking room the room strongly smelled like smoking chamber. When I exited immediately and asked for a non-smoking room she said I have to pay $78 extra because she don't think is a smoking room wich i refused. Then she said I have to talk to her manger or she was pointing to a sign of clear choice. Then it was full drama. Then after that she gave me the 2nd room at that point it was already 11pm, that second room was worst than the 1st unit. I was extremely tired and just needed to rest, I have to spray the room with all my cologne. I had two different tips of air freshener and open all the coffee pour it in certain areas then wipe the bed frame. At least I got 2 hours sleep in that unit and I checked out at 6 am.

    First room they put us in had mold on ceiling from leak above. Second room was better however the fan in bathroom did not work and people above smoking - odor came through our bathroom fan and we could not blow it out...yuk! Parking easy and felt safe. Pool area very was nice, but had not been cleaned in a while. Air conditioning worked fine. Most staff was not real friendly, only lady in late evening seemed friendly. Will not go back to this one.

    The suite was beautiful nice and clean the LR wall light didn't not work but the lamp provided enough lighting the bathroom was very clean the outside property was so beautiful and clean the only thing I can say is the staff at front desk needs to be more respectful when talking to someone especially someone spending more than 200 bucks for one night in a room you aren't entitled to anyone's money this is why I prefer not to patronize Indian owned hotels they usually aren't as friendly and act very entitled...would I stay again? Absolutely the property is clean and nice and so are the rooms if only stay in the suites though

    We only stayed one night, though we booked three. There was black mold in the bathroom! Our health was of concern, so we cancelled and are hoping to receive a refund. There was also a lot of noise throughout the night from other guests or outside our room.

    We weren't there more than ten minutes after after checking in, before we checked out. The room they gave us had such a strong odor of mold that I couldn't step in the room more than a few feet. We tried to check out the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude to the point of anger almost. He refused to refund me.I was supposed to be there 6 days. I knew we were in trouble when we were at the front desk. Checking in and a group of 5-6 homeless people with their carts & belongings made themselves at home in the lobby. The front desk manager had absolutely no problem with that.

    Room and bathroom was filthy, we were unable to use the television because there was no remote, and none brought after requesting another, no towels/wash cloths in room initially and then when we asked the front desk only gave us two of each, even though we were a registered party of four, refused to provide us additional towels etc… Overall experience was terrible and I would not recommend this nor want anyone else have to endure this!

    Lady at the front desk had horrible customer service when I was checking in. I rented the loft. No hand towels for an upstairs bathroom. No option to turn on upstairs fan. So I slept pretty warm upstairs. Only one tv remote worked. It was a decent stay. I don’t know if I would stay again.

    I have stayed in many hotels and this one was the most discussing hotel of my life! It’s like entering a third world country hotel with air conditioner that stinks mold, sheets that have holes in them, and bathroom floors full of hair. And the most shocking was the Indian front desk girl that gave me the worst attitude because my TV remote control was not working. Breakfast was disgusting we didn’t eat anything. I wish I had read the reviews and not gone here. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Filthy place.

    It was located in a good area overall which is what I liked. However, the renovations in the room wasn’t the best..poorly and cheaply done. The smell in the room was horrible felt like I was in a motel, I had to go buy air freshener to tolerate the aroma of I’m guessing cheap cleaning products I don’t know. The floor was very slippery also. The bathroom was renovated nicely but that’s it. My covers had stains on them and we didn’t get the best sleep due to the itches it gave us, we literally decided to sleep in our clothes so not much of our skin would touch the sheets. This is a hotel for if you have no choice and you got to do what you got to do. I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

    I stayed at this hotel about 18 months ago(??) and they were in process of room renovations.Its complete but lacking. My room had a musty smell, in a Monday to Saturday stay I only had service to my room 1 time with cleaning, fresh towels and bed made. The last night a roach was crawling between the bed sheets -- freaked me the f out. Its too bad. I liked having a courtyard room as it makes me feel safer as a solo female traveler. Unfortunately with the service experienced this visit I doubt I would return. Front desk personnel very nice though.

    First of all I booked this room through Expedia who I use quite often. The first thing I was told when I checked in was that I didn’t pay enough so they charged me an additional $30 for the 5 day stay. The room was clean and comfortable but the good ends there. The laundry and ice machine were both out of order. Breakfast was cold tater tots and Luke warm sausage. There was a waffle maker if you can get the batter dispenser to work. Otherwise there’s toast but the handles are broke on the toaster or an apple and coffee if there’s any left. And if you like that wonderful pot smell 24/7 there’s no shortage of that. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and get a better room. This is far from “quality”

    The room smelled. The floor was dirty. The air conditioner was very loud. The pool was closed for the entire week. The laundry was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The microwave didn't work.The breakfast was mediocre. An attempt was made at updating the decor in the room but it could use better lighting. We stayed a week and asked for a room clean but it didn’t happen - the towels and garbage piled up. Although we had some good interactions with the staff, I would not recommend staying here. The only plus was it's closeness to the highway.

    Beware. The Expedia prepaid room price is not the price I ultimately paid. The property added an undisclosed hotel service fee on check in. The clerk also added a tax charge, which was removed when I showed taxes were already paid on the Expedia receipt. You have been warned.

    However, the cleanliness of the room is the responsibility of the staff here. The room has a distinct smoke smell despite being told this is a non-smoking room. The floors are coming up and are uneven (a major fall risk for someone with limited mobility). There are holes in the walls of the bathroom and the refrigerator is rusting horribly. Worst of all, there are burns on both comforters and one fleece blanket on the bed was completely riddled with burn holes.

    Room door was damaged from what appeared to be a break in. Door frame was pried from wall and tacked back, security lock was broken, and door difficult to close. Bathroom sink drain was slow and most likely clogged. Reported to management upon departure.

    Also, during breakfast the lady staff member was rude to my 16 year old daughter. I understand that there are some rough looking locals at that establishment, but coming from out of town, we can constitute what neighborhoods are good, bad, etc. they treated all customers rudely and with disrespect. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very dirty as well. No trash can in room, holes in walls, and one toilet paper roll. We received no towels and maid cleaning during our stay

    Very uncomfortable beds, booked queen room, but the bed size was definitely a full. The mater was not of good quality,uou could feel the springs and platform it sits on when laying on it. I will say shower pressure and heat were great. Please be advised they charge a $50 deposit as well as a $6 property fee upon check in. After dark, the lobby is closed and there is a window for check in.

    I have never stayed at a Quality Inn & Suites in bad shape as this one. The bathroom and shower floor had hair on it. The bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in there. The ceiling had spots where the paint was peeling off. When I checked in she asked me if I wanted smoking or no smoking room. I told her there should be no smoking in every room. She said we have smoking rooms. Like I said "I have never stayed at any hotel in bad shape as this one.

    The "breakfast" was terrible! All they had was toast an apple and yogurt! I had pet hair allllllll over my sheet and as i wore socks in the room it was allllll over my socks and I'm highly allergic. I told rhe staff, they did nothing, and then when i called for a possible refund, even if it were for just one day, they said I was lyong and denying any credit. The staff is ran by mostly indian people and they had attitudes. Only one who didnt was the agternoon shoft white lady but she doesn't do her job too well. It was an over all bad experience. Now I know why they only have a 2 and a half star rating. The best thing is that there are many restaurants around and close to the highways.

    The door to the lobby was boarded up, and a pipe that would’ve drained water from the roof was broken, so the three days of nonstop rain were the loudest sounds ever, because the rain would go through the pipe, then spill out of the broken part, directly onto the metal roof. And every single day, sometimes several times per day, our room keys would stop working. Going to the lobby to get them activated got annoying. And let’s discuss the “breakfast”: a waffle maker, about 10 pieces of wheat bread/muffins. Some Raisin Bran & Frosted Flakes, great value yogurt, old stale coffee, and old apples. I made a waffle & decided to have it in my room, the guy at the lobby’s response? “No no! You must eat in the dining room!” I immediately threw the waffle away and left. And that was our last day, we did not go to breakfast the previous 3 days. The only thing this place had going for it? Location. Otherwise?

    We weren't able to stay because the room designated as handicap accessible did not even have enough space between the bed and dresser for the wheelchair to fit through so the bathroom couldn't be accessed. Our wheelchair is smaller than standard size, so I have no idea how anyone with a wheelchair has been able to use the room.

    We arrived around 10 PM after a long trip, only to walk into a room that was absolutely disgusting. There were grease stains on the blankets, nasty stains on the pillows, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Even the microwave was filthy, caked with old food and grime — the most unsanitary I’ve ever seen in any hotel room. When I asked the front desk for clean blankets, the staff member barely acknowledged me and handed me just a sheet, as if that solved anything. The next morning, management finally came on duty, so I requested clean blankets again… and even the “clean” ones they gave me were stained. Completely unacceptable. The bed itself was another nightmare. The entire left side had a huge dip, like a chunk of the mattress was missing. My partner woke up in pain from trying to sleep on it. The next night, we had to sleep diagonally with our feet hanging off the bed just to avoid that crater and get any comfort at all. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unpleasant, acting annoyed anytime we brought up legitimate issues. Breakfast was a joke — almost no food available, and the waffle maker was covered in junk and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Everything about this place felt dirty, neglected, and poorly managed. This hotel should be called “No Quality Here”

    The beds were so high that my cousin, being short and heavy, couldn't get in hers. She had to use the desk chair with wheels and it was very dangerous and uncomfortable. We had to bring a step stool for the second night. Why, if you are catering to all kinds of people would you have such high beds? Also, there were suspicious looking people in the parking lot and it smelled like pot and alcohol. And the neighbors were up all night with very loud voices and noisy TV.

    Ask for a non smoking room smelled of marijuana. Bed had rather fleas or bedbugs. I left there and moved to Hampton Inn. Person checking in was rude and condescending. Expedia should be embarrassed to have them on their site. I use Expedia quite a bit but I am will be rethinking using them in the future. Very disappointed.

    The check in process was horrible there were several customers in the lobby complaining about the accommodations. They had ants everywhere in the room the towels were stained the bed cover was stained and dirty and instead of giving us a new room she just took the top layer off and replaced it. Then we were 15 mins late checking out because we overslept and she stiffed us out of our deposit when we asked to speak to manager she refused to give us the information. Then got on the phone with the manager speaking a different language in front of us and said the man said not to return security because it was forfeited.

    At reservation, I had specified a non-smoking room, but at check-in, I was assigned a room that as soon as I opened the door, I could tell was not a non-smoking room. I returned to check-in and questioned the room allocation, and was then reassigned to a room that thankfully, didn't smell like an ashtray. The property was clean, the pool area (which We didn't use but were adjacent to, was quite pleasant for a "lower" cost accommodation. I do question the coffee maker machine being "screwed" to the wall right beside the toilet (so we didn't avail of that amenity), but I have to say that the facility was clean, and comfortable. The A/C was amazing! I had to increase the temp lest we suffer frost-bite. I got the feeling that they have some perpetual residents, but we experienced no discomforting encounters during our stay. Would I be willing to stay there again? Yes. The staff were not warm and welcoming, but they were responsive to circumstance and the accommodations were adequate for the cost. You can only expect to get what you're willing to pay for, right?

    We went back to the office and voiced our concerns to the young lady at reception and told her we were just going to leave and to cancel our reservation. She immediately started arguing with us (she had a very strong Indian accent when speaking English) saying she had to talk to her manager and she got her on the phone. Then she started speaking in a foreign language to the manager right in front of us. She claimed that she couldn’t authorize a refund, even though they didn’t have what we reserved, and we would have to come back in the morning to speak to the manager. Then she offered to give us a different room. At that point we were just done and had no faith that a new room would be any different. We called Hotels.com to help us and they said they would call the property but got to answer. We finally called our bank and put a freeze on our card and open a dispute. This was all on the 1st night of our two week road trip vacation. ☹️

    COCKROCHES!! Killed at least 10 in our room on a 2 night stay. Room appeared clean and updated but they have an infestation problem and the bugs are not afraid to come right out in front of you in the room. Easy fix if they would spray after every guest, set up traps, and make weekly guests leave their room to spray. Cheap owners. Florida inspector was there one moring checking their breakfast area. Unfortunately they only inspect empty rooms during day. She said to make a complaint. I've stayed in several hotels traveling throughout Florida and this is not normal. Nice tile and lobby but food cockroaches not palmetto bugs.

    I only got about half of my money back, which they should have refunded me the full amount. I had to rebook at another hotel that same night as I was not going to be able to go to sleep knowing I was surrounded by roaches. I have pictures of the roaches but not the bedding which had holes in it. Once I saw that, I should've known the type of hotel this was.     The pictures must have been enhanced because this place is very run down. No hot water in the shower, the shower floor looked gross didn’t want to put feet in it. My mother law turned her sheets down in her room and they were dirty, they had black marks on them. Gross.

    RUN FROM THIS PLACE, place is dirty, noisy and soon as i walked upstairs there was a smell of weed EVERYWHERE, i was there for 10 minutes asked for a refund, they told me to contact Expedia so they can give the refund, well i did that and they denied it. So the place is horrible and on top of that they are liars and thieves. The place is so unsecured and unsafe

    When we first checked in we had problems. I used a first party Klarna for my payment, before we got to the hotel they’ve already taken $84 from my card, and denied that they did, even after showing them the charges. However, to make it short, eventually I went ahead and paid for our stay. When we got to the room, my daughter needed to used the bathroom room, she couldn’t because the toilet was filthy, they were dried poop on the inside not properly cleaned or wasn’t clean, then on the outside of the toilet was soiled, we were afraid to even stooped over to pee. We had two beds in our room, when my daughter went to lay down there was a roach crawling on the pillow. She jumped up looking for the roach only to find a few more dead ones in the corner of her bed. Unfortunately we we braved the night and stayed because it was too late for us to find another room. Reported the situation to the manager, we told him we would like to move to another room. They apologized and said if they have one available they would, but they would send someone to clean up this room. After an hour no one showed up to clean. On a second thought we decided to check out and get refunded. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. In addition to the filthy rooms, bathroom, some of the numbers on the hotels rooms were missing.

    This place was awful. Started with check in thru a bullet proff side window. Then they out me in a room with no working air and lights. My kid was freaked out cause it was late. Then they changed rooms and we went to the new one where there were stains all over the sheets. When you opened the door there were rat traps outside. The place is flithy. They dont have breakfast they have a juice machine coffee white bread and butter and walmart muffins

    The hotel receptionist at check-in was wonderful. She was efficient and kind. The room looked nice. However, when we got up in the morning, the sink looked like it had razer stubble in it, until it moved. Tons of bugs came up out of the drain. When we told the front desk, they only responded with "we"ll let housekeeping know." Not the best response! But the room was quite nice and comfortable until we noticed the bugs.

    I booked a no smoking room which I didn’t get they telling me that’s the only room they left,I had to try and take away that cigarette smell with air freshener,it didn’t even help,we were coughing in the room that’s how bad it was,I couldn’t wait to leave that place,the sheets has holes in them from the cigarette burns,we had a very bad experience being there,never again.

    I was charged $200 for a room that I expected to be decent given the price, but it turned out to be the worst and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced. I waited an hour and a half to check in because their system was down. When I finally got to my room, it reeked, was filthy, and had holes in the sheets. The overall condition was absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was someone smoking weed in the hallway. We left immediately, choosing to lose the money rather than spend another minute in that nightmare.

    To start, we did the check in around 6 left at 7 for a concert, came back at 11 to find a strong cigarette smell, a roach in the bathroom that scared me when trying to turn the light on then, got upset left to go to the front office because they don’t answe The phones, to find another roach in the wall. Horrible experience paid almost $200 for one night an they don’t want to refund me I would have to stay in this filthy hotel

    This place is Old. It has been updated somewhat but room stinks terribly bad. Large Trash bag full of trash right out side of our door. Sidewalks and parking lot was very dirty. Won't ever stay there again.

    My two young children and I had an extremely disappointing stay. Within an hour of checking in, we encountered multiple roaches—on the bathroom wall, above our bed, and on the countertop. We documented this with photos and videos. When I contacted the front desk to report the infestation and request a room change, the staff member was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He refused to move us, stating he was not authorized to do so. When I emphasized that the conditions were uninhabitable, he dismissively told me that I had already heard him the first time and that he would not repeat himself. His tone was condescending and completely inappropriate for someone in hospitality. As a family that travels four months out of the year, we have experienced a wide range of accommodations, but this was by far one of the worst experiences we've had. No paying guest should have to deal with unsanitary conditions or be treated with such disrespect when seeking a reasonable solution. I contacted the corporate office who immediately took action and relocated us to another hotel.

    Awful! The refrigerator made weird noises all day and night, there was a roach crawling around on the bedroom floor, there was a poop mark across the toilet lid, there was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left to use, sleep was not to be expected until after the game and partying was over per the hotel clerk (that ended up being 230am when I had tried to go to bed at 10pm!!) This place was a joke. I was told to call a manager the following day but when I did of course I was told to call back. I still haven't reached one. Don't waste your time unless you don't care about sleep and cleanliness.

    The room was another letdown—dirty and poorly maintained. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment, but it was far from that. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly intrusive. They knocked on my door 20 minutes before the official check-out time to rush me, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Additionally, the hotel’s payment systems are outdated and frustrating. Their Vending machines didn’t work properly, and they don’t accept cards. When I asked for a bottle of water to take my medication, I was told I had to pay $2. When I tried to pay, they insisted on cash only and still refused to give me a bottle. The lack of basic customer care in this situation was shocking. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.     Placed me in a room with an inoperative heater on a cold night. I remained cold even while fully dressed in bed. I reported the inoperative heater the next day, so they placed a portable space heater in the room while I was away. But, the person plugged the space heater into an extension cord slot which blew the fuse. That part of the room had no power. It was obvious the staff did not know what they were doing, but I did, so I fixed the fuse myself. This is a Quality Inn with no quality.

    We did not stay!! The place was filthy. When we walked it to hotel it reeked!! Walking into room there were cockroaches scattering and the bedding was disgusting, dirty, old and no mattress pad!!! Absolutely the WORST PLSCE I HAVE EVERCWALKED INTO!!!! How do I get a refund or credit????

    It was clean free breakfast they run out of pancake mix no one replaced it. The fridge made noice and the sofa as well. Water pressure was low bar soap instead of bottle for hand washing. The heat worked as it was40 degrees. We thought it was another hotel we booked. It’s a family owned $3 fee per person. They held $50 but it was refunded.

    This is an older hotel that was remodeled. Unfortunately, the comforters, sheets, and towels were all heavily stained. One of the bed's blankets had cigarette holes in it. There were roaches in the room. The TV didn't have signal and the staff declined to address it so, we were unable to use the TV during our stay. Not a pleasant stay, but served its purpose.

    The assigned room was full of cockroaches and smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. They did not have any other rooms to accommodate us but 1 bed, since we were 4 people we had to find another place to sleep for 2 of the guests.
