Bed was super comfy. The bedding was very high end…I didn’t want to get out of bed. I tried looking for a tag to buy the bedding for my home. Breakfast was perfect. Pool and hot tub were perfectly adequate and the fitness room had everything we needed.

Room had some minor issues, shades did not work, sink drain cap was pulled and on bathroom counter, and the room was cold 58 degrees when we entered. It heated up fine.

Adequate, the sausage was good, the eggs so so. Coffee was barely warm. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. I would have liked a lamp on each end table by the bed. We left at 7am to spend the best of the day in Palo Duro Canyon and were back by 2pm and our room had not been cleaned. We had to let that go because we wanted to relax. The hot tub jets didn't work either. That was a main reason for staying there.

I TRULY ENJOYED MY STAY THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS. THE CLEANING STAFF WAS AMAZING!! MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE TELEVISION!!! IT WAS A OLD 32 INCH WITH A BUTTON FOR NETFLIX. IT WASNT FOR ME AT ALL. YOU HAVE A GREAT ROOM WITH AMENITIES BUT THE TELEVISION IS OUTDATED.

The property shows its age with wear and tear. It is not kept in good condition from plumbing fixtures in bathrooms (tho water pressure in the shower is excellent) to room carpeting to general room and hallway appearance. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent

It looked like someone from the staff just left it like that. A maintenance guy who could not speak English was going around knocking on privacy marked doors (mine) at 745 at night asking to do installations. It looked like they have people living there, the feeling I got. It looked like they allow locals to have pool parties there. And the next day the hot tub was not working. Very noisy guests with all kinds of noise and door slamming. The housekeeping supervisor knocked on my door well before check out time when I was in the shower and claimed she was "just checking." Wow. Avoid. Very low qual place. You can get all this and more at any cheap low qual motel for half of the price.

What separates this property from most is that they leave the pool/ hot tub open until midnight. Other than that, it was pretty typical for the franchise. One weird thing about it though, was that the elevator looked like a room door.

Property was easily accessible, place is very clean and hot tub and pool are nice clean and functional. Lots of places to choose from for dining and shopping. Room is large and comfortable. Bathroom is nice and big. Overall appearance of room looks to be newly remodeled and is very nice. They offer a complementary breakfast from 7 to 10 and check in was quick and easy.

This hotel was very nice. It was clean, and the price was great. The service was awesome! The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel for a long time! The only bad thing I experienced was a broken hot tub, which is why I stopped there after a very long drive.

Hotel was just fine, but I reserved and paid through Trivago/Exedia, but at check-in, they said the lowest rate was $129 (my res was for $89). They told me that they had a double queen - non handicap room. I told them that was perfect, but their payment/reservation info was not correct, they looked again and came up w/ $99 (again, I stated I already paid through Expedia. When they found my reservation - my room changed to a single queen handicapped room. I accepted it as there were people waiting behind me, but out was a TERRIBLE check-In experience.

There was a man in the hallway across from the pool wearing a beanie and sweatshirt hanging outside of the pool area. He did not appear to be an employee and kept looking into the pool area throught the window. Being a female with my children, I am very aware of my surroundings. He seemed suspicious, until I saw him enter the maintainace room. That made me feel better as I knew that was an employee. However, it would be safer to have ALL employees dress in a manner that identifies them as an employee and wear a name badge at all times. Other than that, the stay was great.

The fire alarm went off multiple times , first one at 1 am because someone prank pulled it, second time in the morning because someone burnt toast, third time unknown reason. Traveling with young kids this was difficult as none of us got much sleep. Other than that the hotel was fine

We purchased 2 rooms because there are 10 people in our group. The room description on expedia said each room sleeps 5, but when we checked in we were given rooms that had two beds each. The booking was non refundable and we ended up having to split 10 people into 4 beds. Some of us slept on the floor. False advertising! Very disappointed that this was our experience

I had a great stay. the room was very spacious and the breakfast the next morning was great! Much to choose from and the lady stocking the breakfast items was super nice. Front desk in the morning had excellent customer service, helped us get some ice and water for our water bottles.

We only stayed one night, but the front desk staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. Dining was close in the area. Staff was friendly. We will stay again.

The room would not get cold. I had to get up multiple times during the night & turn down the thermostat. We could hear traffic throughout the night, as our window was close to the road.

Everything was great they had construction signs up but there was no inconvenience my only complaint would be I had somewhere to be at 7 in the morning and breakfast was 15 minutes late

Improvements needed and more noise control

Close to highway and friendly staff.

A fire alarm pulled by a guest in the middle of the night added to the drama. No firetrucks arrived and guests were not instructed that it was safe to return, When the alarm stopped, guests went back to their rooms. The refrigerator in our room did not work and the bathroom lighting is poor at best.

Viviana Garcia the employee of the hotel racial profiling and made false claim against me. The hotel standard and services was falsely offered services that was not provided. This employee needs to be held accountable for her behavior and actions. The Assistant manager Shea need more training to held situations as a customer service upper management level, instead of focusing on the employee actions , she made excuses of being under staff when staff members are standing around and people waiting for food, and sugar..

Good location, inside pool was ok, no jacuzzi. No shower in the indoor pool area not restroom. Beads were comfortable and the water pressure on the shower was fantastic, good quality of shampoo and toiletries.the rooms are not that quiet was hearing the people talking while passing by outside. Breakfast was decent, had stayed in other hotels in same area that were a bit cheaper and as good or better though.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I spent about an hour in the pool (indoor) and had ot to myself - didn't see anyone else in the for the duration of my stay. Overall it was a relaxing place to stay and close by to several attractions.

Chicken when semi smooth there’s problem with the keys originally we had to go back and get renew keys before we can get into our room other than that things are acceptable

Was very disappointed for the cost how outdated and tough the hotel room was. The bathroom was in definite need of remodeling.

The full breakfast was sufficient with eggs and sausages. The young man, Christian, at the front desk was very helpful. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order. I often look for a hotel with a hot tub so that was a really unfortunate, otherwise everything else was great!
