The place is very pleasant and a great option for families; it is very clean. The only downside is that they charge for parking—I was charged $35. If you're heading to Disney, the bus stops right at the corner and costs $2.

Within a 10 min walk to Disneyland. Gentleman who worked/owner? there was very accommodating, offered us a stroller for our son and extra towels while we were in the pool. Even though it’s next to the freeway, the noise is minimal so don’t let that put you off booking! Could see the fireworks from our room. Nothing really. Basic accommodation, don’t expect bells and whistles but the price is much more affordable than many other Disney hotels!

Close to Disneyland and Taco Bell. Good fridge and microwave. Plenty of room. Not an issue for me, but be aware: No elevator to the second floor room. Disney’s fireworks are amplified between the 2 buildings of the hotel. Only 1 chair in the room. Had to pay an additional $11 for parking.

Location was great.

The sink is next to the bathroom giving the opportunity for more than one person to get dressed at the same time. There was a microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable- a little on the softer side instead of sleeping on a board. It had a couple of different types of pillows so finding one that worked was easy. There is a facilities fee (parking) but it was cheap by local standards. There’s mini mart and fast food half a block away for all your late night cravings or forgotten necessities.

Very good place to stay

Great stay very close to Disneyland with a great price. Comfortable large rooms with good bathroom and shower. Friendly hosts and easy uber access! Have stayed here before and will stay again!

Room was very old and not clean, found hair on one of the pillows and there was a yellowish stain on another one, stuff stuck on inside of toilet. Worst of all, the water pipe from the shower kept making high pitch squealing noises every hour throughout the night after we were in bed. Told the staff in the morning about the problem but was blamed for not telling them sooner. It was almost midnight, and we had a sleeping 4 year old, it was not possible to have us move to another room at this point. When we told the staff the next day, they offered to waive our parking fee….of $10. We barely slept at night because of this and it felt insulting to only be offered that little as compensation. The only good thing is that it is close to Disneyland. Wouldn’t recommend or stay any more.

We stayed here during our visit to Disneyland. The location is excellent, with the park only about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, spotless and very well equipped. In fact, this was one of the best motels we stayed at during our trip. The only downside was the parking fee. When booking a motel, we generally expect parking to be included in the room rate, especially since easy and free parking is often one of the advantages of choosing a motel. We were therefore a little disappointed to find that parking was charged separately.

We was extremely pleased staying at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and kind! They accommodated us to a downstairs room as per request. Our rooms were extremely clean which made our stay that much more comfortable. Will be returning!

I was surprised to have to pay $10/day for parking & 25¢ for a bucket of ice but that seems to be somewhat normal for the the Anaheim area.

Parking was so much more inexpensive compared to other properties and we were able to work right outside of our door. It was very convenient and a nice walk to the convention center. The staff was extremely kind and available whenever we needed them

We did find a couple earwigs (pincher bugs) in the room and the bathtub didn't drain properly. But nothing that can't be fixed.

Hotel was perfect for our stay. We did not stay at the property except to sleep, so it was perfect. The ice machine did not work at the time of our visit and it was difficult at times to get ahold of staff. However neither of these things made or broke our trip and stay.

Check in was easy, and everything was straight to the point. No hidden or extra fees, so that was a plus. The room wasn’t the best I’ve been it, but it was cleaned as best as it could be for being outdated. We didn’t spend much time in the room so that didn’t matter, as long as it was clean enough with no bugs, which it was fine there. I would stay there again for a quick trip!

Everything was great. Easy drive to the Toy Story lot every day, although it seems like a lot of people walk from the hotel. It isn't too far to the parks, but we didn't like having to walk over the freeway and we have free parking at Disneyland with our Magic Key passes. Parking wasn't included on the hotel's nightly price but it wasn't too bad and the nightly rate was cheap so it worked out. We'd stay here again.

Room wasn’t clean. Bathtub drain stop didn’t work. Bed was rock hard and the loudest bed I’ve ever heard. Had it booked for 3 nights and checked out before we even stayed a night. Employee was awful and they wouldn’t cooperate with Expedia or me to get a refund for at least 2 nights. Was worth double paying for a hotel to never stay here.

Floor was dirty when we arrived and after cleaning service. Online website advertised for breakfast and free parking. There was no breakfast. Parking was not free. When I asked about it, the front desk worker told me the website I was getting my information from was not his website (it was the and name, exactly). He said simce I booked through a secondary website, he didn't need to honor what was advertised. There was no shuttle service, also as advertised that they would be. Not worth the cost, effective though it's a low amount. Very disappointing

I was greeted enthusiastically as I walked in. Big smiles and I felt very welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The fireworks were amazing from the hot tub area. The refrigerator in microwave were very convenient. It was an easy walk to the art bus one block away. Also one block away was a Starbucks and a Taco Bell and a gas station with snacks. The room was quiet. The whole property was clean. It is remodeled. The entire stay was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back.

Ash is fantastic he always accommodates my family so well! We got caught in a rain storm and he loaned us his personal umbrella when Walmart was sold out! Very kind staff and great suites with a door separating the third bed, wonderful for different bedtimes!

We even met a few families who’ve returned year after year because of the value and consistent upkeep. That said, we were caught off guard by a daily parking fee and an additional charge for our child, as a party of 3. It felt frustrating, especially at a budget-friendly motel. When we expressed our concern, the response was to blame our third-party booking, which didn’t feel great. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you know all the charges up front and book direct. Just be aware of the added fees.

The booking site said 'What you see is what you pay', however they charge extra for parking. When we got in the room, there was no chain latch. But the main issue was the toilet backed up and wouldn't flush. I told the front desk before going out. We got back after midnight and not only was it still backed up, it was now dirtier and smelly.

Stayed 4 nights. Cheap option and honestly had no problems with anything.

To start, if we could give zero stars we would. We found multiple pieces of hair in our “clean” towels on top of the multiple stained towels. There was giant chunks of lint below one of the beds. But wait, there is more! We also found our door was missing a hinge, everything looked brown and dirty and the room was overall disgusting. It was not comfortable and felt very sticky and humid. I would not recommend staying at this hotel as it needs major TLC.

Honestly we booked a 3 night stay for 3 day passes at Disneyland and California Adventure which was like a 10-15 min walk from the hotel, we weren’t actually at the hotel much since we were at the parks all day however we had all good encounters with staff, clean room, you can tell the place is a bit old but for a basic and fair priced place pretty close to the parks I have no complaints. There’s also a Chevron right next door for all late night snacks and drinks which was a plus. I was really worried and quite nervous considering a lot of the hotels had some not so good reviews but this place was good and we will definitely be coming back

Sink leaks even when not using it…makes a mess

I would stay here again for sure. It's clean, it's quiet, it's close to disney (for adults, maybe a long walk for kids) and it's close to food that isn't crowded with disney crowds. Everything was great with our stay, however, the lock to our door didnt work and every night, getting back after a very long day of theme parks, we had to go to the front desk, get new keys made, that wouldn't work, and then have staff walk us to our room and manually unlock the door. After leaving the room at 6:30 a.m. and getting back after midnight the last thing we wanted to do was walk back and forth across the parking lot at least twice every night and wait for the staff to unkock our doors. We were onkyngetting about 5 hours of sleep max without this issue, so the 15-30 minutes (depending on the night) this took was tough! It's no one's fault, and again, I would stay here again easily, but that was very inconvenient and no compensation was offered. Our companions (in another room) had no issues at all.

Super accommodating! Disneyland & California Adventure are about a 12-15 minute walk, with a Starbucks and Chevron right around the corner! Rooms were clean and organized! Not bad for the price you pay. Parking is around $11-13 a day! Beats the parks prices of $30-$35. Will likely return and recommend!

The owner was very welcoming and helpful in multiple instances and even helped me load my electric bike as I was preparing to leave. The beds were clean and comfortable as was the room. Nothing fancy just all the basic amenities and close proximity to Disneyland Resort, but the warm welcome and customer service is what made it memorable. I will definitely try and stay here again and recommend it to others.

The area around the property is all right. I thought it could be a little bit hood. I was wrong The staff was really friendly and really efficient with the Check In in the rooms were really nice. Would definitely stay there again if you're a single person go to Disneyland this place is perfect for you. It's literally. .75 of a mile walk to Disneyland.

The room was clean. Bed was a bit hard but it was fine for the 1 night we were there. The bathroom was clean. The fridge worked really well.

Walkable distance from the parks. Pool and hot tub are nicely maintained. Room was clean on arrival, and the sheets were soft, but the bed was stiffer than I prefer. The fireworks from the park shook the bed and were quite loud. But our noise complaint was actually the a/c unit in our room. Unless we turned it completely off, it was so noisy that we got very little sleep the 3 nights we stayed. Even with constant fan on, the sound was variable and too loud and scratchy sounding for a good night's rest. Other guests were also very loud a few doors down from us near midnight which also made it impossible to sleep. (Thin walls/no soundproofing). We would stay again if their a/c units were addressed.

No water (meaning no sink, no shower, no toilet), ice machine wasn't working, no weather stripping under the door which clearly led to the 2 large spiders getting in.

I’d give this hotel zero star rating if I could. Don’t stay here it’s not worth your money. My fiancé smokes some green, but she never smoked inside the room. I’m pregnant so she never smokes around me. The front desk man called me at my phone and accused us for a smell of smoke in the room, and threatened to charge us a fee of $100 if he smells smoke from the room. He called me a liar when I told him that nobody has smoked inside. Threatened to kick us out, he said “I can put yall out of the room right now if you don’t like it, and I don’t have to pay nothing back to you. I could hear everything the walls wouldn’t block out noise, at night time I would hear stomping noises coming from the people who stayed in the upstairs room. Outside of our room we could hear doors slamming it was noisy. On the second day of my stay I noticed that the pillows had mold on them, and the sheets had stains on them. The front desk man would be so invasive, when he’d see us about to leave the hotel he would ask how long we would be out for. According to him he asked so he could give us room service. In reality he just wanted to check and see if they’d be any smell or snoop through my things. I found mold at the bottom of the walls, this was the first room I’ve stayed at that had no type of lock to keep it secured.

When i checked in the guy at the front dest was super friendly and helpful with thr information i asked about. I didnt stay at the inn. We went to our room...i used the bathroom and was greeted while using the batbroom with not 1 but 2 alive roaches (not that dead ones would have been any better). I washed my hands...and returned the key card and left. Never to return back to this inn.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and me and my daughter felt safe. It was a 12 minute walk to Disneyland. My daughter swam every afternoon. There are several restaurants and stores within a 15 minute walk. Overall for a family budget this was a great experience. Oh you can see Disneyland fireworks from the sauna.

Then to top it off when I went to take a shower there was little to no body wash.

Our stay was good. Overall, very clean and well kept. The only things I didn’t like necessarily was the bed was very stiff and not too comfortable. The shower head needed some cleaning, and there was a bullet hole in the window. At least that is what it looked like to us. Again, overall it wasn’t a bad stay at all.

This would have been better as a phone call, but again, I confirmed this with him the night before. It took me a while to get situated in my car, so I noticed that my room didn’t even get tended to for about a half hour after I vacated it. I was also concerned that there was no peep hole on the door so I had to look out the window to see who was at the door. Additionally, there was no safety bar or a safety chain on the door. this was very disconcerting. I also felt that this business was stingy because people had pay a quarter if they wanted ice. This is always a free service at hotels and motels! I have never seen a pay machine for ice before! This was extremely disappointing. The bed was so rock hard and uncomfortable that it started triggering all the scar tissue in my back from cancer treatment. On the positives, it was relatively quiet and clean.

Great staff very friendly. We decided to stay an extra night. Some outlets do not work. We had to pay for parking once we got there. The extra private room was a big plus for us. Since we are a family of 5. We plan to stay here in the future. I lost the hotel key during our visit at disneyland and the guy at the front office made sure it was me before giving me another key without hesitation.

The room looked clean. One pillow had makeup all over it, and another had a blood spot. The top covers had obvious stains. Whoever "cleaned" the room was obviously going through the motions. The bed in the 2nd room was very much like a board.

Property is in need of some major updates, the room was mostly clean, but the bath tub needed a good cleaning. The room was huge, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for a mattress topper that the hotel was quick to provide. Some TLC snd it could be quite a charming hotel.

Pool and hot tub need an upgrade

We found toe nails on the floor upon arrival. When leaving my daughter let me know they were in her bed as well. This is gross and lets me know they do not change the bedding. I wish she told me right away so I could have insisted they come provide us clean bedding. Will not return and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Affordable, clean and peaceful. It's a 10-15 min walk to Disney with kids Wich is pretty good, it has its own parking if you don't want to walk ubers are around 6 to 10 dlls depending on how crowded the day is.

We found everything we needed in this motel...microwave, fridge and easy walk to Disneyland. The view of the fireworks was perfect and the manager very helpful and friendly. The motel is old and the price reflected that. Great for a budget conscience family.

Good location to Disney, microwave worked, fridge and freezer worked, came through in a pinch (6 days notice) but wouldn’t choose to stay there again for the price- $200 a night.

Small property was clean, easy check in older property. Pillows flat, parking fees were not disclosed at time of reservation but was a safe place to sleep after traveling all day.

The place was not so clean (mold in some corners) we were also woken Up at 1am from upstairs neighbors walking and then a loud noise heard when they used their sink and shower. Parking was $11 which was not mentioned and disappointing since i booked a room, why would i need to pay to park there?

On top of that the beds were incrediblely squeaky. Turning over would wake us because it was so loud. And the pillows were bricks. Definitely not worth being so close to disney.

Overall, the property was fine. The check-in experience was great. The room was very clean and very spacious. The biggest issue, though is ultimately the most important the bed was terrible. It felt like sleeping on a rock. It was a very thin mattress with no real support. Very uncomfortable sleep if I was staying more than one night I would’ve had to change hotels.

Inn was clean inside and outside but was located way more distance from park than anticipated. Walks back in evening were tiring and a bit frightening with some of the homeless residents interactions along route.

The host was nice and helpful but the room I stayed in way outdated and offered no amenities typically offered at other hotels. The bed sheets were not clean and the walls and tub were dirty. Housekeeping didn’t seem to do much besides change the top bed sheet which was still not clean and then made the bed. Also, parking was $46 dollars which was not clearly advertised in the description. Overall I would not recommend this place, just pay the extra money and stay in a nicer place.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive is the location to Disney, but we took Ubers anyway bc we were so tired from walking. The sheets had questionable things in them, I was greeted without even a hello, just request for my cards and where the room is located, other staff got mad that we requested a new remote as it wasn’t working and blamed us even tho we had just arrived. The beds creek and squeak like crazy any time you move, there was a large crack under the door that let in lots of air and whatever else. The pool and hot tub were closed which we found out going to. No one informed us which is a big reason we booked as we like a hot tub soak after a day at Disney. The fridge was barely functional, dented and missing all shelves/freezer door. The walls are paper thin and we were awakened at 3am by a couple enjoying themselves next door. Everything was old and run down. The only time a staff acknowledged us was when leaving and they helped get some luggage down the stairs. Other than that, it seemed we were an inconvenience. I have stayed at other similarly priced places in the area and this does not compare. I assume it’s under new ownership bc the other reviews were great but I would not send anyone there and will certainly not return.

I thought the parking was included but it turns out it wasn’t and I had to pay for parking. The room was clean but I still saw a few little bugs on the floor. They were very good about helping with anything we needed.

Stayed here a couple of nights while going to Disney. 20 minute walk, very acceptable. No street noise, and other than the people above our room thumping around, peaceful and quiet. Price was a great value. Didn't care for being charged extra for parking but that does seem to be the norm. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was so hard we could have just slept on the floor, but the floor was filthy and we saw 3 cockroaches. Vanity light didn’t work, shower pressure was equivalent to someone spitting water at you. Ac made a horrible noise no matter what setting it was on and a rooster will start calling at 5:30am. Charge for parking, in small very tight lot (this should have been disclosed before).

Staff was very friendly and clean property

While staying here we had two main complaints. The first was cockroaches! The very first thing I saw when I walked in was a roach! Then throughout our stay we saw plenty more. The second complaint was we heard our neighbors very well. Above us we could constantly hear them walking around. It woke us up during the night. But we could tell that they weren’t running or stomping around. There was just no insulation between us.

Location is great for walking to Disney, but beds are like sleeping on cardboard. Also a roach looking bug on our pillow.

The check in was good. Friendly and helpful. We were disappointed the hot tub was not in working order. We had to pay for parking also. It was was stated when we booked the room. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. 20 minute walk to Disneyland.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly. We felt very safe at the motel and were pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Great access to everything around. Only $3-6 one way uber cost to Disneyland/downtown Disney. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was nice.

Pool wasnt in operation but it was was super clean and an amazing value considering what you'd pay up the street.
