Reviews
The hotel has a great location, being close to Disneyland, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is a major concern, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, bugs, and unaddressed maintenance issues. The noise level is also a common complaint, with guests mentioning thin walls, traffic noise, and loud neighbors.
- Great location close to Disneyland
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Poor cleanliness in rooms
- High noise level

The outside and lobby are nice. The hotel rooms are pretty run down, furniture maybe from the 90’s, no makeup mirror, bathrooms old looking and painted to cover up ware and tare. Not your typical Marriott rooms.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, the room had been upgraded, although the bathroom could use an upgrade next. Overall we had a great experience and was close to Disneyland
- 3/5
I'd say the hotel is a good budget friendly one if you want a little bit of a higher end motel experience. Unfortunately breakfast was difficult as the grab and go table was never open due to not having staff, we had to eat at the parks for breakfast since we decided to wake up early to beat the lines. Definitely come prepared with your own breakfast or pay the extra $19+ per person for the restaurant's buffet breakfast. Otherwise everything was decent, beds were comfortable. Very loud around 9:30 though due to the fireworks.
- 3/5
Elevator had a bad smell and there was graffiti and writing on the walls. There were huge black scratches on our bedroom floor. They gave us a room right next to the freeway so all we heard was cars passing through the whole time. And also our door had clear cracks in it to where you could see sunlight right through it… didn’t seem very safe. I’ve payed less money for a hotel and it was a much better experience. Also there’s no point as to why you also have to pay for parking $35 a night… which isn’t optional.
- 2/5
Well you get what you pay for more like a motel stay property definitely needs to be remodeled
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff was great

Everything was walking distance and the pool and Hot tub was amazing. I wish the Bathroom was updated. But it was very very clean.

The hotel was fair in price and was only a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. Perks for us were that a Tacobell, a Starbucks, and a gas station were right across the street. Made a room request and they gave it to us, which was really helpful for the whole party. The doors to our rooms were pushed in slightly from the outside, so some of the breeze would come in. The elevator was a little uncomfortable, making noises as it went up and down.

The rooms are nice but good lord the pillows were awful. Great location and centered to nearby to restaurants. I appreciated. The room was spacious and the A/C was great. The pillows were so thin. It was a little hard to get the room freshened up due to the restrictions. We did get coffee but alas no creamor. But the biggest disappointment was the pool. The front desk said it was to 81. It was cold I couldn’t even enjoy it like. It’s always been very nice and warm on my other visits and that’s I like to choose The Four Points.
- 5/5
Fireworks nightly. 24 hour pool. Can't beat it.
- 2/5
Unfortunately this was not a pleasant visit. The room was dirty when we arrived which was well after 7pm so they had plenty of time to clean the room. We found hairs all over the place, bedding and towels that were suppose to be clean. The shower leaked more than it sprayed and the water never got hot, more like Luke warm at its best. I let the staff know and it seemed like they could careless. We travel alot to the Disneyland area and we will never use this hotel again.
- 2/5
Constant road noise, sirens all night, fire alarm going off at 3 am, thin blankets. Very hard to sleep as it’s surrounded by freeways. It said online that there was a shuttle to Disney and actually they don’t have that.

Alarm woke us up in the middle of the night!

Staff was nice. Proximity to Disneyland is good. I didn't want to leave this review but Booking.com asked like 30 times so here we are. Someone had burned a hole in the sheets and no one had replaced the sheets before we arrived. Found this out at 1 am, just after watching the teenagers hop the gate to get in the building in front of us and then not being able to go to the restaurant in the middle of the day for some reason and trying to get anywhere other than the hotel required a level of Frogger I haven't achieved yet.

Good spot for this being a last minute trip but the property was worn and didn’t feel well maintained as well as the room being outdated.
- 2/5
We paid for cancellation protection and it was a waste of our money because it wasn’t honored with the hotel so I don’t know how they get away with charging that it seems like it’s illegal. When we got to the room, we had a room that was right next to a metal gate that people kept walking in and out of, and we could hear it at all hours of the day slamming shut. The floors were really dirty on the inside. My feet were black. I had to keep wiping them down with a washcloth I basically kept my shoes on the whole time. The toilet seat kept falling off when we sat on it, and the door would close, but the bottom of the door was bent, so it was leaning inward towards our room I had to keep pushing the door shut with my foot to make sure the air from outside wasn’t coming in. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Due to the high occupancy and proximity of the park is seen That they don’t have enough personal to maintain the hotel at really well condition the personal are not welcoming and the floors at the rooms are sticky ut looks like they don’t do really well clean up bathroom are old and they lick, and not well clean. They have a lot to improve
- 4/5
I’d stay again.

I will say that the view of the park fireworks was as good as pictured, which made the first night special.

Slight smell of the rooms. The staff seemed rushed in explaining the details at check in
- 5/5
All of the hotel amenities were awesome Slight smell of the rooms. The staff seemed rushed in explaining the details at check in
- 5/5
The room is always clean and the staff is always great. The manager Heny is kind, helps with everything, and knows my name. That means a lot.
- 5/5
We love staying here! We stay every time we go to Disneyland.
- 2/5
Our room felt like they stopped caring. The motel 6 down the street feels luxurious compared to how rundown it felt. When did Sheraton brands stop caring? It used to be a premium name in the hotel business. At 8 AM, we received a startling evacuation order...only to find out it was nothing, yet no follow up message from staff that it was a false alarm. No bueno!
- 1/5
Bugs all in the room, no matter how much you clean it they come back. Room is very outdated and shower was absolutely yucky. Stains all in the shower and found someone else’s hair in the bathroom floor
- 2/5
This hotel is need of a good clean, and proper Reno. Things like plugs were un usable, or didn’t work. Bathroom was not overly clean. And in need of new tubs. Pool area is not as pictured on the site. And well I know the hotel sits with very busy traffic around it. The hotel has zero sound proofing, making it very very noisey.

- 4/5
The front desk staff were very approachable and helpful! When we got to our room, we noticed that the sewage backed up into the sink when we flushed, so we asked the staff if we could switch rooms and they upgraded us to a king size bed! The pool was great. We didn’t eat breakfast there because $20 per person for what seemed to be a regular hotel buffet didn’t sound worth it. Overall, it was a great pick for staying near Disneyland! It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance, although some parts of the sidewalk are near a busy road. The cars from the nearby roads are loud, but honestly they mainly acted as white noise for sleeping. We brought our 1 year old and she slept well here! The staff had already placed a crib in our room before we got there (before we switched rooms).
- 3/5
WE HAD ROOM ISSUES BUT THE STAFF WORKED TO HELP US OUT
- 5/5
Nice, helpful staff. Room was very clean.
- 5/5
Best hotel near Disney to stay at. Little breakfast spot on property and the staff are all wonderful.
- 2/5
Too noisy, indoors and out.
- 4/5
The hotel was great. The walk to Disneyland was a little sketchy. You have to navigate the on/off ramp to the I-5 freeway. The drivers were very courteous.
- 5/5
It was a great experience and breakfast was amazing.
- 1/5
Beds were very good uncomfortable not good if you stay more than 1 night Elevators were down Very close to Disneyland to walk Pool open 24 hours
- 3/5
My bathroom was not cleaned correctly was dirty like they skipped it it’s not about money it’s about trying make it correct
- 2/5
The rooms were clean, which we appreciated, but they definitely need updating—the furniture and overall look feel very outdated. Unfortunately, the photos shown when booking don’t accurately reflect the actual condition of the hotel, which was disappointing. Overall, while it was clean, the place didn’t live up to expectations based on the listing.
- 1/5
This hotel was not accurately advertised. There is no splash pad, park shuttle, or open tiki bar. We had to request room service at 5 pm on our second day because no one had visited to empty the trash. There were no towels by the pool. We had no hot water in our room. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland
- 2/5
The elevators on outside were horrible. Rooms are old and need updated. Would not stay there again
- 3/5
Great location in proximity to Disneyland. The hotel is run down, rooms are in need of repairs. Our phone did not work. We could not call the front desk. We had to use our cell phone. It was very unkept. I would not return.
- 4/5
The hotel property was so nice! The pool and hot tub were great and I loved that it was open 24/7! Our room was spacious, clean and nice. I loved the big mirror in the bathroom and the lighting was great. The only down side was that the shower curtains didn’t keep enough water in and after 2 showers the bathroom floor was soaked. We cleaned it up with towels and everything was fine. But that was kind of annoying. Otherwise our stay was really great!
- 5/5
The staff was wonderfully helpful at all hours. My only issue was that the dining area was not accessible for lunches or late eating, but the food and staff were great.
- 4/5
Great location with walking distant to disneyland. Road noise as it is next to the freeway.
- 1/5
Rooms wasn’t cleaned each day. Used same sheets
- 2/5
The staff at check in a was very rushed and they did not tell us anything about the hotel. The phone in our room was not working at they had the audacity to come fix it at 7am with no prior knowledge to us. We received a towel with hair wrapped in it. There was trash all over the property and the elevator was down. The staff and management do not seem to care to make the hotel look good or feel good for guests. Would not recommend. They did not fix the phone.
- 3/5
The vent in the shower does not work, causing excessive water moisture build up during showers. USB ports on the night stand alarm clock does not work, found out the alarm clock was not plugged in. Cabinet door to access the fridge does not close properly. A small complaint that can/ be avoided but I would like to mention, my do not disturb door hanger keeps falling off my door due to windy conditions. Mine was missing but I mentioned to the cleaners skip my room and got a replacement door hanger, I placed on my door handle but when I came back at night, my hanger is missing again. The trash removed in my room but my belongings seem untouched(unable to confirm anything missing) even though I mentioned to cleaners to skip my room.
- 4/5
Good enough for the price paid.
- 4/5
Felt the property could use an upgrade but the Stay was amazing.
- 2/5
Bathroom was not clean and a night we had the room by the elevator people were coming out and banging on the door yelling the first night we got there our tire popped hotel tr
- 5/5
The only breakfast offered was buffet style and everything was hot and freshly cooked.be careful when booking to get free breakfast as I had to pay. TV viewing is limited with no cable. The staff were all helpful and the service was good.
- 5/5
Shuttle was not convenient. Front desk told me I’m better to Uber
- 3/5
]Because of that I only stayed two nights and the 10 I has signed up for. They really need to tell the customer making the booking what the situtation is before they check in. Would not stay there again.
- 2/5
This stay was so disappointing. The staff at check in was very nice. We took our bags to our room ourself and then had to leave quickly to pick up my husband. When we returned we noticed the door didn’t shut which was unnerving. There was some malfunction of the deadbolt. Anyway, went swimming. Then came back to room to change and go to Disney. The TV remote was missing the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The fridge did not work. We had brought drinks to keep cold and couldn’t. My husband called hotel from his cell phone and waited 10 mins before someone answered. Then was placed on hold again. We were told he was the only one there and had a large line. Which is unacceptable to me. They sent someone with towels as I put the request through the app for towels and noted we needed a remote also. They brought towels and said engineer was coming who brought the remote and left quickly. And the remote didn’t work so we had to try again to get a hold someone. Which again was difficult without a working phone. So incredibly frustrating trying to relax and have a nice experience. Homely I wish I had stayed somewhere else. Couldn’t even leave the parking lot in the AM since no one told me I needed the key to leave!
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Didn’t have enough towels in room. Not worth cost to stay.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful and nice
- 3/5
Hotel was okay. Super loud because it’s next to the freeway, water pressure is not great, bathrooms need a good clean, but for 1 night it was fine.
- 3/5
The rooms werent bad, the floor felt dirty because the door had a good size gap at the bottoom that was letting in dirt and outside noise
- 5/5
Wore stuff for kid's in pool..little more gym equipment
- 5/5
Pool and spa were clean and there was plenty of seating. Housekeeping did amazing, however we noticed we only had hand towels for half our stay. Other than that the stay was perfect, the room was clean with plenty of room and the A/C was working perfect for the hot days. Check in and out was quick and convenient and did i mention pool and spa are open 24 hours, how amazing is that for after a long day at the parks! Will definitely be booking for my next trip!
- 2/5
The front desk staff were helpful and informative. The room wasnt great. It was hot when I stayed and the wall A/C was not very strong or cold. The second room I purchased had an issue with the card reader and we could not get in upon arrival.
- 5/5
Second time I’ve been here we go again
- 3/5
Room was clean but bathroom was pretty old and gross. Also took the mins to get out of the parking lot as they don’t even give you a parking pass to scan. Made us late for an important event.

Staff is very friendly

The hotel was great! Wpuld have loved to stay here again howvever a hot shower is a must for our family and by the late night the later for the showers were room temp at best. But wverything else as great. The staff especial at the restaurant/bar were wonderful.

Friendly staff, clean room and an amazing pool. Will stay here again.

- 3/5
Nice facility. Wonderful restaurant and bar staff. Night desk guy was awesome. Quick response when calling for bending and towels. Room floor and bathroom were filthy. Stepped into the shower to wash feet several times before socks and shoes and bed. Bathroom was unpleasant hairs and other dirtiness that forced us to spray and clean ourselves for personal care security.
- 1/5
staff was great! room was a noisy dump...
- 1/5
I have never had a harder time checking into a hotel. They over charged my card by a extenaive amount and then charged my card again mid way through the stay. The check in gal when we arrived was extremely rude and told us we couldn’t stay there is we didn’t pay 1069 accidental fee so that was 3000 on top of the 598 that I paid for a deposit for them to hold my room because they were over booked. So before we even stayed there I had paid 3500. It was just a mess and I am hoping I get some of that li way back. That is what they said but I have t seen any of it come back. I was super frustrated with the whole stay. Not very nice to have additional charges when you are expecting them and I have never heard of a 1000 accidental fee. I would love to talk to someone about it. It was super frustrating and unexpected….
- 1/5
There was no hot water we including my so had to take cold showers!
- 3/5
Staff was great, noisy because of freeway proximity, easy to park, easy to uber to and from parks, not so great/comfortable rooms
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 2/5
Room toilet did not work, then after being fixed stopped working again. Then we switched rooms. The new room almost electrocuted us because the light by the bed wouldn’t turn on, when we touched the plug it sparked from the wire likely because the wire was held together by electrical tape. The phone wouldn’t call down or work becaue it wasn’t plugged in. The original room had no safe, the new room had a safe but it didn’t work. Everything was sub par and dated. Breakfast had no boiled eggs, potatoes not cooked fully. Location was the only reasonable thing. Our parking was refunded, and they gave us free breakfast one night for our troubles. But we would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Decent hotel but had issues with hot water. Team helped quickly and moved us but rooms need upgrades.
- 5/5
Spacious room, very comfortable bed/bedding, very nice pool, close to Disneyland. You can ride city shuttle or Uber there. We can see and hear the fireworks from our room, so awesome!
- 4/5
Very close to Disney. Room was clean.

When we got back to our room, since we didn't have the tub we wanted to soak in and were so exhausted, we decided to have a hot shower. The shower was lukewarm at best, so we didn't feel like we showered at all. Also, I noticed we got fewer towels than at most hotels we've stayed at. Only 1 washrag between us. And though there were 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels, most places we go have at least one extra of each. We noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was trash on the floor, and hair in the bathroom on the floor and on the sink. Overall, it was the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel, and we will not be returning. This stay was for my birthday, and we unfortunately did not have the time or energy after a trip to Disney to go back down to the Front Desk, pack everything up, and move to a different room. We just got up early the next day and left, happy to be rid of the place. This hotel feels like it takes advantage of its proximity to the park and doesn't feel the need to be high-quality.
- 3/5
Every one was nice and the room was clean. The only problem was no one seemed to know about my reservation even with my reservation confirmation number. Thankfully there was still rooms and I am hopeful I did not get charged twice
- 5/5
The staff was really courteous and the room was very clean
- 3/5
Hotel is run down, rusty fixtures, old paint, scared furniture. Restaurant is small and typically not open for lunch, staff is friendly and they clean continuously and room was neat.
- 2/5
Large barking dog, either next door or above, unable to determine where exactly barking came from but it was loud and continuous. Hotel should not call itself Sheraton as it does not have standards of Sheraton.
- 3/5
Definitely a dated hotel. But the hot tub was clean and very hot. Open 24 hours. You can definitely see the fireworks from the back parking lot.
- 5/5
Only draw back...very noisy from the freeway beside it.
- 4/5
great
- 4/5
Didn’t have enough towels but someone dropped them off the next day. Was there 6 nights and that was the only time cleaning crew stopped by. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Comfy bed, excellent service. Thanks “Tye” and “Graciela” for finding and returning my boy’s lost hat.
- 2/5
No hot water, tiny res
- 3/5
Phone didn’t work Shower leaked Bus some times don’t show up It’s $34 a night parking not the amount listed on Expedia Won’t be staying here again
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and a great size. Overall they were very clean and comfotable for our family of four. The towel and washcloth replacement could use some improvements. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for wash cloths. If you plan to travel here to watch fireworks, check out the Disney firework schedule first. We chose a room based on seeing the fireworks and they didn't have fireworks scheduled at all that week.
- 4/5
I didn't like that we we're charged for parking and were not aware of it. This was not on property charges.
- 5/5
Great view for fireworks , clean room. Very nice fromt desk employees.
- 5/5
Manager Hany was so nice and accomidating. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Amazing. Also the spa was the perfect hot temperature.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean and quiet. No problems with anything. Quick and easy check in/check out. Easy walk to Disney Parks. Small cafe in the lobby was a bit slow and only open for a very short time.
- 1/5
We checked in and our room was filled with dog hair from the floor to the chair to the closet where we assume the dog slept. We got our room switched and then the ac/heater leaked all over our floor. Also when we booked there were no indications that the breakfast buffet would cost us extra..$22 per adult per day is crazy. We also had a family member in another room whose toilet would not drain and when they finally came to fix it, they tracked toilet water all over the floor on their way out! Will not stay here again
- 3/5
Okay at best. Staff nice. Walkable to park was nice. Loud bc of highway and bathroom was pretty dingy and somewhat dirty. Bed was comfy, thank goodness. Cheap so it was fine but probably would try someone else next time.
- 3/5
Broken shower was not fixed when asked. Front door has large gaps and doesn’t close correctly. Cold air and sounds are very loud from outside traffic.
- 3/5
Fireworks were so loud and average cleanliness.
- 1/5
The room quality was not good. The walls had stains and it looked really out dated. My biggest issue was with the bathroom. The shower dripped all night long for two nights. The toilet bowl was loose and if you touched it, then it would sway from side to side or front to back. I reported these issues to the front desk on my first night and they were not fixed or addressed in anyway. I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Room was super clean and offered great customer service, also restaurant with bar on site was an awesome addition
- 2/5
Honestly i wish i knew these rooms were notnin an actual
- 3/5
Staff was amazing ! The bathtub was dirty and rusty …outside elevator was dirty, in the middle of the night right by the freeway was our room and we heard gunshots around one or 2:00 AM … seems like the place was a motel before a hotel with minor fixes . When using the restroom, it was such a small space that I did not like. And shower was small the shower curtains kept touching my body . I felt grossed out , that’s just me …
- 3/5
I thought the blankets were not very comfortable. Overall experience was nice and clean.
- 5/5
First of all it is walking distance from Disneyland or easy $10 uber ride ( we use uber for fast and easy way to go to and come back from Disney). Very clean, super comfortable beds, rooms are large and can easy fit 2 twin mattresses on the floor if needed. We stayed in this hotel for our last two trips to Disney and will definitely comeback. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant downstairs have good and very affordable food choices.
- 2/5
Honestly for the price i rather save a $100 and stay the night at Days Inn. They have free shuttle and the rooms and beds are updated
- 2/5
Room is outdated. Sink in room drained very slowly. Filled whenever used. Bathroom door had water damage and was simply painted over. Floor was dusty and feet were black after just walking to bathroom. Shower gel ran out. Tissue box replacement was simply left on counter and not placed in container.
- 4/5
Room was clean but not enough towels. Lots of empty space in room which made it cold Bathroom tiny with no fan - not good Ice machine on our floor broken and had to go hunting on various places for ice Why is there a charge for parking if I’m staying there?? Had to pay for 2 nights of parking which was over $50!!!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and everyone who works here was so kind and helpful
- 3/5
The hotel is older. They do not have a microwave in the room and the shampoo and rinse that was glued to the shower wall fell off in the middle of the night and scared us to death. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. We had to ask for wash cloths twice Also, the parking fee was $40 per night even though we were staying at the hotel. The only positive for this hotel is that it is walking distance to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Staff was very accommodating. The hotel lobby had some great grab and go breakfast options.
- 1/5
Very bad arrived at hotel we reserved a suite they gave our room to another guest. We barely got a room they put us in a small room that looked like it was not cleaned it smelled and only had one towel. The next day they gave us a suite it was also not cleaned and smelled and the blankets felt not clean the suite tile had huge cracks and holes once again like one towel and barely any toilet paper. The bathroom tile was cracked through the entire shower. The mattress was broken down. We had no other choice but to stay there. Very disappointed with this hotel it looks nice from the outside but horrible rooms that are unclean and smells.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The place was definitely not as nice as show in the pictures. Rooms were old but clean. The $20 breakfast buffet is a joke seeing as most hotels offer it for free. The coffee shop had the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. The bar and restaurant were only open a few hours a day. The gift shop always closed. Won’t stay again.
- 3/5
There is a parking fee that we were not told about
- 5/5
Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and my room was great!! Definitely made me a returning guest
- 3/5
Pluses only an overpass away from Disneyland. There was no time restriction on the pool area, which we assumed meant you could go at anytime. We went to look at it around 9pm, no one was in there but no one kicked us out either. The beds were springy and hard, and the water temperature was weird on the shower. But it had a nice vanity and the temperature of the room was perfect. Overall ok for the price.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly but when my door dash was dropped, they said they “tried” to call.
- 4/5
Fantastic location and great facilities
- 3/5
Room was very dark and out dated. We arrived earlier and requested a room overlooking the pool area for our family. Unfortunately we were given a room near the dumpster area on the opposite side looking at the back end of the freeway in a dark hallway area. Our room and gate keep didn’t work everytime we tried to drive into the gated entry and our room. It was a hassle especially after a long day at Disney to then have to walk all the way around and down the elevator up to the reception area. We were also charge $70 for parking versus at a nearby hotel that offers free parking. Just a heads up in case you are looking to save money where you can. Staff were friendly and very helpful however the dark room, dark hallway, expensive parking rate, loud noises from the freeway and the thin walls in the room we more than likely will not be staying here moving forward.
- 1/5
In the middle of the night we had a malfunctioning smoke alarm that was going off. Called the front desk who told me there was nothing they could do until maintenance got in at “maybe 6 or 7am”. No attempts were made to get anyone else to help or to even remedy the situation. We were traveling with our toddler so this was especially frustrating. Luckily, the malfunctioning smoke alarm finally quit making noise after 40 minutes. Unreal.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
No complimentary breakfast, coffee was Luke warm 👎 BUT staff was amazing! Property very enjoyable!
- 1/5
Room was not as advertised, water stains on ceiling,
- 3/5
The room was nice, but there was no hot water in our room however they accommodated us by letting us take a shower in a different room, which was nice.
- 2/5
Gym and Staffs are good but the room and inside is extramly old and my room was facing the freeway with loud noise.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating and the property was clean.
- 4/5
Rooms were modern and great view of Disney backlot.
- 5/5
I stayed here with my sons for our Disneyland trip; the staff were very nice they gave me a free upgrade to a room on a higher floor where we can see the firework show at night. The pool was good, nice and clean.
- 5/5
Great staff friendly
- 5/5
Always a great stay when we come to Disneyland. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
- 1/5
The shower didn’t drain well, the water didn’t get hot, & the bath tub was dirty - there was hair & dirty not from us.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Did not use these
- 5/5
Me and my small son who is disabled and in a wheelchair were treated with kindness by the entire staff! We had a late flight home but even with a late checkout we were going to have to wait in the lobby for hours and my son was incredibly uncomfortable and struggling, the manager let us use a room to take care of my son, medicate him and change him and let him rest, he said that they’re not busy and they insisted. This was the kindest gesture, I appreciate the entire staff! We will return in a few months and we will always stay with you! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! Alicia Mendoza!
- 5/5
The room was quite large. It would have been nice to have another bed- there is definitely room for another one. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included.
- 5/5
We went to Disneyland.
- 3/5
The sheets were not clean. They had hair on the sheets. The floors were not well kept bathroom baseboards were dirty. The shower wasn’t clean. The pillows were really soft. There was water on the floor behind the nightstand.
- 5/5
Nice serive
- 4/5
Great overall experience.
- 5/5
Nice Hotel
- 3/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful only thing I didn’t like from my stay is the door where I was
- 3/5
Everyone I interacted with at the hotel was lovely, unfortunately the biggest two issues have to do with the location of the hotel itself. First, as some reviews mention, the noise from the freeway is intense. There's a constant (24/7) hum or cars passing on the freeway that's punctuated with motorcycles, back firing engines, or people revving their engines. The other is the walkability, while it is not far, you have to pass a big freeway overpass which was not pleasant and truly kind of scary with children.
- 3/5
Door didn’t shut unless you pulled HARD on it from the outside or pushed HARD while inside. Phone didn’t work, shower/tub water dripping constantly, fridge didn’t get cold, not all the buttons worked on the safe, advertised as “pool view” but the window was on a hallway with a view of the wall of the room on the corner, they want you to check out/return keys but you need a key to EXIT the parking lot. Was basically a place to sleep and that was it, unlikely to return considering you can stay down the road for the same price once you add in all the “extras” this hotel charges and the hotel is much nicer overall.
- 3/5
Stayed here to be close to Disneyland park. The property is okay, I didn’t realize the hallways were outside which made for a very loud stay. Our room faced the street/freeway so we could hear everything. The bathroom was tiny & the shampoo bottle that was adhered to the wall kept falling off. The room itself was alright. The ironing board was bent out of shape & our mini fridge didn’t work. Lastly, the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. We had to finagle a way to get it to shut & lock. I would stay here again unless I requested specific accommodations such as rooms that face internal to the property.
- 4/5
Our family enjoyed it our stay so much that we were contemplating staying an additional night.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. Rooms were very outdated, and overnight parking was expensive, I wish hotels just added these prices to the overall price. The shuttle was not easy to use. I wouldn't stay here again.
- 3/5
The room is dated but the staff were great. I was also let down when I found out the Disney buss is not free and is typically full since it’s the last stop before arriving at the park. We ended up walking each time which is not ideal at night.
- 3/5
Staff were friendly, beds comfortable, I support properties switching to laminate instead of carpet, its honestly better but YOU HAVE TO WASH THEM TOO! This is not a housekeepers fault, this is a hotel with high turnaround, charging a premium rate that is not allowing staff enough time to do their job. No hooks for towels or luggage racks everything on the dirty floor. 24hr pool was why we chose this property.
- 3/5
Overall not a bad hotel
- 1/5
Will never go back!
- 1/5
The pool was nice. The front desk staff were nice. The rooms were in very poor condition. The first room we were in was full of ants and it took over 24 hours to be moved. They didn’t even get rid of the dead ants when they sprayed. It was not cute. The ants got into our bags. Very disgusting
- 3/5
That being said, the staff was friendly and kind and the price and location to Disney couldn’t be more of a deal. You get what you pay for!
- 3/5
Tv and phone didn’t work, green substance stuck on remote. Automatic doors didn’t work which caused us to drop a large tote of items and break. Staff was kind.
- 4/5
The friendly staff makes up for the lack of updates. Breakfast buffet and Bloody Mary was the best
- 5/5
Staff was awesome!! Room was clean and comfortable and the room is close to the Disney Park. The pool could be warmer and a free breakfast would have been nice.
- 1/5
The room was insanitary, we experienced cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom.
- 2/5
Staff was short handed. Front desk clerk left me in the middle of checking in to go get a guest standing behind me a bucket of ice from the restaurant. Just a very bad experience all around.
- 5/5
Great location. Amazing pool and hot tub-all hours
- 3/5
Not exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is ok for a Disney trip where that's all you are going to do. The pool area is not in the same conditions shown in the pictures.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful inside and outside. The only drawback was that there wasn't a microwave in the room and the when going outside to the pool, it was very noisy.
- 1/5
This property is more like a motel than a hotel and is nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The rooms need a thorough cleaning and serious upgrades. The hallway was poorly lit and felt unsafe, there was a spider inside a folded towel, and the ceiling was leaking, leaving the bed wet. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable and unpleasant. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
Comfy beds. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room staff where helpful
- 1/5
Would not recommend. While Alex the manager was very kind and helpful the hotel itself was not someplace I would stay again. The place looked and felt dirty. The shower was small especially if you’re tall. The toilet didn’t flush, the outlets didn’t work, TV didn’t work, noisy, and overall just unpleasant. We moved after the first night.
- 4/5
Great distance to Disney and well priced
- 3/5
While the bed was comfortable and the pool was great for the kiddos, I didn’t feel clean while staying here. The water pressure wasn’t quite enough to clean all of the shampoo from my hair and the bathroom itself was sticky, there was lint and hair on the walls and toilet, and the liner leaked leaving a mess on the floor each time we showered.
- 3/5
3/4 of front desk staff were pleasant. Another was extremely short and not friendly. I get it. Work sucks. Hotel room was the worst, but also not good. Sheets were clean. Pillows are old. Floor was filthy, the soles of my feet were black. Only linens on one bed were changed during mid stay clean. Maybe it was because I had left things on the bed? I’ve never had an issue with this at any other hotel. Our first night there were people having sex in the hot tub. Around 11pm the second night two people were outside our room loudly arguing, upon opening door to ask them to move it somewhere else I found that one of them was a security guard! A minute later two LOUD knocks on my door I find the same security guard loudly apologizing. I will not be staying here again. And I don’t recommend anyone else with kids does either.
- 3/5
Staff was amazing. The place it's self could use some up grades. Room was not so clean. Pull out couch had so many stains on it. A little over priced for the quality of the room imo.
- 5/5
Love the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Very close and walkable to Disneyland. This was a very nice hotel to stay at. I do wish breakfast was included for free, and that parking was a little cheaper or even free. I feel robbed when hotels charge for parking which should be included. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
The night rate was affordable. Our room wasn't the greatest. The Tv wasn't working properly. We called the front desk about 3-4 times about it and at the end we just gave up. They did send someone to repair at night but at that point we were going to bed. The staff was nice and friendly. The drinks at the bar were not the greatest either. I ordered fish and chips for my very hungry kids that had been swimming and when I picked up from the restaurant, there was only 2 small pieces of fish and fries ($19). Overall experience price, the good and the bad... This was a one time stay for us.
- 4/5
Nice and empty
- 4/5
I liked that it was near to almost everything that we wanted to go. Room was clean and the facilities were good. Parking was a little bit far and not free for stayed in customer. It was pet friendly although the fee is much higher than others. Their doors are not soundproof and we can hear all the noise outside.
- 3/5
Customer service was lacking, especially under pressure. The day that our room was cleaned, most of the towels and amenities were not refreshed.
- 3/5
We stayed here this last labor day weekend and it was pretty disappointing. Rooms were a little dirty (we have a baby so my standards may be a bit high). Our keys only worked on some of the gates which was very frustrating. Our key didn't work to our room so we had to call maintenance then and told it would work but the card reader just got hot from the sun. Then to be completely locked out of our room our 3rd night there and have to be moved to a new room. I asked for a cart to help and didn't receive one (maybe they forgot). We also asked for our room to get cleaned on our 3rd day there and no one came. Aside from a very unfortunate experience with our room(s) the one thing I will say is a major plus... The staff is incredibly helpful! When we got moved they were able to credit back our parking due to the inconvenience. The bar/restaurant staff, technicians, front desk are all SUPER kind and helpful. The lobby is very clean and the store is a nice addition for a item you may have forgotten. We will likely come back here because the location and price is unbeatable and we do love the staff, but we just hope they can step it up with room cleanliness and get their doors fixed.
- 5/5
Clean and very nice
- 5/5
Everything was great the only reason i gave a 4 star on service was because we tried calling front desk for towels from the night before to the next morning and lines were busy. Frustrating because i had to call the actual hotel for bath towels. Other than that it was a great experience
- 1/5
The hotel was outdated and not very clean, charging double the price listed on Hotels.com.
- 1/5
Property is nothing like Four Points hotel. It’s was unimproved, ac was loud, the door didn’t close fully and my wife started getting allergies most likely caused by mold. In Addition the 4th floor elevators lobby where our room was had urine smell extremely strong. Imagine walking in with 4 year old about to Disney and smelling like homeless live there. I am very disappointed. Especially for the price.
- 3/5
Positives were close to Disneyland but an hour and sometime a $100 cab ride to universal or the airport.
- 2/5
Good proximity to Disney, but unclean rooms. Dirty and dingy.
- 5/5
Wish the bar opened earlier
- 5/5
I’ve stayed in many hotels near Disneyland and for some reason never chose this hotel as my first place, which i genuinely don’t know why! They have everything! It’s a 10 min walk to Disneyland, Starbucks, and Taco Bell is across the street. They have a restaurant, a bar, coffee bar and a gift shop all within the hotel! They have a beautiful pool! The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy! Slept like a log! I would like to give a big shout out to Ramiro! He was so friendly to me and my boyfriend. I could tell he really loves his colleagues and his job. Also, he makes the best margaritas!!! Thank you Ramiro! We will definitely be staying here again!
- 1/5
The staff was rude and not very informative. When I would ask them a question they would get bothered and annoyed I even asked. The room was dirty and dusty. I developed a stye in my eye from sleeping on their pillows. Their towels were dirty from previous uses. The lights in the room didn’t work. I asked for a room refresh and when I came back to my room after being out all day it was still not done. Had to go back to the front desk to ask them again to get this done. I could not use the phones in the room as it did not work to get in touch with the front desk. Horrible experience ever and never staying here again.
- 4/5
Close to Disneyland. Rooms were fine. Pool was on the smaller side but never seemed too busy. Staff was neither friendly o
- 3/5
Our stay was just ok. Tub would not drain and was very grimy, pool area was very messy and extra slippery, only cleaned room once over 4 days, had to find staff from restaurant to get something from the coffee bar, freeway was incredibly loud. 10-15 walk from Disney though.
- 4/5
Elevator from back parking lot to level 5 had a puddle of dirty water in it throughout the trip. Car noise from freeway is rediculous. Insulate those windows. Great view of Disneyland fireworks.
- 3/5
N/a
- 2/5
Service was poor. Price to park is ridiculous. Restroom smelled moldy after a while.
- 4/5
24/7 open pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Walkable to Disney Land less than 15 minutes. Starbucks is across the street.
- 4/5
The stay was ok. Restroom was old and room you can tell.
- 2/5
For Anaheim, there are A LOT BETTER options around the same area... STAY AWAY!!!
- 4/5
This hotel was pretty great! My only issues was that the I-5 freeway is right next to it so the rooms are pretty loud. I just could use a little bit of soundproofing, but other than that everything else was enjoyable. The pool was great and it’s a short 15 minute walk to the Disney entrance. Would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
I booked this room for 2 nights for my family, we were going to Disneyland so given the distance from the park I thought it was good. Looked at pictures of this room, everything looks really nice and clean, in new shape! When I arrived, there was hardly any parking, the parking lot is in terrible shape, can’t even see the parking lines so everyone parks like they own the place. I finally walked in my room I came to the harsh reality that it wasn’t even close to the pictures! Everything was very worn down and old, chips and Knicks everywhere. Room was very clammy even with ac blasted. Pillows were extremely worn out and gave you a little itch and made you sweat. Floors were super super dirty. Bathroom was disgusting!!!!! Hair everywhere!!! We all showered wearing our crocks! And to top it off the hot water would only reach lukewarm temp!! I would never ever stay there again. The pictures they have of the rooms are not its true form and had to be when they just opened up!!! The lobby was ok but that is about it! Very very disappointing!
- 4/5
Kimberly offered great customer service support. The 24 hour pool is always a hit. Pool towels, were always out every time we used the pool. Beds were very comfortable, pillows felt like a cloud. Shuttle options to Disney, however, walking, may have been quicker. Didn't spend enough time at hotel for food, but there's so many option near by if you miss hotel restaurant hours.
- 5/5
Good property.
- 1/5
Please don't stay here. It will zap your Disney spirit. You're surrounded by loud freeway noise. If you're in your room at 930-10pm you will be startled by the loudest noises you will ever hear and think the place is being bombed ( it's the Disneyland Fireworks which are set very near). Visible cockroaches outside rooms. Many various things broken in room. Shower didn't get hot. No washcloths. Shampoo fell on me from holder on shower wall while I showered. Seedy. Dark rooms. Long dark hallways on the bottom floor. Very loud AC. I did enjoy my dinner at the restaurant. Good pillows and bed was fine. Old place which needs major renovations and a new location.
- 1/5
Entire resort is NOTHING like the images. This property is VERY run down and in need of a refurbish. Very disappointed.
- 2/5
The pictures definitely do not match the hotel. I was told that the hotel bar outside by the pool has been closed down for two years and they’re still showing pictures like it’s open the bathroom pictures that I seen on site. None of the bathrooms match out the bathrooms are very rundown. I asked the staff to bring towels because they only had towels in my room no washcloths or hand towels they still only brought me towels. I have to ask again and every time I ask for towels, they only brought towels for the shower no hand towels or washcloths you have to pay for parking almost $40 a day and the parking lot is far from any of the rooms.
- 5/5
Fireworks from the room was beautiful room was clean and nice and con
- 4/5
Everything was very nice
- 4/5
Property was at a very close distance from Disney
- 1/5
Stayed 5 days First , they gave us a key to a dirty unmade beds room, then the next room had no working bathroom fan, it felt like a sauna, we told them the next day and went to Disneyland and thry called me and said it was was repaired and we got back to hotel and no working fan, no clean room or clean towels ( I did go downstairs everyday to lobby to get my towels) or no cleaning service my complete stay there, ( their policy is the clean rooms ever other day) we ran out of tissue and full garbage, filthy, sticky floors. So basically anything needed you needed to do yourself. You pay $20 for what they call breakfast is what most hotels are a free continental breakfast (buffet style with stale eggs and sausage etc) When I called about cleaning services, they said 2 times they would get it done while my family and I were in Disneyland, but they never did The freeway is right next to hotel so it’s very noisy at night, so overall I don’t recommend if any of this does not appeal to you, my guess is you will be disappointed in your stay like I was ..
- 3/5
Too loud. Borders the freeway.
- 5/5
Beautiful place to relax, swim and enjoy the fireworks from the pool. The bartender is very friendly he’s great at making mixed drinks. Staff is friendly the location is awesome not far from Disney.
- 1/5
So first off the hotel when walking in seemed really nice and the people who were at the front desk were great. When we got to the room however that was a different story. The room at first seemed okay but the bathroom was disgusting. There were pubes on the walls near the toilet paper holder so you had to be careful when get some to wipe. When taking a shower this gross red stuff came out of the drain and the water would not go down. I was so grossed out I almost left and got a new hotel but because we were going to Disneyland early and I had taken a shower we decided to stay. After thinking about it all day at Disneyland I decided that I didn’t even want to have to sleep in that room with such uncomfortable pillows and bed that I decided to instead dive all the way home, which was about 3 hours, then have to stay there for one more minute. I would not recommend staying here and I will definitely be making sure I do not book again.
- 1/5
I got charged an extra 200 dollars at check in and my toilet was broken i reported and instead of a room change. The toilet was plunged and broke later that night. I literally had to leave 6am because my children had to pee.
- 1/5
Bathtubs are not draining. One of my rooms toilet is clogged a lot. AC is very noisy all day. Can’t sleep
- 4/5
This is the first time that we don’t get all the amenities that we usually get when i stay at this hotel
- 4/5
That said, parking was a bit pricey considering the cost of the stay, and our room was on the side facing the freeway, which made it a little noisy at times—light sleepers might want to request a room on the opposite side. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we’d consider staying here again!
- 2/5
Not what I expected. They only clean the rooms every other day (if you’re lucky). We had 2 rooms for 4 days and the first day housekeeping came my hair was still on my sheets and the bed was haistily made. The bathroom floor had the same dust/paper, and a plastic tag string that had been there. The tp was out but the did not replace instead left a roll on the counter with 2 bath towels. No wash cloths or bath mat. My daughter had requested they pick up garbage and bring towels each day which they did not. She had to empty the garbage bc she had baby diapers. The crib she requested at check in came 2 days later when I asked again and in was a white metal old thing that didn’t even look safe. We couldn’t get into my room bc apparently you have to pound on the lock for it to work bc it’s in direct sunlight, this I learned after making several trips to front desk and getting new cards. Ugh, this is the worst hotel I have stayed at.
- 3/5
The lobby, grounds and pool were very nice; however our room was dirty. Our floor was dirty and sticky and our towels were not very nice. Definitely not what i expected from Marriot. They don’t have housekeeping services unless you stay 3 or more days. The walk was quick to Disney - you just need to be careful over Freeway (we had no trouble with a stroller). They also have a shuttle for a small fee. Our WiFi was spotty at best- it could have been just the location of our room but when we called to inquire they didn’t offer to move us.
- 1/5
I was expecting a resort-like experience, especially since it’s advertised as a resort and paid accordingly. Unfortunately, it turned out worse than a motel. The only positive was its proximity to Disneyland Park. They shouldn’t label this property as a resort. Next time, I would rather stay at a motel.
- 1/5
Our family had a long tiring day at Disney and just wanted to take a shower and rest however, we were disappointed when the room was not the cleanest and the shower and the sink were both clogged up. We did let staff know and were very apologetic.
- 5/5
Enjoyed one night with my wife at the hotel
- 4/5
Well, I have to tell you I expected a lot more from a Four Points based on their reputation. This is definitely an older hotel. It shows its age. The rooms are decently kept and decent size. A big problem is is the lack of outlets so if you have a CPAP device or any other medical device, bring a power strip. There is a restaurant there, but it was kind of overpriced for what you get $19 for a continental breakfast is kind of absorbent, but you are near Disneyland. One of warning do not stay on the backside of the hotel because you are right by the freeway, and there are no sound barriers, but they do provide you with earplugs, also parking is at a premium and they charge you $35 per night. All in all, not a bad stay but not somewhere I personally would go again
- 5/5
Jacqueline, was a great help very professional and kind. Made my anniversary even more special.
- 5/5
EXPERIANCE WAS TOP NOTCH WALKABLE TO DISNEY AND FOOD GOOD PARKING
- 5/5
BEING SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING WALKABLE TO DISNEY WAS A NICE FEATURE PARKING WAS GREAT
- 3/5
This is a no frills hotel. They mattress is hard but the pillow are soft as clouds. The room apprared clea. But wasnt. There was hair, a dead bee, and the last guests ranch in the fridge. The walls were dirty. The view was the worst. We faced harbor and got to see the roof of the next building. The parking lot waa full of trash. There was a tweaker couple and 2 meth heads roaming around. Its very close to Disney. You can watch the fireworks from the pool.
- 4/5
The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. The hotel is close (walking distance) to Disneyland but also has a direct ART bus stop at the hotel if you want a ride to the park (bus pass purchase needed). I wish the daily parking rate was cheaper and we did not like the food from the restaurant (did not seem like it was made with fresh ingredients). But overall really enjoyed our stay for the room (cleanliness and comfort), pool, and location!
- 4/5
The property was nice. Staff was nice. Loved that the pool was 24 hours, it was nice to go into the hot tub after a day at disney. Loved the food vending machine downstairs. Only thing that bothered us was that around 9:45 on our checkout day a guy knocked on our door twice saying housekeeping and then unlocked the door to come in. I was showering and my partner was laying down and didn’t even have time to stand up before the guy was coming inside. Not a huge deal just a little uncomfortable since one of us could’ve been in a towel or something. Other than that the stay was great and i definitely would be back
- 2/5
The rooms were ok the bathroom tub was not very clean. They had cockroaches around the pool and in the pool bathroom.
- 2/5
Nice view of fireworks though!
- 5/5
Amazing staff, super friendly and clean enviournent. Everything went at ease and no issues! Would def reccomend
- 4/5
The only issue I had (which was surprising since my family and I always stay here) is no one told me I had to check out and check back in for extended stays. This caused them to lock our rooms with no key access. I unfortunately wasn’t there when it happened and my husband’s name wasn’t on the reservation so they gave him a hard time.
- 1/5
Cons: very run down rooms, especially the restrooms. The lighting is very dim
- 5/5
Very clean hotel
- 3/5
The rooms are not clean they are presentable but not clean and it doesn’t feel good to be in it…!
- 3/5
It was a very nice and clean property. The bell carts were limited, very hard to find and get. Ice Machines are hard to find as-well. Housekeeping only remade the beds, and didn't completely replace the towels in the bathroom. They took out the trash but never put in a new bag for the trash.
- 2/5
The room was clean upon arrival, however, I was told that room cleaning service would be every other day. We were there four nights and the room was not serviced once. The phone in the room was not working, so after day 3, I went down to ask that the trash be taken out at minimum and it still was not taken out. I went down another time the following day and the staff was rude and said they would send someone at 10:10 PM. We ended up putting our trash outside the room. The staff overall was not very friendly or helpful.
- 1/5
Looked super pretty online and when I arrived but when I arrived into the room to get settled in the shower had lots of hair as if someone shaved and it didn’t get cleaned the tv wouldn’t work called front deck at 4pm they said they would send someone up nobody ever showed called again and they said I would have to wait till morning , morning came yet again nobody showed , getting ready to leave for Disney I told my daughter to use the bathroom before we left since the parking lines are always crazy.she walked back out saying the toilet needed to be fixed when I went to check the toilet was clogged with the lid down . Before leaving to Disney I had went to the front desk to tell them again , such a pretty view from the outside wish the inside was better especially with how much I spent for the stay …
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. It was a quick walk to the park. However, when I called they said they had a shuttle to the park every 30 minutes! There’s no shuttle. The hotel is on the bus route. Not the same. Also the price is deceiving because they charge $35 a night for parking! Also the shower had low pressure.
- 4/5
Made the trip to disney seamless and stress free. 24 hr pool and jacuzzi bonus. Within walking distance of everything. Shuttles stop right in front. Pet friendly too.
- 5/5
Super close to Disneyland. Many food option available nearby. Pool open 24/7.
- 4/5
Comfortable clean room but lots of road noise. Good news is they provide ear plugs. Look in the fine print for the 29 dollar a day parking fee.
- 3/5
Hotel room water wasn’t hot, hotel room overall just felt really dated, and the window did lock (it did have a bump stop but was still uneasy feeling when we slept. Upon checking in, the front desk staff member charged me for the stay again which was weird and inconvenient. Finally got them to refund the second charge but still just another thing we had to deal with. Lastly, there was no body soap in the bottle in the shower. Once again, just a bit inconvenient!
- 4/5
Staff was friendly
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 5/5
Property is very nice, love the 24 hr pool and sauna option, close to Shakeys, Taco Bell, and Starbucks for something quick or easy to get. Also, a close walk to Disneyland! There was an issue with our bathroom, mentioned it to the manager and he had it taken care of right away. The staff is very nice and they help make your stay comfortable. Would I stay again, yes!
- 5/5
Great area close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Great A
- 5/5
Great location to walk to Disneyland. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Overall a great experience and would stay again.
- 1/5
My wife and I have been coming here multiple times a year since we got married in 2018. We loved it but it seems like after Covid it went down hill. This last we went they weren’t upfront about extra charges. The room wasn’t clean. There was dirty hand prints on the walls. One of the beds didn’t even have comforter on it just a throw blanket. Overall the rooms and property are very rundown compared to what it was it was like in 2018 and 2019. Sadly we will start taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Room was clean and comfortable. But we barely got any kind of room service. Garbages never got emptied and always had dirty towels. The shuttle to disneyland sucked and it was not cool that they charged so much for parking. The pool area was nice though, except the pool bar was never open.

Very dirty. Unsatisfied.

I booked a Pool view for a reason. We get to see the Fireworks. The pool is 24hrs so that's a huge+! My only downside was the housekeeping....but then again my boys crap was all over so that was probably for their safety...lol
